Above, is my 1983 sketch of the vision JESUS gave me on October 14, 1983 - now some 23 years ago. However, it is quite current news today - very current news. On the next page is a collage of recent newspaper articles addressing Iran and nukes and the growing international concern. Back in 1983 the Soviet Union, which had invaded Afghanistan in 1979, had a fairly strong military presence in that country but in the late 1980's the Soviet Union withdrew their forces from Afghanistan. In recent years the United States has invaded Afghanistan and we have a modest military presence there today - so it looks as if the invasion of Iran from Afghanistan (when it happens) will come from U.S. forces stationed in Afghanistan. NEWS (COMMENTS by Chuck-JOHNEL Continued) It was on September 9, 1983 that GOD THE FATHER drew me from my sleep up to Throne (the Mount of the Most High God) and said, "BEHOLD" at which time I found myself over the earth (it was night time and very dark) and witnessed the Russians (whom FATHER GOD identified as Russians not Soviets) accidentally launch 12 ICBM's (each bearing a minimum of three nuclear warheads) at the U.S. and how we would respond (nuking three Russian cities for our four). He also revealed that a massive Hurricane Auld hit the Gulf Coast areas from New Orleans to the Atlantic and come in the month of SEPTEMBER before the accidental nuclear attack to come in the same year in DECEMBER. Then on October 14, 1983 JESUS spoke to me and in a vivid vision He shewed me step by step coming troubles which started with the accidental nuclear attack by Russia which GOD THE FATHER shewed me on September 9, 1983. At this time I had read and was meditating on Zephaniah 2 and Matthew 2. In this abiding state JESUS spoke to me and said, "COME LET ME SHOW YOU."

In this vision I saw the accidental nuclear attack again and saw God's Hand destroying a number of the nuclear bombs heading towards the U.S. By this He was revealing that He would intervene to eliminate some of the bombs (but not all). Keep in mind that the Net of Prayer had been praying for God's Help and Mercy since September, 1983 when GOD THE FATHER first shewed me the accidental nuclear attack and called for prayer by the Net of Prayer.
At this time the only city I was able to identify as being hit by the accidental nuclear attack was Lexington. Kentucky. In subsequent years we would learn that the other cities to be hit were Richmond, Virginia (destroyed), Columbia, South Carolina (destroyed) and New York, New York (bad]y damaged but spared destruction as the bomb falls short of its target and hits a place called Jones Point, New York to the north of New York City.

This is when I saw the Persian Gulf Region and there was a whole lot of activity. I saw Russia invading Iran and another invasion of troops into Iran coming from Afghanistan. JESUS revealed that Russian troops were having a hard time being blocked by fanatical Iranian troops in the mountain passes. I saw American troops being rushed in by air and ship and assembling in Saudi Arabia. JESUS then said, "FLEETS" and I now saw fleets of warships (many nations) assembled in the Arabian Sea and near the Strait of Hormuz. Then from IRAN I saw a missile being fired which streaked over the Persian Gulf from Iran and exploded over the masses of assembling U.S. Troops - a nuclear fireball consumed them in an instant and many of the oil fields caught fire - the whole land was ablaze in this deadly holocaust. The heart of the U.S. Army was wiped out in one blow. I made a note in my record of October 14, 1983 as follows: "Does Iran have the bomb?" I had no idea that JESUS was shewing me what would come more than 23 years later. I wrote then-President Ronald Reagan that October 1983 (it was notarized to date) and warned of what JESUS shewed me. I copied in President George H. Bush in 1989, and I've written President George W. Bush twice on this subject since he was elected in 2000. The WAR TRAP I wrote President Reagan and President George H. Bush warning against sending troops in the Middle East/Persian Gulf Region but the warning went unheeded. So, in 1990 President George H. Bush stepped into the WAR TRAP which JESUS had warned against since 1979 and invaded Kuwait to drive Iraqi troops out in 1991. This is now 15 years later and the war trap is getting deeper. Like a hare caught in a tar pit, the more we struggle the more entangled in the tar we get. Now the United States is thinking of making war against Iran over its nuclear weapons - and this is more than talk from what JESUS s p ewed me in 1983.

IS THE \VAR GOING? (Continued) We are no safer today than
we were prior to 9/1 1 and in some respects with untold numbers of terrorists flooding in across our "open borders" we are less safe today than we were prior to 9/11. When Hurricane KATRINA devastated 10,000 square miles of the south-eastern U.S. we witnessed what may be best described as a Federal melt-down as help was slow coming, leadership was lacking or was so poor it was shameful. President George W. Bush got the blame for that mess and in part it was rightfully placed at his doorstep. The corrupt leadership in the city of New Orleans and in the State of Louisiana was a primary cause for the melt-down during Katrina; but it was NOT until President Bush ordered the U.S. Military to take charge that things got done. F.E.M.A. was dead on arrival; the Red Cross was able to get help to the storm victims three days before F.E.M.A. began to show on the scene. Why? What is the problem? President George W. Bush is a nice guy who tries to work with everyone, even his political enemies. When President Bush came to power January of 2001 he essentially kept on the people that Beastman Clinton had put in place in the Federal Government. President Bush should have fired a whole bunch of the Clinton drones and put in his own people (as Beastman Clinton did when he came to office). But after 9/ 11 President Bush should have gone through the various agencies of the Executive Branch and tossed a whole bunch of those losers out. Instead, the people who gave us 9/11 were still in place when Katrina happened - thus another disaster. Why do you think so many Federal War Secrets are being "leaked" to the Press on a fairly regular basis (which is undermining our war effort and placing the whole nation in danger)? It is because of the "Clinton leftovers" who can hardly wait to betray President Bush in any way they can manage. Problem is that they are betraying the nation and endangering our security as they do.
How is the War Going? Not well!!! On JESUS' direction I warned President Carter, President Reagan, President George H. Bush and the current President George W. Bush but in spite of all those warnings we are going headlong into disaster. A disastrous outcome is a foregone conclusion and it is now only a matter of time.

Back in 1983 1 understood that the date "1984" was not a literal date but figurative meaning it was a "time parallel date" but at this time I had no idea what kind of time
parallel was at work. How did I know this? Back in 1982 the Archangel Gabriel took my form and appeared in several nations around the world showing up in France, Germany, and Austria as a hitchhiker. When he got in the car of someone offering him a ride he would announce, "I AM THE ARCHANGEL GABRIEL. I HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT 1984 WILL BE THE END OF THE WORLD." He then vanished and did this so many times in parts of Germany (and elsewhere) that the German Police drew a police sketch of him which was published in a German Newspaper *Note - See the German police sketch of "Gabriel "on the next page published in the German Newspaper "ExIdusiv" late in 1982.
1984?!? When JESUS said on October 14, 1983, "IT WILL COME IN 1984. YET YOU WILL SEE MUCH MORE IN THIS YEAR." I understood then in 1983 that He was talking about a time parallel but which or what time parallel 1 didn't know. I also understood that when He said, " YET YOU WILL SEE MUCH MORE IN THIS YEAR" that He was saying that much more will happen in that year than He was shewing me that day - other events such as earthquakes, wars, and troubles of all sorts - it will be a year of severe trials and judgments. Then in 1998 we first began to understand that judgment had a distinct 12 year cycle and we noted that many events from 12 years earlier were repeating. This is the judgment cycle (below)we finally found:

This is what I looked like back in 1982, in fact it is my `stance' and it looked exactly like me at that time. When my daughter, Marja, saw this sketch in early 1983 she asked me, "Daddy, what is your picture doing there? "

I really love the Christian skeptics, some who on seeing this sketch have said, "Well, a lot of people look like you! " My come-back (if I'm in the mood) is to say, "Well, how many have JESUS tell them His Archangel Gabriel has taken their appearance and is appearing around the world and that He would arrange to provide a proof of that?" This was the second time that the Archangel Gabriel had taken my appearance - the first happening during the 30 Day and Night Journey to Washington, D.C. in 1977 where people saw me and/or talked to me in places that I was not at. Again, in 1977, JESUS told me that His Angel had taken my appearance for His purposes.

THE 12 YEAR JUDGMENT CYCLE Ifyou take a look at the 12 year judgment cycle chart at the bottom of Page 7 you will note that the year 2008 is parallel to the year 1984. Based on other timing revelations we see the year 2008 as the start of serious troubles for America in the judgment and the time when the accidental nuclear attack will happen. We arrived at that timing apart from the 12 year judgment cycle.

Mahmond Ahmadinejad President of Iran Commentary by Chuck-JOHNEL This man was among the radical Islamic leaders who in 1979 helped take the U.S. Embassy officers and workers hostage and held them for 444 days. He has made some interesting statements about Israel and his intentions:
1. He has stated that Israel is a disgraceful blot that should be wiped off the map. 2. He has asserted that the holocaust of the Jews was/is a fable. 3. He has said that he and Iran will, (Quote) "Bring in the end ofthe age." (Unquote) A LITTLE HISTORY. In reading a number of books about Islam in the past years I've learned things about their history, doctrines and beliefs that are NOT common knowledge. #One: Back in the 1930's the ruler of Persia was so taken by Adolf Hitler that he re-
named his country (then known as Persia) Iran in honor of the Nazi's and Hitler. Iran means "Aryan". The Nazi's considered the German people to be "Aryans" or the master race that would rule the earth. #Two: The Moslem rulers of the Middle East (Persians as well) in the 1930's and on communicated with Hitler and offered to receive Jews from Europe whom they would exterminate for him as they arrived. Except for British presence and rule in this region at that time, the Arabs would have formed an army to support the Nazi and Fascist invasion of Africa during World War II. They had plans but the British basically prevented them from pulling it off. #Three: Muhammad taught that not until the Jews are wiped out can the "end of the age" come. This is Moslemllslamic doctrine and belief. So when President Ahmadinejad of Iran (Persia) says that he and Iran will bring in the end of the age - he is speaking about literally wiping out the Jews worldwide. How? Apparently with Nuclear bombs. The highest concentration of Jews is found in Israel and the United States. Craig Winn, author of his massive work on Muhammad and Islam ( Muhammad, Prophet of Doom, 900 pages, published by Cricketsong Books) states in his book (Quote) "I asked members of al-Qaeda, Islamic Jihad, al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade, and Hamas why they were killing us. They said, "Islam. We're following Muhammad's orders." (Unquote) The leader of present day Iran, unlike Saddam Hussein who was a mere dictator who pretended to be a Moslem, is a dedicated and fanatical Moslem devoted to Muhammad.

THE VISION of IRAN on OCTOBER 14, 1983 and CURRENT NEWS Mahmond Ahmadinejad President of Iran-Commenta 7 b y Chuck-JOHNEL I listened to a commentary on the O'Reilly TV show by some "experts" who stated that according to our intelligence sources (CIA) it estimated that Iran would not have a nuclear bomb for 5 or 10 years. Since the disasters and failures of the CIA(failure to detect the terrorist attack of 9/11, failure to detect that Iraq did NOT have WMD's, etc.), it is one big mistake to trust them on this kind of subject. Iran is in contact with North Korea who built a nuclear bomb right under Beastman President Clinton's nose (he let it happen). North Korea has been transferring technology to Iran all along whereby Iran now has a missile capable of reaching the U.S., one capable of carrying a nuclear bomb. We know (it was revealed in the news at the time) that Iran purchased three nuclear bombs and the delivery systems from a former Soviet Republic back in the 1990's. I'm no intelligence expert but I'd guess that since it has been some 15 years since they bought those nuclear weapons that they have long since figured out how to build the devices. Since the vision of 1983 I discerned a secret collusion between North Korea, Red China and Iran to draw the United States into a deadly war trap in which this nation would suffer a massive defeat and severe loss of our standing military forces. The events revealed in the October 14, 1983 vision would lead to an all out nuclear attack on the United States followed by an invasion and conquest of this nation with a minimum of 70% of the American people being killed in the process. What is happening now in Iraq and in Iran and the responses we are considering are leading to that outcome. The WAR TRAP is getting stronger and drawing us in for the kill. Only "if' this government were to seek Divine Counsel on how to escape this war trap is it possible to change the outcome to some greater extent. I'm beginning to believe that such boldness and willingness to seek and submit to God's Counsel is very unlikely. One
can hope, one can pray, but we continue to go headlong into the trap JESUS warned against since 1979.

FEBRUARY LOVING APPEAL Beloved in Christ, two members of the Net of Prayer have passed onto Glory and I'm led to ask for a Loving Appeal to send the widows a gift out of our love to help meet their needs. As we have also received a number of requests for financial help and have exhausted the funds we had on hand - ten percent of what we receive for the Roxene and Gladys will be set-aside to help these others having needs.
GARNET 0. REEVES, JR. Garnet died on January 26, 2006 having been ill for some time. He leaves behind his widow, Roxene, who is left in a financial tough spot. Garnet was 73 years old, would have been 74 in July of this year. Garnet suffered from Alzheimer's for a period of time. Garnet and Roxene came by for a visit in 2000 following the Prophecy Club Tour and they came to the Dallas, Texas meeting back in December of 2002. GAYLARD KESLER Gaylard, a long time member of the Net of Prayer, had spent the past three weeks in the hospital and went home to be with JESUS on February 6, 2006. Gaylard was 87 years old and leaves behind his widow, Gladys. Back in the 1980s, when I was driving around the U.S. and Canada extending the "Seal of the Living God", I often stopped in Clermont, Georgia to fellowship with Gaylard and Gladys, share a meal, fellowship in the evening and get some rest before driving on. Gaylard loved the Lord and had some interesting insights into Scripture. He was a long ti me member of the Net of Prayer. No doubt he is enjoying his new home in Heaven and being with JESUS. At this point in time the judgment is unfolding as anticipated; However, the point of this is to watch and see what does develop. In 1979 the judgment to surface was the THREE MILE ISLAND Nuclear Disaster - which in turn resulted in the cancellation of plans to build nuclear power plants across the U.S.

OCTOBER 7 2006 WATCHING LOS ANGELES FOR A MAJOR EARTHQUAKE Because the enemy of our souls was able to DOUBLE and SET a judgment sequence from 1987 through to 1989, 1 believe/perceive that they will follow this same judgment scenario in the near future. Right now, through a variety of revelations and Holy Spirit insight, we understand that this one deadly judgment scenario CAN be started this 2006. Again, following the judgment pattern of 1987-1989 it should begin this 2006 with a majorearthquake in LDS ANGELES area - most likely on October 7, 2006. At this time it is a WATCH DATE - it may prove to be very right or very wrong.
Timing is like trying to fly on "gossamer wings", rely too heavily on those "timing projections" and you will crash. We have thus Iearned to make "projections" based on our best understanding and then set back and watch to see if it begins to develop along the lines we perceive it will. For example: Last year we observed the enemy initiating a variety of storms for several months and gleaned from these observations that they were "building momentum" towards one big deadly storm. We projected (based on years of observing enemy operations) that they would start this storm sometime in mid August, 2005 or so. Hurricane KATRINA was formed in this time and devastated 90,000 square miles of the south eastern U.S. destroying New Orleans by August 29, 2005 in the process. We are watching to see if a pattern of earthquake activity surfaces this 2006 that may signal the same kind of enemy momentum being built as seen in 2005. But right now, we perceive that the major earthquake to hit San Francisco on October 17 1 is aiming for 2008. Backing that off two years we come to 2006 as the likely year when the enemy will strike at LOS ANGELES as they did in 1987.
SCENARIO POSSIBILITIES What makes this difficult is that the enemy has been able to establish a number of scenarios for judgment, with regards to earthquakes, over the years since 1977. While I believe they are most likely to select "scenario #1" (see next page), several other scenarios are also possible. They are not strong candidates as is "scenario #1" but not to be disregarded — we need keep an open mind and key our eyes open as well.

Then Two Years Later... On June 12, 1989 a 4.5 Richter earthquake shook the Los Angeles area which was followed by a 7.1 Richter earthquake that struck San Francisco on October 17. 1989 . This is what I mean by a clear DOUBLE and SET (Genesis 41: 32) - this pattern of judgment (and its timing) has been established under God's Law. Therefore, the enemy may elect to use this judgment pattern at will at any time in the future. The original revelation ofthis SOUTH to NORTH pattern of earthquakes in California was given to a brother in the Lord back in 1978. When his timing for serious earthquakes to hit in 1978 failed he was forced to repent of having given a false prophesy. I bore witness to what he originally gave and observed an early pattern of quake activity start in Los Angeles and move to San Francisco inside of ten days time. The earthquakes were minor but I noted them nonetheless aware that the enemy was building a judgment pattern for future destructions.
HOW I CAME TO SEE A REPEAT JUDGMENT CYCLE 1H AND Tn October of 1988 JESUS gave me a partial Word saying, "OCTOBER 17

We did anticipate the 7.1 Richter earthquake that hit San Francisco on October 17, 1989 and when it struck I remembered His Word of 1988 and after praying and pondering came to the conclusion that there would be yet another major earthquake to hit San Francisco ("...AND AGAIN...") on an October 23`^ of some year (unknown). When I recognized the judgment "scenario #1" (see page 19) 1 realized that this whole pattern of judgment could, even "would" repeat in the future.
OCTOBER 17 AND AGAIN OCTOBER 23 Twenty-Three (23) minus (j Seventeen (I7) = Six (6) Days Perhaps it is simplistic (which I appreciate, especially if it works) but the whole pattern of activity from 1987 to 1989 (focus on storms and quakes) may literally repeat at the same ti me of month and only 6 days away from the dates of both 1987 and 1989. Thus the October 1, 1987 quake in Los Angeles could repeat October 7 t '' (6 days later than in 1987) and soon. October 21 55 fora minor quake in San Francisco in 1987 would become October 27 th • June 12, 1989 would become June 18`'' (+6 days from the event of 1989). It is JESUS' WORD of 1988 that presents us with the opportunity of observing EARLY EVENTS that forewarn ofmore serious events to follow. WATCHING and PRAYING will enable us to warn brethren BEFORE disaster strikes their locale. Claudia-MARIE, Lord's General in the Net of Prayer, received a Word from the Lord late in 2005 or early 2006 as follows: "IT IS TIME TO LEAVE CALIFORNIA." However, two major cities being destroyed in the same year would shatter the U.S. economy and cause a ripple effect of disorder that I do not believe the Lord would allow to happen until we get past April-September of 2007.
SCENARIO #3 (North to South) In this scenario it is possible that the enemy could go in reverse - striking SAN FRANCISCO first with the major quake, hitting LOS ANGELES afterwards with a minor quake and then two years later striking LOS ANGELES with a major quake followed by a minor quake hitting SAN FRANCISCO. In such a case we would be looking for a major hurricane to slam into the U.S. as done in 1989 in September which preceded the major quake in San Francisco by about one month.
THE JUDGMENT CYCLES 12 years earlier (from 2006) is the Year 1994 17 years earlier (from 2006) is the Year 1989 24 years earlier (from 2006) is the Year 1982 Perceiving the possibility of a repeat of events from 1987 makes it all the more difficult we end up with a time parallel to both 1987 and 1989. Remember, 1987 points to LOS ANGELES and 1989 points to SAN FRANCISCO. Fortunately we have the extra help of Leith who is now going through our records (news clippings) of events in the years 1982, 1987, 1989 and 1994. Leith is drawing up a listing by month and day of events in those years to give us a ready point of reference of what happened, when and where to compare with events as they emerge in this year 2006.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A "LIT FUSE" to f ! This is perhaps the simplest way to express it - over the years we have recorded and noted sequences of events that have preceded major troubles. We hope to be able to notice such "events" that tell us that a trail of events is leading to a specific outcome and a major event to be able to forewarn brethren living in those areas BEFORE it hits. It is like a fuse connected to a powder keg - if we can detect that the enemy has lit the fuse, we hope to be able to perceive what it is leading to. This takes both work and discernment. NEW ARRIVAL FOR THE VOSKUIL FAMILY Teri Voskuil gave birth to a baby girl, Averleen Rose, on Sunday, January 22, 2006 at 4:55PM who weighed in at 8 lbs and 11 ounces, and measured 21 inches long. Teri wrote, "So, Praise the Lord fbi this tiny adorable, sweet blessing from God in JESUS 'Joy, Jeff and Teri and N. 0.P. Intercessors Amber, Shawn a, Matthew, and Casey Joy. ON THE HOME FRONT - Chuck-JOHNEL The "shingles" has largely abated, except for some very minor, if not infrequent, itching. Dr. Adele-SARAH Sydor (yes, she is a Medical Doctor) wrote me aprescription of various assorted herbs and supplements that relieved much of the trouble. Then it was a sister in Christ living in Missouri who passed on the bit of info that her husband, who also suffered from shingles, found that amino acid cleared it up. Sc I found the amino acid under the label, "L-Lysine" at the vitamin shop and it cleared up the residue of the itching.

When the HOLY SPIRIT led me to counsel President Bush in 2003 NOT to invade Iraq or "if" he had to, then to nuke Baghdad but not to send U.S. troops into that nation, I prayed long and hard and had this leading. I now see why - this war is exposing our weaknesses and shaking our allies and is leading to the very thing JESUS warned would come back in 1983. A `GOOD NEWS' PROPHECY I was given a prophecsy by a brother in the Lord and am led to share part of it here with a brief comment. Though they took me from the schools, they did not take me from the hearts of the children. A very special thing shall take place in this nation; in Georgia, in Illinois, yes, and in Florida and in California, a group of youth shall arise and change the laws of this Nation," says the Lord...."But a surprise is upon you, a great surprise from the garbage, from insects, shall come from beneath your feet: a new source of energy. Not ethanol only, something else shall come out of it," say the Lord, "discovered, and in the next 18 months. I will show My servants, the prophets, the places to invest... America — no deficit! America—no deficit!" "And in your White House, I will keep a Christian at the helm for the next three terms," says the Lord. "This Nation must recover everything that it lost, and this shall take place in a four-year period," says the Lord. For God says, "Now is the time for Me to pay back, and your prosperity has just begun..." Listen to the word of the Lord, "1 will give you houses and land. Your harvest (and) your wheat shall multiply. Your silver and your gold will multiply....I will multiply in the new Year. Beginning midnight all over the world...and having begun—a spirit of multiplication has begun," says the Lord..." For what you lost in 2003, and in 2004 and in 2005, I WILL MULTIPLY IN 2006." But hear this word: The prophets that have been before me and before thee of old prophesied both against many countries, and against great kingdoms, of war, and of evil, and of pestilence. The prophet which prophesieth of peace, when the word of the prophet shall come to pass, then shall the prophet to be known that the Lord hath truly sent him. (Jeremiah 28: 6-9) A Good News prophesy such as this is NOT to be believed by God's people until it either "comes to pass" or in the event God provides a powerful sign to prove it (see II Kings 20). Why is it important to embrace God's Word and NOT believe a good news prophesy? Prophet Dan BohIer, on January 27, 2006 gave this Word, "IF MY PEOPLE WILL BEGIN TO CRY OUT IN INTERCESSION FOR THE REVERSAL OF ROE VS WADE, I WILL OVERTURN THE CASE BY THE YEAR 2007. I HAVE WARNED MY PROPHETS OF THE COMING INVASION OF AMERICA BY THE YEAR 2010. I WILL HAVE MERCY ON YOU, AMERICA, AND POSTPONE THIS INVASION, IF YOU REPENT FOR THE BLOODSHED OF YOUR MOST INNOCENT!!!
