This morning, Nov 4th, Jesus Angel told me "Kathlene will call today". At near 8pm our time Kathlene telephoned from Birmingham Alabama, she had deliberated in prayer constantly since receiving Gods Call to fill the 4th prophets post and do the East Coast Prophetic work with Nancy-TONI and I starting this November 1989. Kathlene was in excellent spirit, and stated "Jesus has told me repeatedly "YES", "YES", "YES" and is given me a vision of flying to Chicago to join you and Nancy-TONI, and shown me with you in New Orleans." Kathlene Donohoe has received , proved and accepted Gods Call to enter into the anointing of the 4th prophets post. Her decision which was to be made no later than November 6th was a major question as to whether or not the EAST COAST PROPHETIC WORK would be done. JESUS had plainly told both Nancy-TONI and I that 'only Kathlene had Gods Call and Authority to work with us' and if she The lives of literally 15,000,000 people did not come with, the work could NOT be done. hung in the balances depending on her decision - either "YES" or "NO". Kathlene is a school Principle, it will be difficult for her to get two weeks leave of absence. We trust God will make a way, but ask all of you pray for Kathlene in this.

At this time, we had a total of $50 in gifts earmarked/sent for the East Coast Trip.

This September one Christian couple led by Jesus gave us the 1985 Mazda car, which has a blue book value of $6,000.

We now had the vehicle that could make the trip - would we have the funds to go the distance? When we lacked what was needed to go to the East Coast this September 14, 1989 --the results were obvious - South Carolina , Hurricane HUGO, 21 dead, $5 Billions loss --then San Francisco Quake, 63 dead, $8 Billions loss. Now we are looking at even greater destructions soon to begin again, leading to at least 18 Million dead and four, now maybe 6 cities turned to radioactive ash!

With $50 for the trip, it would clear]) take a SOVEREIGN MOVE OF GOD to get this prophetic work in motion.

NOVEMBER 1. 1 989 - I received a telephone call from a Christian couple in Ontario Canada.

They would tell me that GOD THE FATHER had asked them to send $1,500 for the EAST COAST TRIP. GOD THE FATHER gave them to KNOW that this work MUST BE DONE! At that moment we didn't know Kathlene's decision, I told them this, tried to persuade them to do less, knowing it was a deep sacrifice for them. They persisted, saying GOD THE FATHER showed them to do this, they were sending the $1,500 next day. In this they were unshakable. After this I explained what JESUS said October 27th, any sum $1,000+ was GOD THE FATHER working SOVEREIGNLY,

THE EAST COAST PROPHETIC WORK JESUS has since September 24th given us clear and detailed instructions. This November 15th Chuck-JOHNEL will leave Mt Vernon by car(The White Dove) with The Staff of God, and travel in 3 days time to Birmingham Alabama. Here Kathlene Donohoe will be anointed as Jesus Prophet and given the mantle of authority confirmation to do this work. Chuck-JOHNEL will teach Kathlene for two days, then visit brethren in Ft Payne and go onto Chicago and wait here. Its believed that at this time what Jesus said in March 1989 will come to pass, whereby a small amount of funds will be multiplied to meet the need. On November 25, 1989 Nancy-TONI will take an airplane from Seattle to Birmingham, and also spend 2 days with Kathlene. November 28th Nancy-TONI will fly from Birmingham to Chicago and join Chuck-JOHNEL. Kathlene is to fly to Chicago November 29th, joining us in Chicago. We three are to pray for TWO DAYS, and then leave starting the prophetic work in Chicago DECEMBER 1, 1989.

We will travel first to the White House, to extend Gods counsel to President Bush - then

In 1983 Jesus led me to write you and President Reagan of Gods warning of a coming accidental nuclear exchange between Russia and this nation - to come 'a December'.

God then revealed that a terrible hurricane would impact the South-East areas of USA in "A September" the same year this accidental nuclear exchange would come. Jesus showed Nancy-TONI that an Earthquake would strike Richmond,California the same year before the nuclear accidental exchange.

We now know that this nuclear accidental exchange is fully been set in motion - the U.S. Cities to be hit by nuclear blasts are: Lexington, Ky New York, NY Richmond, Va. Columbia, SC Jesus has revealed that the loss of life in America can reach upwards to 18 million dead.

Jesus has also revealed that you are in danger.

Jesus will send us one last time to the White House, we come to offer Gods Counsel and Help whereby much loss be averted. We extended such help to President Reagan against assassination in 1981 and help a g ain in 1983 against the plot to blow up the White House.

NUCLEAR ATTACK "THIS YEAR" THE

Following the mailing of the last newsletter TIDE COMES IN" dated October 18th - Jesus led me to write a 2 paged Prophetic Advisory#1 dated Oct 23rd warning Christians in the Midwest and California of coming Earthquakes. On October 26th, I was led to write Prophetic Advisory#2 sharing JESUS WORD in detail, again making it clear that Greater Quakes were coming.

These first two advisories were sent to all Christians on our mailing list in the Midwest and California areas(160 address's). Advisory#3(5 pages) written on October 31st was equally comprehensive but only sent to those who requested *SPECIAL REPORTS* - about 38 Christians had requested this by then.

I will not share everything given, but rather will bring focus to certain conclusions we reached. You can request the Prophetic Advisories if you want them, ask for *SPECIAL REPORTS*.

SATAN GEARING -UP: Events this year clearly fit into the warnings Jesus said would come in THE YEAR that the Accidental Nuclear Attack would come. But with GODS SOVEREIGN INTERVENTION

with San Francisco - Satan got NO "Death Ratio" and lost much momentum. Right now Satan is on HOLD, the judgment time clock is been SET BACK again, but the 20 days they must WAIT ends in the November 4-9th period(focus: NOVEMBER 8TH). Right now we expect major judgments to shortly re-emerge. Remember, until there is prophetic intervention, Satan will have a free hand - there is nothing stopping him from killing in large numbers, and when he can, he WILL KILL! What the enemy seeks is 'momentum and a Death Ratio whereby they can trigger the accidental nuclear attack THIS YEAR. There are two ways they can do this; . STORM again, one in the SOUTH - Hurricane, Tornado's, Storms of size. This would lead to another EARTHQUAKE or a VOLCANIC ERUPTION - lives would be lost 2. LOS ANGELES - a major quake, likely in the 8.3 Richter category. By JESUS WORD we see LOS ANGELES is likely their next target and this is only a stepping stone to the MIDWEST. 3. MIDWEST/SAN FRANCISCO. We do not rule out the possibility of another quake in SAN FRANCISCO or one coming at the MIDWEST directly - but in our assessment, Satan is looking for an easy kill to lead up to a big kill in the Midwest_ 4, TIMING: After some effort we see this: Satan is on hold until November 4-9, 1989 --FOCUS DATE is November 8, 1989.

From here, (Nov 8th) its a 13 day count to NOVEMBER 2lst/22nd - we expect Satan to strike hard, fast, and with deadly effect at this time.

We have reason to believe that the MIDWEST Quake canhappen around NOVEMBER 30th or thereafter. With a prophetic work in CHICAGO, with all three prophets, we would expect the enemy will be unable to strike while we are there but they could shortly after we leave.

All this is leading up to the NUCLEAR ACCIDENTAL ATTACK - and Satan needs momentum to strike CHICAGO/MIDWEST with a major quake --thus what begins in the next days is going to lead to major destructions.

We have some ideas as to where, what and how bad; but presently we are STOOD ASIDE and not until Nancy-TONI and I are joined(in Chicago Nov 28th) will prophetic intervention begin. So from now til then - anything can happen, the doors wide open.

"NUCLEAR DISASTER" means the ACCIDENTAL NUCLEAR EXCHANGE, its now irreversible, but it can be DELAYED - this we collectively decide from now til November 20th.

(2.) IT RENTS OPEN--this is the Oct 17th quake in SAN FRANCISCO. FIRE ISSUES FORTH - a Pasedena Texas Plant exploded in a huge BALL OF FIRE(Wormwoods emblem) Oct 18th--this event in the Galveston area points to troubles in LOS ANGELES. (3.) DEEPER YET A GREATER SURGE IS DRAWN FORTH AND THE LAND RIPS APART To THE SOUTH, THEN A TEARING TO THE EAST --this means a Greater Quake than the 7.1 Richter Oct 17th --to the SOUTH speaks of the LOS ANGELES Areas --"TEARING TO THE EAST"= Midwest/CHICAGO. This is how we understand His Word (5.) "SEND FORTH..IN LULL" - a lot will happen, then another quiet - we are sent forth in this quiet, November 30-December 1, 1989 and on.

FACT-NO EXCUSES: For years we have worked under endless hand-i-caps imposed on us by church decisions. The accumulated effect is visible. Tho we are able to do the work at hand, and could identify 'what, where, when, how strong' - until the 4th prophet is teamed with us, and under present circumstances our capacity to precisely define 'where, when and what' is limited. We DISCERN a significant danger looming, and what we are doing is going our limit to inform you, going by Faith in Jesus for all the rest.

As you can see, Jesus Word to us this March 1989(page 6) is already partially fulfilled, and whats coming is worse than whats already come - this is evident. The whole of North America is wide open to Satan , there is too much they can do in too many areas for us to narrow it all down simply.

We will have to RIDE OUT THE STORM til the next LULL comes, when we can intervene in Christs Power to make a difference.

JESUS June 25-30, 1986: "...WHAT IS SEEN IS NOT ALL THAT STIRS, A GREATER COMES, ,FOLLOWS...

WATCH THE WEST THE EARTH HEAVES ..."

When you merge this Word into a simple statement - its "A GREATER EARTH HEAVE FOLLOWS" -compare His Word then in 1986 to His Word to us this March 1989(lines 2. to 4) on page 6.

This makes it almost certain in our understanding that the WEST COAST is going to be hit again and harder than October 17th - LOS ANGELES and SEATTLE are both in view as key areas.

JESUS July 3, 1986 "...THE WEST COAST WILL SHAKE. A TERRIBLE WARNING AS THE CHURCH DECIDES JUDGMENT ON SAN FRANCISCO. THE QUAKE THUS LEADING TO WAR ." JESUS to Nancy-TONI 7/3/86 The FINAL "Church Leaders Decision" made finally this 1989 was for judgment on San Francisco.

IESUS has told us plainly that the events/Word of 1986 were 'patterns' to this 1989 --by his we know His Word in 1986 pertains to this 1989.

Thus we now KNOW that the 7.1 Richter Quake SAN FRANCISCO was in fact only a TERRIBLE WARNING, the beginning of the beginning and that it will LEAD TO WAR now. The nuclear accidental exchange would itself LEAD TO WORLD NUCLEAR WAR III in 2 years time from it happening.

There is no prophetic intervention this time to make a difference - not until November 28th earliest.

As we look at the Oct 17th quake in San Fran there is no question that MERCY has been seen in a TERRIBLE DESTRUCTION AND DEATH. But JESUS defines the Oct 17th quake as a TERRIBLE WARNING .

Today Nancy-TONI and I prayed, asking Jesus if the Oct 17th quake was the FIRST CITY FALLING? JESUS said this to Nancy-TONI: "NO, THAT QUAKE WAS BUT RESIDUE FROM THE PREVIOUS PATTERN OF 1987" JESUS to Nancy-TONI 11/4/89 If I understand rightly, then we will see a CITY FALL before we leave, and a 2nd city FALL after leave leave.

At times I think God gave me the wrong body, I have the heart of a Lion of Judah, but the body of a Lamb of God. I can get scared like anyone else; but some things get me angry, angry enough that I will do things I'd normally never dream of. Nancy-TONI years ago had a vision of me and her, we were lambs with Gods flock, the Shepherd was away but His Staff was nearby.

Suddenly a young wolf(The Beast) appeared and lept on the flock seeking to devour young lambs.

Nancy-TONI told the story - everyone was frightened and ran when the wolf appeared. The wolf grabbed a baby lamb to devour it, had it in his mouth - its eyes were red and glaring, a fierce huge wolf, mean and ugly.

Nancy saw me take the Shepherds Staff in my lambs mouth and charge at the wolf sticking it in the eye - startled, hurt, the wolf yelped, dropped the baby lamb(still alive) and fell back. Then the wolf saw it was onl y a man lamb with a stick (the Staff) in its mouth - its hair stood up and it began to snarl showing rows of sharp teeth. Nancy said, I stood my ground - the wolf attacked with all its strength and a big fight developed, wool and fur went a flying, soon blood too - after a time both the young a1f and man lamb were bloodied, an old wound the man lamb had opened up, and he was getting weak - the wolf had the man lamb down and was going for his throat when now Nancy-TONI (lady lamb) came at the wolf from behind and pulled its tail, the wolf surprised again was distracted and turned on her, then the man lamb got up and kicked the wolf in the head, the lady lamb did the same, the wolf fell knocked cold. Now the man lamb took The Shepherds Staff and drove it into the wolf's heart killing it dead. Suddenly the father wolf showed with his wolf pack and another young wolf --surrounding the man lamb and lady lamb. But they were not afraid anymore and were ready to fight them all. A Great Light appeared and Jesus was there - standing with the man lamb and lady lamb - the father wolf(Lucifer) and his pack were terrified and turn and ran away in terror.

Jesus tended to us, this was not the end but the beginning.

The point of this story is simple. When I perceive the Beast is moving in to devour Gods 'baby Lambs, when the hirlings have fled the flock leaving them to the wolves, a Holy Anger builds in me, it changes me, I'm not afraid, but ready to fight, I take on the character of the Lion of Judah and am looking for the wolf, not trying to get away from it.

When this innermost resolve and lack of fear of the enemy is prominent in me, I know the danger is real and near - this is such a time. Perhaps I cannot tell you every 'when', every 'where and every `what' will happen; but I can tell you that I'm ready , we are readying to go into battle with everything we have. I do not have to SEE troubles in this world to KNOW its present and the wolf-beast is ready to pounce on Gods flock. I KNOW the danger is real, this by the Spirit of God. Anything else we can share with you, is what we UNDERSTAND of what we KNOW BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD, how right our understanding is varies but the danger we see is REAL , its near, and God is moving us to intervene towards the end of this month.

By the sullen dark look on its face, I knew it understood. Megaspeharsus still had power to destroy 4 U.S. Cities, we had stripped it of 5 U.S. Cities September 24, 1989. This alone meant that this accidental nuclear exchange would NOT lead directly to Nuclear World War III, otherwise it would. As we noted - on October 18th the 'lots' drew #964 - a perfect version meaning WORLD NUCLEAR WAR III - Satans INTENT was revealed, they meant to trigger NUCLEAR WAR this very 1989 - just as Jesus said But Satan did not know we had stripped Megasepharsus of 5 cities, and the day we released Megasepharsus, hours later the 'lots' drew #694 --in this form it meant their INTENT to cause NUCLEAR WAR this 1989 was broken, disorganized. I remembered a brother and fellow prophet in Christ who lives in Missouri who had shared that Jesus Angel had told him "NUCLEAR WAR 1989".

No question, Satan moving thru Gods Law to bring judgments INTENDED THIS this 1989; but as Jesus told us, He would move us to prevent that, He did the end of this September 1989.

MEGASEPHARSUS was released only ten seconds, I watched this demon prince walk off IN THE SPIRIT - when I heard a TERRIBLE THUNDERING, then LIGHTNINGS AND FIRE EXPLODED in front of the demon prince, I saw the Earth enveloped in consuming fires. I shuddered - aware this thing had just then triggered, set in motion the accidental nuclear attack. This demon prince was taken captive IN THIS WORLD, not deep IN THE SPIRIT --what this meant was that what it triggered, set in motion was near, would manifest in a SHORT TIME in this Earth.

I remembered, knew this: Megasepharsus came into this world, into th Belsarasus who came in with Hurricane HUGO September 21st - these got Decision to NOT support the September 1989 Prophetic Work to the EAST to them. Had we been funded to go, we would have prevented them from so they entered. Hurricane HUGO and the Oct 17th Bay area Quake were Belsarasus - this meant Megasepharsus could trigger this NOW, not for

There are a number of prime warning sign Jesus gave us since 1983 to tell us that the nuclea accidental attack would come THE SAME YEAR these signs were seen. No man asked for these 'warning signs` Jesus gave them to us that we should know. The first warning sign GOD THE FATHER gave September 9, 1983 with the vision of the accidental nuclear attack to happen "a DECEMBER".

The accidental nuclear attack would come at NIGHT TIME, I saw the nuclear blasts in the 1983 vision from GOD THE FATHER at NIGHT. Next I saw a huge swirling white cloud laying over the SOUTH EAST U.S.A., it was NIGHT TIME. It was hard to define the exact areas as it was night, since the outline of the USA was dim and the huge swirling white cloud covered so much area in the SOUTH EAST I could only approximate it. Roger(N.O.P. Colonel and Prayer Leader) drew this sketch[left] to depict what I saw - in the midst of the huge swirling white cloud showed "SEPTEMBER".

What I knew then was that a huge storm system would appear over the SOUTH EAST U.S.A. in 'a SEPTEMBER" before the accidental nuclear attack the same year, "a DECEMBER'.

In 1985 one huge hurricane slammed into the Gulf Coast SEPTEMBER 1985, a satellite photo of this hurricane as it moved inland looked exactly like what I'd seen in the 1983 vision. I knew then without question the SEPTEMBER WHITE SWIRLING CLOUD in the SOUTH EAST was a huge Hurricane.

In • 985 Lucifer moved to trigger the nuclear accident - no question that hurricane was a clear warning sign - and CHICAGO was a prime target to be struck with a major quake that year.

But in 1985 the Church Leaders were not in one accord, 10% of the church leaders believed Jesus Word, obeyed Him and prayed. More, in 1985 Nancy-TONI the long sought 2nd prophet came on the scene - and funded to do a prophetic work, we jointly moved in Jesus Power to break Satans plans that November 1985 and did. Uniquely, in October 1985 Jesus spoke of Nancy-TONI and a 4th prophetess who would show when the need was there - by her, Mercy would be extended one last time. This 1989, she is with us, Kathlene Donohoe. So all this was put off for three years.

However Hurricane HUGO struck NIGHT TIME(midnight) SEPTEMBER 21/22, 1989 and came inland in the SOUTH EAST Areas of U.S.A. --more, Hurricane HUGO whipped, struck "COLUMBIA, S.C." one of the 4 cities to be nuked "A DECEMBER'. We noted this at the time, a chilling warning this was coming in this DECEMBER 1989.

RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA. In 1986 JESUS told Nancy-TONI that a Major Quake would shake RICHMOND, California the YEAR the nuclear accident would happen - this would confirm that RICHMOND, VIRGINIA would be hit by a nuclear bomb(a direct hit) the same year, DECEMBER 1989.

The 7.1 Richter EARTHQUAKE that struck Santa Cruz, San Francisco and Oakland - also struck RICHMOND, California - a town right alongside of Oakland where the higway overpass disaster happened in the quake.

What we saw here was a clear chain of events all directed by demon power, Hurricane and Quake, ALL touching on two of the four cities to be nuked, fulfilling Gods given warning signs it was for THE SAME YEAR - 1989.

On October 29, 1989 Sunda_y an ACCIDENT involving warplanes, the US Aircraft Carrier LEXINGTON was hit by a jet, killing 5, injuring 17.

It didn't take us long to see the 'warning sign'now LEXINGTON was in view - third of the four cities to be nuked(Lexington, Ky).

Because this is a PREMATURE JUDGMENT, we realize that NOT all the warning signs will be there, its PREMATURE but that does not mean it won't happen. JESUS however has made it clear that CHICAGO MUST be struck by a quake --this is why the EAST COAST PROPHETIC WORK "STARTS" in CHICAGO November 28-December 1, 1989. We are being moved to intercept Satans plans at a crucial juncture. Break Satans plans in CHICAGO and we will break his plans everywhere after including lessening the nuclear attack. But again, whether we can stop the nuclear attack this 1989 is something 'you' decide by your gifts.

My father in law(Bill Weaver) cut this cartoon out for me. I see a use for it now. Hope's(Esperanza's) letter particularly struck a cord in me. The Beast(wolf) is coming to devour 'baby Lambs' - they don't how to escape, while the older grown Lambs can run, get away-know how.

Hope and the boy could only walk to the Park to wait death in her dream(baby Lambs of God). The hirelings supposed to shepherd them had fled - will we scatter too?

Or will we turn like the Lions of Judah we also are and tear the wolf to pieces in Christ's Power?! Not for our sake - we are safe in Christ; but for the sake of 'baby Lambs of God"who the enemy prefers to devour.

Will we ENTER INTO GOD'S SOVEREIGN WILL and agree with Him to spare as He spares - will we support, pray and fight or will we run and hide?

Satan aims to do what he always aims to do - what will we do?

1986 THE "PATTERN YEAR" FOR 1989 JESUS by His Word made it plain that the patterns of 1986 are a key to 1999. It does not mean that everything is identical - things are parallel, like 1986 yet in the specifics different, but in the general trend something like 1986. What happened in 1986?

With gifts sent in, in early 1986 we were able to buy the 1983 Honda Wagon(used) in order to be able to go out and do the prophetic work of 1986. The ministr y had three prophets, myself: Nancy-TONI and John-ANDREW. We had prayed for two years to obtain Gods Blessings - it was now before us, all we had to do was ENTER IN. The prophetic work to receive Blessings and turn back judgments REQUIRED 3 prophets working together. Gifts for the prophetic work had fallen short of the need, but then Jesus provided a sum via the lottery that funded the start of the work - we had pledges from Gods people to support the work to the end of the work.

When we started(Nancy-TONI flew to Chicago to join me, we started from CHICAGO) we moved to different parts of the country, meet with Christians, prayed and then moved onto Washington State to pick up the 3rd prophet. Tho JESUS told him to GO, he also heard 'father' say NO. John-ANDREW rebelled, would not go - the father' was his earthly father not God the Father.

We endured a time of confusion and heavy loss(like this time) and knew that Wormwood had gotten an 'opening' thru the 3rd prophets rebellion/disobedience to bring in massive death and destruction - he had even agreed , saying "Let the Judgment Rip!".

The Blessings we sought and needed were not BLOCKED, Gods people would have to endure want and privations.

Worse, we discerned that Wormwood was moving to trigger a DISASTER, we knew "NORTH" was his target - we moved in prophetic authority to BLOCK this, commanding Jesus Angels with us to attack and destroy Satans demon hosts - they did! NORTH had been defined years earlier it spoke of the NORTH WEST U.S.A., CHICAGO(also SAN DIEGO-connected to Chicago), and RUSSIA. With Nancy-TONI and I in the North West(residing there) we would BLOCK Wormwood here, in sending Jesus Angels assigned us to attack Lucifers demon armies in USA - we stopped a move on CHICAGO. Satan then moved to the alternative - RUSSIA and struck on APRIL 25, 1986 -Chernoybl Russia had a NUCLEAR DISASTER - 500,000 irradiated, killed. This NUCLEAR DISASTER was aimed at CHICAGO in 1986 - prophetic intervention BLOCKED it prevented it - but the enemy struck at RUSSIA, an alternative possible thru JESUS WORD warning of this kind of judgment. (see page 13 for more on how Satan gets grounds thru one event to bring another--more on this) Then JESUS sent me to Arkansas in May to locate, anoint and prepare a 'stand-in' prophet for the 4th prophet, to replace the missing 3rd prophet. After anointing David-JAMES in May 1986, JESUS sent me to FT PAYNE Alabama, here the Holy Spirit revealed that the 4th prophetess lived in BIRMINGHAM. In 1983 He revealed that her name was "Kathlene" but said no more. From Ft Payne I was sent 1 day to Birmingham, obeyed, drove into town, looked around, and returned.

Didn't know why Jesus had me do that, except it was some kind of PATTERN to what would be done later. Then Jesus directed me to go to CHICAGO arriving at a certain day - a year before He said a #172 would come 5 days after I returned to CHICAGO, this came to mind. We were to start the prophetic work to the EAST COAST in mid June, we lacked the funds we needed. I bought tickets on #172 five days after arriving in Chicago - we collected $3,700, it funded the trip. Now Nancy-TONI, Dave-JAMES, and I were joined and went out on the EAST COAST PROPHETIC WORK. When we were to turn WEST to accomplish the work hereto stop major quakes) the promised Church Support did not arrive. Dave-JAMES went back home, Nancy-TONI and I warned CHICAGO of a coming Major Quake(we were ignored, rebuffed). We hung on for a month til August 1986 - it was a very hard time for us, we endured want, uncertainty, and hostility from people on the streets(as we passed our calls for prayer warning of the quake). Except for the always faithful few who sent in gifts, we would have hungered and ended up sleeping on the streets. Even so it was a gloomy, hard, discouraging time for us. We had just seen Gods Help and Empowerment and had destroyed most of Lucifers demons out of this world. We set back Satans plans for some time, crippled them - now Satan struck at us thru the very brethren who had just been spared. Finally in August, we knew it was over Nancy-TONI went home to Mt Vernon(had to borrow her airfare) - I was destitute, fund wise and emotionally.

dust before Nancy-TONI left, Jesus had us go prophesy the Church Decision, as a result a Great 8 Year Drought would come on America, the TINY STAR was now coming, and there would be Signs in the Heavens and Skies above. In August I was led to resign the Ministry, then so the other prophets, and lastly the NET OF PRAYER stood aside. Then JESUS re-newed hope in us and led us back to stand once again.

The PATTERNS of 1986 we have re-lived again this 1989, only what was a pattern in 1986 is now

REAL in 1989. Now I go to anoint Kathlene in Birmingham Alabama (the pattern of going to Birmingham in 1986).

1 986 was a dreadsome year for us(Nancy-TONI and I) - and when we heard Kathlene's decision, others on hearing REJOICED, we were quiet, almost withdraw and unhappy. Nancy-TONI and I prayed asking Jesus why we reacted this way to news of Kathlene's decision? JESUS said to us: "PAST PATTERNS, WOUNDS, HAVE PRE CONDITIONED YOU TO BE CAUTIOUS, SKEPTICAL." We now asked "Will Kathlene change her mind as John-ANDREW did in 1986?" JESUS said: "NO, FOR SHE IS IN SUBMISSION TO ME AND MY FATHER. WE HAVE PREVAILED UPON HER THAT GOD THE FATHERS SOVEREIGN WILL BE DONE." The consequences of the church decision in 1986 are visible in 1989 - the WEST COAST PROPHETIC WORK was not done in 1986 - so this 1989 Satan struck the WEST, and its only just begun.

In 1988 Wormwood aimed an 8 Richter at SAN FRANCISCO - aimed to kill 10 Million in a nuclear attack that 1988 - aimed at LOS ANGELES and CHICAGO as well. In Christ we stopped him in 1988 - but the SECONDARY TARGET was RUSSIA,Armenia a 6.9 Richter quake killing 60,000.

The prophesy to the Armenian prophet of Jesus in the 1850's directly connects Armenia to U.S.A. - so a strike at Armenian Christians(killing 60,000 Armenian Christians) brings BLOOD GUILT on America(Church Leaders PERMITTED this to happen) thus thru GODS LAW Satan next has opportunity to bring on America what America PERMITTED him to bring on Armenia. This is what JESUS means - and when you see the October 17, 1989 quake in SAN FRANCISCO, you are seeing them moving thru GODS LAW seeking to extract 'life for life'. Except GOD INTERVENED they would have killed 60,000 in San Francisco. That they did strike LOS ANGELES in 1988 means they can strike again this 1989, that they aimed at CHICAGO in 1988 but hit QUEBEC, means they can strike at Chicago again this 1989.

Trouble is that thru Gods Law governing judgment, its more than life for life - Satan has an open doorway IN, once he gets in, he can thru rebellion /accusation/condemnations Christians do --ENLARGE the death toll greatly.

This is what they are working to do now - OVERCOME Prayer Resistance to kill multitudes.

The only difference between 1988 and this 1989 is simple. In 1988 the NEW COVENANT & NET OF PRAYER, and JESUS PROPHETS STOOD IN THE GAP for America - thus stopping Satans judgments.

This 1989, due to Church Leaders Decisions, wehave ALL been STOOD ASIDE • as a result the destroyers entered America September 21/22nd - destructions followed unlike in 1988.

One of the most common comments of skeptical-unbelieving Christians over the years is that wher we project for troubles and stirred up prayer to BLOCK judgments, projected dates did not develop disasters. Point was to stop them. We would show readers , as we did in 1988, what WOULD HAVE HAPPENED and WHAT DID HAPPEN with prayer intervention only to underline that the dangers were NOT PASSED. We have stopped Satans judgments, lessened them, year by year -but each time we did, we were called 'false, deceived or some thought we offered thin excuses for being wrong. We ended up with LESS support in funds and prayer, and each year Satan has re-newed the same basic pattern of attack. This 1989 he has broken thru - now he's going for the nuclear accidental exchange --but again, mus t work thru EARTHQUAKES and get death tolls.

SEPTEMBER 25, 1987 SATANS BROKEN PLANS ( contd) I'm certain that when you read this in a recent newsletter(JESUS Word 8/16/89) you nay have puzzled over what He meant. Back in 1987 we began to grasp that as we stopped Satans full judgments, some Dart came thru --thus by Gods Law, he would have opportunity to bring the rest in later. We saw clearly by 1988 that 'warning signs' and partial judgments had been coming since 1987 --meaning that our ability to withstand ALL Satans judgments was declining as prayer support waned and financial support dropped - each time Satan come thru to some extent. Satan was building a basis in Gods Law to BURST thru at a certain point. JESUS on August 16, 1989(once the Church Leaders Decision was FINAL-IRREVERSIBLE) began to explain how it would work.

Since some of you are new to this ministry, and others may have forgotten - let me review/ remind you of events in 1987.

In 1987 we had Baltor(demon prince of Meschech and Tubal-Ezekiel 38) captive since May 1989.

We three prophets were completing the SECOND SEALING by September 1987,(it fell short of Gods Requirement 300 Sealed) - and more, we had another rebellion by a prayer leader - thus Satan had opportunity again to attack Gods people. To make it worse, a brother in Christ ASSUMED to have authority and tried to cast Baltor into the bottomless pit forever - he didn't have such authority, and ended up setting it free(he violated Gods Law). We lacked funds and support for a WEST COAST PROPHETIC WORK(to be done September 2, 1987) - the third prophet (Steve-JOEL) returned home, the trip was off. Satan would now have FIRST SHOT to bring in judgments on the West Coast - church decision(revealed by level of support).

With another rebellion in our ranks, and want of funds - again our ability to discern was dimmed(Satan was given opportunity - usually results in discernment 'Black outs'). But now Nancy-TONI and I inwardly KNEW Satan was moving to cause a major disaster - and our focus fell to SEPTEMBER 25, 1987. We knew now to expect a Major Quake starting either in CHICAGO/ The MIDWEST or in CALIFORNIA (San Francisco or Los Angeles) - SEPTEMBER 25th was a key date.

If the enemy got it , it would lead to a chain of disasters, ending in a nuclear attack.

Like this 1989, we KNEW by the Spirit of God that the enemy of our souls was on the move to kill and destroy in a big way - but we could not identify WHERE exactly they'd strike - but we knew "WHEN". We called the NET OF PRAYER and every reader to PRAY AND FAST September 25th to BLOCK the judgments - it was an URGENT CALL FOR PRAYER & FASTING. A concerted TIME OF PRAYER with FASTING on a given date will form a PRAYER BLOCK on that day, this would effectively BLOCK judgments away for a time -it could happen later, but it would be MUCH LESS than what was intended. (See THE SLAIN page 96 JESUS WORD about Sept 19/25th) Having only a little understanding of what Satan was up to, we MOVED BY FAITH and called for concerted prayer. It did the thing we wanted to do - September 25, 1987 was Quiet.

On OCTOBER 1, 1987 LOS ANGELES was struck by a 6.1 Richter EARTHQUAKE!! Millions in damage$ 17 Killed!!!

Prayer and Fasting by NET OF PRAYER had blocked Satans prime day -September 25th, we gained a 6 day DELAY and this significantly reduced the intensity of the quake -Satans judgment had benn broken. We who prayed and fasted KNEW we had just seen Gods Answer to prayer and His Mercy was obvious to us - not to those who did not pray, who sat on the sidelines watching to see what would happen.

In the next weeks, Christians woke up and support for the WEST COAST PROPHETIC WORK began to come in- well, better late than never! JESUS would tell us that Lucifer still had first shot at America, tho reduced by prayer and would strike again October 19, 1987 - this day the STOCK MARKET COLLAPSED - Black Monday they called it. Even this was lessened by prayer.

OCTOBER 21, 1987 the day we left MT VERNON to travel up and down the WEST COAST prophetically breaking Satans power to cause major quakes - SAN FRANCISCO was struck by a 4.1 Richter Quake.

The effect of PRAYER with FASTING September 25, 1987 was like the effect of Gods Intervention inhaving us take demon princes captive - the JUDGMENT TIME CLOCK was stopped SEPTEMBER 25th, and in 1987 the accumulative effect of prayer not only LESSENED the LOS ANGELES Quake but delayed it 6 days. Thus the JUDGMENT CLOCK started ticking again after 6 days, the TIME OUT ended October 1st - the reduced/lessened quake struck LOS ANGELES then. In this OCTOBER 1st of 1987 was "LIKE" September 25, 1987.

Nanc y -TONI in reviewing Jesus Word to us in 1987 found this interesting Word that came on August 28, 1987 JESUS said then: " KATHY IS A COVER AND PROTECTION FOR THOSE OF A DEAD FAITH CONDITION, HER PRAYERS AND PROTECTION PROVIDE A YEARS(One Year) MERCY AND PROTECTION FOR THOSE UNSEALED IN THE MT OF OLIVES. THE YEAR OF MERCY WILL EFFECT MINE ALONE BUT THOSE WHO HAVE CRIED FOR AND PREFER JUDGMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN SEPARATED FROM THE CHURCH SYSTEM SO YOUR PRAYERS ARE FOR THOSE YOU HAVE CHARGE OVER." JESUS August 28, 1987 Actual "SEPARATION FROM THE CHURCH SYSTEM" did not happen til this SEPTEMBER 19, 1989 --at the time Jesus had us have Cathy Stolz of Oregon 'stand-in' for the 4th prophetess. However we knew then she was a 'stand-in' but now see again in 1987 Jesus had in a very hidden way given us Kathlene Donohoe's name again, without us being aware He did so.

Interestingly, in 1985 JESUS gave me several scriptures concerning the 4th prophetess, one was the Book of Esther. When I shared with Kathlene November 4th that her decision to say YES 'uld extend a YEAR MERCY for Gods Elect who are or were in trouble(captive-now freed), . .thlene told me that at a prophetic conference this year, a prophesy came to her whereby Jesus likened her to an ESTHER and that she would save multitudes of Gods people from certain death at Satans hands. The Prophetic Word brought her to wonder how this would be(she had not yet heard of this ministry, nor did we know of her either).

* In our June 29, 1989 newsletter(YE HAVE DONE WELL IN MY SIGHT) page 9, we shared about seeing that this June 12, 1989 by the 'time parallel' was like October 1, 1987, thus we expected to see a Quake in Los Angeles - and it care fulfilling the Law as Jesus said 8/16/89.

I might also note that major shocks in the STOCK MARKET in 1987 were matched by the residue left undone came in this 1989, the last STOCK MARKET DROP preceeded the SAN FRANCISCO QUAKE. As JESUS told Nancy-TONI November 4, 1989 --the SAN FRANCISCO October 17, 1989 Quake was "A RESIDUE FROM THE PREVIOUS PATTERN OF 1987".

What then of the events seen in 1988?(see pages 13 to 15 UP DATE#1 TAPE Quotes) This is the trouble, what we have here are Wormwood's judgment patterns - the 1987 ones were Lucifer's.

With judgment PREMATURE "ONE YEAR" Wormwood can bring in the judgment he tried to in 1988 in this 1989 --its double trouble all the way around.

With this view of things since 1987, its plain to see that a QUAKE will hit the Midwest -its a pure guestimation on my part that the 1987 quake of June 10th was in the 10% to 30% category - but thru Gods Law Satan has clear opportunity to strike the MIDWEST.

This time God Sovereignly intervened on our behalf, stopped the Judgment Clock. But when it started ticking again, October 17, 1989 was "LIKE September 25, 1989. Since then, Jesus has revealed the effect of THREE distinct SET BACKS to Satan, it gives us time to be ready, but it also gives Satan opportunity to do it again and again.

Thus we have in view three times when September 25, 1989 is parallel #1 parallel #2 parallel #3

parallel to other dates:

You need understand that Gods Law is virtually immutable, what you sow you reap, no two other ways about it. The sin condition in America thats sown this judgment could be held off by prayer, delayed, broken up - but unless there is repentance, unless men turn back to God and enter into Grace thru Christ -- the reaping will irresistibly lead to death and destruction The only reason why God Intervened was because Satan had trespassed against His Elect, against whom he had no place, right or opportunity.

However, keep in mind, this is Gods Law - not the Grace of Christ. Moreover GODS SOVEREIGN WILL is now involved in this situation, and we can count on His Love, Compassion and Enduring Mercies. It is a time to ENTER INTO GODS SOVEREIGN WILL having the Faith to know that the Goodness of GOD is vastly greater than the deadly intent of the Devil. We cannot fully grasp just what God will allow or disallow, we see and understand only in part - we need go by Faith in His Goodness for all the rest.

With a prophetic work to the EAST COAST now a definite "GO", and its GODS SOVEREIGN INTERVENTION, and each of you have opportunity to make a decision that could increase MERCY, even delay judgments for a year --there is no way to know what the outcome will be for the rest of 1989. Not until we accomplish the prophetic work and even then - we won't likely fully know until after the work is done.

But what I have purposed to show you is a relentless enemy who has worked thru Gods Law

year in and year out to bring judgments. If he STARTED in 1987 and he did, tho we stopped him then, we again moved in 1988 and we stopped him then. But each time he got PART of the judgment in, and this 1989 is COMPLETING what he started in 1987 and trying to complete what he started in 1988 as well. We see what Satan aims to do this 1989, his INTENT is clear.

EVENT OCTOBER 29TH- -Here we are told that Megasepharsus is leading 8 demon armies far to the South moving North to the United States and to count FIVE DAYS(thus October 29th) to SEE IT. October 29th the ACCIDENT involving the Carrier LEXINGTON in the Gulf of Mexico.

Look at The Devils Strategy --they KNOW they are hindered by prayer and prophetic intervention but they seek to OVERCOME this hinderance - how? Thru the ACCUSATORY and JUDGMENTAL BEHAVIOR in Gods children, to them its a way to get around such barriers - to them its an open door to enter in to murder and destroy at their will.

20 DAYS - TIME TO WATCH (continued) Thus these destroyers must WAIT til these days, then from November 7, November 8, November 9, and November 13, 1989 -- Satans Judgments will begin to emerge again.

November 28/29, 1989 the Prophetic Work will begin - this will essentially freeze the judgment process as we move by the Spirit of God to alter judgments according to Gods Sovereign Will.

However this situation is unlike any we have ever seen before - just what can or cannot happen while we prophesy is an open question. But once we complete the work and return to Mt Vernon(Kathlene to Birmingham) Satan could surge ahead and strike with sudden death hitting those NOT covered and we know that not all will be spared. CAUTION: You can surely pray for Gods Help against judgments for yourself and your loved ones --but make this IMPORTANT distinction - do NOT pray against the JUDGMENT, if you do, you will be entangled in it and become subject to it. You can pray agree with GOD SOVEREIGN WILL Thru Jesus Christ.

Surely seek to be Led by The Holy Spirit in how you pray; but also practice RESTRAINT, get CONFIRMATION before you pray AGAINST any judgment in this time.

PREPARE If you live South of any of the target cities(Lexington, New York, Richmond, or Columbia SC) consider storing water, plastic sheeting, heavy tape, food --have a battery operated radio. Radioactive FALLOUT from nuclear bombs is serious stuff - making your residence airtight, and staying indoors for days will be a must for millions in America.

We have heard from most of our Intercessors in the San Francisco areas - all were prepared, (water, food, candles, etc) - NONE suffered injury, not even damage to their homes, tho others around them did. JESUS kept HIS safe - HE will do the same for you; but also make reasonable preparations.
