One story often told is of a young family who, after buying their first home, knew it wasn’t their forever home. Alessandra worked with them, understanding that because of their ties to the livestock community, they wanted a place where they could have a small hobby farm and where their animals could thrive. Alessandra knew they had a tight budget, but it didn’t dampen her drive. The family worried they’d lose their animals because their existing neighborhood didn’t allow them.
They needn’t have fretted. The perfect property came on the market, and though it needed a little help, it checked all the family’s boxes. Competing with other offers, Alessandra included a few negotiating options and excluded some contingencies that strengthened the family’s offer. It was accepted, but not without a stressinducing counter offer. The family was given just 48 hours to list their existing home, market it, and get it under contract.

Not every sale takes as much negotiating as this one did, but it’s an example of the lengths Alessandra will go to for her clients. She maintains a strong friendship with the family years later and they still celebrate this dream home, where the husband carried his wife over the threshold, and Alessandra enjoyed welcoming them home.
Also involved in her community, Alessandra is the lead of the Christian Education Council (which helps coordinate youth activities) of Shalom United Church of Christ; was past sponsor of the Tri-Cities Pride (managed security), and has sponsored local school sports such as Carmicheal football as well as pajama and book drives.
Alessandra and her husband, Jason, live in the Westcliffe neighborhood, close to Badger Mountain and ample bike trails. She loves to travel with her husband of 17 years; her three children; Jake, 22, Aurora, 15, and Luke, 11. She is well known for her endless barbecues and sharing her home with others.
