BIOSINFECT SF-1TM liquid chlorinated disinfectant detergent self-foaming. Indicated for contact disinfection of surfaces, equipment, tanks, utensils and small material in the food industry and in all types of facilities. Applications: Product indicated for the cleaning, disinfection and deodorization of all types of surfaces in the food industry, for its special ability to neutralize odor-producing decomposition processes, as in the case of the fishing industry. BIOSINFECT S-F1TM FEATURES Simultaneous cleaning and disinfection Great power of detergency and disinfection. It allows cleaning and disinfection simultaneously in a single operation.
Moisture and penetration power Because of its surfactant nature, the product has a great moisturizing power and penetrates into the smallest interstices, achieving cleaning and disinfection in those places and corners of difficult access.
Foaming power The application in the form of foam, by means of the appropriate equipment, supposes a cleaning and disinfection deeper and improved, especially in walls, ceilings, etc., since it involves a greater contact time between said vertical surfaces and the product. The foam formed, remains adhered to these surfaces by forces that oppose gravity preventing the slide to the floor of the product. By means of this application system a perfect (visual) control of the surfaces to be treated is achieved, facilitating also the operations of flushing or subsequent rinsing.
Stability Maintains all its effectiveness against very hard water and organic waste. The undiluted product can be stored in the original containers, in fresh and dry places, protected from contact with direct sunlight.

BIOSINFECT S-F1TM ESSENTIALS How to use AS concentrated product, it should be used diluted in plenty of water.
Contact disinfection BIOSINFECT S-F1 TM can be applied by spraying, washing with a cloth, mop or spray foam with the product diluted in water on the surface to be treated: walls, floors, equipment, etc. Before use, rinse the surface to be disinfected.
DOSAGE 2% -4%: In the presence of a large amount of fat, hot water can be used without the temperature exceeding 45ºC. Leave on for 10 minutes and rinse well with clean water until the remains of the product are eliminated. It has high degreasing power. As a precaution, note that it can damage aluminum, galvanized and other soft metals, so it is recommended to make tests prior to use on surfaces of this type of materials.
Precautions of Use Causes severe burns. Do not transfer the content of the containers. In contact with free acids releases toxic gases. Actividad Bactericida Presenta actividad bactericida cumpliendo la norma UNE-EN 13697, en condiciones sucias de ensayo a 20ºC ± 1 para un tiempo de contacto de 5 minutos y a la dosis de dilución del 2% en aguas duras, frente a las 4 cepas oficiales: Echerichia Coli (CETC 405) Enterococcus hirae (CETC 4081 Pseudomona aureiginosa (CETC 116) Staphylococcus aureus (CETC 239) II.)
Actividad Fungicida Presenta actividad fungicida, cumpliendo la norma UNE-EN 13697, en condiciones sucias de ensayo a 20ºC±1, en presencia de sustancias interferentes, para un tiempo de contacto de 15 minutos y a la dosis del 4% en aguas duras, frente a las 2 cepas oficiales: Aspergillus niger (CETC 2574) Candida albicans (CETC 1394)
8. Características Físico-Químicas Aspecto: Líquido transparente de color ligeramente amarillento. Olor: Característico a cloro. Cloro: 65-70 g de cloro Activo por Litro. pH (1%): 12.5-13.5 (Método ITL 03) Densidad: 1.22 ± 0.05 g/c.c. (Método ITL 02) 9. Aplicaciones: Producto indicado para la limpieza, desinfección y desodorización de todo tipo de superficies en la industria alimentaria, por su especial capacidad para neutralizar procesos de descomposición productores de olor, como en el caso de la industria de la pesca. Sus principales campos de aplicación son las industrias cárnicas, mataderos, conserveras, industrias lácteas, granjas, medios de transporte, utensilios de transporte, almacenes, ganadería, etc. Posee un amplio espectro de eficacia eliminando además con facilidad los restos de materiales orgánicos. La aplicación del producto en la Industria Alimentaria para uso en desinfección, habrá de llevarse en ausencia de alimentos.
10. Fórmula estructural n/a 11. Dosis y/o Forma de uso La dosificación viene establecida en función de la superficie donde se vaya a aplicar el producto: · Superficies sucias: 2%-4% de concentración en solución acuosa · Superficies limpias: 1%-2% de concentración en solución acuosa Modo de Empleo Al tratarse de un producto concentrado, deberá utilizarse diluido en abundante agua. Desinfección por contacto: puede aplicarse por pulverización, lavado con bayeta, fregona o proyección de espuma con el producto diluido en agua sobre la superficie a tratar: paredes, suelos, equipos, etc. Antes de su uso conviene enjuagar la superficie a desinfectar. DOSIFICACION 2%-4%: En presencia de gran cantidad de grasa, se puede emplear agua caliente sin que la temperatura de la misma exceda los 45ºC. Dejar actuar 10 minutos y aclarar bien con agua potable hasta eliminar los restos del producto. Posee alto poder desengrasante. Como precaución, reseñar que puede dañar el aluminio, galvanizados y otros metales blandos, por lo que se recomienda hacer pruebas previas a su utilización en superficies de este tipo de materiales. 12. Precauciones de Uso Provoca quemaduras graves. No trasvasar el contenido de los envases. En contacto con ácidos libres libera gases tóxicos. Se utilizará siempre con ropa protectora, guantes y protección ocular. Conservar únicamente en su envase original. De uso estrictamente profesional. No ingerir. 13. Especificaciones Técnicas Solubilidad Liquido rápida y totalmente soluble en agua en todas las proporciones. Limpieza y desinfección simultáneas Gran poder de detergencia y desinfección. Permite efectuar la limpieza y desinfección de manera simultánea en una sola operación. Poder humectante y de penetración Por su carácter tensioactivo, el producto presenta un gran poder humectante y penetra en los menores intersticios, consiguiendo la limpieza y desinfección en aquellos lugares y rincones de difícil acceso. Poder espumante La aplicación en forma de espuma, mediante los equipos adecuados, supone una limpieza y desinfección mas profunda y mejorada, especialmente en paredes, techos, etc., ya que comporta un mayor tiempo de contacto entre dichas superficies verticales y el producto. La espuma formada, quedad adherida a dichas superficies por fuerzas que se oponen a la gravedad impidiendo el deslizamiento hacia el suelo del producto. Mediante este sistema de aplicación se logra un control perfecto (visual) de las superficies a tratar, facilitando además las operaciones de baldeo o aclarado posterior. Estabilidad Mantiene toda su eficacia frente a aguas muy duras y residuos orgánicos. El producto sin diluir, puede conservarse almacenado en los envases originales, en lugares frescos y secos preservados del contacto con la luz solar directa. ________________________
