for 10 hours between 6am to 5pm, entitling him to overtime pay. But suspicions were raised when his supervisor noted he was difficult to get in touch with towards the end of the day. Manager Mike O’Donnell checked Stuart’s work truck GPS log, which recorded the time and address of every start and stop, the distance between stops, the idling time and the average speed of each journey. He found there was often a mismatch between the time of the truck’s last stop at Stuart’s house and the finish time on his
A street cleaner who filed false timesheets was caught out when the GPS on his truck revealed he was at home not work. The Employment Relations Authority has found Nelson City Council maintenance contractor Downer was justified in sacking Robert Stuart because he overstated his work hours. Stuart claimed one of the reasons he was at home when he should have been at work was because he was watching coverage of the Pike River Mine disaster, where a friend was involved. Stuart often filed daily job records which claimed he worked

FROM PAGE 1 Nelson Regional Breast Cancer Trust. Tasman Makos player Tom Marshall confessed he raided his mum’s dress up box to turn pink, and says he saw the boot camp as a fun way to support a great cause. Funds from the bootcamp go towards supporting local breast cancer sufferers in the region, and trustee member Kate Coote says it was a great day and she was thrilled to see the show
of support through such a good turnout. “Everyone really got into the spirit of the occasion.” Throughout the month of October over $20,000 has been raised for the Nelson Regional Breast Cancer trust, and Kate says the funds will stay local and the trust hopes to form a survivership programme to support local breast cancer survivors. “Every cent we raise stays here, and helps local breast cancer patients and their families.”
timesheets. When Stuart was called in for a disciplinary meeting in December 2010, he admitted taking longer lunch breaks than his halfhour allowance. He explained that over two weeks the previous month, he had stayed at home to watch the Pike River disaster. Stuart also explained that some of his time was spent preparing for the afternoon shift by cleaning his truck or maintaining his equipment. He offered to make up the extra time on the weekend, but his employers declined. Downer found Stuart had been systematically falsifying his job records and dismissed him for serious misconduct.
Stuart filed a personal grievance claim, seeking $12,000 in compensation for unjustified dismissal. He said the decision to sack him was overly harsh, given his 6 years of service without any complaints. He also claimed the decision was predetermined, citing the “smug grin” on O’Donnell’s face as evidence. ERA member David Appleton found Downer was justified in dismissing Stuart. An analysis of his job records showed he claimed a total of 17 hours in excess of his lunch allowance, as well as almost 46 hours at home at the end of the day, between June and December 2010. The ERA dismissed Stuart’s claim for compensation and dismissed Downer’s counterclaim to get back the extra pay.

Mayors hit back at MP’s figures
TUESDAY 30 October 2012

Andrew Board An almighty scrap has broken out between MP Nick Smith and the region’s two mayors over council rate increases. Last week the Nelson MP mailed out his annual survey to voters in Nelson and Tasman in which he wrote rates have increased by 13 per cent per year in Nelson and 12 per cent in Tasman on average over the past decade. He says his figures are from Statistics New Zealand, independent, and he’s “flabbergasted” the mayors would doubt them. But Nelson mayor Aldo Miccio and Tasman mayor Richard Kempthorne yesterday issued a joint statement calling the MPs figures “incorrect” and their release “disappointing”. Aldo says that Nelson City Council has had an average rate rise of 6.9 per cent over the past ten years says that NCC has been told by Statistics New Zealand that they know their figures are wrong and will be replaced. “To repeatedly say increasing costs are entirely due to council decisions and use incorrect figures of 12 per cent and 13 per cent to support his view is both mystifying and disappointing,” he says. Richard says put the printed figures by Nick down to a proofreading error in the production of the newsletter. “After a lengthy discussion with Nick regarding the previous use of the figures, that’s the only explanation I can think of. “This survey and newsletter has been delivered at an important time. In his enthusiasm to promote

Table released by Nelson City Council on its rate rises over the past decade. a wide number of issues including gay marriage, euthanasia and local government reform, he has forgotten earlier discussions.” But Nick told Nelson Weekly late yesterday that the mayors must be in “denial” and the figures are accurate. “I stand by the figures in my newsletter. The debt of our two councils has trebled to more than $200 million over the past decade. “Councils have too often played cute games with their rate increase figures because they know [there are] concerns from their residents. I believe the Statistics New Zealand figures are neutral and can be relied upon.” Both Aldo and Nick strongly stood by their information with Aldo adding: “Nelson City Council is working with Statistics New Zealand to correct the figures on their website. Nick has been using incorrect figures and I can’t stress enough, if Nick’s figures are correct I will be over the moon because we have done the biggest reversal in rate increases in New Zealand over the past 25 years – but they aren’t right.”

$50,000 in overdue movie rentals Phillip Rollo
A local video store has $50,000 of debt on its books just because of overdue rentals. The same video store, which did not want its name released, is owed $1500 by one man who did not return a console or eight games. This particular video store has a policy that
overdue DVDs, games and consoles are deemed “lost” after 14 days and its owner says it doesn’t make extra money from everyday late fees because they have to pay off the ones that go unreturned. “People think we make a lot of money off late fees, but we don’t really because everything that doesn’t come back we have to replace it,” he says. “While you’re getting
in money from the people that do pay, it’s really just paying for the stuff that doesn’t come back.” The owner says he would prefer to have all of his product back on the shelf in time instead of collecting extra money off late fees. It was well known within the industry that people with overdue late fees would move onto another store and the owner
says most customers will have tags on their key rings with memberships to different franchises. The largest individual fee of $1500 included a $500 replacement for a lost gaming console and 14 days overdue rental of eight games. If a customer has still not returned the items, a debt collection company steps in.

Arts fest ends with a bang

The finale to the Nelson Arts Festival took place on Sunday, and drew the curtain on the event that saw thousands of people attend different shows, and events over the two weeks. Director Sophie Kelly says the festival was fantastic and drew significantly more numbers than previous years, with many people making trips from out of town, especially for the Labour Weekend events. Founders Park hosted the nautically themed finale event that saw the community dress up for the occasion, and featured pirate battles, sailor dancing, and treasure hunts. The Nelson Arts Festival put on 92 events at local Nelson and regional locations, and Sophie says it’s great to put on so many events for the public to enjoy. “It’s absolutely fantastic to pull it all together.” Grace Rassekhi, 10, of Hira said she enjoyed the finale which had “heaps of stuff for big and little kids” to do, and Selina Max of Wakefield says the day at Founders was a great way to finish the festival off. Sophie says the annual masked parade, which drew thousands of participants and spectators was a standout event for the festival and “an absolute highlight to watch.”

Strong year for Port Port Nelson Limited has reported a positive year, with the involvement of Unimar Limited in the Rena recovery boosting total earnings before interest and tax to $14.6 million. Chairman Nick Patterson told the shareholders at last week’s Port Company AGM that this was $1.6 million above budget, which he says was particularly pleasing, given the on-going challenging conditions in the wider economy. “Port Nelson’s 44 per cent shareholding in Unimar has given our end result a significant lift and has seen the fortunes of Unimar itself change significantly from only 12 months ago,” he says. “It’s been satisfying to see a Nelson-based company having
the expertise to take a leading role in this important salvage project, as the New Zealand representative for UK-based Braemar Howells.” Excluding the Unimar contribution, operating earnings were $12.3 million, down on last years’ $12.8 million. The Board declared a special dividend of $8 million in March after looking at short and medium term plans, a review of financial projections and of the balance sheet. Further to that it recentlypaid its shareholders, the Nelson City and Tasman District Councils, a final dividend of $3.2 million, and an interim dividend of $1 million in April this year.

Young actors ready for anything Improvised theatre can go anywhere, at any time, and these girls will be ready when it does. The Nelson College for Girls junior theatre sports team “Once upon a line” has been invited to perform alongside professional improvised comedy troupe “The Deep End” at the Theatre Royal this Thursday. The show will involve both teams performing without scripts, and without practice to a live audience says team coordinator and Nelson College for Girls teacher Jennifer Dalton. The theme for the show is all things “Old School.” Team member Lucy Upton, 14, says the girls are excited to perform alongside professionals and see it as an opportunity to gear up towards the national Court Theatre competition in Christchurch which they earned a spot in. “We are really excited to be performing with The Deep End, we love performing together and bringing different people in creates a whole new dynamic.” Lucy says the team builds and feeds off each other to make the performance work, using only an idea, an object or a setting as a guide to form ad-lib performances.
Once upon a line team members, Emily Kremmer, Matty Shaw, Hannah Malpas and Lucy Upton. Absent at the time was Sarah Abele- Jacksties. Photo: Sinead Ogilvie. Jennifer says the students all have a passion for improvised theatre. “They are an intelligent group of girls, and it’s a great way to
use their quick wit.” Tickets to the show are $15 from the Theatre Royal, and the show starts on Thursday at 7.30pm.

Dinky horse set to retire
At just shy of a metre tall, Dinky certainly lives up to his name. The Shetland Timor cross pony has been volunteering at riding for the disabled since 1994, and at 26 years old he is set to retire. Dinky is a huge part of the RDA community, and has become something of a mascot says RDA riding coordinator Pam Harwood. Dinky will stay on for the students to groom says Pam, but his old age means it’s time for a newer, and larger horse to take over from Dinky’s riding role, which saw him give the “little tots” and kindergarten students rides. “The little kids just love him, and they all want to groom him or ride him, but he’s getting older now and it’s time for him to take on less of a workload.” The RDA received funding from Nelson Physical Activity last week allowing them to purchase a new pony to take over from Dinky’s riding duties. Nelson’s RDA has been going since 1972 and was formed by Dinky’s owner Doe Rowlands says Pam. The RDA provides not only people with disabilities the chance to learn functional riding skills, but is a therapy that incorporates not only the rider but the response to the horse they are riding. “Riders gain skills like hand eye co-ordination through a gentle exercise. The experience increases selfesteem through their achievements and feel a greater confidence.” Whie Pam says the RDA is ecstatic to be given the funding to help them purchase a new horse, she says they will struggle to find one as good natured as Dinky, who has never attempted to bite or harm anyone in all the years he’s been there. “He’s a one in a million pony. He will be very hard to replace.”

Business keeps autistic girl busy Sinead Ogilvie The average 21 year old woman is confident, determined, and making her way in the world and Nelson’s Maddie Cornelius is no exception. Maddie is a local girl with autism who is finding her place in the community and has set up her own business. With the support from her mother and father, Maddie set up “Maddie and Co”, digitizing family memories through scanning photographs.
The quirks of her disability means she’s “quite particular and wants to do a good job” and she has found she has a real knack for computers says Maddie’s mother Meredith. “Maddie has always been a computer girl, but I think that’s her generation rather than her disability.” Meredith says Maddie’s attention to detail and fluent reading skills means following set instructions on how to scan, organise and take care of photos make the business possible for her.

Seven thousand dollars worth of fireworks partied in the skies above the Tahuna Holiday Park Speedway on Saturday with race fans getting more than their money’s worth. The Coca Cola Fireworks Night always attracts a large crowd and speedway president Kris Carpenter was more than happy with the weekend’s showing, as organisers look to push the limits each year. Kris says the fireworks were bought from
Christchurch based company Fireworks Professionals. “It definitely gets better every year and we try to keep the budget every year,” she says. “Some years you might find more and some years you might find less but what we’ve noticed is that the show continues to get better.” The crew that lights the fireworks have to be approved and are led by Ian Montgomery of Okiwi Bay.

It’s something I’ve joked about for years, and it’s going to be a unique experience.” The dress code for the event is yet to be decided, and John says he had thoughts about “rocking up in a black singlet with a can of Speight’s” and says he expects the event to be quite informal compared with some situations that you might find yourself in with royalty. John says while his friends have started calling him “Lord Levy” because of the invitation, he expects he may not get to chat to Prince Charles but says if he winds up sitting next to him, he’ll have a good conversation. “We’ve actually both got a son called William, which is a bit of a coincidence, and he’s a wool ambassador so we have a bit in common,” he says. John expects a New Zealand menu involving paua and lamb, and he says if the roles were switched and he had the Prince over for lunch he’d probably offer him rack of lamb and some whitebait fritters.

SPCA opens its doors Top Team Without ruffling too many feathers, the Nelson SPCA will open the doors to the public for their annual open day this Saturday. People will enjoy themselves exploring the grounds and admiring the animals and manager Donna Walzl says it’s a great day and a way for the charity to say thanks for the support they receive. “It’s a fun family day, and it’s also our little way of giving back to the community. “It’s always a good time and it’s a chance to share the fantastic facility that we have here thanks to community support.” With vegetarian food and drink available, face painting, duck wrangling, and a build your own bird feeder station, Donna says there will be plenty to get involved in. Ducks, geese, alpaca, and three day old lambs will be there to admire, while the dogs and cats will all look their best for their chance at adoption, which will be available to the public says Donna. The ever popular petting zoo will be there for the kids, and Donna says if you’re quick, you can pre book to bring your dog in to be groomed. Public entry is by gold coin donation, and also enters you into the raffle to win a children’s playhouse donated by the NMIT pretrade course 2012, and other prizes. The event starts at 10am on Saturday November 3, and will run until 2pm, and is the start of the centre’s appeal week which is Nelson SPCA’s biggest fundraiser of the year. The SPCA ask that you park at the Reformed Church, 15 Burrough Pl, Enner Glynn.

The first regional Bowater Motor Group Top Team heat was held in Motueka over the weekend and the clock is counting down for Nelson’s turn. The popular obstacle competition based on 80s hit television show Top Town where teams of six tackle 12 team challenges, will be held at the Tahunanui Playing Fields on November 11 but entries must be in before November 5. Teams are normally made up of friends, families and coworkers with ages between eight and 60 years old. Participants will compete in a number of outdoor games like the sack race, see saw challenge, chariot race, giant ring toss, obstacle course and many more. Organisers say the contestants should be prepared to get wet while you run, lift, toss, crawl and roll your way to the top. A big part of the challenge is also the crazy costumes and creative team strips
Stoke’s Rory Fleming balances a bucketful of water at the Bowater Top Team last year. that participants turn up in. A grown man with a moustache wearing fluoro clothes in a sack race doesn’t look out of place at this event. The regional final, which will feature the winners from each of the three heats, will be held on November 18 in Upper Moutere. To register a team, visit www.sporttasman.org.nz/ top_team.

Liquorland Nelson wins national award Liquorland Nelson has been awarded Liquorland’s Gold Franchisee of the Year Award at the company’s annual conference this month, a national accolade which recognises the store’s achievements over the past year. Owners Gavin Snowball and Cheryl Scott are delighted with the recognition the store has achieved since they took over the franchise in September 2011. “We’re the only locally owned liquor outlet in Nelson City, and our philosophy is to look after our customers with a high level of consistent, personal service. It can be hard work being so hands on all the time, but the fantastic support we get from locals makes it really worthwhile,” says Gavin.
Liquorland Nelson owners Gavin Snowball and Cheryl Scott. Cheryl’s background as a trained chef and Gavin’s years of experience in hospitality have transferred well into liquor retailing, with plenty of expertise to
draw from when it comes to recommending the perfect drop to customers. Liquorland CEO Rod Gibson says the win demonstrates how businesses in any region can thrive with the right approach, despite the tough economic conditions. “There are approximately 80 Liquorland stores around New Zealand, so Gavin and Cheryl have certainly outdone themselves by winning this award. Their clear business strategy, strong community focus, and extremely high standards in both customer service and in store execution, has led to phenomenal growth across all key measures. Liquorland Nelson is a great example of what committed and excellent retailing can do,” says Rod.

The mobile communication revolution is here! 2Degrees mobile is expanding rapidly throughout the Tasman region. They have recently appointed Shane Laurence as the dedicated Business Consultant and have been operating a retail kiosk in the Richmond Mall. A retail store is currently under construction and will be opening in Trafalgar Street soon. 2Degrees Mobile has been recently named as the 6th fastest growing company in New Zealand in the Deloitte Fast 50 with over 530% growth in the last year. This follows a 2nd placing the previous year and recognises the recent achievement of 1,000,000 customers nationwide. Shane has a background in accounting, business ownership and business management and understands that having a value, service and innovation driven business model delivers significant benefits to the bottom line and customer satisfaction. Shane notes, ‘telecommunications are becoming essential in the way business interacts with themselves and their customers. Businesses have become wary of the two main incumbents, particularly around pricing and service. 2Degrees is a Kiwi company that is delivering greater value, better service and continual innovation in its products and customer support. Features such as roll over minutes, shared data and free group calling allow us to provide a tailored mobile solution to every business’. Freeview – you don’t need a new TV With the big switch over to digital TV coming up soon, many people think that they will need to buy a new TV, but that isn’t necessarily the case. Nine times out of ten Rowan Dron can install Freeview to your existing TV with picture perfect quality. When the current free-to-air analogue signals are switched off Freeview is the only way you can continue to get free TV. Because Rowan is a qualified and registered electrician he offers a complete package from a simple switch over for your current television right through to installation of new TVs, audio systems or home theatre packages, even installing new power points if you need them. Freeview allows you to watch programmes with crystal clear digital quality and sound. You’ll be in control of your TV viewing and will be able to pause, record and replay live TV to fit around your busy schedule with no monthly fees or contracts. Rowan can also take care of any electrical requirements you might need in your home, from new wiring, repairs and maintenance and installation of new appliances. Give him a call and he’ll come and sort out your Freeview or electrical requirements. Getting started and sticking with a fitness programme that works for you is challenging, but Jeremy Mcilroy makes it easy to fast track your results with his friendly and down to earth approach to personal training. Jeremy aims to get people moving the way they should, with a special focus on functional training, and offers confidence to those who have never used gym equipment before. “Everybody has a starting point. I can help you set out and achieve goals with confidence.” Jeremy will offer boot camp style group sessions on Friday nights, and he runs 30 minute and 60 minute personal sessions. Talk to Jeremy from JMacFitness about a free consultation, and see how much he can do for you.

Nelson offers a backdrop of river tracks, forest runs, the perfect place for a casual walk or training for an event. Returning yesterday from Auckland where I was one of 16,500 competing in the Auckland Marathon event, I completed the ½ marathon. The Body Shop is my first stop for skin care. With our harsh sun, I always use The Body Shop’s vitamin C daily moisturiser. Containing SPF30 I know my skin is protected, and love the bright, radiant appearance, leaving my skin soft and smooth, and ending the day with the divine calm heavenly shower gel. The Christmas range has arrived in the store, and this week is the perfect time to get ahead on your Christmas shopping by buying one full price Christmas product and getting 20% off Christmas Body Butter. Assistant manager Jolene says her favourite product in the Christmas range is the vanilla bliss shimmer lotion which she says reminds her of the smell of vanilla custard. Have a fabulous week and I look forward to your visit at our Fashion Island.

Youngsters shine in speedway opener Phillip Rollo Brad Neiman showed no signs of winter blues as his driving clinic helped himself and teammate George Watson to victory in the youth ministock pairs on Saturday night. The opening night was rained off a fortnight ago, and showers around 5pm had organisers fearful that racing could have been delayed for a further two weeks. Thankfully the rain stayed away as the drivers produced plenty of excitement for the Tahuna Holiday Park Speedway crowd. The main event of the night was the youth ministock pairs and no one showed more driving nous than the young 17n driver. Brad finished on the podium three times in as many races, finishing first place in the final race of the night. His racing partner George was consistent throughout the evening finishing fifth, eighth and ninth place, as the two accumulated more points than any other pair. Keightly Teece and Roydon Winstanley were the other ministock drivers to raise the chequered flag on the night. Club president Kris Carpenter was thrilled with the huge numbers in this particular class as it feeds through into other areas when the drivers turn 17 years old. “We’ve had the youth ministocks in for quite a while now but it’s just now that we’re starting to see them feed through to the other classes. It’s taken a while to get them hooked but now the 12 year olds are staying in it until they’re 17 and then moving into another class.” The Coca Cola Fireworks Night was concluded by the announcement of a predictable Nelson Tigers line-up for its Challenge Cup clash with the Palmerston North Panthers in two week’s time. Shane and Carey Harwood, Blair Cunningham, Jared Gray and Ian Clayworth will all don the tiger shell for the event. The Challenge Cup occurs biannually and it is currently held by the Panthers, says Kris.
Hockey president scoops award The Hockey Nelson president of 25 years has been named Sport Tasman’s overall regional sport volunteer of the year. Diane Proudfoot was awarded the top prize at the Sport Volunteer Awards hosted by Sport Tasman in association with Sport NZ and WHK on Friday morning. Diane says the recognition was overwhelming. “Being nominated was just fantastic but to actually be the winner is absolutely amazing,” she says. Also a committee member at the Waimai Hockey Club, Diane can be found at the Saxton Hockey Turf all day on Saturdays and Sundays. She has been part of the organising committee for the artificial surfaces and the new pavilion and is on the Hockey Softball Pavilion Board.

Nayland Primary Rugby League Captain Braydon Hardy, 9, accepted the Simon Mannering Cup along side his teammates on Friday. Cup sponsor Wendy Mannering presented the team with their championship title, following their win at the three week Tasman Rugby League Tournament. The tournament saw junior league teams participate from schools all over the region.
Youth football coach named Trials for Nelson’s ASB Youth League - named the Nelson Falcons - got underway on Saturday although there was one key addition missing. Head coach Davor Tavich was appointed to hold the reins in the team’s debut season but he is currently in Auckland obtaining his FIFA Level 3 coaching certificate. The 46 year old has lived in Nelson for five years and has coached various age representatives teams. Prior to moving to Nelson he coached 15th grade football in Auckland and 13th grade football in Lower Hutt, both teams being in the highest division for their age groups. Davor says he was very pleased to be appointed head coach of this new team and is excited by the opportunity that the ASB Youth League offers the region’s young players. In the past, Nelson players have had to commit to Canterbury United’s youth team, travelling five hours south every second weekend for home games. “Nelson has a lot of fantastic young footballers, and I believe we have the talent to compete well in the ASB Youth League,” he says. “I look forward to seeing all players keen to play in this team at the second trial.” Davor is an active football player himself, playing for the Nelson Pine Industries division one

He says that he is passionate about coaching, and his ambition is to go as far as he can on a national level, and later on an international level. range forecast backs this up with no sign of rain till at least Sunday but with the odd windy day. Can’t afford a boat? Then you might want to check out kayaking. Kayak fishing is experiencing an amazing increase in popularity and is now recognised as one of the fastest growing water sports in New Zealand and certainly it’s making fishing far more accessible to all. Our kayak fishers have been hauling in some great sized gurnard, new season snapper and tarakihi. Tip for kayak fishing and catching gurnard at Delaware Bay – paddle out on the outgoing tide or you’ll be paddling backwards!! Head out to around 16 metres of water where the sand meets the mud, anchor up here (don’t drift) use a size 5 hook, 1 inch cube pilchards for bait and suspend your bait just off the ocean floor, sit back and smile!! This method has produced gurnard up to 1.13kg!! Gavin Williams with a 10 kilo plus snapper caught in Tasman Bay during the Dawnbreaker snapper challenge on Sunday.

Tasman Bay snapper are still proving to be a bit elusive, but it is just a matter of time before they will be more consistent in numbers with the water temperature hopefully starting to rise in the next few weeks. With all the fresh water recently, the snapper are still lurking about in the 20 to 30m mark out in Tasman Bay, with a few being caught along the boulder bank. Setlines still seem to be one of the better forms of fishing at present and are a great backup to rod fishing to help supplement the day's catch. We haven’t heard any reports on the fishing at D’urville probably because the weather has prevented people getting out. Likewise about Kenepuru and Pelorus sound the snapper fishing has been slow. A weather expert said last week, that the weather will improve during this month, with the rain fading and the windy days becoming less frequent, which was great to hear. This week’s long

The Harbour Master’s
diary
• Three large Container vessels (200m+) and two medium sized ones kept the marine office and stevedores busy last week. We believe that last week was the last visit of one of them and we now eagerly await her replacement. • The big Transfuture car carrier arrived with vehicles and left with processed forestry. Thirteen large fishing vessel movements occurred. The navy arrived for some well-deserved R and R and the Sea watch from the Cook Strait went up on the slipway. • What price do we put on the human life, let alone three of them? Not only do they rate their own lost revenue and tax value there is also a huge cost to family and friends in the grieving. I RELISH the opportunity to thank a well-known restaurant of the same name, as without someone’s quick intervention from there, we may well have been mourning the loss of three young men stupid enough to set to sea in a paddling pool rated inflatable. Wind 25 to 30 knots from the SW trending southerly, an ebbing tide, a broken paddle and not a single brain cell amongst the three of them sharp enough to think they should at least have been wearing life jackets. Currently I consider we have been close to the loss of seven lives in this region. Perhaps there are more I don’t know about. • If you have a story for me to consider please email the harbour.master@portnelson.co.nz. • I look forward to Nelson City Council’s endorsement of the new Navigation Safety Bylaw as soon as possible to further promote and ensure safety on the water. The Harbour Masters’ office intends to have an increased presence on the water this summer. Ensure you are amongst the ones we congratulate. If in doubt- don’t go out
Dave Duncan, Harbour Master/Marine Operations Manager.
