On Friday September 28, 2001 at 11:34AM we heard and felt (rather strongly) first a thunderous roar and then a sharp side by side shaking motion. This was different from the earlier quakes that were almost entirely upward jolts.

The USGS reports (see next page) that this earthquake registered at 2.8 Richter intensity.

Other seismic reports indicate it may have been a 2.9 Richter. The June 25" quake registered at 3.7 Richter. We felt at least five aftershocks (the USGS reports only 3 aftershocks).

From one report sent to us, these September 28 `h quakes were felt fairly widely across Spokane, but in many places others felt nothing at all.

The local Newspaper (Spokesman Review) did not report these earthquakes at all, so the USGS report is the only news item on these events. (comments continued ors Page 3)

DID YOU FEEL THAT SHAKING? (Continued from Cover Page) What I'm looking at now is JESUS' WORD of August 13, 1989 which we have understood pertained to this year 2001 since the June 25 `h Spokane earthquake hit.

When I wrote about this Word in the August 8, 2001 report* we were looking forward and trying to understand just what JESUS was referring to and working to anticipate just when these judgments would happen and what they would be. *Note - This is the "Revelations & Review of a Prophetic Warning for Spokane."

Now we are looking back at what happened since August 13, 2001 and I believe we had a fair grasp on what would happen.

JESUS told me on August 13, 1989 : "...THE PACE OF JUDGMENTS WILL QUICKEN AND COME IN SUDDEN SEVERE BLOWS...NOW IN A TIME NOT DISTANT PREPARE AGAIN TO ENDURE A SHAKING, AND IN THIS MOMENT THE FORMER IS PAST AND WHAT COMES IS WHAT YOU KNEW TO EXPECT. WATCH THE 19 TH FOR AN ENSIGN, YOU WILL SEE, YOU WILL KNOW THE MEANING. I WILL SPEAK TO YOU AGAIN." This is what I wrote in that August 8, 2001 report: (quote)

"First JESUS makes it clear that judgments will quicken and then come in sudden severe blows.

This signals a serious change in the pace of things, not only will judgments begin to come

quicker but that they will come suddenly (suggesting little or no warning) and will be severe. .....

Now JESUS essentially repeats what He said June]. 1989 qualifying this coming shaking to come, "IN A TIME NOT DISTANT." The implication is that it won't be long after August 13 `", the day He spoke of it. But again, He is not giving a specific timing.

What does JESUS mean by, "AND IN THIS MOMENT THE FORMER IS PAST AND WHAT COMES IS WHAT YOU KNEW TO EXPECT."?

The "FORMER" speaks to me of the farmer judgment period when we saw early evidences of His Word in events that tended to be non-lethal and non-destructive. This period would be past, meaning we would be entering a time when judgments would became increasingly more and more lethal and destructive. There is every indication that we are entering such a time now, (Unquote)

REVIEWING JESUS' WORD of August 13, 1989 (Continued) In this case we can begin to understand what JESUS was saying if we fit His Word into current events. There is an obvious "sequence" in His Word, so it can be seen in this light: "...THE PACE OF JUDGMENTS WILL QUICKEN AND COME IN SUDDEN SEVERE BLOWS." I understood JESUS to mean that these blows would come suddenly without wa rn ing, that they'd be severe and by severe I perceived that these events would be both lethal and

29 days after Ai gustt 13 , 2001 we come to September 11, 2001 -- a sudden and unexpected terrorist attack destroys the World Trade Center buildings complex in New York Ci ty, part of the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. and takes some 7,000 lives another

6,000+ injured.

Then JESUS goes on to sa y next, "....NOW IN A TIME NOT DISTANT

PREPARE TO ENDURE A SHAKING..."

Starting from Tuesday September 11 ; 2001 it is just 17 days later

to the

"shakings" of September 28, 2001 in Spokane, Washington.

Then JESUS says, "...AND IN THIS MOMENT THE FORMER IS PAST AND WHAT COMES IS WHAT YOU KNEW TO EXPECT..."

In my August 8, 2001 report I wrote about this pa rt of His Word stating: (Quote) "In 1989 1 expected to see majorjudgments and major earthquakes in the 6.0+ Richter category both locally and nationwide. In 1989 we did see a major earthquakes hit the U.S (San Francisco) but nothing happened locally. So this Word would pertain to "local events" more than national — which is to say "Spokane and/or Mount Vernon. "

"WATCH THE 19 TH FOR AN ENSIGN, YOU WILL SEE, YOU WILL KNOW THE MEANING. I WILL SPEAK TO YOU AGAIN." In this I would expect to see some "sign " (that is what ensign means) on the 19 `'' of August or the 19 of September or... This "ensign " should give me some idea of what to expect, maybe even when. It is impossible to say what it would be until it is seen and discerned as being the "ensign " JESUS spoke

of When Jesus said, "AGAIN TO ENDU RE A SHAKING" it is clear to me that He is referring to the first shaking* we endured, thus the next would likely take place in the same place (Spokane) — the "AGAIN" makes it clear to me today that He is speaking of Spokane.

REVIEWING JESUS' WORD of August 13, 1989 (Continued ) Not until we experienced the "shaking"on September 28, 2001 could we know with any certainty what 19 `x' JESUS was telling us to watch. It could have been August 19 ` '' but that date produced no discernable "ensign." It could have been September 19 tH and while that date proved of merit in the judgment sense there was no discernable "ensign" on that day.

In retrospect no 19 `h day was to be watched until we endured the "shaking" since that preceded the "WATCH THE I9 TH ' in His Word of August 13, 1989.

However, once we experienced the "shakings" in Spokane on September 28, 2001 we now know that, as JESUS said, "THE FORMER IS PAST" and that we are to watch for the 19 ` ^ next . The first 19th day up is October 19, 2001, then again November 19, 2001 and on until we see and know the meaning of what is there.

It is evident by what JESUS told me in His Word of August 13, 1989 that what is ahead of us after September 28, 2001 is going to be very different from what we have seen and experienced.

On Page 10 of the August S 2001 Report I ave JESUS' WORD of August 28 1989 where he said this : "EXPECT TO SEE 285. EARTHQUAKES WILL REEMERGE IN THIS LOCALE WITH INCREASING INTENSITY AND FREQUENCY. AGAIN, DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE WORMWOOD'S CAPACITY TO KILL."

"Lord, why do You state this again?"

"I BRING TO YOUR AWARENESS THAT WHAT IS COMING WILL BE DEADLY. MEN IN THIS VALLEY HAVE BEEN WARNED IN MANY WAYS, MANY TIMES. I asked JESUS,

JESUS replied,

.... YOU WILL FEEL THE SHAKINGS COMING, THE FACE OF THIS LAND WILL CHANGE AND CHANGE AGAIN UNTIL CHAOS AND FEAR REIGNS. EVEN MY PRECIOUS ONES WILL BE SHAKEN, SOME CONFUSED BUT I KEEP THEM AND PERMIT THIS TO CONVINCE THEM TO LEAVE.... YCU ARE WILLING TO LEAVE NOW ; BUT I KEEP YOU HERE FOR THE SAKE OF MY ELECT, MY LAMBS. SHOULD YOU LEAVE NOW, MANY OF MINE WOULD NOT ESCAPE AND BE CAUGHT IN DESTRUCTIONS." This WORD is up next as it followed His Word of August 13, 1989, and it was "this Word of the Lord" that had/has me concerned the most as it is evident that the earthquakes to come next will not only be much stronger but lethal and destructive.

REVIEWING JESUS' WORD of August 28. 1989 (Continued) "INCREASING INTENSITY AND FREQUENCY" will be the lots number 285 drawn in the Washington State Lottery.

At this point in time I perceive that JESUS' WORD of August 13, 1989 leads into JESUS' WORD of August 28, 1989 -- meaning that they are connected, one follows the other.

It may well happen that the 19 th refers to the date the lottery number 285 will be drawn. If that were to happen this October 19, 2001 it would tell me that the earthquakes JESUS speaks of on August 28, 1989 are about to re-emerge in Spokane (and elsewhere) and they would do so with increasing frequency and intensity. Of course that is a speculation on my part that #285 will be drawn this October 19 th nonetheless, much of what He has told me in years past is now falling into place.

When JESUS gave me His Word on August 13, 1989 (see Page 3) I KNEW it was the Lord's Word and not from me, and I thought that these things might happen then and there in 1989. They didn't.

I then understood that He was speaking of some time in the future but when? I didn't know but I did know that when the time came He would remind me to review His Word. He did so by His HOLY SPIRIT this 2001.

THERE IS NO REVEALED TIMING ONLY "ENSIGNS" JESUS' WORD of August 13 ` '' (Page 3) set that day of the month as a starting point in time that would lead to sudden severe judgment blows. JESUS specified that it would happen in a "time not distant" and we could safely assume He meant counting from August 13th.

Just 29 days later (less than a month after August 13th) the terrorists struck on September I I ts', on a day that JESUS years ago described as being a "terrible day", one He connected with "terror."

We now know that the 19 th Jesus spoke of is very likely going to be October 19, 2001. This

conclusion is easy since it would follow the "shaking" that did come this September 28, 2001. Some brethren might say that it is a "no brainer" at this point in time and I would not disagree.

Even so we have no timing in view for what is next. We know through His Word that bigger and more frequent earthquakes are ahead of all of us, but not when. We know to look for #285 in the lottery and that this is connected to the re-emergence of earthquakes in "this locale" (Spokane obviously). We don't know when but we do know that these things are not far ahead of us in time and that they are now coming fast and furious.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS UPDATE IS......

To keep you informed of the latest developments in Spokane itself. The local News Media failed to issue any kind of report about the earthquakes of September 28, 2001, so I was led to write this. There are a number of subtle features to JESUS' WORD, and since I grasp some of His subtle comments I'm sharing what I see and understand.

The `big purpose" of this update is the awareness that we are now heading into a time of very serious trouble locally and nationwide. It is no longer a matter of speculation or making projections to see where we are at in the bigger picture — we now see where we are at and where we are going. It is going to get very serious and then even more serious as ti me passes. Just keep in mind that this July 12, 2001 JESUS told me plainly that this is the "END OF THE ROAD FOR AMERICA."

In the September 12, 2001 "PROPHETIC ALERT & ADVISORY" which was sent to you, I made the following projection ( see page 12): (Quote) "This same day (September 6, 2001) evidence surfaced of demonic intent to trigger an earthquake in the Pacific Northwest that would range from 4.5 to 5.5 Richter intensity.

Such an earthquake could happen anywhere from ...September 10 to October 2, 2001.

(Unquote) I also made the general note that earthquakes of that magnitude were not likely to strike the Pacific Northwest areas this 2001. In fact I wrote in the September 12, 2001 Report on page 13 as follows: (Quote) "What can happen? Again, I perceive that JESUS' WORD of August 13, 1989 indicates another trenzblor as the one experienced in Spokane on June 25,

2001 - a "shaking" but not a "knocking down. " ( Unquote) The 2.8 Richter earthquake that struck September 28, 2001 affirmed my understanding that "major quakes" were highly unlikely at this time. It also confirmed that the timing I had in view on September 12, 2001 for quakes in the September 19 to October 2 period was also correct.

But ONCE the September 28, 2001 "shakings" happened, it is evident in JESUS' Word that what will now follow will be more earthquakes, stronger earthquakes, lethal and destructive earthquakes.

Lastly, we are now watching to see if an "ensign" will appear on the 19 th of October and we are watching for #285 in the lottery—which would signal the soon to come earthquakes of greater intensity and frequency.

THE LOS ANGELES LARGER QUAKE So far no "larger quake" in Los Angeles and we are well past one possible time count of 14 days from the wa rn ing tremor of September 9, 2001 to the larger quake projected for September 23, 2001.

However, I also projected a time back that the second round of ea rt hquakes to come in Spokane would surface in the August 19 `1'to August 27 th period. The September 28 `s quakes in Spokane surfaced a full month later.

There is some insight to understand that "standing aside" may have thrown timing off by a month. If this is the case, then a major or at least a "larger ea rt hquake" can surface in Los Angeles around October 23/24, 2001.

It is also possible that the 4.2 Richter earthquake of September 9, 2041 under Los Angeles was NOT the tremor JESUS told Nancy-TONI about in May of 2000.

THE CORMA SPIKE September 25, 2001 to October 7, 2001 focus on October 5, 2001 ***BISHOP, CALIFORNIA*** We are coming up on the second 220 days (440 th day) from the July, 2000 Corma Spike event some 430 miles deep in the ea rt h.

This next event, following the Seattle 6.8 Richter earthquake this February 28, 2001 (22Q`h day), may be significant or may be minor or may not show at all.

Revelation points to Bishop, Califo rn ia as the site of this Corma Spike effect, which could be a major devastating ea rt hquake (7.1+ Richter intensity) or a minor shaker hardly worth reporting.

A lot depends on what actually happens or does not happen.

A minor earthquake on say October 5 th in the Bishop or Mammoth Lakes areas of Califo rn ia would suggest to me that corma spike pressures are weakened. That would tell me that serious troubles in the earth on the west coast are a time away (a year or more).

That would be good news.

The letter I mailed to President Bush (as reported in the September Newsletter) was delivered at the White House on September 24, 2001 (see Post Office delivery confirmation above).

According to law, the Secret Service has to investigate this kind of letter within two weeks of having received it. I would expect they'd send to F.B.I. to do a basic check on me, then follow with a visit themselves. This is what happened in 1981. Should hear from the Secret Se rv ice by October 8, 2001 latest. Praying to be ready to respond as Jesus wants me to respond. Closing comments on Page 10 (sec over).

JESUS' MOST RECENT WORD ABOUT SPOKANE

On September 25. 2001 JESUS spoke to me about being His counsel to President Bush at which time I asked the Lord a few other questions. This is what JESUS said: I asked, "Lord JESUS, what about a tremor in Spokane this year? JESUS replied, "WATCH AND WAIT. NOTHING OF WHAT I HAVE TOLD YOU WILL FAIL JOHNEL." I then asked, "Lord JESUS, have we prepared as we ought? " JESUS replied, "YES JOHNEL, NOTHING MORE NEED BE DONE AT THIS TIME, AGAIN, ABIDE IN ME....YIELD TO MY SPIRIT AND I WILL KEEP YOU IN EVERY WAY. AGAIN, ABIDE IN ME." Comment: Three days later Spokane was shaking from the tremors!

JESUS' WORD of August 13, 1989 — Something Obvious "...THE PACE OF JUDGMENTS WILL QUICKEN AND COME IN SUDDEN SEVERE BLOWS."

Then review part of JESUS' WORD of July 8, 2001 where He said, "...STRIKE THE EARTH SEVEN TIMES, SEVEN BLOWS FOR SEVEN JUDGMENTS TO COME IN QUICK SUCCESSION. THIS 1S NOT SEVEN YEARS BUT SEVEN EVENTS AS LOOSED BY THE CHURCH..."

JESUS does not use certain terms loosely and the use of "BLOWS" is both distinct and to be noticed. I now recognize that the three (or four) airplanes hijacked by the terrorists may well represent three or four of the seven blows JESUS spoke of In the last Newsletter I did not discern that seven buildings collapsing in New York as equaling seven blows and so I tended to see the attack as part of one plan thus one blow.

But here I see in His Word of 1989 a reference to BLOWS, plural not singular. At the least, we have seen THREE BLOWS (one plane slamming into each tower of the W.T.G. and one plane slamming into the Pentagon.) One might consider the fourth hijacked plane as the fourth blow - but I'm not certain of that. This means that we are facing another three to four blows or event more to come — of undisclosed nature.
