Drumquin Festive Menu

Welcome to our festive menu. We hope you find what you’re looking for on our menu, but if you require alternatives, please contact us. Lunch service will be available for bookings from 12 Noon - 2.00pm, from Monday 12th December until Tuesday 3rd January 2012 inclusive. Dinner Service will be available for bookings from 7.00pm - 8.30pm from Tuesday 20th December until Tuesday 3rd January 2012 inclusive


To Begin Soup of the day Served with a savoury bannock Seafood Gateau With a lemon dressed green salad Duck Terrine with Spiced Plums Accompanied by a sticky balsamic sauce Chicken Satay with Peanut Satay Sauce Served on a bed of shredded salad leaves Peppadew Peppers in Tempura Batter Served with a chilli hoi-sin dip

Followed By Traditional Roast Turkey Served with gravy, pigs in blankets and oatmeal stuffing Fillet of Monkfish Wellington Accompanied by a lemon and lime cream sauce Winter Fruit Stuffed Pork Fillet Served with a prune, brandy and mustard sauce Supreme of Chicken with a Walnut and Tarragon Sauce Served on bed of rice (can also be made using quorn chicken) Shoulder of Shetland Lamb filled with Lamb and Chestnut Stuffing Accompanied by a redcurrant gravy Boeuf Bourguignon Pie Tender Shetland beef in a rich button mushroom and red wine gravy

Main Courses are accompanied by Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes


T Then Something Sweet Cherry and Almond Christmas Pudding Served with kirsch custard Winter Berry Pavlova Served with cream or ice-cream Triple Chocolate Torte With cream chantilly on the side Cheese Selection Accompanied by oatcakes and savoury biscuits with home made chutney

And To Complete Freshly Brewed Tea and Coffee Served with home made mincemeat pies
