A building as perceived to be a normal habitable space to anyone has a strong tendency to etch memories deep into a person. Being brought as a single child, I always tended to deck up my bedrooms with photographs, memories, newspaper cut-outs etc. These small activities used to leave marks on walls, which would be like frames of a soul which used to belong there, created a home out of a house and shared a space which would be inhabited by someone else. Once occupied by another tenant, these rooms would be freshly painted and given a new entity to them. These transitions of different spaces formed a chain of thought which was developed over the years as how a simple room has a power to develop an individual, nurture them and give a path to them. All the photographs stuck became a scrap book for reference, the memories would be sketched and newspaper cut-outs would be filed. Hence I thought out to seek something better, an entity which would help me perceive a whole picture thereby my path towards Architecture.
