We come to understand thru JESUS WORD, thru prophetic revelation, some of the dimension of what Satan is up to in this world. As well as we have understood, we have never grasped all that Satan is doing but we have known well enough to know what to pray for, how, and when.

When we move in prayer looking to Jesus, moved by His Love, Compassions in concerns for the Body of Christ and for all mankind - we enter into whats Perfect -- His Perfect Love alive in us thru prayer looking to God for help thru Jesus Christ. The ANSWERS of God to our prayers over the years has always been much deeper and more wonderful to see than our understanding.

MOVING BY FAITH - NOT SIGHT Not until we get into mid August and later will we be able to observe just what kind of tiotential Satan has for judgment this 1989. From JESUS WORD, from what we have observed, and from what we understand about the situation its clear that some serious troubles are in motion.

The whole purpose of 'watching-reporting' is to be able to know how to CALL FOR PRAYER to change the outcome before its a reality.

(1.) We have worked and will continue to work to understand what Satan intends to do this 1989 in the way of judgments of death and destruction.

(2.) After doing this, we take the view that this is in 'motion' - now we work in prayer to see Gods Help to CHANGE the outcome - to lessen, hinder, slow, even STOP Judgment in 1989. ^ "W-^AT MIGHT BE" - In 1980, we understood that a Great Hurricane would form August 2, 1980 and that it would move into the Gulf of Mexico heading for Galveston. A great destruction would result. We also understood that a terrible EARTHQUAKE would strike October 10, 1980. We called for prayer(the NET OF PRAYER did not exist then).

Hurricane force winds and storm formed August 2, 1980, it moved into the Gulf of Mexico, the largest hurricane ever seen and it was moving towards Galveston Texas. Christians could SEE and so they PRAYED --and very many were awed to see Gods Answer in 1980 --HE stopped the hurricane just a few hundred miles from Galveston and then it fell apart, became only a modest tropical storm. They could SEE so they prayed -- but they could NOT SEE the EARTHQUAKE coming, so prayer stopped. October 10, 1980 ALGERIA was struck by a 7.2 Richter EARTHQUAKE and 25,000 were killed instantly!

This is one of the reasons why we issue PRAYER SHEETS asking these to be prayed easily read a newsletter, pray for a time, then get distracted in the days work, not endure in prayer. The PRAYER SHEET serves to bring all of us into AGREEMENT on things JESUS shows us to pray about, and being apart from the newsletter, you in your Bible and pray it daily.

We recognize that we are praying AGAINST the tides of a massive and PRAYER ACCUMULATES. powerful JUDGMENT thats been loosed by rebellion, disobedience and prayerlessness in The Church itself. It takes CONCERTED, ENDURING Prayer/Intercession with FASTINGS and PRAYER to obtain Gods Help and Gods MERCY against such Judgments.

If as you pray the PRAYER SHEET, you come to a point where you "KNOW", where you have the BLESSED ASSURANCES of FAITH that God has heard your prayer and answered it --then and only then are you to cease praying-asking and to take time to give Thanks to God for answered prayer. Otherwise, keep praying, endure, finish the whole work set before you.

Prayer does ACCUMULATE, this we have learned. What we are praying for NOW, may or may not apply to 1989 - we believe so, but if it does not - then GOD stores up that prayer against the day when its needed. Nothing you do in prayer now is lost, or ever will be. As HE has called us to this work of oraver. HE keens our gravers no less.

TEACHING PRAYER - PROPHET'S FUNCTION Tho its not commonly recognized, a prophets function in part is to teach prayer. JESUS taught us "the Lords Prayer" when His disciples asked Him to teach them 'how' to pray, noting that John The Baptist taught his disciples 'how to pray'.

I can only assure you, that I write a PRAYER SHEET wiTH some effort, seeking to be led of by the Holy Spirit, working to bring focus in prayer to what Jesus shows is needed. I also find that the things I'd like to pray about are NOT necessarily the things JESUS shows me we nee r4 to pray about_

We keep in mind that our PRAYER SHEETS are not perfect; but HE who answers prayer is PERFECT and thru JESUS CHRIST He counts our prayers as being "Perfect".

THE MOTIVATION PART The rest of the report will deal with some KEY TROUBLE areas where we believe some real trouble can emerge without PRAYER effecting a change towards MERCY. Necessarily, I will be brief in explaining for some recent events touch on deep revelations going back very many years and lengthy reports could be written on any one of them. But our purpose here is to see some of the 'key areas' where serious troubles can emerge without prayer.

Again, our purpose is to CHANGE THINGS thru PRAYER.

"THE GOOD NEWS" SATAN IS REELING! This June, 1989 (as shared in the last newsletter) we observed clear EVIDENCES that Satan via Wormwood, Lucifer) had developed clear potential and opportunity to strike MT VERNON with three distinct waves of Quakes anywhere from mid June up to July 6, 1989. Tho we would see quakes strike in many places - NONE struck MT VERNON in this time. Why? The effect in prayer-warfare by JOSHUA PRAYER ARMY #II in the "Broken Cross#2" Battles this June 1989 stopped them flat. The time table/schedule of Satan was shattered.

The WEST COAST PROPHETIC WORK started July 5-concluded JULY 13, 1989. In 9 days time Nancy-TONI and I covered 3,900 miles prophesying- praying and reversing much of what Satan set in motion in the Earth. A full report will be worked on following this newsletter - all who sent gifts for this work will AUTOMATICALLY receive a copy. Others may ask for a copy by writing us.

-Y 19th was a "WATCH DAY" for by JESUS WORD some years ago we knew that "July 19th was a "BEAST WATCH DAY" a day we would expect to see some evidence of Beast activity in the world in this case "Wormwood". By JESUS WORD of this March 1989, we knew to especially 'watch' the period of July 18-21, 1989 for some evidence of the Beast beginning to MARK those he has in his power to destroy. The 'evidence' appeared July 18th, but it reflected something vital to us --the Beast did NOT have full control of the situation, his plans were broken, his power to kill and destroy were NOT in focus. Next day, a DC-1Q enroute to CHICAGO, Flight #232 In spite of the fact that the plane crashed violently, even United Airlines crashed in IOWA. so a miracle is seen, 186 survived, 109 died tho the plane exploded in a BALL OF FIRE. Again, one of Wormwood's "m.o's" is plane disasters - its clear Wormwood was the power behind the air disaster thru JESUS WORD that pointed to July 19, 1989 as a "Beast Watch Day".

In a general summation of various evidences in view at this time - this much is clear. While Satan has power to execute judgments, the effect of prayer-intercession via JOSHUA PRAYER ARMY #II, and BRING FORTH THE BRANCH BY MY SPIRIT matched with prophetic works by Steve-JOEL, Taviyah -JOY, and Tasha(June 17-July 5/7, 1989) and by us, Nancy-TONI with Chuck-JOHNEL on the West Coast(July 5-13, 1989) the enemy of our souls plan has been battered, and they are left reeling.

They have power to kill and destroy - but its not a power thats intact, and I perceive that our PRAYERS now can keep them off balance and with enduring prayer we can set them back before they can recover.

RECOVER? Satan and his odious bunch are relentless workers for judgment. In times past we have seen that Christians will WEARY IN WELL DOING, slow in prayer, even stop but Satan does ''t slow or stop pursuing judgment - a number of times Satan has out-persisted Christians. .n aware that we have opportunity to achieve much in prayer for mercy in the next month; but the extent to which we succeed is going to be based an if we ENDURE IN PRAYER or not and finish.

This is only a general summary of the work accomplished July 5-13, 1989. A complete report and study will follow this newsletter. The map above shows the effect of the prophetic work with The Staff of God. We were given to discern the TEMPERATURE in the Earth at a depth of 5 to 10 miles deep - each blow of the Staff had a like effect, it first COOLED the Earth anywhere from 20% to 50%, and caused a shifting of Earth and Energy (the arrows above show that shifting). When we left, it was evident that surging MAGMA under the West Coast was the direct cause of the Weather system as it was in 1987 and in years past. In fact, the MAGMA which causes Earthquakes and Volcanic troubles ALSO effects the Weather WORLD WIDE --all this centers under Mammoth Parks, California(near Bishop, Calif). A Prophetic work like this causing shifting of energy in the Earth(that causes quakes/eruptions of volcano's) will also result in Earthquakes, but they will usually be minor.

Generally the real HOT spot was MAMMOTH PARKS, California --virtually there is a SEA OF FIRE in a 200 mile diamater from Mammoth Parks - its at least 50 miles wider than seen in 1987, and temperature wise its super hot and getting hotter_ This May 1989 we discerned the ground temperature under RENO as being 387° F. -- by July 7, 1989 we discerned the RENO temperature at 980° - after blows with the Staff it dropped to 730° F. When we reached Mammoth Parks July 8th - we saw the source of this increase -- temperature under Mammoth Parks at 5-10 miles deep surged from 1,950° F. to 2,500° F.--after blows with The Staff, it dropped to surges from

1 ,500° F to 1,740° F. Each blow of The Staff of God would reach 5 to 10 miles deep, in effect driving 40% of the force, pressure, heat(energy) away in all directions, but primarily the Holy Spirit led us to direct this force in the Earth(discerned as temperature) in a specific way. When we reached TUCSON, Arizona we were given to see the over-all effect of this concluding work.

JESUS ANGEL directed us(in Tucson) to command the Earth to SHIFT towards the PIVOT POINT in JESUS NAME(we did) and told us this JULY 10, 1989 Tucson, Arizona "EFFECT WILL BE LIKE AND AS SEEN IN 1983 ONLY FOR THIS - THREE(3) STRONG QUAKES WILL COME. "

This little sketch(to the left) shows the effect. At the l ower depths (8-10 miles deep in Earth) the temperature was intense, rock here was melted, the Earth was literally fluid.

At 5 to 7 miles deep the Earth was red to white hot, but still somewhat solid, not fluid. So with each blow of the Staff, a cooling effect, and the Earth was progressively caused to turn or twist in a West to East, East to Northerly direction.

The shifting at the fluid level was strong, but less and less as it got higher. July 10th given to not only see this, but I also HEARD the Earth rumbling, thundering, creaking, cracking July 10th as the cumulative effect of Staff work now caused the whole Southern -Westerly end of North America (South of the GIANT FAULT LINE) to twist.

The Holy Spirit gave me to understand the effect---massive pressures had built up at the juncture where the South end of this GIANT FAULT met the NORTH end of the GIANT FAULT at the WESTERLY most end. The collison of the two ends was massive, the vast increase in temperature since May 1989(in just two months) clearly reflected that things were at a breaking point.

"Steel" MELTS into a puddle at around 2,000째 F. --and it was higher than this under Mammoth!

For Nancy-TONI & I, it was awesome to see by the Spirit of God this Sea of Fire for 200 miles --and we were very aware that the cooling effect alone was not going to change things for long.

SHIFTING of Earth ten miles deep will result in a surface shifting --you might say things

are moving at the foundations first, in a time it will reach the surface --as it did in 1983.

The Southern-Westerly end of North America was in effect being PULLED AWAY from the NorthWesterly end --this will in turn cause a significant shift of pressures to the PIVOT POINT which is areas in and thru Northern IDAHO, Southern MONTANA, and WYOMING.

This is where PRAYER/INTERCESSION to save lives, and lessen destructions is needed --as well as for the West Coast areas, Mammoth, San Francisco, Los Angeles and others.

But right now, the pattern seen in 1983 tells me that prayer for IDAHO, MONTANA, WYOMING JESUS ANGEL Word concerning 40% tells it. 60% of the force or is top of the list now. energy remains under the West Coast - but its likely now only a potential for later not nowthe 40% moved - moving to the pivot point is likely the deadly stuff. The crash of flight #232 tells it --109 dead, this number represents approximately 40% of the passengers. This tells me that the prophetic work effectively quelled 60% of the force for judgment --but 40% is loose as seen in the July 19th aircrash where 40% perished.

PRAYER from now on will do two thing s, BLOCK QUAKES in these areas for a time longer, and the longer prayer blocks this judgment the longer we have to pray to save more lives. Prayer in 1983 following the prophetic work which diverted the force of judgment into IDAHO delayed a 7.2 Richter quake to hit San Francisco in August 4, 1983 --diverting it to a remote area of Idaho, striking then October 28, 1983, 2 lives were lost_ Satan started with a potential to take 20,000 lives -- in 1983 a prophetic work matched with prayer spared 19 ,998 lives and delayed the event 2-112 months.

In 1987 we saw 'evidences' of His Word but not all He spoke of. We know today that this work begun in Oct-Nov, 1987 is been COMPLETED this July 5-13, 1989.

When we left vast areas of the West Coast were engulfed in forest fires --when we returned virtually ALL had been put out, the HOT weather changed, temperatures lowered and fire fighters were able to bring fires under control. We saw a like WEATHER change in 1987.

The day we returned(JULY 13, 1989) just as JESUS told us 2 years earlier, we saw it.

Undersea volcano spews ash above water's surface An underwater volcano erupt-' ed yesterday off central Japan, spewing plumes of smoke and ash into the air and creating tremors that shook the Izu peninsula.

There were no reports of injuries or damage, but callers jammed telephone lines for hours after the eruption a mile off the coast of Ito city, a seaside resort 62 miles southwest of Tokyo.

Hundreds of Ito's 72,000 residents fled, and city officials were considering evacuating people living near the shore, according to the Japan Broadcasting Corp.

JULY 13, 1989 just SOUTHWEST of TOKYO "20,000 EARTHQUAKES" Struck this day - foTlowed by a VOLCANIC ERUPTION - the day we returned. This I KNOW by the Spirit of God is some of that thermal force driven from under the West Coast July 5-13th surfacing near Japan.

What we see is that what JESUS said then, definitely applie to now this 1989 - but again its well to remember that at this time we are seeing only COMPLETION OF PATTERNS, and these events are just EARLY EVIDENCES of whats in motion.

On this trip July 7th Nancy-TONI was given to overhear two demons talking saying: "Stay away from them, don't give them any occasion against us."

Again what we were told in 1927 was again seen in 1989. In the study to be done following this report, a deeper loot into the meaning of all Jesus said in 1987 and how to apply it to 1989 will be accomplished.

We returned after covering 3,900 miles exhausted physically, emotionally - the Honda car now has nearly 164,000 miles on it, front wheels wobble, muffler going out, transmission is failing --the heat of the trip likely is the cause of these failures.

The HOLY SPIRIT led us to pray this way each time we took the Staff to strike the Earth(which was done every 50 to 100 miles of the 3,900 mile trip): "LORD JESUS, AS YOU HAVE REVEALED, AS CHURCH LEADERS HAVE DECIDED, JUDGMENT IS LOOSED. WE PRAY TO BIND JUDGMENT TO THE EXTENT THAT IS YOUR PERFECT WILL AS PRAYER HAS OBTAINED. WITH THESE BLOWS OF YOUR STAFF WE SET AND ESTABLISH MERCY AGAINST JUDGMENTS IN JESUS NAME." end report. JULY 5, 1989 VISION INSIDE KREMLIN Near noontime JULY 5th while readying to leave on the West Coast Prophetic Trip, I had an unexpected vision. I was taken IN THE SPIRIT to inside the Kremlin, Moscow Russia. I had seen this same inner chamber of the Kremlin back on November 14, 1979. I saw and heard orbachev talking to his top leaders, Gorbachev talked of his "SCHEDULE" -- I meant to note .own the partial vision but in the push to leave forgot --then I totally forgot the vision.

July 5, 1989 near evening time, as we neared the Portland area, I was given to remember the vision again --again in trying to locate a room for the night I would forget. Again I totally forgot the vision.

The NOVEMBER 14, 1979 VISION: November 14, 1979 the HOLY SPIRIT by GODS ANGEL took me into the inner chamber of theKremlin, Moscow Russia. Here I vividly saw the top Communist Russian leaders talking of WAR PLANS against the U.S.A., MIddle East(Israel), Persian Gulf. Tho they Then this same day, spoke Russian, I was given to understand it as if they spoke English.

I was later this evening of November 14, 1979 taken by the Spirit of God into the WHITE HOUSE and here I saw President Jimmy Carter meeting with civilian and military leaders making plans for a military rescue of the Embassy hostages in Terhan Iran. What I saw and heard in both the Kremlin and White House was brief; but what I KNEW by the Spirit of God was much deeper.

I knew Russia was setting in motion serious plans for WAR, and that it would lead to World Nuclear War - I knew that President Carters military rescue plan would fail - and so that same -night(Nov 14, 1979) 1 wrote Carter a letter warning him to NOT attempt the rescue militarily and that if he did, it would fail.

APRIL 25, 1980 - It was headlines, this day in 1980 the military rescue mission was attempted and failed terribly, helicopters failed, ran into each other, disaster struck without ever kmeeting an Iranian soldier. It was at this time the White House released information that the 'plan to rescue the hostages was made NOVEMBER 14, 1979 - so it was published in the news on April 25, 1980.

Now by 1980, after years of incessant attacks on me personally, accusing me of being deceived, F alse, making up visions - - the cumulative effect had brought me to the place where I was not ertain if they were not right - tho I continued to obey Jesus in all He asked, knowing Him, I also wondered at times. How could a vision in the Kremlin such as the one November 14, 1979 ever be verified? The news publications on the Iran military rescue provided the verification it was simple, as surely as what was seen in the WHite House proved precisely correct, then

JULY 5, 1989 - VISION INSIDE THE KREMLIN (contd) what was revealed in the Kremlin was also the same. It was in early 1980 that we worked out an understanding of the timing of Russia's war plans - AUGUST 2, 1982 they intended to start the war. It was in late 1981 that JESUS called me back to the ministry and called the NET OF PRAYER to move in spiritual warfare IN THE SPIRIT against a vast demon army in the form

of a broken cross - this vast demon power was the power that would trigger this war. Stop the demons, and mens plans inspired by Satan would fail. In spiritual warfare, and prophetic works in 1981-1982 the NET OF PRAYER did just that. ISRAEL invaded Lebanon June 1982, and here uncovered vast stores of Russian weapons underground in Tyre and Sidon - a system of massive tunnels carved thru solid rock 40 riles long led to immense chambers filled with weapons, enough to equip a modern army of 500,000 men - tanks, trucks, artillery, rifles, ammunition - the whole shooting match. Little ISRAEL found a secret document chamber, and here were the Russian WAR PLANS, they intended to have some 50,000 Arabs attack ISRAEL starting August 2, 1982 - RUSSIA would at this time fly in 500,000 Russian troops to Lebanon, equip them with the weapons stored underground and launch a full scale attack on Israel - over-run and destroy Israel. The RUSSIAN SECRET WAR PLANS found here also spoke of armed terrorists to enter USA from Canada to poison water supplies, blow up communication/transportation lines also plans to invade IRAN - SAUDIA ARABIA. The documents indicated that RUSSIA began setting this war plan into motion in LATE 1979. No one else knew anything about this and as near as I can tell , no other prophets knew of this war plan - we were quite alone iYl the warning and call to prayer and the NET OF PRAYER then in 1981-82 was the singular instrument of God whereby WORLD WAR III in 1982 was averted-cancelled.

Now its JULY 9, 1 989. Nancy-TONI checked back with her dad Bill Weaver and learned that the storage place where our ministry records and household goods are stored(in 3 bins) had called.

Apparently someone moved out of an ajoining bin and oil was found on the floor, it appeared to be leaking in from one of our bins. This concerned me - the we had no oil in our bins that w could recall, the thought of oil getting into our records was to me a nightmare. I prayed and sought JESUS to know and we travelled. What I did not realize til later was that JESUS was

using this situation to bring my focus in prayer outside the work at hand.

Now its JULY 10, 1989 9:55AM. Nancy-TONI has the driving shift, so I lay back in prayer about the ministry records in storage. I'm taken IN THE SPIRIT almost immediately now, and Jesus Angel shows me the July 5th vision again - only now I see clearer and a bit more detail.

IN THE KREMLIN, the same war room seen in 1979, I see Gorbachev sitting at a table with top Communist Russian leaders, he pounds the table with his fist saying "..SCHEDIULE is not being kept!" A high placed leader responds saying "Comrade Chairman, not until manpower increases into productivity can the schedule be kept." Gorbachev says; "The manpower needed is being released - work to keep the schedule til then."

What I KNEW by the Spirit of God. Gorbachev has a SECRET WAR PLAN in motion, and production of

certain key war materials is vital to the war plan. In the last many months Russia has been under the guise of 'peace moves' withdrawing hundreds of thousands of troops from Europes border areas. I now realized that some or much of this manpower is going into factories to increase production of war materials - and some of it is being built up for an attack somewhere As GORBACHEV talked, I saw a strange thing - his appearance changed, he looked like a dragon.

That took me aback a bit, and I aksed Jesus about what I'd seen. JESUS told me this on July 10, 1989 9:55AM "YOU HAVE SEEN HIM AS HE IS." This told me plainly that Gorbachev is directed by a Demon Principality - he's talking "peace" while secretly building and planning for WAR. Then I was given to see the storage bin that has the ministry records in it - and I saw it was clean and dry, no oil. I was then given to see and know that OIL from another bin ajoining one we ha ve furniture in had leaked into ours.

JULY 10, 1 989. At the end of this day, in the evening, we called Mt Vernon to find out what happened at the storage area. Bill reported that there was NO OIL in the records bin, but oil from an ajoining bin had leaked partially into one of our storage bins that had some of our furniture. No damaged furniture, easily cleaned up.

I reflected on this vision in the Kremlin more and more. It was obvious GOD wanted me to not only see it, but record it and do more. And like in 1979, a second IN THE SPIRIT view was readily confirmed telling me the one in the Kremlin was to be taken seriously.

I now remember what JESUS had told me this March 15/16, 1989 while we were in Ontario Canada. (given in full in the April 3, 1989 newsletter)

To Jon Bradway, N.O.P. Colonel in Pennsylvania goes the 'Discernment Star' -- Jon had written sharing his discernment that JULY 5, 1989 was "Wormwoods Day" as JESUS spoke of March 1989.

The #913 July 5, 1989(see July 5th below) is especially significant, having a known meaning.

This day(July 5th) WORMWOOD set in motion a QUAKE in the Midwest, which directly points to the GREAT QUAKE that would lead to WORLD NUCLEAR WAR III. If able to COMPLETE THE PATTERN this September 1989 - Wormwood can trigger the MAJOR QUAKE in The Midwest, and this would lead to WAR now, and WORLD WAR inside of 2 years time. The event of JULY 19, 1989 is very telling and significant in light of what we know from 1979.

I will be interested to see what develops on the next "BEAST WATCH DATE" which is August 5th,

and also this JULY 24/25, 1989 bear watching as they relate to September 24/25, 1989 - also days when judgments in the Midwest can develop. In the midst of this I saw "DECEMBER" written across the face of the Earth. Then I was given to see another scene, this time I saw USA below and a great swirling white cloud moving inland over the South-Eastern Part of USA and in it I saw "SEPTEMBER". A year and a half later I would see a satelite photo of a HURRICANE coming inland from the Gulf of Mexico.

It looked exactly like the swirling clouds seen in the 1983 nite vision, so I knew for sure that a HURRICANE striking in a SEPTEMBER in this area of USA would preceed the Accidental Nuclear Exchange between Russia and U.S.A. in " a DECEMBER". At this time GOD THE FATHER spoke to me saying "CALL THE NET OF PRAYER TO PRAY, I WANT TO EXTEND MERCY".

Then again in OCTOBER 1983, JESUS spoke to me and showed me visions of events in THE YEAR when these things would happen - JESUS showed me THREE VOLCANO's exploding like firecrackers in a row(South to North) on the WEST COAST, NOrth Korea invading South Korea, Red China attacking Taiwan, the Phillippines shaking, turning RED, JAPAN shaking, Russia invading IRAN, IRAN fighting Saudia Arabia, many war fleets gathered at the Persian Gulf, and US military forces being sent into IRAN to fight here --and again the accidental nuclear exchange.

Since 1983 we have by revelation come to understand what cities are targetted for nuclear bombs.

Not long after this(a month later) JESUS ANGEL took me into the Kremlin to see Russian leaders planning war - and so we expected to see Russia invade starting December 14, 1979. The tip off that it was near was when in mid November 1979 Russia VOLUNTARILY withdrew 100,000 troops from Western Europe . On DECEMBER 14, 1979 Russia INVADED Afghanistan, the first step in their war plan to invade Israel, Iran, and seize the Middle East oil fields. We knew then that since JESUS spoke of DECEMBER 14th TWICE, that on a DECEMBER 14th of some year(unknown) this

Russian war plan would be seen again. In 1979 we concluded that JESUS spoke of a NUCLEAR DISASTER, a LIMITED NUCLEAR EXCHANGE that would stir fear in the hearts of nations world wide-fear of World Nuclear War. We have since 1983 directly connected major quakes in the MIDWEST as one certain evidence that such a NUCLEAR EXCHANGE would happen in the same year. Over the years JESUS, GOD THE FATHER have given many associated events connected to this time - BANK FAILURES, MIDWEST QUAKES, TROUBLES in PHILLIPPINES, SOUTH KOREA, CHINA, JAPAN(Quakes), HURRICANE in GULF Mexico SEPTEMBER Volcanic explosions West Coast(3), IRAN WAR. In 1979 some Christians scoffed at the notion that BANKS would fail --years later they began failing and today the banking crisis is nothing short of a massive problem no one has answers for - the whole system totters on the brink of disaster.

The opportunity to prophetically reverse the banking crisis came in 1987, but support for the EAST COAST PROPHETIC WORK fell short of the need. In some ways I'm of the view that its now irreversible - a BANKING CRISIS and collapse is certain.

But again, over the years JESUS revealed a prophetic sequence of events in all this judgment that is simply stated: {1} STORMS, then (2) QUAKES/VOLCANO' s, lastly (3) WAR.

ACCIDENTAL NUCLEAR EXCHANGE REVELATIONS REVIEWED (contd) TORMS can take any form --DEEP FREEZES STORM(Winter), HEAVY RAINS, TORNADO's, HIGH WINDS, but most commonly we look for HURRICANES, these appear to be the kingpins in the judgment process initiating the judgment sequence.

PRAYER STRATEGY: Its been simple and very effective. Once we can discern the POTENTIAL for Hurricanes, aware that these STORMS can and more often WILL lead to EARTHQUAKES/VOLCANIC troubles -- we will ask in prayer in JESUS NAME to Stop/Lessen the STORM. If prayer obtains Gods Help and the Storm is STOPPED, then the quakes are stopped and also war. If the STORM comes thru, then our next BLOCKING PRAYER POSITION is against QUAKES/VOLCANO's - lessen or stop these thru prayer and one indirectly lessens/stops WAR. HAVING DATES when the potential for STORMS, QUAKES is greatest in GODS LAW that governs times for judgments makes PRAYER most effective. The more SPECIFIC you can pray, the more powerful the effect of prayer.

"PRAYER BLOCKS" -- When we can zero in on a TIME, PLACE, EVENT in Satans judgment plan - our prayer is the most effective. By accumulative prayer we set up a powerful BLOCK of LOVE by prayer at a given date - it makes it hard, sometimes impossible for Satans to execute a judgment at this time--depending on the level of prayer. In GODS LAW governing judgments, there are TIMES for Judgment, if we can BLOCK these times by PRAYER, Satan may initiate a judgment later but when its off SEASON, the effect is much less than when its IN SEASON. In 1988 the NET OF PRAYER was organized into prayer intercession starting in early MARCH 1988 to begin dealing with STORMS, QUAKES, WAR --by the time Satan had opportunity(Judgment was IN SEASON) tho hurricane after hurricane was formed, all were prevented, and the greatest .urricane in history(GILBERT) aiming at Corpus Christi was turned away and hit Mexico --as a result EARTHQUAKES aimed at the Midwest were not only greatly diminished by were diverted a great distance away(striking harmlessly in Nevada/California desert areas). We KNEW Russia was building up for WAR and as in 1984 we prayed to ask GOD to destroy the missiles they would use - and in weeks time reports of Missile Plant and Missiles blowing up in Russia were printed in newspapers.

Now I've reviewed the revelations concerning the Nuclear Accidental Exchange for a simple reason JESUS WORD this March 1989 clearly states that we will be enabled in PRAYER to STOP WORLD WAR "THIS YEAR".

Now all the EVIDENCE of early events seen since June 1989 to July 19, 1989 is clear, Wormwood is moving with clear determination to trigger not only HURRICANES but QUAKES on both the WEST COAST and in the MIDWEST areas - with a capacity to kill 40% of his intended victims, this alone could amount to 40,000+ dead in a Midwest Quake alone in 1989 and that high a death toll in QUAKES would clearly lead to a major WAR and NUCLEAR ACCIDENTAL EXCHANGE even this DECEMBER 1989, with MILLIONS OF DEApi

So to see the POTENTIAL for HURRICANES & QUAKES this 1989 is the same as seeing the POTENTIAL for the ACCIDENTAL NUCLEAR EXCHANGE - and we would rather make a major prayer effort to BLOCK this, than to si t back and let it happen to prove how well we understand all this.

As of July 19, 1989 - as confirmed by JESUS Word via His Angel(40%) - its clear that in prayer and warfare we have blocked 60% of Satan capacity to kill and destroy. This means that at this point in time, if we do no more, at least 60% of the lives that would be lost, will be pared.

However, as we have learned over the years, nothing remains static for long_ Tho Wormwood is clearly ON THE ROPES, OFF BALANCE, by our prayer actions - these destroyers are persistent, Wormwood will RENEW attempts to initiate judgments.

So here stands the NET OF PRAYER and NEW COVENANT - we can sit on the laurels of yesterday and rest more and let be what will be --OR-- we can also SURGE AHEAD in prayer to blow Satans plans for death and destruction to bits in the Power of Jesus Love by prayer.

Now I do not know that we can stop them entirely - nor do I know that we cannot stop them. Sc I'd rather shoot for the stars, and go for a 'close-out', shut em down entirely for the rest The PRAYER SHEETS enclosed for NET OF PRAYER are designed for a 'shut down' of of 1989.

Satans Plans.

In a lot of ways, we have the enemy of our souls pinned down in 60% of what he intends to do we have them 'on the ropes' -- they will now move to OVERCOME us - we will now move to OVERCOM them aiming to deliver a "Knock-out punch".

I know that many of you are exhausted after the warfare, and that for many it was their first taste of spiritual warfare. For many, they have come to realize that Satan is a REAL enemy, present and powerful -- but at the same time we have all tasted of JESUS VICTORY, we beat But always remember this, them into the dust and stomped them down hard standing in Christ.

He who is IN US is Greater than he who is in this wor ld!

NEW COVENANT and NET OF PRAYER The NEW COVENANT Intercessors and Prayer Warriors are dedicated on Jesus Word to praying to obtain BLESSINGS for the Elect Body of Christ, to break thru the Satanic Barriers that block, withstand and with-holden all Gods Blessings to His people. JESUS has called 130(not more) to do this vital work -- while NET OF PRAYER is largely dedicated in prayer to withstanding judgments. This division of prayer work began November 1, 1988 and is the first time since 1976 that the Work of Prayer has been divided this way. Up until November 1, 1988 ALL our prayer focus went to stopping judgments. This division of prayer labor tells me that the judgments are near to coming in for REAL, and all evidences in view support that view.
