STR ANGE DETAIL S GUIDED BY MEHUL BHATT & IP SHITA |14 WEE KS | MONSOON S EMSTER | |GA NDHI NAGAR |

Architecture is largely perceived as an expression of an idea or an intention. But its manifestation is rooted in the realities of construction and nature of materials. The negotiations between these aspects result into some unique and some ‘strange details’ of architecture that are then communicated through drawings.

Plan Working Drawings

01 A conceptual unbuilt project of a renowned architect is taken as the semester project, further relocating in local context. The primary aim is to resolve and align architectural design intensions with choices of structural systems, materials, construction and detailing in line with the architects philosophy.
