ith a proven drive to help others, Seaford High School earned the “Heroglobin” award from the New York Blood Center for surpassing 20,000 blood donations in the 2011-2012 academic year. The school was one of eight across Long Island to earn this distinction. The high school’s blood drives, held in the fall, winter and spring, are coordinated by the Student Council and advised by teachers Tania Cintorino and Shari Raduazzo. Thanks to all who gave their time!
