Concept The main goal is to allow maximum natural light in all rooms, and make use of the good weather in the ventilation.
Inspiration Inspired from Al-taif diverse typography. The levels of the mountains and the valley in addetion to the greenery in between.
How Creating different levels in the building, in a way that makes it blinds with the levels of the mountains around Altaif. Make use of the good weather, by circulating the air through a courtyard , that the whole hospital levels over look it.

Project Vision: Creating an integrated Community to be the main destination for those who appreciate luxury. This V VIP project has it all, High-end retail shops, fine dining restaurents, fancy coffee shops, Private Lounges, an extraordinary entertainments and fancy spaces for luxurious events.
Concept: - Cerculating the sea breez and the nice wind through the walkways Using building orientation - Creating Nodes (Inner plazas) as Focal points for the project, allowing a social friendly environment.
