Questionnaire* when choosing a venue to host your non-formal learning activities

Choosing the right venue for a residential non-formal learning activity is as important as choosing the right methodology. The venue will support better learning with conditions that go well with the values and principles of non-formal learning.

Assess the quality of a venue before committing yourself to it for your non-formal learning activity.

*This quality questionnaire was created during the international seminar ‘Youth Inn. You(th) Better Learn Here’ which was organised in December 2012, in Lithuania. The meeting gathered 28 participants; both managers and users of residential venues for non-formal learning. The main goal of the meeting was to develop personal and organisational capacities for setting up and maintaining residential centres for non-formal learning in Europe. 14 partner organisation from 13 European countries were involved in this activity.
