DREAMING TILL DAWN…….!!!!!

Ayesha, who is the eldest among her two sisters, is a student of grade four studying in one of the formal schools of Lakho Dehar known as ABNI. This is a project of Fatima Memorial System’s community outreach programme. These schools have been playing a very important part in educating the underprivileged children in the remote areas in the suburbs of Lahore where the concept of education rarely existed. Ayesha lives only at a few minutes walk from her school with her parents and two sisters. Both her parents earn their living by stitching clothes. They are both very much affectionate towards her and this might be the major reason why she is motivated towards being even more hardworking. She is an extremely determined student who, although, loves vacations like every other child of her age but hates to sit idle even in her holidays. As she realizes that there is no male heir who can replace her father as the breadwinner she studies really hard always moving closer to the mutual dream of her parents and herself of becoming a doctor. Along with this she also wishes desperately that her mother gets paid higher in all seasons rather than living hand to mouth in times when she doesn’t get much work. Once she gets her first salary she wants to get her mother new shoes and clothes.

She also shares the burden of her mother by helping her in cooking which she quite likes.

She really is in need for your wholehearted support and donations in helping her fulfill her dreams and achieve her set goals, so that, we would also see her as a doctor one day…..!!
