Function The ES 4000 labelling system is mounted directly to the PDC/ PDC-A. The labels are transported to the hot stamping printer, printed and routed to the separators via a guide rail. The label is clipped during clipping.

With the ES 4000, up-to-date data can be printed on a label during production and the label can be attached in a tamperproof manner directly on the product during clipping. The system was especially developed for automatic double-clippers of the PDC and PDC-A series, and all products within a calibre range of 20 to 115 mm can be provided with a label. Suitable for plastic, fibrous, collagen and natural casings. Exact labelling and batch tracing is possible any time.

Applications The ES 5000 labelling system can be used with an FCA or ICA automatic double-clippers for all products, i.e. all calibres, all types of casings or plastic film. Wherever product labelling is needed, the ES 5000 is the solution. You can choose to use pre-printed or blank labels. The individual range of label design gives the product a unique character.

Function and operation The ES 5000 labelling system is connected to the double clipping machine electrically. The label dispenser is fastened onto the clipping machine. The labels are fed to the printer via a compensating roller system and printed. The labels, printed on one side, are routed via a transport roller from the labelling system across the dispenser into the separator area of the clipping machine. They are then placed in the clip and cut off. Control comes from the clipping machine. Inserting the labels does not hold up the clipping process.

Function and operation The PPS Poultry Packaging Station is designed for collecting and efficiently packaging poultry at the dropping stations. After dropping from the weighing/ grading line, the products lie directly beside the MPL Poultry Loader (bagger) according to the FIFO principle. This ensures fast and simple packaging of the products in bags. The bags are automatically inflated by the MPL and the poultry is manually pushed into the bag. The filled bag slides over rolls to a clipping station, at which it is closed and, where appropriate, placed in a corresponding outer package. The optional conveyor belt
under the packaging station transports the finished goods to the cold store. When designing the PPS, particular emphasis was placed on strict observance of hygiene requirements and on maximum flexibility for efficient packaging of a wide variety of products. Due to its modular design, the PPS can be upgraded and adjusted to the customer’s specific requirements.

Function and operation The VAC Vacuum System evacuates the air from the vacuum and shrink bags. The bag is placed over the nozzle and pressed securely onto the nozzle pipe. When the nozzle is swivelled, the valve opens and the air is sucked out of the bag. The bag tail is then twisted and the bag is closed securely and sealed air-tight with an optional clipping machine. The packed products in the shrink bags can now be processed further in the shrink tunnel without any problems.

Function and operation The OFS Oxygen Filling Station is operated electrically, while the clipping machine operates pneumatically. With the system comprising the OFS and a horizontal single-clipper, transport bags for ornamental fish can be filled reliably with oxygen and closed securely and absolutely tight with an aluminium clip. The bag, which is partly filled with water, is held with one hand under the opening of the oxygen hose, while the electronically controlled oxygen supply is Safe transport for many hours
activated with a foot switch. The switch is pressed until enough oxygen has been introduced into the transport bag. With the other hand, the gate of the clipping machine is closed, and the clip is thus triggered. The hose end is fastened at the clipping machine such that the clip is placed directly under the end of the oxygen hose when the gate is closed. This results in minimum oxygen loss. The transport bag is closed in an absolutely tight manner and guarantees safe transport for many hours.
