I am writing to extend my warmest congratulations to you on the significant progress you have made in developing Scouting in Nepal over the past few years. Your dedication and hard work in promoting the values and principles of Scouting are truly commendable, and I am proud to see the impact you are making in your local communities.

I also wanted to express my sincere appreciation for hosting a team from the World Scout Bureau to pilot the Safe from Harm project. Your commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all Scouts is truly appreciated, and your efforts in implementing this project will undoubtedly have a positive impact on Scouts around the world as we seek to implement the Safe from Harm compliance across the Movement.

Furthermore, I would like to thank you for sharing your Annual Reports for the last three years. I have read them carefully and am truly impressed by the transformation you have led in recent years. Your alignment with the priorities of WOSM is evident, and I am delighted to see the progress you have made across all of the six strategic priority areas .

I am also pleased to acknowledge your ask for a visit from WOSM at the world level. I will be happy to explore this possibility during the second half of this year, as I believe it would be an excellent opportunity to further strengthen our partnership and to learn more about your inspiring work.
