2023 Exhibitor Prospectus

The North Carolina Association of Pharmacists (NCAP) requests your participation at NCAP’s 2023 Annual Convention to be held June 4-6, 2023 at the Beaufort Hotel in Beaufort, North Carolina.

The North Carolina Association of Pharmacists is the sole pharmacy association in our state We provide the collective voice for the profession We represent pharmacists from all practice settings and currently have approximately 2,500 members and over 15,000 pharmacists and other pharmacy professional contacts Our mission is to unite, serve, and advance the profession of pharmacy for the benefit of society

The exhibitor fee is $1,195 and includes a booth and interaction with attendees during lunch in the exhibit hall from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm and during our social reception 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm on Sunday, June 4th. Programming will stop during these hours so all the attention will be on you! We are excited to offer a few limited VIP Booths in the foyer of our registration area. The cost for the VIP Booth is $2,995. The VIP Booth will be available for the entire day Sunday, June 4th and Monday, June 5th, during our programming to interact with attendees as they are checking-in, going to their sessions and networking during breaks. Our exhibit packages include 2 registrations for representatives that may need CE, meals while exhibiting, and a shout out in North Carolina Pharmacist, the official Journal of NCAP. Paid exhibitors will also receive a list of convention attendees and be featured on all our meeting platforms, including our convention website and in our meeting app

This year our sponsors have the opportunity to gain more visibility and recognition in the pharmacy industry with three options of a Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsorship The Platinum Sponsorship will be limited to the first three committed companies and will be scheduled for their own Lunch and Learn Product Theater Your representative will have the floor for 45 minutes of exclusive access to our attendees on Monday, June 5th. You need to be seen and spend more time with our attendees. The VIP Exhibitors will have a booth set up for two days in the pre-function area for the entire day during programming to interact with attendees This area will be where pharmacy leaders and attendees from all differenct practice areas in the pharmacy industry will come to check-in at our registration desk, go to their meetings and network during breaks

You need to be where everyone will come to you Attendees will join us in the exhibit hall where we will have food, drinks, and prizes to giveaway for attendees that take the time to meet you. Lunch will be served in the exhibit hall 11:30 am - 1:30 pm and our social reception will be from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm. This will be the perfect time to promote your products, meet customers, and generate new leads

Everyone will be invited to our Social Reception to celebrate our event and those that support our events This will be a great time to mingle with attendees in a more relaxed atmosphere Take the time to finish conversations with attendees you may have met earlier in the day or new ones that are just coming by your booth.
