Function and operation The semiautomatic single-clip machine SFC is pneumatically and electrically coupled to the filler. In the single horn version, the filling/clipping operation is triggered automatically on pivoting the filling horn into the safety casing brake. Subsequently, the
filling horn swings off automatically, and another casing can be drawn on. In the case of the triple horn, the operator draws the casing onto the filling horn, which has been pivoted to the front, and a portion is simultaneously filled and clipped. The turret automatically rotates the filling horn further.

Applications The PDC 600 and PDC 700 semiautomatic double-clippers are suitable for all sizes of operations – for small or industrial-scale production runs. Function and operation The PDC 600 and PDC 700 semiautomatic double-clippers can be placed as required in front of the filler or coupled mechanically with the filler; electrical coupling is possible in addition. When the operator closes the separator, the filled casing is centred at the closure site, separated without emulsion and securely double-clipped. By adjusting the sausage chain length beforehand, the knife automatically cuts off the desired portions. For hanging-up the sausages, loops can be inserted and clipped automatically.
The separator is adjustable individually to the diameter of the product - for shorter lever strokes and higher cycle times.
The PDC 700 closes all diameters up to 115 mm without any problems

Function and operation All single-clip machines of the SCD series 500/600/700 are operated pneumatically. The closing of the gate gathers the Version with pneumatic cutter and GSE (automatic looper) for SCD 600/700
casing before the clip is applied automatically. With every SCD machine the clip pressure can be adjusted via a click-stop scale individually and repro ducibly. In addition, product specific closing speed and pressure can be set with the pressure regulator assembly.

As an option for type 700, a code can be stamped directly onto the clip during closing of the portion. The coding stamp has three characters. Function and operation The MPL Manual Poultry Loader (bagger) is pneumatically operated and designed for efficient packaging of poultry. The MPL automatically inflates the bags, and the horns move into the bag to keep it open. The poultry is manually pushed through the open horns into the bag to the point where the bag is pulled off. The horns are then retracted to take up the next bag. The filled bag is safely closed with a single-clip machine and, where appropriate, placed in an outer packaging. This ensures fast and simple packaging of the products. When designing the MPL, particular emphasis was placed on strict observance of hygiene requirements and on maximum

Function and operation The PPS Poultry Packaging Station is designed for collecting and efficiently packaging poultry at the dropping stations. After dropping from the weighing/ grading line, the products lie directly beside the MPL Poultry Loader (bagger) according to the FIFO principle. This ensures fast and simple packaging of the products in bags. The bags are automatically inflated by the MPL and the poultry is manually pushed into the bag. The filled bag slides over rolls to a clipping station, at which it is closed and, where appropriate, placed in a corresponding outer package. The optional conveyor belt
under the packaging station transports the finished goods to the cold store. When designing the PPS, particular emphasis was placed on strict observance of hygiene requirements and on maximum flexibility for efficient packaging of a wide variety of products. Due to its modular design, the PPS can be upgraded and adjusted to the customer’s specific requirements.

Function and operation The VAC Vacuum System evacuates the air from the vacuum and shrink bags. The bag is placed over the nozzle and pressed securely onto the nozzle pipe. When the nozzle is swivelled, the valve opens and the air is sucked out of the bag. The bag tail is then twisted and the bag is closed securely and sealed air-tight with an optional clipping machine. The packed products in the shrink bags can now be processed further in the shrink tunnel without any problems.

Function and operation The OFS Oxygen Filling Station is operated electrically, while the clipping machine operates pneumatically. With the system comprising the OFS and a horizontal single-clipper, transport bags for ornamental fish can be filled reliably with oxygen and closed securely and absolutely tight with an aluminium clip. The transport bag is closed in an absolutely tight manner and guarantees safe transport for many hours.
