When was the last time you were on a virtual holiday?

Did you know there’s a part of your mind that doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s imagined?

Multiple brain studies have revealed how an altered state of mind can be used to not only improve our rate of success in life but also to increase states of energy flow such as joy and happiness. Using the power of our imagination enables us to activate cognitive processes such as memory, perception and planning. You can feel inspired and motivated for that change you’ve always wanted to create for yourself or perhaps to prime your brain towards life’s upcoming attractions.
Are you ready to experience a state of escapism to take your mind away from the current global climate?
As the lockdown continues around the globe and holiday plans are put on hold, many people find their state of mind slipping downwards without their annual summer trip to look forward to. Amid the despair and grief of this pandemic, it might seem silly to focus on holidays, but they undoubtedly play a huge part in our mental health and wellbeing. From the excitement of choosing a destination and accommodation, researching everything from sights to restaurants, to the actual week or fortnight itself followed by the recollection of treasured memories, holidays really do matter.
Using the power of self-hypnosis, a quiet comfortable spot, 15 minutes of your time and some soothing guidance, it is possible to transport yourself to another place. Taking time out each day in this way to relax your mind and body can be hugely beneficial. With this in mind, I’ve created three free virtual holiday recordings that can be used any time you need a ‘getaway’ to your favourite destination from the comfort of your own home.
The three types of holiday to choose from are:
• a beach resort
• the fresh air of the mountains
• going on a safari
These recordings are not designed to ‘cure’ an issue, but simply help you to relax at a difficult time. Please note that these hypnotherapy recordings are not suitable for individuals with serious mental health issues, such as schizophrenia and clinical depression.
Enjoy your holiday from home!
