"A MAJOR TURNING POINT" JESUS asked me to entitle this newsletter with these words; and would say I was to have this in the mails by October 9, 1989 - not later, not before. So here goes.

Chuck-JOHNEL JESUS clearly states that we have come to a 'Major Turning Point"; but what does He mean?!

What is evident to me by the Spirit of God is that the meaning is vastly deeper than we can immediately grasp - we may see part now, more later but in a few Words Jesus has said and revealed something far greater in scope that most of us will comprehend.

In these last weeks one of the primary prayer obectives God gave us was obtained - that part of the Elect Body of Christ which thru rebellion/sin has been captive to Satans power IS freed of that captivity IN THE SPIRIT. Lucifer yielded them over to me, as God had him do.

I understand that now this 25% rebellious of the Elect Body of Christ is no longer held in bondage to Lucifer's will - they are free to decide to return to God thru Christ, or to decid to turn again willfully this time to serve Lucifer. JESUS has told me some will return to Him, others will not --but that Lucifer has also loosed others into my hands, and from these the Body of Christ, His Elect Body will now be made whole.

So long as the Elect Body of Christ was not whole(75% obedient/yielded and 25% rebellious/ captive)-- the process whereby Jesus Second Coming would begin to manifest IN EARTH could NOT begin.

GOD THE FATHER sent me into this world to LAY FOUNDATION STONES FOR JESUS RETURN - this is my prime commission from God thru Jesus Christ. What we have done in prayer in all these years is well hidden by God but its been known to us all along. Sometimes in all the details the bigger picture is been overlooked; but not in this report, because now its time to see it.

The vital importance of WHOLENESS in the ELECT BODY OF CHRIST is something few have any way of understanding. We all see carnally more than by the Spirit of God - we see a thousand divisions in the Church, among Christians - this is what we see if we look with carnal eyes.

But if we see by the Mind of Christ and move by the Spirit of God IN THE SPIRIT - we find the Elect Body of Christ is mostly whole and irresistibly united. When standing in the GAP s we did in 1981, 1982, 1987 and lastly 1988 each time the area which the Body of Christ was to fill was at best only 75% covered. The most obvious meaning apparent was that 1/4th of THE E LECT BO DY OF CHRIST was "Absent" - not present, missing in action. As a result Satan

and the demonic hordes out of hell would finally prevail to break thru the GAP and begin entering into THIS WORLD to trigger Judgments.

In this Ministry under Gods Ordination and Anointing we ought have FOUR(4) Prophets, each representing ONE FOURTH or ONE QUARTER of the ELECT BODY OF CHRIST on Earth. We have lacked the 4th prophet and tho many have come and gone over the years who tried to fill that post, none endured, all fell to Satans devices.

At other times JESUS provided a 'stand-in 4th prophet' who was temporary, to do a work, according to His Will --but these too came and went - only these left once doing the work God Purposed, they did not fall to Satans devices.

Over the years the NET OF PRAYER has covered again & again this rebellious 25% part of the Elect interceding for them, and waging warfare IN THE SPIRIT to prevent Lucifer from moving to destroy them.

Since 1981 I have seen how this 25% of the Elect Body appear IN THE SPIRIT. In a place IN THE SPIRIT called MOUNT OF OLIVES, in 1981, I saw an assembly of men and women in a place, they all lay on the ground as if they were dead. They were motionless as if asleep, yet they did not breathe. It was odd, they were neither alive nor dead. All about them stood Angels of God and these Angels were the ones assigned to me by God The Father in May of 1981. In that 1981 IN THE SPIRIT experience, the Holy Spirit moved me to prophesy not unlike Ezekiel in the valley with the dry bones, and so these sleeping Elect stood when the Spirit Of God moved me to prophesy that they stand - and as the Holy Spirit led me the more, they came alive, and filled with the Light of Christ. That was done in 1981 IN THE SPIRIT --its not yet been doubled thus set; but perhaps it will now soon happen.

The Lord Jesus made plain to me that God assigned me to protect these, and all those who joined the NET OF PRAYER joined me in this Commission from God. Its probably best that I did not grasp all the implications of what this commission from God meant - if I knew back in 1981 what I KNOW today about all this, it would have scared the pants off me.

In 1983, two years after fierce warfare to stop Lucifers judgments - I first encountered Lucifer face to face in the Spirit. Lucifer hissed and growled one vile threat after another against me personally and made it plain that he would tear to shreds 'my precious family' -he referred to these sleeping Elect .

I remember(1983) that when Lucifer began to detail HOW he would torment and murder these people, I replied with some resolve "Over my dead body!"

Lucifer came back quickly saying "I'm working on THAT too!"

In spiritual warfare since 1981 we have time and time again stopped every attempt by Lucifer to kill this 25% Elect. In 1987 during BROKEN CROSS BATTLE#1, we gained Christ Victory over

Wormwood and smashed the demon advance and hurled them back hundreds of miles IN THE SPIRIT. Lucifer had counted on Wormwood's power to overcome us and take what we defended(the 25% of the Elect) - his hopes were crushed when we smashed the demon forces under Wormwood that March/April of 1987. Now Lucifer came to me to talk, aiming to get by deceit and trickery what he could not qet by force of arms. Lucifer failed again. In the next months working thru accusing brethren Lucifer sought to gain the upper hand to dislodge us and he gained opportunity thru rebellion in our ranks(NET OF PRAYER) whereby he had some grounds to make a claim for this 25% of the Elect Body of Christ. Again, Jesus would tell me that GOD THE FATHER permitted Lucifer to come talk to me again(I was not thrilled to say the least) - and so he came September of 1987.

This time Lucifer sought to first BUY me off, offering me $25,000,000 cash, if I would simply 'stand aside' and let him have what he said "Was his'(The 25% Elect again).

When he failed to buy me off, Lucifer now pressed his 'opportunity' as he got thru sin and rebellion among Christians(accusatory behavior). GOD THE FATHER had shown me before this meeting that Luci had come to 'claim this 25% Elect as his' - but GOD THE FATHER had entru sted them to me, and

GOD THE FATHER thru Jesus Christ also revealed what I was to agree to --- the decision was to be a BODY OF CHRIST DECISION, I was to write a newsletter to all on the mailing list, and these would DECIDE. The question to be posed to the BODY OF CHRIST was this(Sept 1987)-`Lucifer lays claim to these brethren because of their sin and he has some grounds to take them. These brethren have reviled, despised, accused and condemned us - but now their lives are in our hands. Will you decide to let Lucifer have them or will you take on the Armor of God and assemble IN THE SPIRIT willing to fight for their lives and risk all you have?"

Lucifer with his usual cunning and deceit tried to get me to accept much less than what God The Father set and lastly realized I KNEW what GOD THE FATHER had set.

At this point he reluctantly agreed to what GOD THE FATHER determined, not happy to find out that I KNEW. I was to send the newsletter, Christians would decide - if they decided to give way to Lucifer he could have that 25% of the Elect --if they decided to fight, then he would have to fight to take them. This was agreed September of 1987 according to Gods Will as revealed by Jesus.

IN THE SPIRIT I saw demon armies gathered all around MT OF OLIVES, waiting for the go ahead The to swarm into MT OF OLIVES and seize-fall upon the sleeping 25% Elect Body of Christ. newsletter went out, JESUS showed me that a minimum of 100 had to respond willing to fight - otherwise Lucifer would have them. The day I brought the newsletter into the printers Jesus Angel showed me a demon observing this at a distance, the demon hurried to tell Lucifer I had brought in the newsletter asking the 'decision'. In that September 1987 talk with Lucifer, he boasted of how he controlled ALL Gods people, how they listen to him not Jesus.

The DAY the newsletter was brought in to be printed(within the set time) the demon armies gathered all around MT OF OLIVES turned and FLED! I don't mean they marched off, I mean they turn and RAN in every direction for FEAR! The RESPONSE so gladened my heart I could have wept, not just one hundred but hundreds of Christians responded with,"WE WILL FIGHT FOR THEIR LIVES!" Lucifer did not come calling for quite a time, and personally that suited me.

This January 1989, following the Church Leaders Decision to 'loose judgment' and that decision was dictated by Lucifer/Satan and men conformed to his will in the church system of man -following this the High Mountain Prayer Campaign began whereby we prayed for 30 days to COVER In this time of prayer we obtained much more the Sealed, Elect and all we loved and knew. than we understood. For one--Wormwood was conformed to Gods Word and Will and any judgment he would have initiated was stopped. Unknown to us, Lucifer and Wormwood had devised a co-ordinated strategy of action. Lucifer would on February 5, 1989 trigger an earthquake in Mt Vernon Areas according to plans made earlier with Wormwood. However UNKNOWN to Lucifer Wormwood had been prophetically bound from doing anything til the time of prayer ended -Lucifer had violated Gods Law and Gods warring Angel stopped him flat. Lucifer now sought to know his commission in this judgment from God - and again God The Father(Jesus would tell me this) told Lucifer that he HAD to get this information/commission from me; and that he had to wait until the time of prayer ended[ February 8, 1989].

JESUS now told me that I was NOT to give Lucifer the judgment commission until he LOOSED WHAT WAS MINE. Almost immediately after February 8th, in the very very early hours of February 9th Lucifer came again to talk --and as usual full of cunning, deceit, and trickery.

With Lucifer came a demon prince, this one was of small stature (unusual) - looked like a man, about 5 foot tall; but again this was a demon principality and one I'd not seen befo re

A MAJOR TURNING POINT (continued) In these meetings and talks with Lucifer I sought to have only the Mind of Christ - I made no attempt to grapple with Lucifer with my carnal mind - I kept my focus on Jesus and sought Holy Spirit direction in every word, every response.

After several attempts by Lucifer to get me to give the commission for judgment to him without loosing what was mine - he finally said:"I will loose whats yours'. JESUS told me to tell him this was unacceptable and that for every day he delayed in loosing, we would destroy one tenth of his demon leadership(demon princes). Once I said this --Lucifer again KNEW I knew what God the Father had said, and lastly he said " I loose what is thine". JESUS now told me to give him the commission and I did.

With this Lucifer was exultant, he rose drawing a sword and said "Now I will reward the pastors - we have it now!" With an air of contempt Lucifer now asked me "Tell me - what will you do now?" JESUS said "TELL HIM" and I told Lucifer we would now 'tear down his kingdom and prepare for Jesus Return'. I would not even

realize at this moment that I'd prophecied by the Spirit of God what we WOULD DO. Lucifer went into a rage saying "How? We have 100% control of the church system now - what do you think you can do with what you have!?! We have all we need now to prevail!" I responded saying: "You have nothing. What is this against Jesus Christ Victory!? Its nothing!"

Lucifer began to rage and threaten, I said the meeting is over --he wanted to argue --Jesus Angel drew his sword and said "Begone Lucifer!" Lucifer left with that fuming and grumbling.

In NEW COVENANT Reports, I shared openly that while Lucifer LOOSED what was ours(or mine as he said--but its OURS in CHRIST), that one could NOT trust his word, that he's a liar and the father of lies. We would have to TAKE from him whats ours - and the only way was to press on in prayer, to endure til we finished all the work of God. APRIL-MAY 1989: In keeping the Broken Cross areas cleared of demonic intrusions by Lucifer legions of fallen angels - in one such move IN THE SPIRIT Jesus Angels assigned me swept out legions of demons and then came to me with a demon prince captured, the Angel of Jesus simply said "You have a captive" and tossed this demon prince at my feet - here was the demon prince I'd seen with Lucifer February 9, 1989. and forgot about it.

I told the Angel to toss it in the stammer,

JUNE 1989 --This June 1989 the Broken Cross Battle#2 began and shortl y the greater number of Christians moved IN THE SPIRIT in the "BRING FORTH THE BRANCH BY MY SPIRIT" Prayer Operation.

Spiritual warfare and now again, as in 1982, we invaded Hobah June 19, 1989. Hobah is Satans Kingdom IN THE SPIRIT --we swept thru this land destroying every demon and setting captives free - lastly we broke into Hobah city, the very center of Satan, the very Seat of Satan and utterly destroyed it. We did this first in January 1982, now we did finally June 1989 --its doubled and set. Quite literally we had torn down Satans Kingdom IN THE SPIRIT --this will now in a time manifest in this world --nothing can stop it anymore. This is what God the Father sent me to do, and if we did so, it was by His anointing and commission, In Christ's Vctory and if there is Glory, the Glory is wholly God The Fathers, thru Jesus Christ.

WHAT ARE DEMON PRINCES? A demon prince is short for 'demon principality'. These are fallen Cherubim Angels of God-formerly Gods Angels, now in Lucifers service, thus 'his angels'.

If you could see IN THE SPIRIT and saw a force of demons numbering one million or more strong --the real power behind all of these is the demon prince. They are literally Lucifers demonic generals who lead his demon armies and without them, the demons they command are leaderless and are unable to function for the most part.

Take a demon prince captive and the demons they lead IN THIS WORLD are left leaderless and useless to Lucifer/Satans plans.

When you see a Hurricane like HUGO, that storm was organized, directed by a demon prince --this is the power behind such a storm. They also organize and direct Earthquakes, Wars, etc.

WHAT IS A DEMON PRINCE? (continued) Lucifer has a complex plan and each demon prince plays an important role in his over-all plans of what he is going to do when he has power to act(and he does now).

Certain demon princes are key and vital to his over-all intentions --if they are taken captive his whole plan for judgment can be stopped or so weakened that even a little prayer can stop it.

To give you some idea of how they function and a real situation. In 1984 we had a rebellion in NET OF PRAYER ranks, as a result Lucifers demons broke past the NET OF PRAYER and got into THIS WORLD, JESUS sent me out in mid 1984 to 'scout' to 'see' what had gotten IN THE WORLD, where they were,what they were doing. In essence Jesus had me LOCATE them and IDENTIFY them --and later would direct the NET OF PRAYER to move IN THE SPIRIT, counter attack and ERADICATE them 'out of this world' to where they could be no harm.

In ST LOUIS MISSOURI, I saw a huge Demon Prince standing under the "GOLDEN ARCH" of St Louis.

Before this demon prince was what looked like a cattle pen and I saw smaller demons(the size of men) gathering and bringing INTO this cattle pen - men, women and children--all told about 40 in number. Then the demon prince reached into the cattle pen and seized about 40 men, women, and children and crushed them to death in his huge clawed hands --I heard the terrible screams of the dying people. Their blood ran out and the demon prince caught it in a huge cup and drank it, laughing and tossing the lifeless bodies aisde like so much refuse.

DAYS LATER, a man walked into a Mac Donalds in San Diego(under the GOLDEN ARCH) and he began shooting everyone in sight --the people were trapped in the building, he killed some 40 people and lastly killed himself. The fast food restraurant was covered with blood.

It did not take much imagination to make the connection between what I saw under the GOLDEN ARCH in ST LOUIS and what happened in San Diego under the GOLDEN ARCH of MacDonalds.

When these demons are allowed INTO THIS WORLD they almost immediately begin KILLING/DESTROYING and they do so by setting down patterns IN THE SPIRIT while IN THE WORLD -- and this in turn creates a PATTERN which WILL manifest IN THIS WORLD. The man who killed all those people was only a weak vessle that became an instrument of this demon prince. But I will point out that THOSE who came to that MacDonalds and were killed were BROUGHT there by demonic spirit the level of co-ordination here is nothing short of awesome when you think about it --this kind of power is a power demon princes have--if they are allowed into this world, those who are carnal and unaware of spiritual forces are easily led to the slaughter and don't even know whats happening til its too late.

In the next days a number of copy-cat murders happened in other parts of the nation--but then the NET OF PRAYER under Jesus direction moved in the Armor of God and attacked these demons --we destroyed them OUT OF THIS WORLD. The killings stopped! The POWER Christians have in Christ is more awesome that Satans power --but most Christians will regard these truths as being "Wierd". Yet what we have done all along is soundly scriptural --its only that Gods children are ill informed, ill equipped and lack knowledge of the reality of whats IN THE

The CHURCH LEADERS DECISION of January 1989 and again July 25, 1989 is conclusive - the whole of the host of hell has been 'let in this world' and empowered to bring judgments on all mankind. We can NO longer stop it, its decided. What we are doing and have done is that we have PARTED from the CHURCH SYSTEM lest we end up partaking in the judgment they have brought in on themselves and others. This parting happened SEPTEMBER 19, 1989.

A review of recent developments is now in order, to bring our focus to something needful to see

COUNT DOWN-RESTRAINTS LIFTING On pages 15 and 16 of the last newsletter (September I, 1989 "MULTITUDES IN THE VALLEY OF DECISION) we detailed "GRACE & MERCY EXTENSION" Periods. In essence, the Judgment tho 'loosed' would be held back by a progression of Prayer Works, and Prophetic Works that were moving to complete-end. As they ended, we expected to see rising evidences that judgment was coming in. One way to explain it is this-----Prayer and Prophetic Works seekinc MERCY is like a WALL, and Judgment is like a FLOOD. As the various MERCY factors ended, the MERCY WALL restrainingJUDGMENT would begin to weaken and get smaller. At some point in time, the FLOOD WATERS OF JUDGMENT would explode on the nation. Understanding how this works, we basically projected a number of days to be watched.

Now JESUS long ago revealed the JUDGMENT when it begins will follow a general scheme --this beinq:

Up until 1983 the NET OF PRAYER prevailed in prayer to stop STORMS(Hurricanes often being how it manifested) but with increasing rebellion in the Church System, by 1985 STORMS came and were followed by EARTHQUAKES/VOLCANIC Judgments. From 1985 to the present time we have prevented the judgment from moving to the final phase --WAR. In all the past years we learned 'how Lucifer/Satan works thru GODS LAW governing judgrnen'

to MULTIPLY DEATH & DESTRUCTION from STORMS to EARTHQUAKES/VOLCANIC TROUBLES. We came to understand that JESUS by Love, Obedience and Yieldedness to the Will of God moved in GODS LAW to MULTIPLY BLESSINGS, where He fed 5,000 with a few loaves of bread and a few fish. We now were shown(1983 and on) that Satan moving thru mans rebellion, disobedience and resistance to Gods Will can MULTIPLY DEATH & DESTRUCTION by the same LAW OF GOD. It works both ways!

The primary restraint on Judgments has been that for all these years the obedient Elect of Christ were one Body with the rebellious Church System of man. Because we prayed, Gods Grace enabled us to withstand judgments - if we had not done so, we would be swallowed up in the judgments with the rebellious. Trouble was, that Satan had endless opportunity to attack us

thru the rebels we were one with. When GOD PARTED us from the rebellious church system of man SEPTET ER 19, 1989 -- the restraints on judgment ended. This is when Satan surged in.

This is a record of what we have seen and recorded and what we understand.

AUGUST 8/9, 1989

ENDS/STARTS

JESUS in early August 1989 revealed that the Lyman Church Leaders would reject His Grace and Opportunity to 'repent' by AUGUST 8/9, 1989. Weeks later, Nancy-TONI in reviewing Jesus Word to us, recognized that judgment was in MOTION since August 8/9th. The GIANT FAULT SYSTEM laying over North America was being set in motion - again Satan was starting things rolling.

On the next page(page 7) you will find ILLU#1 which Nancy-TONI assembled, which shows a SOUTH to NORTH MOVEMENT of the GIANT FAULT SYSTEM --the first quakes started in NORTHERN CALIFORNIA August 8, and hit SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA August 9th.

It was clear Satan was directing demon power to set a distinct motion of the GIANT FAULT -the whole of North America was literally shifting and as it did, gaining momentum bit by bit.

JESUS WORD to Chuck-JGHNEL an February 4, 1989 spoke of a movement of the GIANT FAULT, first from the SOUTH to the NORTH and that quakes would range from 2 to 6 Richter, then 6 to 7 Richter and lastly 7 to 8 Richter --ending with a LATERAL MOVEMENT. Nancy-TONI recognized that such a movement had been initiated by Lucifer --it would get progressively stronger -first a SOUTH TO NORTH movement, then a NORTH TO SOUTH movement. The areas of the NORTH WEST U.S.A. would initially receive the heaviest impact.

As Nancy-TONI showed me what she

saw, it was obvious that tremendous forces had been unleashed by the final Lyman Church Leaders Decisions --volcano's were shaking, quakes were appearing visibly all along the outer perimeter of the GIANT FAULT LINE as JESUS said they would.

On page 8 you will find ILLU#P --this shows the second movement of the GIANT FAULT LINE which started September 3rd with an Earthquake in NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, North of SAN FRANCISCO. Next day , September 4th, a major Earthquake struck ALASKA, followed September 15th by a series of Earthquakes under MT HOOD Volcano. All this was following the same pattern seen in the FIRST MOVEMENT(SDUTH TO NORTH) only now the intensity of quakes was rising fast - now being in the 6 Richter category. This meant momentum was building in the Earth --and assuming the cycle ran the same time as the first movement --serious quakes and volcanic eruptions

would emerge around September 25, 1989, the potential was visible and easily seen.

Uniquely, the first movement(see chart above) was set in motion based on Church Leaders Decisions this July-August 1989 and now the second movement(see page 8) was triggered by The Church Leaders Decisions of January 1989. It was also evident that "Lucifer" was the one directing these forces, his demon princes were definitely ' employed' and at work.

Whats shown above is the SECOND MOVEMENT of the GIANT FAULT, its now shifting the other way Jesus detailed February 4, 1989 --its moving NORTH to SOUTH and as we have seen since February 1989 in these FIRST & SECOND Movements, quakes will appear in the outer perimeter all across the nation. However, we note the category is inching up from the 2 to 6 Richter into the 6 Richter to 7 Richter intensity. This suggests that the quakes coming now will be larger and destructive. This wholly agree's with Jesus caution to not UNDER ESTIMATE WORMWOODS CAPACITY TO KILL. These movements JESUS plainly stated aacE in December 1988 would be triggered by Wormwood if Church Leaders LOOSED Judgment and they did/have .

As you look at these two sketches(ILLU#2 above and ILLU#1 on page 7) what you are seeing i! clear evidence of demon activity IN THIS WORLD. Under Lucifer orders, by his plan, demon princes are directing masses of demons to surge IN THE EARTH at key points to cause a distinct movement of the FAULT LINE, as it shifts first SOUTH TO NORTH and then NORTH TO SOUTH a tremendous amounts of physical energy and force are generated in the Earth --this energy and force the demons steadily focus more and more towards high population centers aiming to trigger a massive destroying Earthquake or Volcanic Eruption or both.

STARTED setting severe troubles in motion, he is carefully and invisibly to most people, gaining momentum aiming to strike SUDDENLY to murder thousands.

SEPTEMBER 17, 1989 PROPHETIC WORK ENDS On SEPTEMBER 14, 1989 myself, Nancy-TONI and Herb and Shirley Murphy(standing in for the 3rd and 4th prophets) travelled to SPOKANE for the EAST COAST TRIP. Church Support in prayer and finances limited the trip to Spokane Washington - we had commission to spare Spokane out of the coming accidental nuclear exchange. Although God intended that we travel first all the way to JACKSONVILLE Florida and move North up the EAST COAST to prophesy and prevent a demon assault at this time --again the church decision was to limit this prophetic interventic to Spokane --thus the whole EAST COAST would be left 'wide open to Satans judgments'.

As it was we barely had the funds to go to Spokane. Now in 1986 the first round of this EAST COAST PROPHETIC WORK was done by myself, Nancy-TONI and David-JAMES. We started in BATON ROUGE, LA moved East to JACKSONVILLE Florida and then travelled North to Washington DC and lastly came to CORPUS CHRISTI Texas finishing the prophetic work here. On this 1986 prophetic work we destroyed demons by the millions and just about wiped out every demon tl had gotten into this world. Lucifer was set back for the next two years as a result.

JESUS in this August 8th Word(given in the last newsletter) told us to go to Spokane on September 14th, leave the MORROW of the third day - we LEFT on Sunday September 17, 1989.

On this day, September 17, 1989 Hurricane HUGO became a monster storm and began ripping islands, U.S. Territories killing and destroying unlike ever seen before.

When we came to SEPTEMBER 19, 1989, the day we were PARTED FROM THE CHURCH SYSTEM OF MAN -Hurricane HUGO suddenly TURNED and headed towards the US EAST COAST --making a bee-line right for the very areas Jesus had wanted us to go to prophesy Mercy and withstand demon assault(as done in 1 986).

JESUS to Nancy-TONI June 15, 1989 In the August 30th report I noted that we now had insight to understand that JESUS spoke in Hidden terms pointing to a period of 7 days from SEPTEMBER 15 to SEPTEMBER 22, 1989 --the very day Hurricane HUGO slammed into the US East Coast, striking Charleston directly.

Now the news would be filled with reports of "DESPAIR & WEEPING, SORROW & DEATH, LOSS AND MISERY, PAIN AND ANGUISH". This hurricane did at least $5 Billions destruction in South Carolina to say nothing of the Billions in loss in Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, and others Multiplied tens of thousands are homeless and the death toll is not small.

As I watched the news reports of the devestation in Charleston South Carolina I noted that excepting ONE CHURCH that weathered the Hurricane, virtually every other church building in Charleston was either heavily damaged or destroyed. Lucifer was REWARDING THE PASTORS. Why "Charleston"? Its Wormwood's personal touch - he aimed at my names sake(Charles) its a boasting destruction under Wormwoods orders aimed to convey a message to me - he's But there is more and its not to be over looked.

SEPTEMBER 19, 1989 ENDS/STARTS To see Hurricane HUGO suddenly turn towards the U.S. EAST COAST on this day and then gain

tremendous force again clearly evidenced that we had been parted from the church system.

Once we were parted, there was nothing now to restrain the power of judgments and we now saw the true BEGINNING OF JUDGMENT unfold from September 19th to September 22nd.

However something happened we did not expect, and it was delightful. By the end of this past August, the Christian couple(who wish to remain unknown) who would give us the 1985 Mazda like new car - they had gotten everything arranged and could meet us in Cleveland by the end of September. JESUS showed me to set the meeting time in Cleveland for this SEPTEMBER 22, 1989 Friday at 8:30 PM in a suburb outside of Cleveland(Brunswick Ohio).

The Lord led us to take the cheapest way by air, so we had a flight out of Seattle in the early a.m.(9AM) that would go to ATLANTA Georgia, and here we would catch a connecting flight to Cleveland arriving by 7:30PM. This would give us an hour to collect our baggage and drive from Cleveland airport to Brunswick to meet the couple from the South Eastern US who were bringing the Mazda to turn it over to us.

Well, the Christian couple coming from North Carolina found themsevles driving thru HUGO on the ground but JESUS brought them thru some pretty heavy weather. Likewise Nancy-TONI and I had one bumpy ride in airplanes that flew thru HUGO in the air. Nonetheless we all arrived, on time and met at 8:30PM to receive one super nice car.

Now back in this August JESUS spoke of "A PARTIAL ENSIGN" and also spoke of SEPTEMBER 2ND --now at this time we did not have JESUS 1987 Word(above in view). With all our records in storage and having our bedroom and office in the same room --research is next to impossible. Back in August, we had no idea what Jesus meant by an "ENSIGN" - we did not make the connection to His 1987 Word just then. It was on August 19th the Christian couple offered the like new 1985 Mazda car. We KNEW then this meant we were soon to enter into JESUS ECONOMY and exit CHURCH ECONOMY(which is the pits believe you me). In CHURCH ECONOMY as we have been for many years, Gods PERFECT WILL is made known but men decide if they will support His Work or not and our experience has been consistent, you never have all you need to finish a work. The EAST COAST PROPHETIC WORK is a prime example - under CHURCH ECONOMY we go only to Spokane, when we should travel to the Gulf and East Coast. Its almost always too little support and too late. But under JESUS ECONOMY we move in GODS SOVEREIGN WILL, HE sends us, HE decides(not man) and you have what you need to do ALL the work.

Lucifer had agreed to LOOSE whats ours back in February 1989 --but as we expected, he would NOT keep his word(we didnt expect he would anyway).

We had no insight, no revelation to expect this then, and so the ENSIGN OF AGREEMENT came

Seeing the #514 in Washington told me that #415 and we missed the blessings available. would follow inside of a weeks time but it didn't. This puzzled me - it should not be happening this way. The most obvious conclusion was that Lucifer was NOT Loosing; but we had no clear way of knowing. When JESUS Word came September 21st, it was now obvious that "HIS HOLY ANGEL" who stood between us and the enemy had blown the whistle on Lucifer Lucifer had violated Gods Law and was being forced to LET GO. As Nancy-TONI's mother Barb said: "3 guess you could say that y ou don't get mad, you just get even." Amen to that!

THE "ENSIGNS"--SEPTEMBER 19, 1 989 ENDS/STARTS (continued Lacking the "ENSIGN OF LOOSED BLESSINGS"(#415) had a simple meaning -- it spoke of that part of the ELECT BODY OF CHRIST(the 25%) held captive by Lucifer. It was time that he LOOSE them over to us, he agreed, that agreement was made in GODS EYES --Lucifer was NOT conforming but willfully resisting. Only this time Lucifer got caught.

SEPTEMBER 22. 1989 9AM --Nancy-TONI and I are airborne out of Seattle - we waste no time and command Jesus Angels with us to take the demon prince Belsarasus who is directing HUGO to be taken captive'. We see IN THE SPIRIT as two Angels of the Lord Our God yank this demon prince out of the hurricane, chain him and toss him in a jail cell. Belsarasus did not come easily, he fought but to no avail, Jesus Angels chained him up like butchers tie up a roast, and dragged him off. We then spoke to Lucifer in JESUS NAME telling him we would next take Bezelbarius - and JESUS told us this would be a terror to Lucifer, this is his angel', the one who exalts him day and night.

Back earlier this year, JESUS spoke of a HURRICANE that would come(HUGO is it) and revealed that the intensity and force of this hurricane would reveal the intensity and force of Earthquakes to follow.

In taking Belsarasus captive, we literally STOPPED the Judgment process at Hurricane (STORM) stage. JESUS days later would confirm this view.

SEPTEMBER 23, 1989 Saturday. We are driving from Cleveland to Chicago --JESUS WORD comes to me: "LUCIFER HAS LOOSED WHAT IS THINE."

Demon prince: Habarim --has power to bring plagues on America during war.

Demon prince: Belsarasus(first seen in 1984) has power to cause STORMS, EARTHQUAKES and VOLCANIC ACTIVITY in America, is instrumental to Nuclear War. This one organized and directed Hurricane HUGO this September 1989.

Demon prince:Megasepharus - has power to destroy(reduced) 4 American cities - suggesting this is the one that will organiz e and dir ec t the accidental nuclear attack UTION*** ****WARNING****** CAUTION WARNING Christian brethren, do NOT pressume any kind of authority over these demon princes, do NOT pray against them, simply do NOT even bring any focus to them. Don't even think to rush in where Angels fear to tread --these things are super deadly and vastly powerful.

When we now took Megasepharus captive September 24th, this essentially shut down Lucifer's operation. Wormwood is also on hold --in a lot of ways the Lord led us to pull the plug on Satans judgments simply because they had NOT 'loosed' what is ours.

In effect the JUDGMENT CLOCK stopped ticking by September 24th. I do not suppose that EVERY judgment is stopped; but the key ones aimed at U.S.A. and the world generally are now on ice.

The expectation that STRONG EARTHQUAKES would emerge around SEPTEMBER 25, 1989 was very valid --but the very demon prince who would direct this destruction(QUAKE or VOLCANO) was 'canned' September 22nd. When its LOOSED as it will be in the time God determines, the judgments will pick-up where they left off at.

JESUS a time back spoke of a SURGE IN THE SOUTH(Surge means HURRICANE) but JESUS explained that this was a diversion for Satan aimed primarily at the WEST COAST --so the next blow, and a severe one is to come here. Hurricane HUGO fits the definition of a SURGE IN THE SOUTH; but the real target area to come next, where a greater loss in life will come is in the WEST. While we have these demon princes captive, this CANNOT HAPPEN --and the longer we hold them, the chance is that the actual QUAKE/VOLCANO JUDGMENT to come next will lose some momentum, and be less than they aimed to do--even so, its not going to be pleasant.

NET OF PRAYER Prayers and NEW COVENANT PRAYERS in this time(September 22nd til the day the demon princes are released) will GAIN MERCY --in a lot of ways ourprayers now will have considerable effect for MERCY. Normally I'd think that from the time a hurricane hits, its 72 hours away from a QUAKE or VOLCANIC TROUBLE. The hurricane HUGO hit September 22nd, the QUAKE could then hit by SEPTEMBER 25th. Except Jesus led us to take these demon princes running the operation as captives - I believe it would now be history --and at least one other American city would be in ruins and they'd still be digging to find the dead even now.

QUESTION...???

If Lucifer had LOOSED what is ours September 23rd, why did Jesus now lead us to take the 4th demon prince captive? Apparently Lucifer tried to work around the LOOSING of whats ours, trying to work thru some situation to justify with-holding whats ours .

The message conveyed to Lucifer September 24th when the 4th demon prince was nabbed was simpl e --LOOSE or else! We were taking whats ours, no ifs, ans or buts.

THE ELECT BODY OF CHRIST This whole tit for tat situation has everything to do with the 25% part of the ELECT OF CHRIST Lucifer has captive - he should be loosing them, he was not doing this --so now his key demon princes are being taken captive day by day.

In a stalemate situation like this, we would do better, as time passed prayer would gain the upper hand and we could(even would) turn the tide of judgment towards mercy. We COULD wait --Lucifer does not have that kind of time.

To some readers this whole situation might seem like a game; but its no game. You see, Satan had opportunity to bring IN Judgment on America - and Lucifer was forced to agree to LOOSE whats ours BEFORE bringing Judgment. Instead Judgment started, and Lucifer did NOT l oose whats ours --GOD now moved us to seize his demon generals and thus STOP JUDGMENT -JUDGMENT is not cancelled, its only delayed.

Its like a football game where they call a TIME OUT, the Clock stops in such a lull. When it begins again, all sides start from where they left off when TIME OUT was called. In simple terms, its something like this.

The only difference is this --when the JUDGMENT CLOCK starts ticking again (October 14/15th to November 4, 1989) --the captive 25% part of the ELECT BODY OF CHRIST will be with us anr' not in Satans power to destroy. As it was September 21st - except Jesus moved us to inter and take demon princes captive, Lucifer would have had opportunity to DESTROY the 25% part of the ELECT BODY OF CHRIST he had captive.

What made the difference? This I know by the Spirit of God --the NEW COVENANT PRAYER CAMPAIGN had obtained Gods Promises IN THE SPIRIT in Intercessions and Prayer since this past November of 1988.

Except for what the NEW COVENANT Intercessors and Prayer Warriors obtained in and out of prayer, Lucifer would have succeeded. The result would be to see a terrible tribulation come on mankind, nuclear wars, horrible devestations worldwide and after all this --NO JESUS SECOND COMING. This is what Lucifer sought to achieve but didn't.

Nancy-TONI and I collected $1,080 -- the NEW COVENANT collected $1,040, Herb and Shirley Murphy(standing in for the 3rd and 4th prophets) collected $1,120 on #415.

This got us(personally) out of a month long debt situation and made the printing of this newsletter possible, even easy(cost wise). What it meant was clear --LUCIFER HAD LOOSED WHATS OURS and more "WE RECEIVED IT"(Collecting means just that). What we received was more than to see money multiplied - we had now RECEIVED that 25% part of the ELECT OF CHRIST Lucifer had had captive all these many years, they were now in our hands, not his.

When the JUDGMENT begins again(it will when the demon princes are loosed) Lucifer will have NO opportunity against the 25% Elect Body of Christ, nor will he have any influence or control over them in any way --they are now free in Christ to think and decide for themse lves.

When we saw that #415, the ENSIGN that Lucifer had LOOSED whets ours had come in WASHINGTON STATE and on the day JESUS showed us it would(a Tuesday) - I knew Lucifer would come soon.

Nancy-TONI and I were driving the like new 1985 Mazda car back to Mt Vernon, we were in Iowa on the freeways, near Des Moines.

JESUS Angel would tell me at 1:15PM local time that Lucifer would arrive in 2 hours. I had time to make a concerted effort in prayer to be ready, to bring all my focus to Jesus for instruction and help.

At just past 3:0OPM the Holy Spirit gave me to see Lucifer coming with a couple of other demon princes - they were talking. This Bezelbarius was with Lucifer, and I understood

why Lucifer was in terror of seeing him taken captive, this demon prince 'looks like Lucifer, its his angelic counterpart.

We are now IN THE SPIRIT, and unknown to Lucifer I'm given to overhear his conversation.

A demon prince with Lucifer asks "does he(meaning CJ) know we are coming? Lucifer replies: "Of course he knows!" Then Lucifer states: "I have laid many snares for him(meaning CJ) - even if he fell to my snare, he walked away.

I have destroyed many in my snares - few escape, but this one is impervious to snares and is dangerous."His demon prince asks Lucifer: " What are we do do?" Lucifer goes on saying:

"We must find a way to kill him - Barchargis(meaning Wormwood) understands this but now is prevented - we must do it. We are near, you remain her til I return." With this the demon prince Bezelbarious stays behind.

Its now 3:29PM local time, we are about 28 miles East of Des Moines Iowa.

A demon prince comes first bearing a purple flag, it states "I greet you in Bezelububs name - the exalted one comes]" JESUS tells me "SAY NOTHING") Lucifer shows wearing a very regal gown, his robe is covered with all sorts of precious

gems and many bright lights beam from them but I note that tho its brilliant light, its also polluted light.

Lucifer says "I have come to apologize for with holding what is yours, even to make amends."

Lucifer now hands a pile of chains to the demon prince bearing the purple flag who then brings these forward, Jesus Angel with me meets him half way between us and takes the

chains. I suddenly realize that I have in my right hand a key, its gold and glows with a soft heavenly light. Jesus Angel places the chains in my hands, I see many padlocks and unlock every padlock with the golden key - its all done quickly.

Lucifer now speaks saying: "It is done, I acknowledge what is yours is yours not mine_" JESUS says "TELL THE OLD DRAGON "ITS DONE" -- I do so.

Lucifer: "Now tell me when will you release what is mine" (referring to the 4 demon princes) JESUS: SAY UNTO LUCIFER "THE FATHER GOD IS DETERMINED A TIME" --I say so.

Lucifer (he sighs a deep sigh and is visibly disquieted,helpless like Ive never seen before) Lucifer says "It is accepted as He determines." (Lucifer looks at me , he is grim) Lucifer now asks "Now tell me, what will you do?"

JESUS: "SAY NOTHING MORE" - I do not respond, we are eye to eye, I do not flinch.

JESUS: "SAY "IT IS SUFFICIENT" --I say so.

Lucifer: "Henceforth, what is mine do not touch, I will not touch what is thine."

JESUS: "DC NOT RESPOND, LUCIFER WORKS TO GAIN A FOOTHOLD." I do not respond, am silent.

Lucifer says; "Barchargis(Wormwood) is with me, we are now joined."

JESUS: "MAKE NO RESPONSE" -- I say nothing.

Lucifer to Cd: "Can you say anything?"

JESUS: "TELL HIM THE TALK IS COMPLETED" -- I do so.

Lucifer rises from his seat, the demon prince bearing the purple flag turns and follows, both leave. Its ended 3:43PM local time September 27, 1989.

Nancy-TONI is driving the car at this time, she see's the meeting only vaguely, is standing on my right holding The Staff of God and can vaguely see a prophetess standing to my left and knows she is the 4th prophet. I do not see this - Nancy-TONI does not see clearly and cannot see what she looks like.

The CHAINS Lucifer turned over to me are the bondages that he used to prevent many of Gods Elect from entering into His Promises - am aware that by this golden key from God, I now have Gods Anointin q to break these bondaces. How its to manifest is not known .vet.

THE 1983 HONDA CVVC WAGON-CAR JESUS weeks ago told me that He would provide $500 and with this we were to make repairs on It has 165,000 miles on it, burns some oil, the 1983 Honda car and then give it away. but its a good running car and should have many more miles left on it, so long as its not l ong distance trips such as we have made.

If 'anyone' would like this car, having a need or if you know of anyone having a need for a car, please write us no later than by OCTOBER 24th to ask for the car. What we will do is wait til October 31st - and at our regular prayer meeting here, we will draw lots and whosoever's name that is drawn, the car will go to them. Please write us here, asking for the car and give us your name or the name and phone number (also city and state) of anyone you know who has need of a car. We will pray that the one Jesus wants the car to go to, is drawn in the lots on October 31st. we will make arrangements after October 31st. God Bless.
