We are very happy to inform you that the 26th International Adventure Programme will be held at the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Adventure Institute, Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The details of the Event are as under: -
Date
02nd to 08th February 2025 (SEVEN DAYS).
(Arrival on 02nd February, before lunch and departure on 08th February after lunch. Travel plan may be made accordingly)

Eligibility Criteria Scouts / Guides Members and Adult Leader between the age 12 to 55 years are eligible to apply.
Fitness

Activities
Physically and mentally fit and be able to trek for 16-20 K.M. per day. Note: Blood Pressure, Asthma, Diabetes patients are not allowed
USD150.00 Per candidate
Fee includes Inland Transportation, food, event souvenirs, accommodation, medical assistance for the injury during the programme, equipment’s and other training expenses. Camp Fee can be paid on arrival during registration. Only USD or Indian Rupee will be accepted.
Rock Climbing, Rappling, Trekking, Camping, Encountering of Obstacles, Valley Crossing, Zip-Line, Sky Cycling, Riffle Shooting, Archery, Fun Game, Survival Skills, Premiere Activities, Water Activities and many more challenging and thrilling adventurous activities.
Para-Sailing, Hot-air-Ballooning may also be added if situation permits.

Personalkit: - Ruck sack, Warm cloths, sleeping bag, Comfortable shoes, Sleepers, Cotton socks, torch, Track-suit, Mug, Plate, Spoon, Knife, thread needle, spare buttons, Note Book, writing materials, First Aid Kit/personal medicine / cream, toilet kits, talcum powder Water Bottle and spare garments etc.

2. Participants are requested to come prepared for every day’s campfire and to present cultural items. Please do not forget to carry traditional dress.

No doubt, you are physically fit, but you are advised to toughen up your leg muscles by road walk, running and skipping for at least a fortnight before reaching for Adventure Programme. While practicing, wear your same socks and shoes that you will be wearing for the programme Accommodation will be provided in the Tent only.

How toreach
We have gone through the entire schedule bit-by-bit, route planned with the help of expert mountaineers and trekkers, to keep you safe and sound. Although every possible care of the participants will be taken, The Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Adventure Institute will not be responsible for any accident, loss, illness or other unforeseen events that may occur during the programme.
During February, Pachmarhi will be cold and the temperature of the area will be around 6 to 18 degree. Hence warm clothing’s to be carried accordingly.
Air: The nearest Airport is Bhopal. From Delhi and Mumbai, direct flight is available for Bhopal. From Bhopal, 6 hours journey by road for Pachmarhi.
Train: The nearest Railway station is PIPARIYA, which is on ItarsiJablalpur Railway line. The distance from Pipariya to Pachmarhi is 56 Km by road.
Booking will be made on the basis of “First Come First Serve”. 100 seats are reserved for overseas participants. The participants should bring cultural dresses, fashion show dresses, material for the exhibition, material for food plaza, material for handicraft, any special cultural program material and different adventure photographs.
