For the past five years, I have been the head of internal communications at the international automotive company SKODA AUTO, part of the multinational Volkswagen Group. Besides being responsible for the brand’s global internal communication strategy, I am deeply involved in creating, organising or overseeing the firm’s print media (employee newspapers, newspaper supplements, weekly newsletter, handouts, letters, posters etc.) and digital media (mobile application, intranet, digital version of our newspapers, video content, and social media), as well as billboards, events for employees, satisfaction surveys, employee focus groups, management conferences.
