The trucks drop the set number of newspaper bundles at various drop points in the city. At each of these points members of the Distributor agencies would be waiting The unsold newspaper of the previous day is collected from the shops and brought back to the distributor agency. This constitutes 2% of the total supplies. The distributors make a profit of 4% while the vendors make a profit of 30% selling newspaper.

Since ages crumpled newspaper has been used as fillers in packaging to absorb shocks during transportation.
newsprint paper for packaging
Taking this ahead packaging material is made from newspaper. Newsprint paper is shredded into small bits and soaked in water. To this a small quantity of waste cotton is added along with a minimal amount of binding agent. It is essential that binding agent does not effect the flexibility of the material. This composition is then converted to custom packaging by vacuum pressing using screen molds. Moulded packaging is 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and sustainable.Â
