Cancellations and Returns We hope that you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to change your mind or return a product to us, for any reason, you may do so providing you act within 5 days. You MUST notify us in writing and we will refund you in full or replace the product within 15 days of receipt of your notification. If goods have already been delivered to you, then they must be returned to us before a refund can be processed. Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. We may withhold up to 20% of the purchase price of returned goods, if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully re-saleable. Assembly If you are based in KwaZulu Natal, Johannesburg, Pretoria or Cape Town, then we can normally recommend professional handymen in your area to help. However, please note that the arrangement needs to be made by you, with the recommended handyman. NEST cannot take responsibility for any damages caused during the assembly process.
