On June 20, 2001 we completed the June Newsletter ("Prophetic Soup") and then looked forward to a period of some quiet, to rest some and to attend to a number of personal matters that had gone unattended during the "Sword of the Lord" Prayer Operation. For one, our little garden (which we both enjoy doing) needed some work. I also wanted to carve out some time to work anew on completing the "Introduction to The Net of Prayer."

We were both tired, near to exhaustion after all the work and time it took to undertake not only the Prophetic Mission to Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; Cleveland, Ohio; Chicago, Illinois; and St Louis, Missouri; but also the "Sword of the Lord" Prayer Operation. On the average I was running on approximately 3 hours of sleep a day from January, 2001 to June 20, 2001. At semi-regular intervals I'd burn-out and sleep for 8-10 hours to recharge and keep up the pace for another week or so. Again, we were looking forward to a little break, to normalize somewhat.

A PROPHET'S MISSION: We are here in this world for Him, JESUS CHRIST, to be wholly yielded to do His Will, to yield ourselves to the leading and direction of the HOLY SPIRIT and to be willing and ready to do whatsoever FATHER GOD wants us to do.

SATURDAY MORNING, JUNE 23, 2001 at 5:15AM The HOLY SPIRIT stirs me...

In the June Newsletter I'd shared (pages 26-27) about having noted "evidence of demonic intent to trigger a 6.5 to 7.5 Richter earthquake in California in the period of July 3-15, 2001.

SATURDAY MORNING, JUNE 23, 2001. at 5:15AM The HOLY SPIRIT battle we had with Lucifer's demons armies on June 20, stirs me... Continued `In The Spirit' during which we destroyed 2 Million+ of his demons. The loss was considerable, so considerable that JESUS's Angel told me that the loss to Lucifer was so severe that one whole operative plan of Lucifer's would collapse.

But on June 23 th I was spent and saw an opportunity to get some steep. Just after I said down at 5:15AM to sleep, suddenly the HOLY SPIRIT began to shew me things about Tropical Storm ALLISON that had just recently ravaged Houston/Louisiana. I'd not had time to do much more than a quick review of this storm system and it did not seem important to me, especially since it was now "past tense." The HOLY SPIRIT was giving me a variety of insights about this storm system and other things, so much so that I could not sleep. I had a distinct leading to get up, start making notes and to go back to work, so I did.

Thus I began to write the June 23-June 26, 2001 "Prophetic Update of the March 4, 2001 Update" (32 Pages). What I began to find as I assembled the various reports I'd accumulated on this storm system and other events (earthquakes and volcanic activity in the U.S.) was a clear indication that demon powers were working to break past the mercy imposed on them through prayer and prophetic works — more, it was obvious that they were `overcoming' JUNE 10, 2001: In earlier reports I'd indicated that the mercy extended by the Prophetic Work undertaken by Nancy-TONI and myself earlier this year, that this mercy covering would end on June 10, 2001. On June 10, 2001 a 5.0 Richter earthquake shook Seattle!

Years ago we were given to understand that each Prophet (on a Prophetic Mission) extended 31 days mercy against judgments. Since prayer-agreement involved many Prophets this year it looked like this: The Mercy cover count started the day we returned home which was: April 9, 2001.

What I "suggest" by the chart at the bottom of Page 2 is that the effect of a mercy period declines progressively as time wears on. We will reach the end of this unique period of mercy on January 13, 2002; even so we are likely to see judgments come in through the whole period. The effect of this mercy is that the intensity ofjudgment will be lessened, but as time passes this lessening will decline and as it does judgment intensity will increase.

Tropical Storm ALLISON June 5.2001 to June 18, 2001: Tropical storm ALLISON appeared in the Gulf of Mexico on June 5, 2001 and it swept inland and hit Texas/Louisiana June 8` h and June 9 t '' killing about 12 people and causing serious flooding and damage to homes. But then Tropical Storm ALLISON returned to the Gulf, strengthened and came back over Houston, Texas-Louisiana lingering for some time and then it headed across country to the Atlantic leaving a path of death and destruction (47 dead, 20,000 homes and businesses damaged or destroyed and damage/destruction to over 50,000 cars. An estimated $2 Billion in property loss.

In reading this the HOLY SPIRIT clearly gave me to know and understand that this was a move by demon power to overcome the mercy cover. Once up to or past the June 10th deadline for the mercy cover extended by Nancy-TONI and myself the enemy was able to overcome the secondary mercy cover*, an effort which in fact succeeded, otherwise the storm would not have succeeded in returning as it did. *Note - The Prophets actually traveling on the road (Nancy-TONI and I were on the road) will extend a stronger mercy covering than the Prophets who pray-agree but are not on the road.

The level of death and destruction caused by Tropical Stoma ALLISON was literally 200% greater after June 10 th than before June 10".

Seeing this told me that as the enemy worked with considerable effort on their part to overcome the "mercy covering" to bring in the storm that they'd next work to trigger a killer earthquake in the July 3-15, 2001 period in California. Following a killer earthquake they'd turn to set in motion a war with a massive loss of life.

Again the well known JUDGMENT SEQUENCE is 1. Storm (usually a Hurricane) 2. Earthquake/Volcano 3. War Revelation is that "as is the storm so is the earthquake and next the war", one builds on the other, death to greater death to greatest death. At this point I saw that what we had in view was a "double witness" for an earthquake judgment leading to war.

A DOUBLE WITNESS: When I made the projection for an earthquake in California (most likely southern California) in the period of July 3-15, 2001 it was based on "demonic intent" and of itself "demonic intent" will at best produce an earthquake approximately 50% of the time.

The Period for an earthquake extended to Jul 18, 2001: In this report of June 23 rd I perceived that this California earthquake could happen as late as July 18, 2001, thus the period of July 3-18, 2001 was updated as a time for such an earthquake in California.

Michael-DAVID Baker's Vision of June 20, 2001 Michael-DAVID reported to Nancy-TONI that during the battle of June 20 th with Lucifer's demon army `In The Spirit' he saw an earthquake happen in the midst of the demons as we attacked and destroyed them. It was not clear to him if we were "preventing the earthquake or causing it."

On reflection — I have learned over the years of strategic spiritual warfare `In The Spirit' that demons carry with them the imprint of Lucifer's plan and that they tend to be very intimate to what they are doing, be it an earthquake or storm or war, etc.. In other words, Michael-DAVID was seeing the enemy plan (an earthquake) being set in motion as we intercepted and destroyed them.

Nancy-TONI told me what Michael-DAVID had seen but by then I was deeply involved with other matters and did not make the connection to what the Lord's Angel told me on June 20th

WE HAD A "DOUBLE WITNESS " Having "demonic intent" for an earthquake in California July 3-18, 2001by itself was not enough to make it certain. But when I recognized, as the HOLY SPIRIT gave me to see, that Tropical Storm ALLISON was step #1 of the JUDGMENT SEQUENCE and that the enemy worked to overcome mercy to make this storm far deadlier and destructive, told me that they were headed for an earthquake of magnitude next.

Thus we had a double witness for a major earthquake to hit somewhere in southern California sometime from July 3-18, 2001.

A "Double Witness" is the single most reliable way we have of knowing that something is going to happen. Having "demonic intent" alone is at best only 50% likely to produce an earthquake. But a "Double Witness" like this is closer to 90% accurate if I were to assign to it a percentage of probability,

JUNE 23, 2001 - AN AWESOME HOLY SPIRIT INSIGHT On June 23 after reviewing recent developments and looking at several possible troubles surfacing in California I had this view: (1) The potential for a killer earthquake in California July 3-18,2001 was present; (2) We needed to remind people in the Los Angeles California area to be on the look-out for a "warning tremor" (4.4 to 5.5 Richter) under the city before the larger quake comes; (3) The "Physical Force" from the Corma Spike is expected to surface on October 5, 2001 and/or in a period from September 25 `h to October 7, 2001 and is expected to strike Bishop, California with an earthquake.

This is what was in view on June 23. After doing what I could to assemble this revelation I prayed to know what the HOLY SPIRIT might give me to know. What I sought to discern was if there was a "Holy Spirit witness" to any of this happening, if there was a sense of Holy Spirit urgency about any of this.

What I came to KNOW by the SPIRIT OF GOD late in the day of June 23"' was overwhelming, the sense of urgency by the Holy Spirit was real, tangible and significant.

In fact, it was so overwhelming an experience that it moved into my emotional range and I was deeply struck with how lethal, how terrible the things coming were going to be that it flattened me. I was unable to work anymore, and stunned to the point of tears to where I had to get away, out of the house and away from the work to get some perspective. It was almost 6 hours before I could work again, it was that intense.

I began to attempt to search my memory to find any previous experience as being parallel to what the HOLY SPIRIT gave me to know that June 23" d . I found only one parallel experience - the chapel in Pittsburgh in 1977 when JESUS appeared and shewed me the judgment of America in great detail in just a few moments of time. That experience had the same effect, it left me flattened physically, emotionally and in every way one could imagine.

I'd experience a HOLY SPIRIT sense ofurgency in September 1989 before the earthquake struck San Francisco October 17, 1989; but this June 23 rd witness was far greater in scope, so much so that I proved unable to grasp its dimensions — it was that overwhelming!

REALIZATION: I soon realized that this was much greater than one major earthquake or ten major earthquakes flattening ten cities — it was far greater than that!

IMMINENCY: A HOLY SPIRIT insight into coming judgment always comes across as being "imminent" because In The Spirit' where the revelation is given it IS imminent.

However, in this world it may not be seen for a time, days, weeks, months even years.

JUNE 23, 2001 - AN AWESOME HOLY SPIRIT INSIGHT (Continued) "KNOW" June 23, 2001 was not a feeling, it did not occur in the soul area but it came by the SPIRIT OF GOD, HIS SPIRIT to my Spirit in Him. A "Knowing" by the Spirit of God is unshakable, you are not convinced but rather you are brought to know and what was given me to know was clear and evidential and also beyond my ability to grasp all at the same time.

What I KNEW was that what lies ahead is lethal in the extreme, it is

destructive, fiercesorne, terrible and will leave people stunned in terror, SEEKING CONFIRMATION FROM THE OTHER PROPHETS Los AMGU ^S. COMPs I NTO VIEW I contacted L yn-ELIZABETH who told me that when she heard of the 8.2 Richter earthquake that struck Peru (June 23) that she immediately thought that LOS ANGELES is next and inwardly knew that it would be a terrible earthquake.

Mark-JAMES likewise on hearing about an earthquake of June 23rd immediately thought of LOS ANGELES before his wife Lyn-ELIZABETH could say it hit Peru.

Richard-DANIEL had the inner knowing that things are coming to a conclusion in America.

Michael-DAVID shared (he had kept this to himself and waited for confirmation) that on June 20 th he saw a vision of an earthquake hitting Los Angeles.

I telephoned Jim-REPHAEL on June 24 th and he told me that on June 23 rd while tending to something at home that he was "like hit with a rock"(stunned) and suddenly knew that a horrific earthquake was going to hit Los Angeles. This knowing overwhelmed him but he decided to say nothing and to pray for confirmation (then I called him). Jim-REPHAEL stated that he has "never" had the depth of an experience as he did June 23 rd , telling him that this was "big".

The HOLY SPIRIT focus on LOS ANGELES is not what I expected, in fact I was surprised at the level of confirmation of something "terrible coming." Why surprised? This level of confirmation from so many different prophets and brethren at the same time on the same issue is not ordinary, it is extraordinary.

Again, I was struck by how "big" this HOLY SPIRIT witness was, it really brought me to wonder what it all meant and how it will emerge in world events over the next days, weeks, months and years. My understanding is too limited to take in the scope of what's coming.

Something would now happen that would compel me to see some of the events that were near to happening, something I did not expect but in a way did expect at the same time.

JUNE 25. 2001 at 7:15 AM SPOKANE RATTLED BY A 3.7 RICHTER EARTHQUAKE From the time the HOLY SPIRIT stirred me on June 23`d to review events followed by this awesome HOLY SPIRIT witness of terrible things coming, I worked on the report which I entitled, "PROPHETIC UPDATE ON THE MARCH 4, 2001 UPDATE." I was near to completing this report when I gave up the ghost for the day (only about 3 hours sleep in 48 hours time) and hit the sack. My head hit the pillow at 7:14 AM June 25th In the next minute this horrific explosion was heard, and the house shook violently, seconds later a second blast was heard and again the house rattled strongly. Things fell down but nothing was broken. I sat up saying, "I just finished a report about earthquakes and now an earthquake strikes!" Nancy-TONI thought the house across the street had just blown up but there was no sign of an explosion.

We got up (the quake had triggered an Adrenalin flow) and turned on the TV to watch the local news. The news anchors were all shaken and scanning the city for signs of an explosion, no one could conceive that Spokane had been hit by an earthquake. In the minds of most people Spokane was built on solid basalt rock and had no fault lines and no one

could remember an earthquake hitting here. It didn't take long before the news anchors learned that Spokane had just had an earthquake, one that centered not more than a few blocks from where we lived. Since the nearest earthquake machine was up in Colville (about 75 miles North of Spokane) readings varied, one machine to the west read it as a 3.7 Richter, another said 3.4 Richter.

Aftershock after aftershock struck, one every hour for the next two days or so, each preceded by a booming noise that sounded like something was coming right at you through the wall of the house, this was then followed by a strong little jolt.

Standing in our frontroom watching TV I wonder out loud, "Why didn 't JESUS tell me about this? " Nancy-TONI replied, "He did, remember His Word to you in 1989!?!"

Nancy-TONI was right, JESUS had told me about this earthquake some 12 years earlier, on June 1, 1989 when He said this, "PREPARE TO ENDURE A SHAKING IN THE EARTH IN THIS AREA, NOTHING OF YOURS WILL COME TO ANY HARM. I LESSEN THIS SHAKING FOR YOUR SAKES."

JUNE 25, 2001 SPOKANE RATTLED BY A 3.7 RICHTER QUAKE (Cont'd.)

When I received this WORD from JESUS on June 1, 1989 we lived in Mount Vernon, Washington. In 1989 we made a special effort to discern what day in the month of June this earthquake would strike and the discernment by Ministry Prayer Leaders came back as June 25 th , that it would be a 6.1 Richter and would be triggered by volcanic activity.

Actually, on June 25, 1989 a 6.1 Richter earthquake struck Hawaii, an earthquake which was triggered by volcanic activity. But this was what we know as an "early pattern evidence of His Word" not the fulfillment.

I did wonder in April, 1999 when JESUS moved us to Spokane how His Word of June 1, 1989 would be fulfilled (for I assumed that it would strike Mt. Vernon since this is where we lived when I received His Word).

Now I understood, when JESUS said "IN THIS AREA" He referred to where we would be living (Spokane), not where we were living when His Word came.

At this point I began to review His Word of 1989 which was 12 years ago. What was obvious was that the 12 Year Judgment Cycle which we have had in view since 1998 was now visibly working. What JESUS told me 12 years earlier was now happening and as I reviewed the record of 1989 I found a stunning number of events that happened then were happening now (see the Special Report "THE TWELVE YEAR JUDGMENT CYCLE" which is included with this Newsletter).

Why didn't the Spokane earthquake reach 6.1 Richter magnitude? It would have except that JESUS told me on June 1, 1989 that He would lessen this shaking for our sakes. If a 6.1 Richter earthquake had struck here on June 25, 2001, we were so close to the actual epicenter that our house/home would have been severely damaged or more likely destroyed in the process, He DID lessen it for our sakes, Praise the Lord!

THE 12 YEAR JUDGMENT CYCLE COMES INTO VIEW: In a quick review of the record of 1989 Iran across a real stunning parallel. In June of 1989 a Tropical Storm swept in on Houston, Texas, a storm that wouldn't go away, named ALLISON. This June, 2001 a Tropical Storm named ALLISON struck Houston/Louisiana, it did more damage and killed more than it did in 1989. ALLISON in 1989 and ALLISON again in 2001 - almost identical, same month (June), same area (Houston), same kind of storm (Tropical Storm).

Here we were seeing the parallel to 1989 working in 2001. There was much more than this in view; but at this moment it was more than enough to tell me that we stood at the doorway

of the judgments JESUS had been warning about for many, many years. This fact only reinforced what the HOLY SPIRIT gave me to know on June 23rd.

JESUS' WORD ABOUT SPOKANE It was now obvious that JESUS was talking to us about what we would experience in Spokane 12 years earlier when He told us about certain events. In 1989 we naturally assumed He spoke of Mt. Vernon (where we lived at the time); but now after the June 25, 2001 shaking it was clear that He spoke not of Mt. Vernon but of Spokane, Washington.

This brought me to do a quick review of His Word to us in 1989 and this is what I found:

JESUS' WORD of December 31, 1988 , "WE WANT NO MAN TO PERISH, NOR DO YOU - YET 1T 1S FOR THEIR HARDNESS OF HEART THAT THEY DECIDED TO LOOSE JUDGMENT ON THEMSELVES.... WHAT COMES NOW TO THE NORTHWEST U.S.A. IS MORE THAN AN EARTHQUAKE BUT PESTILENCE AND SEVERE WEATHER AND DROUGHT UNLIKE EVER SEEN BEFORE. WHILE YOU REMAIN HERE, I LESSEN ALL THIS FOR MY NAME'S SAKE. WHEN RELOCATE YOU MY HOLY SPIRIT WILL DEPART AND DARKNESS WILL COVER THE LAND...BY THEIR MOCKING AND REVILING OF MY HOLY SPIRIT THEY HAVE BROUGHT THE WRATH OF GOD UPON THEMSELVES AND MANY WILL TASTE THE SECOND DEATH. THESE ARE DEAD MEN ALREADY, YET MANY CAN REPENT."

JESUS' WORD of January 2, 1989. "I WILL NOT REVEAL THE TIMING. JUDGMENT NOW WILL BE THREE TIMES GREATER, IT WILL COME SUDDENLY AND WITHOUT WARNING." y JESUS' WORD ofMa v a 18, 1989, "...WHEN REPORTERS INTERVIEW- REMIND

THEM OF MY WORD. WHEN THEY ASK "When?" SAY I SAY: WATCH THE 19TH. LET THEM ASSUME WHAT THEY WILL. I HAVE GIVEN YOU A DATE, NOT THE DATE. HE WHO IS WISE, HE WHO IS DISCERNING, HE WHO TRUSTS IN ME AND BELIEVES MY WORD - THIS ONE WILL UNDERSTAND IN A DAY'S TIME."

IS' WORD o Ma 19, 1989, "FROM THE TIME I RELOCATE YOU, THOSE JESUS' WHO ARE MINE WILL HAVE TWO YEARS TO RELOCATE. IT WILL BE A TROUBLED TWO YEARS YET I WILL RESTORE ALL TO MINE. AFTER TWO YEARS, THOSE WHO REMAIN WILL HAVE NO HELP OR DEFENSE." I asked JESUS this question, "Lord JESUS, will the earthquake and volcanic eruption come in a 2 year period to Mi. Vernon and areas?" JESUS replied, "YES, BEFORE THE TWO YEARS IS COMPLETED FROM THE TIME I RELOCATE YOU." +Special note — JESUS just days ago told me that He would have us remain in Spokane for just two more years and will then move us again. Thus we will move in the year 2003.

Whether this is the "RELOCATION" He talked about is not known, but it could be.

JESUS' WORD ofJune 2, 1990 "IN AUGUST IT RETURNS (violent judgments), ONLY BY THEN, YOU AND ALL WITH YOU ARE PREPARED TO ENDURE AND OVERCOME AND TRIUMPH IN ME. LUCIFER'S PLANS WILL CULMINATE AND JUDGMENTS WILL SURELY BE INITIATED ON THIS NATION THIS AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER. MOUNT VERNON WILL QUAKE EVEN BEFORE THIS, AS I TOLD YOU. YET MEN WILL TAKE NO ACCOUNT DISREGARDING MY WORD TO THEIR OWN PERIL, LOSS, MISERY - SELF-INFLICTED.

JESUS' WORD of October 9. 1990. "Z asked JESUS, "Lord, an earthquake here locally? JESUS replied, "NEAR MONTH'S END, FIRST A TREMOR, AND INSIDE OF 1 8 HOURS A STRONG QUAKE. DAMAGE LIMITED TO A GIVEN AREA BUT MANY LEFT SHAKEN, TERRIFIED. SUNDAY."

SOME POINTS OUT OF HIS 1989-1990 WORD Today the Pacific Northwest is suffering a drought, something JESUS said back in 1988 would come. In His 12/31/88 Word JESUS makes is clear that what is coming is the WRATH OF GOD, this against those Ministers which rejected His Word and reviled/blasphemed the HOLY SPIRIT in the process.

In a general coverage JESUS said on 12/31i88 that while we remain in any given area He will lessen the judgments in that place for His Name's sake. At this time that covers Spokane.

On 1/2/89 JESUS tells me that the judgment will now be 300% greater than it was and that He will NOT reveal the timing, so it will come suddenly and without warning. This is why it is so difficult to pinpoint the timing of this judgment. It takes a lot of prayer, discernment and work on our part to gain insights into the timing which He will give as we persist.

His 5/i 8189 Word sure applied this year when a reporter came to interview me on July 5, 2001. Even though I did not have this Word in view during that interview I was led to remind this reporter about watching the 19`n •

His Word of May 19, 1989 makes it clear that the major destructions to hit Mount Vernon and areas will come inside of a two year period AFTER He relocates us. Right now He plans to move us in the year 2003. If this move in 2003 is the relocation He has talked about for many years that will mean that the worse will come from 2003-2005 not only on Mount Vernon but on the U.S.A..

JESUS' Word of August 13^, 1989 is very like His Word of June 1, 1989 which led to the

SOME POINTS OUT OF HIS 1989-. 1990 WORD (continued) recent earthquake here in Spokane on June 25, 2401. Here JESUS makes it clear that we are to be prepared for a shaking and while He does not say how strong an earthquake it will be He does say, "WHAT COMES IS WHAT YOU KNEW TO EXPECT..." What I knew to expect in 1989 was a major earthquake, a killer quake.

It is clear to me that this earthquake will come sometime after the 19" ofAugust 2001 and that it will shake Spokane, Washington.

JESUS' Word of August 18. 1989 is also of interest for two reasons. Number .I -- Here JESUS tells me to "WATCH SEPTEMBER 14TH" and then states that I'm not to underestimate Wormwood's capacity to kill. JESUS then refers to the "Grace period" 27th, which in 1989 ended on August thus it will end this August 27, 2001 -- anything can happen after that.

Number 2 -- Here JESUS gets detailed about assassins aiming to kill President Bush. Keep

in mind that this revelation did not happen in 1989 when President George Bush Senior was President; but through the 12-year judgment cycle this points directly to the year 2001 where we have another President named George Bush. It is evident that JESUS was referring to this George W. Bush back in 1989.

JESUS on August 28. 1989 makes a broad statement but one that could be quite specific when He said, "EARTHQUAKES WILL RE-EMERGE IN THIS LOCALE WITH INCREASING INTENSITY AND FREQUENCY." Then He again reminds me of Wormwood's capacity to kill.

Reviewing His Word over and over I've come to the corrected view that not only will Spokane experience earthquakes but that death tolls are now certain. When He said "THIS LOCALE" that was a direct reference to where we are located.

When JESUS said "YOU WILL FEEL THE SHAKINGS COMING..." it again made it clear that He referred to where we would be living.

When JESUS said, "YOU ARE WILLING TO LEAVE NOW..." I have pondered this. Now if we have another shaker like June 25 th (3.7 Richter) I would have no reason to leave; but on the other hand if it is a powerful earthquake that causes disruptions, destruction and hardships on everyone — I would be willing to leave then. It has also come to mind, as I've pondered this, that locals finding out I'm a prophet and disliking me for that (not unusual) could also bring me to be willing to move.

THE SEALED, THE ELECT, THE FAITHFUL-OBEDIENT AND INNOCENT LAMBS OF GOD. I HAVE CRIED FOR MERCY AND REPENTANCE AND BEEN MET WITH UNBELIEF AND HARD HEARTEDNESS IN MY CHURCH SO THE BLOOD WILL BE ON THEIR HEADS......I WILL SEND YOU OUT WHEN IT IS TIME BUT NOT YET. WATCH, WAIT, PRAY AND LOOK TO ME..."

Both Nancy-TONI and I knew by the Spirit of God that this earthquake would not strike in July of this year.

Then JESUS spoke again to Nancy-TONI during abiding time on June 25 th saying, "THERE WILL BE AN EARTHQUAKE IN LOS ANGELES, BUT FIRST ELSEWHERE." At this same time JESUS spoke to me during abiding time and said this, "I WANT YOU TO CALL IT A PROPHETIC WARNING, TITLE IT RED HOT." (JESUS to C-J 6/25/01).

On June 27, 2001 I wrote the 8 page "RED HOT" PROPHETIC WARNING and it was mailed out to everyone on our mailing list in California, Oregon and Washington States as well as all Ministry Prayer Leaders.

In the June 27, 2001 "RED HOT" Prophetic Warning I started with a warning about the California earthquakes as follows: First, two "possible" major earthquakes in CALIFORNIA (most likely southern) during a period from July 3, 2001 to July 18, 2001.

The first earthquake to range from a 6.5 to 7.5 Richter intensity.

The second earthquake to range from a 5.5 to 6.5 Richter intensity.

Secondly , a reminder to look for a "warning tremor" (4.0 to 5.5 Richter) under LOS ANGELES approximately 14 days before a "larger" earthquake (based on JESUS' WORD to Nancy-TONI May 13, 2000).

Thirdl y , a reminder for the projected time of September 25, 2001 to October 7, 2001 (focus on October 5") for the "Physical Force" to surface (439 days from the CORMA SPIKE event of July 24, 2000). Through JESUS' WORD of 1999 we believe this event will surface under Bishop, California. Whether this event will become a major earthquake or not is not known.

Fourth, a warning that Spokane, Washington is facing a stronger earthquake (than the 3.7

Richter of June 25, 2001) anytime after August 19, 2001.

In this "RED HOT" PROPHETIC WARNING of June 27, 2001 I quoted the key portions of JESUS' WORD of June 1, 1989, August 13, 1989 and August 28, 1989 that are now understood to speak of Spokane, Washington (as opposed to Mount Vernon, Washington).

JANUARY, 2001 versus JUNE, 2001 On January 13, 2001 a minor earthquake shook the Los Angeles area, it came close to fitting what JESUS said would happen only it was NOT under the city. I deliberated on this information and asked JESUS what I should do, to issue a Prophetic Warning or a Prophetic Alert or not.

On January 20, 2001 during abiding time JESUS spoke to me and said this, "A RED HOT ALERT IS NOT NECESSARY; HOWEVER, A REMINDER IS ADVISABLE." On January 22, 2001 I wrote this "Prophetic Reminder" as JESUS directed, reminding

Californians about His Word about a "warning tremor to happen under Los Angeles" before the larger quake hits, and a reminder to look at February 28, 2001 for a major earthquake on the west coast as a result of the CORMA SPIKE event of July 24, 2000 (1 believed that

it "may" center under Los Angeles). The CORMA SPIKE event surfaced near Seattle when a 6,8 Richter earthquake struck on February 28, 2001.

What I noted on June 27, 2001 was that JESUS had me call the January 22, 2001 a "PROPHETIC REMINDER" but He now asked me to call the June 27, 2001 write-up a "RED HOT"PROPHETIC WARNING'. This was a clear signal in my understanding that what is coming is going to be lethal.

MY MISTAKE....

Between the imminency of the awesome June 23' HOLY SPIRIT witness, the June 25, 2001 3.7 Richter earthquake in Spokane and JESUS' WORD of June 25 th telling me to call this Prophetic Warning "RED HOT" — all this proved to be very compelling at the moment, it over-rode all my usual cautions.

By this time I'd completely forgotten my discernment of June 20 th in the June Newsletter regarding the earthquakes coming to California in the July 3-18,2001 period where I wrote: (Quote) It occurs to me that this earthquake may have been Lucifer's operational plan, in which case the `In The Spirit' battle ofJune 20 `h may have destroyed it (thus no quake or at least no major earthquakes.) " ( Unquote).

TIME WAS ALSO A COMPELLING PROBLEM After the June 23` 0 witness by the HOLY SPIRIT I checked with the key Ministry Prophets and Prayer Leaders by telephone on June 24 th asking for their discernment. All were aware of something "big" coming (my term) and there was a lot of revelation focus for a major earthquake in LOS ANGELES. However, I discerned that this L.A. quake may NOT be in the picture at this time. I did not perceive that the July 3-18, 2001 period tied into the major quake to hit Los Angles, but still I was not so certain as to be comfortable in not issuing a warning.

Normally, I would give a revelation like this time to settle down to a better understanding for the timing of it, but "time" was a problem. "If' a major earthquake was going to hit California in the period of July 3-18th, I had to get the Prophetic Warning written and in the mail soon if they were to get the warning before the quake struck (it takes about 3-5 days for mail to be delivered to California from here).

A SIMPLE POLICY: For years I have operated under a very simple policy -- if it is unclear that a judgment is going to hit or not, it is preferable to issue a warning rather than to fail to warn risking the loss of life among those who were not warned. In other words, ['m willing to take the risk of loss of credibility holding the lives of those on our mailing list higher that my reputation among men. So wrote and sent the "RED HOT" PROPHETIC WARNING."

THE ANGEL of DEATH 1977-2001 On June 26, 2001 during our abiding time Nancy-TONI saw something very strange and unexpected In The Spirit' - she saw a form of a being wearing black robes. Nancy-TONI knew it was the Angel of Death. It carried a scythe. Nancy-TONI then heard JESUS say, "THE HARVEST WILL BE GREAT." Correspondingly, Jim-REPHAEL (J-R works with us) while at home this same day kept hearing a "swishing sound" In The Spirit' but could not identify where it Caine from or what it meant until I telephoned and shared what Nancy-TONI saw and heard.

The 12 Year Judgment Cycle Both the years 1977 and 1989 are parallel to this year of 2001. When Nancy-TONI told me what she saw I remembered what I was given to see in 1977 and looked it up in the 1978 book, THE STAFF AND THE SWORD, Page 155. Here it reads (quote) "On January 8, 1977, towards the end of the 24 hours of thanksgiving

prayer and praise I heard a "swishing" sound at the back of the Trinity Lutheran Church and see the angel of death standing there with a scythe in his hands. He's waiting, for in time he will reap a vast harvest among the rebellious. " (Unquote) It is now 24 years later and the SPIRIT OF GOD is giving Nancy-TONI (with JimREPHAEL confirming indirectly) the same kind of revelation. This told/tells me that what I was given to see in 1977 is before us now, this is the time when that harvest among the rebellious in the Church will begin. Again, I began to grasp another dimension of the awesome HOLY SPIRIT WITNESS of June 23 `0 for this is part of what was revealed and is near to beginning and coming to pass.

Commentary by C-J: There is a definite time reference in part of His Word, where JESUS said this, "THE EARTHQUAKES COMING WILL BE WIDE RANGING, SOME MINOR, SOME STRONG, SOME DEADLYAND FEW WILL BE UNAFFECTED AFTER

A TIME. JESUS' use of the word "TIME" can be understood to mean two years thus these events will unfold now until 2003. While I can see that JESUS may well be speaking of Spokane, it is equally possible He is speaking in much broader terms (North America).

The July 5, 2001 Interview On JESUS' leading (details in the main part of this Newsletter) I would send copies of the "RED HOT Prophetic Warning" to 20 selected Churches/Pastors in Spokane, and as usual I would also send copies of the same to News Media (TV, Radio and Newspapers). While I heard nothing from the 20 pastors, the day this mailing reached one journalist in Spokane he telephoned and came over for an interview the same day, July 5. That weekend he wrote an article about this Prophetic Warning which was published in the Sunday newspaper.

Earthquake vision & Jul y 14th It was during abiding time after prayer that the Lord began to speak to me saying: "WRITE AN UPDATE TO THE "RED HOT" PROPHETIC WARNING TODAY AND MAIL THIS TO CALIFORNIA TOMORROW. LOOK 40 MILES SOUTH OF MONTEREY HGLLISTER, CALIFORNIA." (I asked Jesus, "Lord, exactly 40 miles south? JESUS replied:) "FORTY MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST." Next, I saw an earthquake strike a

town, there was a river nearby to the south, a steel bridge spanned the river — the town crumbled into rubble, the steel bridge snapped like a twig and fell into the river. Then JESUS said, "IT WILL BE A MASSIVE EARTHQUAKE AND MANY WILL PERISH. JULY 14Tx"

REVELATION OVERLOAD I have learned over the years of working with JESUS' WORD that when you are near to a time when judgments can begin to surface that it is not unexpected that you will receive fresh revelation that is in no way connected with what you are looking at. One need be very careful and prayerful in discerning if the "fresh revelation" is or is not connected to what you are looking at (in this case the period of July 3-18, 2001 for California earthquakes).

While I perceived that the vision of the earthquake in California was close, I did not discern that it was tied directly to July 14, 2001. It was possible that July 14, 2001 might be the start of a long trail of events that could lead to this major earthquake, it might also be for another year.

We worked to locate the epicenter of this coming earthquake and published it in the report.

What was apparent once we had the approximate epicenter in view on the map (see Page 20) was that several California towns could suffer serious damage if a major quake struck there. These would be the towns of Coalinga, King City, Greenfield and Soledad.

I believe the city I saw leveled in the July 7, 2001 vision was Coalinga, California.

TWO WITNESSES moves to FOUR WITNESSES+ Alicia N. a Net of Prayer Pra y er Leader living in Santa Rosa, Cali ornia I was already typing out page 8 of the July 7 th Update when Alicia telephoned from California and talked with Nancy-TGNI. The story she shared is quite relevant to what we are looking at.

In sum, Alicia was contacted by a friend who is an intercessor and heard of two Prophetintercessors who live in Sonoma County, California. Alicia's friend knew she was part of the Net of Prayer and wanted to know if the Prophets of this Ministry had any like revelation. This is the story Alicia's friend gave her which was relayed to us.

(Quote Alicia) "On Thursday, July 5, 2001, two Christian ladies, Prophets/Intercessors were going to the Courthouse in Sonoma County, California when the Presence and fear of the Lord fell on them and they began to prophesy and pray. This is what the Lord spoke to and through then: "The Body of Christ has 10 days to make final choices to whom they will serve. GOD is going to unleash major judgments on the Bay area (San Francisco area) and all over California and the nation because the Church has not repented the way GOD has been calling us to do. " Alicia noted that Friday morning, July 6, 2001, Santa Rosa was shaken by a 3.7 Richter earthquake, the second in two weeks. But then she related that they have anywhere from 50 to 60 minor earthquakes a week in that area and hardly anyone takes notice of them anymore.

I reminded Alicia that when the Lord had me begin this Ministry work in 1974 that a 3.0 Richter earthquake in California was rare, today it is so common people ignore them. It's the old story of the frog in a pan of cool water that sits on a fire, slowly it heats up and cooks the frog without it being aware of what is happening.

Then Alicia noted that this friend who told her about the two women Prophets/Intercessors had been told by the Lord God to get ready for a major flood to hit the Russian River area.

She did prepare and was taken to higher ground and was safe when the flood hit weeks ago.

Now the Lord God has given her a dream of a major earthquake

to strike from Napa, California to Redding, California and to prepare. She is preparing.

(Unquote Alicia) TEN DAYS FROM JULY 5 = JULY 14/15, 2001 LOOKING FOR AN "INDICATOR" What JESUS gave Nancy-TONI pointed to July 13/14. What JESUS gave me pointed to July 14. What JESUS gave to these two women Prophet /Intercessors on July 5 t1' pointed to July 14/15, 2001.

What would next get my notice was JESUS' WORD to me 12 years ago, when He said, "...THE EARTHQUAKE WILL BE SET IN MOTION IN 10 DAYS PAST THE 5 r ".••" This Word told me that it would be set in motion , but not happen on that tenth day. In such a case we would be looking for some "indication" that things have been set in motion as opposed to some major event.

So what happened on July 14, 2001? Actually two different events come into view, but first let us look at the first date up for California July 3, 2001.

JULY 2-3, 2001 TRES PINGS, CALIFORNIA On July 2, 2001 Tres Pinos*, California had a 3.4 Richter, then a 4.1 Richter, then a 3.0 Richter, and a 3.8 Richter earthquake.

On July 3, 2001 Tres Pinos, California has a 4.0 Richter, 3.9 Richter, 3.0 Richter, 3.8 Richter, 3.0 Richter and 3.0 Richter earthquake *Note -Tres Pinos, California is east of Monterey and south of Hollister, California see USGS Map at the top of the next page that shows where these earthquakes struck.

ONE RESOLUTION: JULY 2nd can-point to SEPTEMBER 2nd It was a Holy Spirit insight in 1983 that gave me to understand that an event happening on July 2 nd can indicate what may comes 62 days later on September 2 nd • It might be seen that the minor quakes shaking Tres Pinos July 2° a are pointing to major events September this year.

The six Jul y 3 earthquakes at Tres Pinos are perceived as being the remnants of the Luc1ferian plan to trigger a major earthquake there on July 3, 2001. This is probably the site or location for the second major earthquake that would have been in the range of a 5.5 Richter to 6.5 Richter intensity except for the June 20" intervention `In The Spirit.'

By this time we were looking for ea rt hquake activity in Califo rn ia that stood out above the norm. Problem is that in Califo rn ia ea rt hquake activity is a daily thing just about everywhere, so clusters of slightly unusual quakes stand out to us. The ea rt hquakes at Tres Pinos, Califo rn ia were just enough above the "norm"to be noticed. More, a number of the Minist ry Prayer Leaders con fi rmed what we disce rn ed, that these were what we were looking for.

JULY 14 2001 - TWO EVENT LOCATIONS Mount Vernon, Washington had a 2.0 Richter earthquake on July 14, 2001.

Coso Junction, California (near Ridgecrest, California ) had a 4.0 Richter

earthquake and then eight 3.9 to 3.0 Richter quakes fo ll owing on July 14, 2001.

Then on

The 777+ earthquakes at Coso Junction, California had the seismologists a bit rattled as they went out of their way to calm concerns about magma movement. Coso Junction is only 120 miles south of Mammoth Lakes, the site of the ancient volcano that has been bulging the earth since 1979. Their concern? These earthquakes are known as "harmonic tremors"

which are caused by the movement of magma under and upwards from deep in the earth.

This told us that the Corma Spike is the driving force behind all this earthquake activity (Seattle and Spokane included) and that spells serious troubles down the road.

MOUNT VERNON, WASHINGTON? It was JESUS' WORD of 12 years ago that revealed a count of 10 days from the 5 t that would point to the start of troubles to hit Mount Vernon and Skagit Valley. That little 2.0 Richter earthquake on July 14 `h is "indication" that the earth beneath that area is moving and bigger things are not too far ahead.

The "Ifs" and Watching Section Hurricane September 26 -28 and Earthquake San Francisco Because we are in a direct parallel to the year 1989 (as well as 1977) this presents the "potential" of seeing the rest of JESUS' WORD of 1988 move to fulfillment. In 1988 JESUS gave me two dates, "OCTOBER 17 Th AND AGAIN OCTOBER 23 RD ". It was related to judgment and that was all JESUS told me in October of 1988. When the major earthquake struck San Francisco October 17, 1989, it was preceded by a major Hurricane ("Hugo") on September 19-22, 1989. We KNOW that there can be a repeat of what was seen in 1989 only now the Hurricane will show on/around September 26-28" before the next major earthquake hits San Francisco on October 23. I believe that this October 23" earthquake in San Francisco will precede a war in the Middle East/Persian Gulf, possibly the one JESUS revealed was coming in February of 1989. "If" we see a major Hurricane slam into the U.S. on/around September 25-28, 2001 don't be anywhere near San Francisco October 23, 2001. This is a definite possibility for this year and after years of wondering when the October 23" event would happen, it appears we may have a way of knowing when —but still, "If' the Hurricane shows.

It is also possible that we may see a major earthquake in Los Angeles BEFORE the San Francisco major quake — OR — it could be a major quake in San Francisco followed by a major quake in Los Angeles. This judgment pattern can run either way and the time from one to the other can be roughly 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 years.

JESUS' WORD to Chuck- JOHNEL July 8, 2001 JESUS addressed the issue of Church Decision, which is shared in full in the lead article of this Newsletter (main part), and at this time He required that we Prophetically STAND ASIDE at 3PM July 12, 2001 reflecting the Church system of man's decision concerning His Word, Mercy and Judgment.

JESUS also spoke of Spokane and said this: "

"I SENT YOU HERE TO SPOKANE IN 1979 TO ISSUE FINAL WARNINGS AND THEY WERE DECIDED THEN TO TURN FROM THE LIGHT AND EMBRACE THE DARKNESS OF SELF AND SATAN. SOME OF MY PEOPLE IN THIS CITY HAVE PRAYED FOR MY HELP AND MERCY AND SO WE SENT YOU HERE TO BE A HELP AND TO WITHSTAND THE WORST OF JUDGMENTS FOR A TIME AND A TIME AND NO MORE. YOU ARE HERE FOR THE SAKE OF THESE FEW AND TO BE A HELP AND COVER FOR THEM AGAINST WHAT IS COMING.

THE BLOOD IS ON THE HANDS OF THE PASTORS AND THEY WILL NOT ESCAPE WHAT THEY HAVE SOWN, THEY SHALL SURELY REAP NOT ONLY JUDGMENT BUT GOD'S WRATH. Vision given to Chuck-JOHNEL on July 12, 2001 THE LOS ANGELES EARTHQUAKE Chuck-JOHNEL notes: Jesus spoke to at about 4: 33 p.m. while I was waiting for a loaner car at Foothills Mazda (our car is in for S 1,060 in repairs today) and said, "HOLD STEADY JOHNEL. NOTHING THAT I HAVE SHOWN YOU SHALL FAIL. THIS IS THE END OF THE ROAD FOR AMERICA." EARTHQUAKE VISION: Moments later while resting my eyes (a long wait of 40 minutes) I began to see a vision of an earthquake hitting a city. At first I was unwilling to

I relaxed and yielded to the Spirit of God and saw the vision clearly. It was a major city, huge skyscrapers (I perceived this was/is Los Angeles) were in plain view. An earthquake was striking, first a massive upwards jolt, then violent side-by-side shaking, another massive upwards jolt and again very violent side-by-side shaking happened. In the process the huge skyscrapers were coming apart, whole sections of the sides of these towering buildings slipped away from the frame of the building and fell to earth, many partly crumbled. For anyone inside it would be like being inside a sling shot. That city was laid waste and would come to near total destruction, It came to mind that I was seeing the Los Angeles earthquake. This was very similar to the kind of vision Jesus gave me July 8`' of an earthquake in California that would destroy a town (Coalinga, I believe). There was no time frame given or assumed by me.

This is a whole new ball game! No question, standing aside has loosed the Los Angeles earthquake â&#x20AC;&#x201D; don't know when, but it's now on the way.

What JESUS has been saying with some consistency over the past weeks came to a conclusion today â&#x20AC;&#x201D;judgment is come, it is come in full measure without restraints. What we will see from now on will become obvious and apparent to even the dullest spirituallyminded person alive. End of report.

APOLOGY and GIVING UP THE COMMISSION On July 17, 2001 I wrote an open apology to everyone I mailed the Prophetic Warnings to this June and July, believing at that moment (incorrectly it turned out) that there would be no major earthquake (there wasn't but there were the Coso Junction earthquakes) in the July 3-18 period.

I simply took the position of admitting that I'd made a mistake in timing and eating some crow seemed appropriate. I also wanted to explore the possible reasons why my timing proved to be off. In exploring this I soon learned that Coso Junction, California had just suffered a major series of earthquakes (minor to moderate in strength) starting July 14- 18, 2001 - in the time frame I'd projected for. In reviewing the record of all the recent revelation I ran across my comment in the June 20, 2001 Newsletter where I had the view that due to the June 20 th `In The Spirit' battle that the July 3-18th earthquakes in California would either, "not happen or at the least would not be a mayor earthquake. " Twenty-two years ago JESUS gave me His Commission to work to understand the timing of judgment. In those past 22 years we have learned much about the dynamics of God's Judgments and His Timing as well as the Decision Power of His Church which is a

In the earlier years of this Ministry work in Christ JESUS readily gave me dates, times and places for judgments and these things happened. But what I encountered in those early years (1976-1978) was a surprising degree of resistance to God revealing timing. Many of His people and most of His Church leaders openly rejected timing, proved to be very hostile to revelations of timing and got even more violent when the things prophesied happened.

It was a bewildering experience for me as a young prophet. What JESUS would show me in a variety of ways was that the decision power of His Church was being applied to BIND revelations of God's timing. In essence they did not want to know and they proved to be accusatory when timing proved correct. It did not budge their unbelief because it was a willful unbelief.

It was in this time that JESUS began to tell me that He would NOT reveal the timing of major events but that He would show me lesser events and the timing of them. I have really understood all along that I have labored under a significant handicap where men have bound the revelation of timing in and out of their unbelief, disobedience and resistance to the Spirit of God. For the sake of those precious brethren who heed the warnings and prepare spiritually and physically I've been willing to press ahead in the face of a constant opposition and an open hostility. Further, because prayer or repentance and prayer could mitigate the judgments, timing proved an invaluable tool to motivate intercessors to press in to obtain God's mercy against judgments.

In this most recent endeavor (calling Church Leaders to decide) I discerned something disturbing â&#x20AC;&#x201D; many were using the projection for major earthquakes in California this July 3-18, 2001 as a litmus test for the validity of the prophesy. I clearly discerned (and it troubled me) that many were using the projection for earthquakes as a "sign" to believe God's Word or disbelieve His Word. In effect many wanted to not believe and they'd only get angry and accusatory when the quakes happened. Those who could change the outcome would not be fo rt hcoming, the warnings were falling on deaf ears. JESUS clarified the issue June 29"' when He said, "HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE OUTCOME IN REGARDS TO THE EARTHQUAKES THAT YOU HAVE WARNED ABOUT EVEN AS I HAVE MOVED YOU TO WARN ABOUT. THE ISSUE IS NOT WHAT HAPPENS, THE ISSUE IS HOW MY PEOPLE RESPOND TO MY WORD AND MY WARNING, THIS WILL BE THE DETERMINING FACTOR IN THE OUTCOME OF THINGS FOR THEM AND OTHERS." In this new light, having been required by the Church Decision (1985-2001) to stand aside, I am now praying to yield this commission to understand the timing of judgment back to God from Whom it came and leave it to Him to decide how I should proceed from now on.

I will also ask those on the mailing list for their preference/decision on the same matter.
