RELIEVE WORKLOAD FOR OVERWORKED STAFF While employees may have self-isolated or suffered extended absence, other staff could be heading for burnout from covering others’ workloads. Temporary staff are the ideal for relieving the pressure on overworked employees for as long as needed. FLEXIBILITY IN THE ‘NEW NORM’ While the new ‘working norm’ may be starting to take shape in certain industries, no-one knows exactly how the dynamics of the office will change. Temporary staff will enable your business to have greater flexibility in adapting to the changing working world. MAKING IT PERMANENT?
