Changes for affiliates • Movement between categories: All affiliates are general members and can become partners when both NCLR and the affiliate wish to engage more deeply • Dues: NCLR proposes to move to a sliding scale for membership dues • Disaffiliation: There may be times when either NCLR or an affiliate determines that affiliation is no longer a good fit

Elevated role for AMS To support its affiliate relations NCLR will elevate the role of AMS within headquarters and put in place new communications, planning processes, and information systems

Senior staff in field offices To provide a greater level of localization and customization, NCLR proposes to shift more resources into the field including more seniorlevel policy staff
