The training was given to scout masterteachersof10schoolsrununderHariwanmunicipality of Sarlahi district.The training has been conducted by Provincial Officer Krishna Pyakurel. 10 scout teachers have benefited from the training and the provincial scout office expects that the training will contribute significantly to the membership growth target of Nepal Scout.

Nepal Scout Province Scout Office Madhesh Province has organized an orientation training program for Nepal Scout's Online Membership Registration System (OMRS).The training was given to scout master teachers of 7 schools operating under Jitpursimra sub-metropolitan of Bara district.8 scout teachers have benefited from the training and the provincial scout office expects that the training will contribute significantly to the membership growth target of Nepal Scout. The provincial scout office has taken the goal of conducting such programs in other places and providing sufficient information to the scout teachers about the online registration system to move the scout membership records to digital technology and also help in the membership increase campaign.

Earth Hour 2023 was celebrated in the premises of Janaki Mandir located in Janakpurdham on 11th Chaitra 2079 organized by Madhes Pradesh Scout Office.The chief guest in the program was Minister of Physical Infrastructure Development and East Madhes Province Coordinator. Mr. Saroj Kumar Yadav, Special Guest House and Ministry of Communication. Shatrudhan Prasad Singh, Madhes State Coordinator Dinesh Kumar Yadav, State Member Chandra Prasad Yadav, and 30 Scouters were present.The program was celebrated by lighting candles in the courtyard of the Janaki temple.

On the occasion of "World Heritage Day" on the 5th of Baisakh 2080 (April 18, 2023), a campaign special program has been conducted at Janaki Temple, a center of religious faith and cultural attraction in Janakpur, the capital of Madhesh Province, under the organization of Nepal Scout Madhesh Pradesh Scout Office.Signatures were collected from the devotees and observers present in the temple to show their commitment regarding heritage protection, with the aim of making the general public aware of the importance of preserving the heritage in the premises of this temple, which is the main heritage of Madhesh province.About 200 youths, adults and personalities interested in heritage protection have signed the 3 commitment points, "I am committed to heritage protection", "I will always be present to protect heritage" and "I will help the local government in heritage protection". On that occasion, various awareness messages for heritage protection were also displayed.By collecting signatures, scouts can regularly contribute to heritage conservation and it is tried to show the broad possibility of collaborating with the community to preserve heritage for future generations. The banner with the collected signatures will be handed over to the mayor of Janakpur sub-metropolitan city.

A winter camp for 1 night and 2 days was completed on 4th and 5th of Magh 2079 in Sarlahi District Bagmati Municipality of Madhesh Province. 70 scout children, 12 scouters and representatives of urban education participated in the camp run under the leadership of Dilip Prasad Upadhyay, member of Madhes Pradesh ad hoc committee and scout leader of Mahendra Scout Team and Elite Scout Team.

on the occasion of World Thinking Day, Founder's Day and U-Fund Day, this day has been celebrated in Madhesh province by organizing various programs. Scout units operating in different municipalities of Bara, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahottari and Dhanusha have celebrated the day with Scout March Pass, Essay Competition, Prabhatferi Program, Cleaning Program, Notting Learning Program at places like Jitpursimra, Hariwan, Gaur, Aurhi, Laxminia, Dhanushadham, Janakpurdham. 155 people including scout master and scout children participated in those programs.

Madhesh Province organized STV TOT session at province office where 8 participants take part. The TOT session was conducted by Ranjana Kumari, the session was facilitated by province assistant Roshan Kumar Yadav.

At Dhanushadham religious place in Dhanushadham municipality of Nusha district, during the Makar Mela held throughout the month of January, scout volunteers in coordination with Madhesh Pradesh Scout Office have facilitated crowd management and visitors. For the service work, scouts were mobilized through the Madhesh Pradesh Scout Office in collaboration with the local municipality office, fair organizing committee and Nepal Police.

Under the organization of Nepal Scout Province Scout Office, Madhesh Province Janakpur, a 1-day youth scout mobilization program against drug addiction has been completed in the community schools of Laxminia District of Dhanusha. The program has been completed in 10 schools of Madhesh Pradesh with the participation of the students, who is the coordinator of Laxminia rual municipality Scout Master Mr. Roshan Kumar Yadav as a trainer.

A traffic awareness program was conducted under the organization of Nepal Scout Madhes Pradesh Scout Office andwiththesupportofDistrictTrafficPoliceOffice,Dhanusha. Traffic awareness program was organized in Janakpurdham for 14 days at Ramanand Chaik, Bhanu Chaik, Shiv Chaik, Zero Milema etc. in Janakpurdham.
