Programme Locations Since the initiation of the scheme in 1987, the NCEF has placed a strong emphasis on work-based learning. Many NCEF programmes, therefore, are based within operational fitness facilities where students, while training, gain onsite knowledge of being part of the environment of an industry based fitness facility. NCEF programmes are located nationwide. Venues include Cork, Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Kilkenny, Portlaoise and Waterford. Information on all programmes is directly available from NCEF Head Office or from website (www.ncefinfo.com).
