SHARP MANAGEMENT Inc. Be the First to get Carbon Credits in Newfoundland & Labrador Sharp Management will become the first firm in Newfoundland and Labrador to generate, and sell Carbon Credits. Sharp, through the design and implementation of engineered wetlands to treat sewage wastewater in the towns of Stephenville and Appleton-Glenwood, has quantified, verified, and will soon acquire certification of 50,000 carbon credits from offsetting emissions of 50,000 tonnes of CO2, on these projects.
These carbon credits will be the first ever to be generated in Newfoundland and Labrador, and revenues generated from their sale will be split 50/50 with the municipalities who invested in this environmentally sustainable technology. For a limited 3-month period, credits will be available as First Ever Carbon Credits from Newfoundland and Labrador. From this period onwards they will be sold as regular credits.
We are seeking firms and individuals who wish to demonstrate their environmental and social responsibility by being among the first purchasers of these local home grown carbon credits in the history of the province. Additional to the regular certificate for carbon credit purchases, these purchasers will receive a special designation for the “First Ever Carbon Credits from Newfoundland & Labrador”, to commemorate their investment. Reduce your firms carbon footprint, reduce your personal footprint, look to become carbon natural. Purchase your Carbon Credits in the province to keep funds in NL. Similar to purchasing your produce, buy your Carbon Credits local – close to home of your operations.
We are proud to offer this unique opportunity and hope you see it as an opportunity you wish to be involved with. Please contact Matt Rumboldt (matt@neia.org) at The Newfoundland & Labrador Environmental Industry Association (NEIA) who will group this interest for our broker of these credits Carbonzero Inc.
