REVERSE Trade Show
The public sector purchases a wide range of goods and services each year, from light bulbs to windmills to backhoes. The list of goods and services purchased by the public sector is extensive, and we welcome your participation in the bidding process. On Wednesday, November 30, 2016, the Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, the Government Purchasing Agency and the St. John’s Board of Trade will be hosting a Meet the Buyers Reverse Trade Show at the Holiday Inn, St. John’s, NL. A Reverse Trade Show provides the perfect opportunity for potential and existing suppliers, manufacturers, consultants and contractors to interact with public sector buyers who exhibit at this one-stop event. Find out how your products and services could meet the needs of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, provincial municipalities, academic institutions, school boards and health facilities, other governments in Atlantic Canada and the Government of Canada. Learn about the public sector procurement process, what is purchased and how to access bidding opportunities. This is a free event, however, pre-registration is recommended.
