Plinth cut into to form pools, transition between spa and large pool created through change in level. Landscaping takes follows same concept. forms cut out of material to create soft landscaping areas.

Wet area split into Pool area and Spa area, both areas are differentiated between through the use of a change in level allowing each zone to cater for different building users if necessary. Transition zone acts as buffer between both areas.

Initial Sections
Roof structure to be incorrupted with lighting strategy creating top lit pool area. Depth of structure deep enough to stop top lit glare. Solid mass plinth cut into to create pools, change in level between large pool and spa pool creates transition. Spa pool level below ground giving user visual relationship to ground level
Space for balance tanks around perimeter of pool
Entrance cantilever provides threshold from street/park to building
Frigidarium // large cold pool closes pores
Tepidarium // constant radiant heat from the walls and floor.
