Many of our members may know Leanne Ziemba as the business operations manager for the Northeast Dairy Foods Association, Inc., and the Northeast Dairy Food Suppliers, Inc., in our N. Syracuse, New York, offi ce. But we’ve discovered she also is queen of the kitchen, as she has some delicious recipes that include fresh, wholesome dairy products.

Watermelon Salad

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 cups cubed watermelon

• 6 or 8 ounce package crumbled feta cheese

• 1 large seedless cucumber chopped • Chopped fresh mint • ¼ cup honey • white vinegar
