FOUNDATIONS WORK REPORT

"HELL...SHALL NOT PREVAIL..."

JESUS said "...I WILL BUILD MY CHURCH; AND THE GATES OF HELL SHALL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST IT." (Matthew 16:18) There is nothing passive about what Jesus says of HIS CHURCH of which we are all a part; for it clearly means we have Gods Commission thru Christ to ATTACK Satans Kingdom, and power in Christ to break down the gates of Hell and prevail in destroying that kingdom. To the ends that the foundations of the kingdom of God be established in Earth, preparing the way for Jesus Return.

Yet as you read verses 17 thru 23 of Matthew chapter 16, you will note an unexpected series of events. PETER here is representative of all of us that believe on Jesus. FIRST Peter KNOWS by GOD that JESUS is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. JESUS acknowledges that Peter has gotten this by the SPIRIT OF GOD, not by Flesh(Soul) or Blood(carnal mind), saying HE will build HIS CHURCH upon 'THIS ROCK". What did Jesus mean by "THIS ROCK"? We who are in Christ are called "Christians and this term means "little Christ's" --JESUS 'is' The Rock -- those of us centered in Christ are therefore also 'little Rocks". In essence JESUS is saying He will build His Church on those who center on Him and are led by the Holy Spirit.

Now JESUS in verse 19 gives each of us the keys to the kingdom of heaven--authority to BIND or LOOSE. All seems well, but suddenly Peter is rebuking Jesus BINDING Jesus from doing Gods Will--JESUS now rebukes Peter as being "Satan", cancelling that "BINDING".

Peter in one moment moved by the Spirit of God, then in the next manifested Satan. This in turn led to Peter denying Jesus three times, this became a "Soulish infirmity" which drew Peter away from fulfilling His call in Christ. In John 21:3, Peter says "I go a fishing" Peter was drawn back into the old ways, back into the world(to make a living fishing again) --JESUS appears and now removes three times the denial of Peter, sets Him free to serve Him. In the past years I have seen how readily we all can move by the Spirit of God(as did Peter) then turn around and manifest Satan.

Over the years I have seen hundreds of Christians led by the Spirit of God to join the NET OF PRAYER KNOWING it was Gods Call for them, then a time later turn away, rebuking Jesus Word . Some would eventually deny Christ and lose sight of the Joy and Hope tnat once filled them, most would turn again back to the world.

The effect of their manifesting Satan loosed judgments - this we have seen in evident and obvious ways - and this the Lord Jesus leads the NET OF PRAYER to wage spiritual warfare to reverse or lessen to the saving of multitudes. But the central trouble has been in this area we define as 'soulish infirmity', and the FOUNDATIONS WORK is by Gods Design the Help needed to be set free of what hinders us, one and all, in many ways.

The heart of the FOUNDATIONS WORK is the REAL SEALING and what Jesus began by the PATTERN SEALING of 1982, He nows move to SET & ESTABLISH a foundational work in His Church by the REAL SEALING this 1987.

While most of us tend to look for immediate changes and some will be seen, the Lord Jesus gave Richard-DANIEL Sydor three scriptures for the NET OF PRAYER May 19th 1987 that says its a much deeper work --the scriptures were ISAIAH 58:12, ISA 60:18 and ISA 26:1 to 4.

"AND THEY THAT SHALL BE OF THEE SHALL BUILD THE OLD WASTE PLACES,THOU SHALT RAISE UP THE FOUNDATIONS OF MANY GENERATIONS, AND THOU SHALL BE CALLED, THE REPAIRER OF THE BREACH, THE RESTORER OF PATHS TO DWELL IN." ISAIAH 58:12

"...HELL...SHALL NOT PREVAIL..."(continued) The word "WASTE PLACES" Biblically means places Destroyed in Judgments -• such as WAR. The judgments now coming have come thru a BREACH caused by rebellion, disobedience among Gods people-- this NET OF PRAYER moves now BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD to repair. But it does not escape me that FIRST Destructions will manifest in Earth even as we have seen FIRST IN SPIRI the same. And that the work of Intercession we live now is foundational to many generations to come, as well as for our own time.

And how shall we do this, seeing we are so few? WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE, its not numbers its Faith in Jesus, its Trust in Jesus, its Loving Jesus and ever seeking to be l ed by the Spirit of God. Note ... Isaiah 26:1-4 states:"THOU WILT KEEP HIM IN PERFECT PEACE , WHOSE MIND IS STAYED ON THEE; BECAUSE HE TRUSTETH IN THEE(JESUS CHRIST)".

That Promise of PERFECT PEACE does not necessarily include PERFECT UNDERSTANDING, for we will at times slip or stumble; but as we TRUST HIM, KEEP OUR MIND STAYED ON HIM, He will keep us from falling.

REAL ILLUSIONS This cartoon portrays what I'd call a 'real illusion'. JESUS has made it clear that the BEAST OF ANTICHRIST spirit and man will come to power in the Presidency of the U.S.A. - this being the preference of the nation, men deciding this over the years.

When JESUS flatly states it will be, then it Will Be! But the Power of this Beast is ILLUSION against the POWER OF CHRIST.

Back in 1982 the NET OF PRAYER invaded Hobah-land on GODS WORD, we destroyed _tr ' f^^'°,` • cw^!^', ' 'L^ ^ ^/• i ^ ti then the 'spiritual foundations of the •^ K^ Pattern Beast spirit and man'.

This June 1 thru 5th the NET OF PRAYER will again invade Hobah-land, this time we in Christ will SET & ESTABLISH all that was done in 1982, it will become irreversible and it will come to pass shortly thereafter(don't ask what 'shortly means just yet).

What will we in Christ SET & ESTABLISH? We will remove the very spiritual foundations of the REAL BEAST spirit and man. Remember that the invasion of CHURCH-LAND springs from HOBAH-LAND, this IS the spiritual foundation of the REAL BEAST; and tho he will be able to establish his kingdom on Earth now(men allowing it), henceforth the foundations of that Satanic kingdom are built wholly on sand after June 5th inclusively. That the FOUNDATIONS WORK begins with the REAL SEALING June 5, 1987 is no coincidence. June 1st we invade Hobahland, and the GATES OF HELL SHALL NOT PREVAIL AGAINST US, we will IN SPIRIT rend and tear down the kingdom of Satan in HIS CHURCH - more we will LAY DOWN FOUNDATIONS by the REAL SEALING and FOUNDATIONS WORK, foundations for the establishing of the Kingdom of God on Earth and this in preparation for JESUS SECOND COMING. Following this will come a PROPHETIC WORK whereby we will prophesy IN THIS WORLD all thats been obtained IN SPIRIT. e

In 1983 JESUS so led me to prophesy in what had been obtained by NET OF PRAYER but it was a PATTERN TIME, now its the REAL. JESUS WORD then spoke much of what we are doing now, and I remember how Jesus in April 1983 said "YOU WILL DEPRIVE THE BEAST OF HIS FOUNDATIONS...

YES YOU WILL CRUSH LUCIFERS WORKS NOW AND FINISH THE BEAST, THIS HIDDEN VIPER AND SO LAY THE FOUNDATIONS, SET THEM, TO UTTERLY DRIVE HIM OUT OF THIS LAND...ONCE YOU COMPLETE THE WORK, THE BEAST WILL RAGE AND ROAR OVER THE EARTH..."JESUS WORD April 28, 1983.

"THIS YEAR" (Jesus April 17, 1987) [see page C31 "MAY 17TH MISSILES "USS STARK"] Here on April 17th JESUS told Nancy-TONI that "IF THE SUPPORT IS NOT THERE IN BATESVILLE, LEVELLAND AND CHICAGO TO HOLD THE ENEMY OFF,

THE MISSILES WILL COME THIS YEAR..." While we have since April 30th made a prophetic project ion whereby we see that the nuclear accidental attack will come DECEMBER 13/14, 1987.

The evidence of May 17th tells us its definitely triggered, more its SET; yet there are certain clear warning signs that will come before the actual attack - the Warning Tremor in

INTRODUCTION When JESUS First Commissioned this FOUNDATIONS WORK in early November 1986, it seemed as if the want of sufficient response prevented the work. Tho Nancy-TONI and I worked in December 1986 to get on the road for the Three(3) Days FOUNDATIONS WORK, every way we went we ran into barriers we could not get past. From February 1987 to just recently, tho we prayed and worked, we could not get a clear focus on the FOUNDATIONS WORK tho we lacked nothing in insights. "Dead Faith" in the Body Elect was the cause, it acted like a great weight pulling us down, preventing us from moving ahead.

In truth, it was the PERFECT WILL OF GOD that the Real Sealing begin December 1986 and if it had been supported, then the NET OF PRAYER would have been fully empowered prior to the battles with the Beast this April -May 1987, and had the NET OF PRAYER been empowered by Jesus REAL SEALING, then the REAL BEAST would have been totally destroyed.

JESUS drew attention to the decisions John-ANDREW made in early 1986; and he represented what was in His Church, a dead faith condition. In 1981 Three(3) prophets obeyed Jesus and accomplished a prophetic work that 1981 and had Three(3) prophets done the same in 1986, then MERCY prevailing over JUDGMENTS would have been SET and Done thereafter. But the cumulative decisions of the Church since 1984 , even since 1981, changed the outcome.

For example of the Three(3) prophets who began the prophetic work in 1981, only One(1) of those three prophets endured to 1987. Likewise of the many who began the work of intercession in 1981, only a few prevailed to 1987.

Thus as only I of the 3 prophets remained in 1987 from 1981, then only ONE of the three cities defended in 1981, stood in 1987 (Ramah-Batesville, Ark). Likewise, the THREE DAYS of FOUNDATIONS WORK changed to ONE DAY. When JESUS told me today "OF THREE DAYS ONLY ONE DAY IS RECEIVED: YET BY THAT ONE DAY THE TWO ARE SANCTIFIED AND BY THE ONE WILL MY LOVING SEAL BE RECEIVED THAT ALL BECOME ONE IN ME", I understood.

Only ONE THIRD of Gods Chosen Elect will receive the REAL SEALING; but by these the TWO THIRDS are covered, and will later receive the REAL SEALING b y them.

THE REAL SEALING EZEKIEL chapter 9 REVELATION chapter 7:1-3 As in 1982, the REAL SEALING is accomplished by an anointing of olive oil on the forehead, any can receive it for Gods Help but only those who receive by Faith in Jesus can receive empowerment in Christ to overcome the Beast of antiChrist.

JUNE 5, 1987 WE BEGIN June 5, 1987 Nancy-TONI and Chuck-JOHNEL will leave Mt Vernon and begin a nationwide journey to extend the REALING SEALING and prayer for SOULISH INFIRMITIES. We estimate now that this beginning work will take us 25,000 miles in approximately two to three months.

LOVE GIFTS. We will only mention this here, we will not ask at anytime in the journey for our focus is on Christ and extending His Love and Help by His anointing and Commission in our lives. The funds we have are sufficient to carry us a considerable distance; but not enough for the whole trip. In some places we will accept lodging for a night(where offered) but since this is to be a 'quick work' we may only be able to spend a couple of hours at a stop or a day and night at some places where many seek the REAL SEALING.

•hristian, and expense is not a concern - doing Gods Will is our concern and our life.

NOTIFICATION LETTERS. All who request the REAL SEALING will receive a NOTIFICATION LATER at least a week before we arrive giving an estimated time of our arrival.

As its our call to minister Jesus Love to you, we will prevail to reach everyone who requests the REAL SEALING. GENERAL ROUTE. We will travel South from Mt Vernon Washington thru California, from San Diego we will travel East thru Arizona , Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas then thru the South into Florida and from Florida North up into Maine and from Maine generally West reaching Pennsylvania, Ohio, Ontario, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota.

COMMISSION TO SEAL . Those who request it, can be commissioned to extend the REAL SEALING to others. Verse 3 of Revelation 7 clearly indicates "UNTIL WE HAVE SEALED..." The Real Sealing is b egun by us, but its carried on by many others as they are commissioned.

THE DECISION Nancy-TONI had three dreams - and only just recently the Lord showed us the meaning and how it applied to the REAL SEALING and prayer for SOI7LISH INFIRMITIES. OCTOBER, 1985. Nancy-TONI had a dream-vision the night before she would leave to join me in this ministry work as God called her. In a bathroom, an old woman(hag) came in and tried to steal her purse. We fought over my pursue, I won; but the old hag was strong and tough. (meanjjg gotten by Holy Spirit Insight--the old hag is both a representation of whats in the Body of Christ and in us individually --a soulish side to us(one and all) that resists the Promises of Christ and is 'mans ways' versus Gods Ways and Gods Will for us. The battle was to deny Nancy-TONI the means whereby she could enter Gods Promises, her purse representing her car keys and money speaking of the means needed to join the ministry and answer Gods call.)

MAY 1986. Nancy-TONI had another dream-vision. She saw me(Chuck-JOHNEL) faced with making a choice between me or the same old hag woman. It surprised me that he was obviously finding it hard to decide.

-- the meaning --Again no vision is of private intrepretation but speaks of Christ and His Bod Here Nancy-TONI represented CHRIST and HIS PROMISES, and the old hag woman 'mans ways', and Chuck-JOHNEL was representative of the BODY OF CHRIST. It showed that Christians can see and know Christ Promises but are strongly drawn by 'mans ways', having to decide but finding it hard to decide for Christ.

MAY 1987. Nancy-TONI had another dream-vision. Now she finds herself in a nursing home training a lady to work there, to care for the sick and aged. She went into one room and saw the same old woman, she tried to comfort her, care for her. The old woman hated it, just squirmed resentfully.

---meaning ---Those who decide for the old hag woman, 'mans ways' over Gods Ways and Perfect Will will find themselves ill, dying and wedded to death. Tho Christ(who Nancy-TONI represents here) would minister to them, they would hate and reject Jesus.

THE DECISION (continued) When Nancy-TONI asked about the May 1986 dream-vision JESUS gave her Luke 2:5 "TO BE TAXED WITH MARY HIS ESPOUSED WIFE, BEING GREAT WITH CHILD". The meaning was apparent --the old hag woman TAXED, laid a Heavy Burden on the children of God within whom Christ was great, these being those who could manifest Christ(manchild company).

JESUS also gave Nancy-TOM these scriptures in regards to these dream-visions: ROMANS 12, II TIMOTHY 4:1-8, ROMANS 12 with focus on verses 5, 6, 7, 9, 21.

These vision-dreams the Holy Spirit gave Nancy-TONI bring focus to the same issue shared in the "HELL... SHALL NOT PREVAIL" article. Here we see Peter(Matthew 16:23) not understanding Gods Purposes thereby prefers (savourest) 'mans ways' over Gods Ways. By this Peter became an 'offence'(stumbling block) to Gods Perfect Will. I have seen many of Gods people who are led by the Holy Spirit do the same, that when they do not understand, they prefer to BIND (Block) Gods Perfect Will and Way and LOOSE mans will and ways, which leads to manifesting Satan, and worse leaves them open to being taken Captive by Satan at his will,(II Tim 2:26) The vision-dream God gave Nancy-TONI brings focus to the fact that each of us have a willful choice between "mans ways"(the old hag woman) and Gods Ways(Trusting Christ Jesus wholly).

JESUS after rebuking Peter then said ,'IF ANY MAN WILL COME AFTER ME, LET HIM DENY HIMSELF AND TAKE UP HIS CROSS AND FOLLOW ME. FOR WHOSOEVER WILL SAVE HIS LIFE(Soul) SHALL LOSE IT; AND WHOSOEVER WILL LOSE HIS LIFE FOR MY SAKE SHALL FIND IT." (Jesus in Matthew 16:24,25) The decision In receiving the REAL SEALING, we yield our lives(souls) to JESUS CHRIST. to be sealed is a willful choice for Christ over the 'old hag woman', a choice for Gods Perfect Will over 'mans will and way'.

Very many of those who received the PATTERN SEALING in 1982 would face life threatening situations - some were outright killed; but death had no power over them, and tho some died they recovered and were unharmed and are alive and well today. These in deciding for the SEALING gave up their lives to Christ by Faith, and so found their lives. But what of those who cleave to the 'old hag', the 'old woman'? The Scripture on the Sealing is clear on this point --if they save their life, THEY LOSE IT, and as it states in EZEKIEL chapter 9 -- "...THE LORD SAID UNTO HIM...SET A MARK(SEAL) UPON THE FOREHEADS OF THE MEN (by 'men' this speaks of THOSE IN CHRIST)...AND TO THE OTHERS(men with a slaughter weapon) HE SAID...GO YE AFTER HIM .AND SMITE...SLAY UTTERLY OLD AND YOUNG, BOTH MAIDS AND LITTLE CHILDREN, AND WOMEN; BUT COME NOT NEAR ANY MAN UPON WHOM IS THE MARK(Sealing)"Ezekiel 10 In 1982 I began the PATTERN SEALING, now in 1987 we begin the REAL SEALING, it will be thus SET, DOUBLED, and the 'destroyers' will follow after us. I believe it will be visible.

The scripture speaking of "WOMEN" to be slayed speaks of the "SOULISH" not of 'females' and the MAN thats Sealed speaks of those in Christ - both male and female.

We will carry this with us, asking each to write down on a paper their needs, their burdens, and gather these in the basket as Jesus asks us, praying to lift all this to Jesus. Due to the need to reduce the work to ONE DAY, we will not be able to minister to the needs of all personally and by this, the Lord would have us lift all to the Lord in this way.
