INTERNATIONAL TRAINING OF TRAINERS (ITT)

From 21-28, August 2022 Nepal Scouts Got an opportunity to participate on the International Training of Trainers (ITT) Jointly organized by World Organization of the Scout Movement - WOSM and the Scouts et Guides de France in Jambville France, 38 Participants from 19 countries from all 6 regions of WOSM has participated in the course Along with Our National Coordinator Mr.Lok Bahadur Bhandari(LT) and the Director Mr. Ram Prasad Bhattarai (LT) from Nepal Scouts were participated. During the Course, Participants were able to learn new aspects of AIS & Adult management with best practices experiences from different NSOs. Also Participants were able to learn project development for Adult leaders and its management. Another important content of the course was importance of Safe from Harm in Scouting movement. Nepal Scouts has prepared a project Called re-energizing Adult In Scouting during the course and presented on the last day of the course with the commitment of implementation.

Next Strategy For Scouting

WOSM is on a journey to develop its next Strategy for Scouting as Vision 2023 will come to a close at the upcoming 43rd World Scout Conference. This 3-day inperson workshop brought together 65 individuals where Director of Nepal Scouts was also one of the 65 individuals as a representive of National Scout Organizations (NSOs). This workshop brought together critical stakeholders in both the building and the success of the implementation of the Movements newVision, the largest contingent of participants in terms of representation.
