AEROMAT VARIO The AEROMAT VARIO was developed specifically for the continuous production of meat and sausage products. The fully continuous installation, combined with automatic loading and unloading, is the perfect solution to drying, smoking, cooking and cooling when dealing with high production capacities.

VARIANTS AEROMAT VARIO PF & AEROMAT VARIO ST For maximum flexibility, we provide two different conveying systems. The Power & Free system transports suspended products to the installations (AEROMAT VARIO PF). Alternatively, horizontal, stacked products on floor-running trolleys are transported on roller conveyors (AEROMAT VARIO ST).
BENEFITS HIGH DEGREE OF AUTOMATION & FLEXIBILITY Depending on process time and production capacity, a different number of AEROMAT installations may be used - in other words, part-loads can be run in the case of reduced production. This allows you to operate flexibly and save costs. Automatic operation enables you to achieve significant savings in both staff and materials. Rapid and simple change of products ensures maximum flexibility. We achieve a space-saving design by exploiting available space to the full. We make best use of production time by smoothly incorporating cleaning times into the production sequence.
The thermal treatment of products is based on tried and tested AEROMAT installation technology.

AQUAMAT速 TWIN Continuous system for cooking, pasteurizing and cooling in a water bath
VEMAG AQUAMAT速 TWIN - Efficient processes in the double-deck installation Compared to batch installations, this continuous process dispenses with many operating steps and irregularities in the process, with the result that in addition to reducing staff outlay, you can also reduce reject product and maintain product quality more reliably. Assuming suitable product combinations, the AQUAMAT速 TWIN can be used first for cooking and then for pasteurizing, even consecutively, for several shifts a day. This bundled use allows economy to be increased even further.
Full control of the process AQUAMAT速 TWIN - Efficient processes in the double-deck installation The AQUAMAT速 TWIN is a water bath installation with a space-saving design which you can use both for pasteurizing packed foods and for cooking and cooling meat products in synthetic casings. It works on two levels, one above the other, products being heated on the upper level and cooled on the lower one. Stainless steel conveyors with drivers ensure a precise throughput time. After cooling, the products can be prepared for packing straight away by an optional blow-off unit. Shelf life of products can even be quadrupled.
Concentrated performance can be used flexibly The water baths arranged one above the other are each completely encapsulated to save energy. The water is
routed in a circuit by heat exchangers and sprayed onto the products from above through nozzles. This achieves a steady exchange of heat, even for the products floating on top, so that the desired core temperatures are reached reliably. The installation can process up to two different products with separated treatment times simultaneously.
You store treatment times and temperatures in the user-friendly control unit as a function of product, in the form of production programs for your various products. The installation is equipped with temperature and pressure sensors which the control unit uses to monitor and control all pro-
cess parameters. This guarantees that temperature management and heat exchange with the product is always at an optimum. The programmed monitoring and warning routines allow the installation to be operated without supervision for long periods.
Easy cleaning The particulate filters integrated in the circuit can be cleaned while the installation is running if required. The entire length of the installation is accessible at any point through large lock-open covers. This makes both cleaning and servicing/maintenance simple. Well thought-out design A built-in switch for the water circuits allows the cleaning program to heat the cleaning solution for the cooling area as well. The cleaning sequence also includes a rinsing step using the water circuits and built-in nozzles.

The simple structure of the AQUAMAT速 TWIN in a framework construction with few moving parts means it can be adapted perfectly to suit the requirements of your products.
Width, length, speed and thermal concept are selected to suit the hourly output required. Maintenance and servicing are also considerably reduced.

Thermo-Compound-Installation The Thermo-Compound-Installation is a hot-smoking and cooking installation with automatic conveying to an intensive cooling installation downstream. The perfect installation for reddening, drying, warm and hot-smoking, boiling, cooking and hot-air cooking in the hot-smoking and cooking sphere. The food is then cooled down with shower water and air in the intensive cooling section.

FLOW CONDITIONS
In order to produce a top-quality product of consistent quality in the shortest possible time, the same climatic and flow conditions must prevail throughout the whole chamber. The radial fan circulates the whole chamber volume several times a minute at intervals adapted to suit the process, guaranteeing that a perfect product with consistent quality always results. In addition, the tried and tested air change flap system ensures dynamic circulation of air around the product, achieving greater consistency. Without an air change flap, there would be a constant flow of air through the centre of the smoke trolley, resulting in no guarantee of consistent production and severe fluctuations in the quality of products.

The system reduces complex production processes and a wide-ranging distribution of installation components to a reliable and convenient general overview for the operator.

TYPE OF HEATING
The Thermo-Compound-Installation is available in steam-heated, gas-heated and electrically-heated designs. DOOR VARIANTS
We supply a rolling door or a fully-automatic rising and falling door for the cooling zone and a fully-automatic rising and falling door for the heating zone to suit different requirements. The transition from the heating zone to the cooling zone can also be effected via a rising/falling door. FULLY AUTOMATIC CIP SYSTEM
The fully-automatic central cleaning system with rotating nozzles in the chamber achieves the best possible hygiene. A foam pump is also available as an option.

COOKING FACILITY
The cooking facility, which is used to sterilize the installation chamber as well as cook the products, allows cooking with steam. This option applies to the cooling zone of the Thermo-Compound-Installation. COLD-SMOKING FACILITY
A cold-smoking facility is used for products which are smoked gently at low temperatures. ICE-WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM
Cold shower water is conditioned and returned to the process by an energy-saving recycling system for packed products in a water-impermeable casing.
