in Egypt. “I had been an entertainer all my life,” says Maurice, who now resides in Stoke. “I’ve been a bandsman since I was eight-years-old.” So, it was no different during war.
“I’ve always played.” Tomorrow morning Maurice will be among the hundreds of others paying their respects at the dawn service at Anzac Park. This time his eldest grandson will also be
