University of Notre Dame Creative Writing Program

The graduate program, leading to the M.F.A. in English, is a literary immersion program:Students are admitted in fiction, poetry, and nonfiction, and are encouraged to explore cross-genre work, and explore a variety of aesthetics and traditions.They are also fully integrated into the intellectual and curricular life of the university, enrolling in graduate literature classes, helping to create literary magazines, and by participating in the literary life of a community of writers, including the many visiting authors featured each year.
