Policy Implementation Nepal Scouts, through open and clear communication develops strategies to ensure members and stakeholders are informed of the policy implementation and in accordance with WAGGGS & WOSM policy makes an undertaking to adhere to: ● adopting a National Adult Development Policy that is consistent with the World Adults in Scouting Policy and WAGGGS Adult Training, Learning and Development Policy ● adopting management and administrative procedures in harmony with the National Adult Development Policy ● convening a National Adult Development Committee coordinated by National Training Commissioners reporting to the National Executive Committee that works closely with the National Youth Development Committee ● ensuring the National Adult Development Committee is inclusive and representative of the composition of the organisation (e.g. gender, different segments of society, etc.) and led by a leader with significant experience in managing and developing the Adults in Scouting approach ● allocating appropriate resources to the implementation of its National Adult Development Policy ● providing all relevant stakeholders with the opportunity to contribute input on the implementation and review of its National Adult Development Policy ● planning events aimed at supporting the implementation of the Policy at all levels ● designing a plan to monitor, evaluate and report progress on the implementation of the National policy
