On behalf of Northeast Mississippi Community College Police Department, I welcome you to our campus. The Northeast Campus Police Department is here to help you 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. As Chief, I expect professionalism from my officers as they help you with your needs. Northeast campus police is expected, and strives to provide you with the highest quality of law enforcement and security services. From investigating crimes, jumpstarting your vehicle to unlocking your doors, we are here to serve. Northeast’s Campus Police Department strives to promote and maintain a campus environment conducive to academic achievement. A truly safe campus can only be achieved through the cooperation of the entire campus community. With your help and participation and our commitment, I am confident that the time you spend with us will be safe and productive. The Policy and Statistical Information is made available to you in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, formally the Student Right to Know Act of 1990. The campus police department office is located in the Frank and Audrey Haney Union. LOST AND FOUND Northeast’s Lost and Found is located in the office of Campus Police in the Haney Union Building. If you find an item, you may turn it into Campus Police there. If you’ve lost an item, you may check with Campus Police often to find out if someone has turned the item into us. You may also give us a description of the item (with serial numbers, when applicable), and a telephone number for you and if we find the item or the item is turned into Campus Police, we will call you.

POLICE REPORTS Police reports are written on a variety of circumstances. Almost every call that Campus Police respond to is followed up by a police report. If you need a copy of your police report, please contact Campus Police at (662) 720-6687 and we will make arrangement to get you one.
