SEALIN TINY STAR ___ NOVEMBER 2003 REPORT Written by: Chuck-JOHNEL

Actually there is a Prophetic connection between the Seal of the Living God and the Tiny Star - JESUS frequently spoke of both the Sealed and the TINY STAR at the same time.

Those Sealed would not have so much as a hair of their hair singed by the TINY STAR, they'd be immune to the power of that fiery object - JESUS said so and more than one time.

Chanda's Experience It started in early September when John-PHILLIP of Texas telephoned asking for prayer for his daughter, Chanda, who was hospitalized following being struck down by a stroke.

Nancy-TONI wrote a special prayer for Chanda and sent it out to the Special Net of Prayer group of intercessors that have volunteered to pray for those who were ill or faced troubles.

This was the prayer Nancy-TONI wrote on September 16, 2003: John-PHILLIP and his daughter Chanda - we pray to lift up to You, Heavenly Father, Chanda and commit her life into Your hands. We p ray that Your will be done

and that she walk in Your victory. We pray that any attack of the enemy will not prosper and that the doctors be given the correct diagnosis to aid in her recovery all to Your glory, honor and praise.

We also pray for her son, Luke, John-PHILLIP (her father) and his w fe - that You strengthen them by Your Spirit and give them peace and understanding to come through this time and walk in Your victory in their lives.

There are over 49 NOP Intercessors who make-up the special needs prayer group - they know who they are and this is mentioned for their sakes, to edify and encourage them to press on in their prayers.

On September I9, 2003 : John-PHILLIP communicated with us indicating that Chanda had received 7 blood transfusions and had a pacemaker inserted into her heart in surgery. The doctors were amazed and said that it was a "miracle from God" that Chanda was alive. The doctors stated that they have never seen anyone live with the severe conditions she came

Chanda is 28 years old and has an 8 year old son (Luke). Chanda had died and the paramedics brought her back so she came to the hospital unconscious and was on a respirator when we wrote asking for prayer. The doctors also indicated that Chanda was brain damaged from the stroke. The situation was as serious as it gets.

Chanda had been Sealed in Houston when I came through on the Prophecy Club Tour in 1999.

Crisis deepens September 21. 2003: This day John-PHILLIP writes us (Quote) "Please keep praying for my 28 year old daughter, Chanda. The doctors called this morning and wanted to remove her from life support. They claim that her brain has stopped functioning, that she is brain dead and they want to let her die. I refuse to believe the bad report and do not accept this report and believe that she is healed by Jesus. Jesus gave me Mark 5: 35-43.

Please pray that Chanda will wake up soon and be able to come home soon. Thank you for your prayers and God bless you all. " (Unquote)

Chuck - JOHNEL sees "In The Spirit" After reading John-PHILLIP's letter I took some time to pray and was in the heavens the next instant. I "knew" that Chanda was dead and in heaven. The doctor's report was accurate. My prayer was simple, I asked Jesus to return Chanda to her family if that was in His Will. I did not know if it was her time or not and had no insight beyond knowing that she was gone and in heaven. Past praying briefly that Chanda be sent back. I shared this with Nancy-TONI but decided to say nothing of what I knew to John-PHILLIP.

September 27, 2403 Update on Chanda: John-PHILLIP writes (Quote) "Thank you for all of your prayers. Chanda is doing much better... The story below is a report from a dear friend and I could not say it better. " My friend Chanda woke up from a coma today (it has been about 3 weeks now)!!

They did a test on Sunday and told her parents that she had no brain activity. None of us accepted that report! We have been praying and praying and today she

woke-up and they took her off the respirator and she is talking to her parents! This truly is a miracle. There is no other way to explain it all. I am so excited and thank you so much for your prayers! She is still really weak and so please keep praying for her. Thanks so much!! Phil 4: 13. She is in Physical Therapy and is getting stronger every day so please keep praying for her. She has told me she was in heaven and spoke with my dad (her ding-daddy as she used to call him) and my uncle Reverend W.K. Sisk Jr. who went to heaven about 12 years ago. She has much more to tell about heaven and will tell me all about it when she is stronger. Please keep praying and God bless all of you.

Greetings in Jesus' name. I got your phone call and I would really like CHANDA to talk to you on the phone soon. I can tell you a little of what happened. When CHANDA died on nzy bed, I started CPR immediately. I had a vision in my head, not with my eyes.

I can not explain it other than it was like a photograph or very short movie appeared in my brain and Isaw my dad wave his hand toward CHANDA (the way a traffic cop would wave a car to stop) and say "she had to go back, it was not her time ". The firemen had arrived by then and they were shocking her and tried to call the time twice, (time of death) but I said no! And after about ten minutes and shocking her about three more times they got a weak pulse. The Lord kept telling me in my Spirit, "She cannot die now, she has been sealed and she has ajob to do and so do you". I then felt a peace even though we were all in a turmoil as we followed the ambulance to the hospital. CHANDA kept flat lining, (where your heart would stop) and they had to put her in a coma. After about a week they re-transferred her in her coma state to another hospital and they gave her a pacemaker.

They kept changing her medicines since her blood count kept dropping and they had to give her more blood. After about two months they transferred her to another hospital for rehabilitation of physical therapy and now she has been home for about three days and is doing great.

CHANDA isjusi now starting to talk about her experience. She said she saw my dad in a blue, 7D's style button-up shirt and black pants. They were standing in a mist but she could see the floor. The floor was like glass and she could also see my dad's brother, Uncle "Dub" (short for I'9 in the background, (he was singing a nursery rhyme that he used to sing to her when she was a little girl). She said she saw a giant golden gate across a gap with brilliant light coming from inside the city. She said there were other ways to enter the city, including a giant staircase. My dad put up his hand and told CHANDA that

October 2 8, 2003 Letter from John-PHILLIP (Quote continued) she could not enter the gates and that it was not her time and that she has been sealed and that she had to go back and that she had ajob to do. (She has had visions the last few days of terrible destruction here in the USA and is not ready to talk about it, however, she said she saw nuclear bombs going off.)

This is a brief synopsis but I am sure CHANDA will want to tell you herself and that she can go into more detail. She did say that there were two angels (one on each side of her) that escorted her to my dad and then they disappeared.

There are a lot of other things happening and I need to find a "desert" to wait on Jesus and find out what He wants me to do. I have seen myself as an older man with a long, white beard and Ion, white hair holding my staff and Jam standing on what appears to be the 5 or 6th floor of a bombed out building and I can see a war raging across the city, (don 't recognize the city), all of the buildings look like the World Trade Center ruins and people are fighting (like two armies). Please continue to pray for us. My mom is fighting cancer and Chanda 's husband has finally disappeared (he was very abusive and full of demons, one was named "Murder') I have sealed several people but they always ask me questions that I need you to answer forme. Please know that I was commissioned and that is how the seal is passed on, but who sealed you? Was it Jesus or an Angel. I know the Angel in Ezekiel had a writer's inkhorn on his side. Please let me know so I can explain to those who want to be sealed.

We love you guys, God Bless, John-PHILLIP (Unquote) RESPONSE by Chuck-JOHNEL: I was anointed of God and Commissioned by Jesus to initiate the Seal of the Living God. As I Seal a person an Angel of the Lord Seals them `In The Spirit' at the same time, so it is with all who are commissioned to Seal. Actually, it was not an Angel but a man who was clothed with linen and had the inkhorn by his side (Ezekiel 9: 1-2).

Talking with Chanda October 30, 2003: John-PHILLIP telephoned me and got through at which time Chanda got on the phone to tell me more of her experience.

Chanda told me that she had no memory of her heart stopping, which is not unusual for we have no sense of dying and as I've often said, the only real pain is in living in this world. rst drifted, floated and found myself Chanda related, (Quote) "The day I passed away Ifirst walking in a misty place. Up ahead was a Giant Golden Gate, the ground beneath my feet was like translucent glass. Walking towards me was the image of a man who greeted me, my grandpa who passed away when I was only 2 years old and then another man who was my dad's uncle, my grand uncle, a Preacher who sang, "It is not your time, you are Sealed, go back". My grandpa also said, "You have been Sealed, it is not your time."

Behind both of them was a real bright Light. "

Chanda told me that she was slowly getting her memory back and was having flashbacks of her heavenly experience. I prayed with Chanda and went back to work.

Chuck- JOHNEL Commentar y : I perceive that the "mist" Chanda found herself in is the same I was in years ago which proved to be a very misty area around the base of the Mountain of God in Heaven, which also has a stairway that leads up to the Mount of the Most High God, the Throne seat of Father God. The "real bright Light" was most likely Jesus Christ Himself. Chanda's experience was very real and I can confirm some of the things she saw as I've seen some of the same and lastly, I knew well before that she was in heaven as the Lord Jesus gave me to know this when I prayed for her. Thus I serve as His Prophet confirming her experience as being real.

JESUS' WORD to Chuck-JOHNEL on January 7, 2003

I had an inclination and interest to read Ezekiel Chapter 10: 2* concerning the "fire" and while pondering this JESUS spoke to me at 8:14 AM saying: "IT IS NOT YET TIME TO FILL YOUR HANDS WITH FIRE, THERE IS A FINAL DECISION TO BE MADE AND YOU WILL CALL THE 9 MINISTERS TO PRAY ABOUT THE TINY STAR, EVEN THE SAME AS IN 1991, BUT NOT ALL. THAT FINAL DECISION SETS THE STAGE FOR THE JUDGMENTS. I WILL LEAD YOU THEN. ABIDE." [Note - Nancy-TONI discerns the "Fire" of Ezekiel 10 is the TINY STAR (likely the broken asteroid).] *Note: Ezekiel 10: 2 reads: "And He spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, even under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight."

WRITE PRESIDENT BUSH IN THE NEXT FIVE DAYS - ADDRESS REVELATIONS CONCERNING STATE DEPARTMENT, CIA TROUBLES. HE WILL NOT RESPOND BUT SOMEONE NEAR TO HIM WILL SEE THIS LETTER..." `Note - In 1991 JESUS had me select TEN Church Leaders but take one as the Lord's tithe, meaning this church leader would not be asked to decide and was representative of the 10% portion of the church body that will be spared in the judgments. Thus the Lord JESUS had me pick four church leaders from Spokane this 2003 and to select three of the four to ask to decide about repenting/praying concerning the TINY STAR. I wrote-the letter from November 3-6, 2003 and mailed it on November 6, 2003. JESUS revealed that the deadline for a response is November 26, 2003.

Tiny Star decision DEADLINE by the Nine Church Leaders

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2003 JESUS also revealed that if "One Church Leader" responds positively (repents/prays and call for repentance and prayer) it would defer the TINY STAR one year, if "Two Church Leaders" responded positively then two years deferment. If all 9 responded positively the TINY STAR would be cancelled.

On January 7, 2003 JESUS made it clear that this decision is conclusive, saying:

"THAT FINAL DECISION SETS THE STAGE FOR THE JUDGMENTS." I understand that the full fury of judgments has been deferred or contained because of this final decision waiting in the wings. Also because of a mercy time to write new prayers.

JESUS' WORD to Chuck-JOHNEL on Wednesday November 5, 2003 2PM. Here JESUS was addressing the issue of the 9 Church Leaders and their decision concerning the Tiny Stars and He spelled out the effect their decisions would have on the general judgments loosed in 2001. "...HOWEVER, UNDERSTAND THAT THEIR DECISION DETERMINES THE TINY STAR JUDGMENTS AND HAS NO EFFECT ON THE JUDGMENTS LOOSED IN 2001. THESE ARE PARTLY RESTRAINED BY THE FACT THAT THIS TINY STAR DECISION NEED BE MADE, BUT YEA OR NAY THE JUDGMENT WILL MOVE AHEAD ONCE THEIR DECISION IS MADE, EVEN AS I TOLD YOU IN 1989."

THE WORK AHEAD OF U Knowing the general disposition of church leaders about Jesus' Word and how they respond to His Word I need be more prepared for 9 "no" decisions than 9 "yes" decisions (though I'd welcome being surprised). But let us say that we reach November 26 th and it is 9 "no's" - what then?

I will wait on the Lord and not presume to do anything until He tells me to do or not do.

However, I'm very aware that I have the anointing and authority in Christ to move In The Spirit' and to go between the wheels, even under the cherub and to fill my hand with coals of fire and then to scatter them over the city which I perceive would represent the United States in greater measure. This action would represent the decision of church leaders to loose the TINY STAR on the earth just as "STANDING ASIDE" July of 2001 represented the church leader decisions to reject Jesus' call to repentance and prayer - and that loosed judgment which began with September 11, 2001 as we anticipated.

Also JESUS told me years ago that He would arrange to have the book (JESUS, HIS ANGEL AND ME) published and that from the time of publication we would have one year to find 1,000 Christian intercessors who would devote themselves to prayer by faith to withstand the TINY STAR 91 (the Comet).

We have been praying about the TINY STAR for years but that prayer has two dimensions.

The church leaders have authority to "loose" or "bind" one TINY STAR (the broken asteroid) and also the TINY STAR 91 (the comet). If they "loose" we may find the 1,000 to stop the TINY STAR 91 but NOT the broken asteroid - we can only gain mercy through prayer and lessen loss of life when it hits the earth but we cannot stop it.

This is a depiction of the two TINY STARS (the fiery globe at bottom is known as "TINY STAR 91') that are drifting through space on a collision course with earth. They are roughly proportional to each other, but only "roughly".

The asteroid (top sketch) was shattered into bits when struck by another asteroid (in answer to NOP prayers years ago) - the debris field is 12 miles in length and the smaller chunks shown here are the size of football fields. The three main hunks of rock are huge, any of these could destroy a nation the size of France. These will hit the earth over an S day period starting with impacts in Europe then ranging from there across the Atlantic to the U.S. (East to West coast). When I first saw this huge asteroid it looked coal black, dull and hardly reflecting light which tells me it will not be seen until it is on us.

The COMET (bottom sketch) is about 7 .-8 miles across, consisting of a congealed mass of rock, ore and ice which is blended with many different gases. This is a highly volatile chunk of frozen space debris. This is the one we will stop when we find the 1,000 intercessors - it would set mankind back to the dark ages killing off most of man and leaving the earth a desolate wilderness for generations to come.
