threat in sight nor one discerned coming! This quiet `In The Spirit' lasted the whole 21 days and from initial reports from the next Battle Group that took the next 21 day shift on line `In The Spirit' it is equally quiet, non-eventful - no attacks, not even probes by demon forces.

This is wholly different from the first 21 days `on line' where we faced demon attacks and probes daily and sometimes several each day - the enemy was active, intense and testing our resolve to hold the line, In this time JESUS repeatedly told me that enemy activity outside of the Elect Hedge was outside of our commission and we could neither intervene nor would He reveal anything about it. We could (and did) observe but could not get a definite insight into what the enemy was up to.

Example: Having the Mind of Christ we recognized that we were in another parallel to the year 1989 and that told us that we could see an earth event on October 23, 2002. I perceived that it would likely hit the west coast (I believed California would be hit), that it would be an earthquake ranging from 6.5 to 7.5 Richter intensity. Because the two storms (Tropical Storm ISIDORE and Hurricane LILJ) were harmless and non-lethal I perceived that this earthquake would follow suit and be harmless, non-lethal. This I understood by drawing on the Mind of Christ and working to put into every terms what I knew by the Spirit of God. On October 23, 2002 ALASKA was struck by a 6.7 Richter earthquake . It was felt widely but did no damage nor was anyone hurt.

The point? We could know much aboutwhat was going to happen based on what JESUS had told us years ago and combined with current developments we found that while we had much in focus, we did not really know "Where" this quake would hit. In the next round we figured that an earthquake or volcanic event would strike anywhere from October 2831 st and range between a 7.5 to 8.5 Richter intensity (if an earthquake) - again I believed California would be hit.

On November 3 2002 ALASKA. was struck b ya 7.9 Richter cake - wrong on "where" again, and this time off on "when" by 3 days. Had the Richter intensity range and it was an earthquake (though I leaned to a volcanic event).

While I discerned that something "nasty" was coming, something that would take lives and be highly destructive, even so the picture I was getting was foggy, becoming less distinct and not clearer as things developed.

Then on November 7` h , while `In The Spirit' I discerned that the enemy was "out there" (out of our sight) doing something, and that some kind of storm of judgment was coming.

JESUS then spoke to me as I tried to discern what was up and said, "THE ENEMY IS POISED TO STRIKE." Next day a massive storm system slammed in California and hit San Francisco real hard and two days later 70 tornadoes struck a stretch of 1,000 miles of the U.S., killing 35, injuring hundreds and destroying in 5 U.S. States (a total of 8 states were hit but only five saw a loss of life).Richard-DANIEL and Adele-SARAH had prayed

their home to be safe from enemy attacks. The fierce storm swept into Ohio but literally jumped over their home and area and did no damage nor took any lives in their zone of claimed protection.

On November ii. 2002 while moving In The Spirit' the Elect GAP is free and clear, I see all of us (Intercessors and Angels) standing at the ready in a great battle line but no sight of the enemy. It is a beautiful quiet and a peaceful calm but it is also a bit boring. I'm curious and ask JESUS what is going on? JESUS' Angel replies saying: THEY TRIED ALL THREE BATTLE GROUPS AND FOUND NO OPENINGS, NO HOLE, NOTHING THEY COULD EXPLOIT. THEY HAVE GIVEN UP AND MOVED ON TO MORE LUCRATIVE ENDEAVORS, TO AREAS WHERE THEY CAN MAKE HEADWAY AND DO THEIR EVIL INTENT."

On November 14, 2002 I asked JESUS what the heading for this November Newsletter ought be, as He has had me keep the first 5 pages open. JESUS replied saying, "IT WILL BE OBVIOUS BY SUNDAY." (Sunday, November 17th) On Saturday, November 16, 2002 while Nancy-TONI and I were having a meal, JESUS' Angel made its presence known and with it a multitude of others gathered around us - huge numbers of warring Angels of God. The Angel said, "We are assigned to be with you until the completion of this coming Prophetic Mission." `How many are you?' I asked and the Angel replied: "100,000." Now Nancy-TONI, Richard-DANIEL and I each have 48,000 Angels assigned to us (144,000)-so why the 100,000? Then it dawned on me, that in this Prayer Operation we have assigned our Angels to work with the Net of Prayer in this Prayer Operation.

Sunday. November 17, 2002: Nancy-TONI and I were eating breakfast and chatting about

a variety of Ministry issues. Pondering all we have seen and experienced in this Prayer Operation it suddenly dawned on me (revelatory insight) that we have been separated from all the others in this nation who have rejected JESUS' Word and warning of coming judgment. Richard-DANIEL's experience with the November 10 t" storm was that it "passed over." He and his household had been separated. Others were slammed, some perished, homes were demolished and lives were wiped out.

Nancy-TONI commented that she has been discerning in the last few days that the Word she got from the Lord in 1994 pertains to this time, a time of separation. That was it, what the Lord had told us years ago was right in front of us now, it was becoming a manifest reality.

In July 5, 1994 the Newsletter headline was, "THE FAMINE OF MY WORD HAS BEGUN" (lead article written by Nancy-TONI). In this JESUS told Nancy-TONI on July 3, 1994, "THIS IS THE WORD GOD THE FATHER WOULD HAVE YOU GIVE MY PEOPLE WITHIN THE CHURCH SYSTEM OF MAN, `COME OUR OF HER, MY

What we have been doing in these prayer operations since 2001 is to clearly separate us (the Elect, Sealed, Faithful-Obedient, Tithe of the Church system of man, and the Innocent children of God) from the Church Decision of 2001 to reject Christ and embrace Hell and Death.

The demon activity we have seen this year in the first part of this Prayer Operation, "AS THE LORD COMMANDED ME", aimed to draw us into the judgments they can bring on all the rest of the church that has rejected Jesus.

Looking back I remember JESUS' Word to me on October 13, 1988 when He said this, "...THE EXTENT TO WHICH MY CHURCH REJECTS MY WORD REVEALS THE EXTENT OF WORMWOOD'S CONTROL IN MY CHURCH, SOMETHING IT KNOWS AND NOW YOU WILL KNOW....... OCTOBER 17 T " AND AGAIN OCTOBER 23 RD , WILL BE NULL AND VOIDED BY ME ACCORDING TO MY CHURCHES DECISION...ALL THE PRAYER OFFERED UP IN MY NAME GOES FOR SOMETHING NEW, SOMETHING I HAVE YET TO SHOW YOU AND IS PART OF PARTING ALL MY FAITHFUL OBEDIENT ONES FROM THE DISOBEDIENT AND REBELLIOUS."

Here is where the Lord JESUS first spoke to me about "parting" or "separation" and it was connected with the dates of October 17` x ' and October 23 rd (we have just had a major earthquake on October 23, 2002). Again, JESUS makes it clear that the extent to which the minions of hell will have control in His Church depends on the decision to accept or reject His Word, Today, through this current Prayer Operation, the Lord is having us "separate our self" from the disobedient and rebellious. We wrote this "Sniper prayer" on October 11 `'' and got it in the mail with the September/October Newsletter on October 15 th and October 16 th — this Newsletter was delivered to most on our mailing list by October 18" (some sooner) - and in just 6 days of prayer the sniper gave himself away and, once his name and photo was given to the public, he was found by a citizen and apprehended by police about an hour later.

Our prayer: "FATHER GOD... intervene by Your HOLY SPIRIT to blind this

sniper in Maryland to where they make serious mistakes that will result in their apprehension..."

John Allen Muhammad and his cohort-murderer Lee Malvo telephoned the police demanding S 10 million and asking that the Police put that sum of money on a stolen credit card - one taken in a fatal robbery in Montgomery, Alabama this September 21, 2002.

THANK YOU FATHER FOR ANSWERED PRAYER!!!(Cont'cL) Apparently Lee Malvo left behind a spent ammo clip with his fingerprints on (DNA also) at the Alabama liquor store (they killed one woman, badly wounded another). When the FBI connected the snipers to this crime, they checked INS and found a match for the fingerprints and came up with Lee Malvo which connected then to John Muhammad in Tacoma, Washington.

This rampage of murder by this Moslem America-hater got national attention October 2, 2002 but we now know that they started by murdering a woman in Tacoma, Washington much sooner. They murdered in Alabama, Baton Rouge, Louisiana and in Maryland even before it reached national news. At this point they attribute 14 murders and five seriously wounded to these Moslem murderers.

I' m doing something that the news media won't do — I'm identifying the murderers as being Moslems which is exactly what they are.

Lee Malvo: sniper, murderer, and Illegal Alien This is only part of the outrage but it is a perfect example of the wide open border policy that has allowed 15 million illegal aliens to flood into our nation and many of them (not all) with violent criminal records, as well as many sick (with communicable diseases) who are killing Americans one way or another at an accelerating rate.

Malvo was arrested by the Border Patrol in January of 2002 and he and his mother confessed to being stowaways (according to federal law stowaways are to be deported immediately without hearing).

Lee Malvo, a Jamaican citizen, 16 years old, with no job, no adult supervision (his mother abandoned him), no money, no family, no place to live was RELEASED by the INS* on his own recognizance and his promise to appear for a hearing January, 2003. Drifting, this 16-year-old illegal alien from Jamaica hooked up with John Muhammad who taught him the fine points of Islam and how to aim and to murder. *Note - INS = Immigration and Naturalization Service This reminds me of the illegal alien released by a judge in California on his promise to turn himself over for deportation later - a man with a violent criminal record (in Mexico) who would, shortly after being released on his "own recognizance", attack two Roman Catholic Nuns, beating and raping, then killing one. Or what about the three illegal aliens who robbed a bank in Omaha, Nebraska recently, who in the first 42 seconds shot to death 5 people in the bank and wounded others. There are other horror stories — too many to relate and besides I don't want to review the vileness of these illegal aliens killing our nation.

Political Correctness is killing us - literally!!!

In watching the TV news commentaries, I listened to one "profiler" after another who was either retired police or retired FBI or psychologists or psychiatrists or other "experts" who blabbed on and on about the kind of person this sniper was. First off, what was obvious to me from the start on pondering the sniper's behavior was that he was not alone.

But "who" he was was a mystery. I suspected that he was Moslem, possibly an Al Qacda

terrorist, because he was behaving like a terrorist. But I didn't know.

The first comments by police suggested that it might be "militia" or "white supremacist" and then they stated, "but he can 't be a terrorist. " They made no sense!

First off, true militia consist of locals who will form to defend the community - running around killing people is not what they do or who they are. And while I suppose a murderous "white supremacist" might run around killing those they don't like — this sniper was shooting everyone, men, white, black, brown, women and children - not something a "white supremacist" would do.

The only motive apparent to me for these killings was to cause a reign of terror in the Washington, DC area - the nation's Capitol. That told me that the killers were Moslems and if not foreign, then homegrown - either way, they were terrorists.

This Moslem Murderer cleared 7-8 Roadblocks - never checked I learned that John Muhammad, with Lee Malve, drove though 7-8 roadblocks and was cleared each time because they were black (the car carrying the killing rifle was not searched).

I remember watching TV news coverage of the police roadblocks where they opened the doors of every van, every car with white's in them, searching for weapons — but it was "politically incorrect" to search a black man's car (although several eye witnesses identified the shooters as being brown skinned).

The Moslem Snipers NEVER shot a Moslem One News commentator made this simple point - that everyone who was shot and killed or wounded was non-Moslem. That is not coincidental.

The many TV profilers agreed that the sniper was a white male, 20-30 years old, married with a family and had a regular job who is bored with life. He was NOT a terrorist. He was not a marksman (the experts said that anyone could hit people with that kind of weapon).

The man who was the key sniper is a 4I-year-old black man, a Persian Gulf War veteran, divorced, unemployed, who was an expert marksman in the U.S. Army, and a Moslem convert who agreed with the Al Qaeda terrorists who attacked us September 11, 2001 they hated America as he did.

NONE of the TV profilers were correct, they were not even close - they missed by a million miles.

Why? It was politically incorrect to suggest that the sniper might be a Moslem (can't say that) and it was politically incorrect to state that most witnesses saw "brown skinned men" leaving the scene. The police then stated that the snipers were NOT black. They continued to look for white men as snipers and it was this predisposition (political correctness) that blinded them to the actual killer. That's how he slipped through 7-8 roadblocks.

Interestingly, we watched a report on Fox TV News a few nights back that stated the guidelines given to regular media reporters by the people running them state specifically that if the killer or criminal is a Moslem, that they are to write/say, "Gunman" "Militia" or "Radical" but not to use the term "Moslem" or "Islam".

This is a commentary by Joseph Farah of WorldNet Daily in his column entitled, "Between The Lines", his article of October 25, 2002 entitled: "Surprise! A Moslem is arrested" (Quote) "How do I put this delicately? Am I surprised that a Muslim was arrested for questioning in the D.C. sniper case?

In fact, hours before the arrest of John Muhammad, I told WorldNet Daily editors that I believed authorities were only withholding the name of the wanted man "because it must be Muhammad. " I even got the name right.

For three weeks, the government, the police, the FBI and most of the media have ignored the strong likelihood ofa connection between the assassinations in Maryland, Virginia and Washington and Islamic terrorism.

In fact, I know of only one news agency that has vigorously pursued this angle from the beginning: WorldNetDaily.

I don 't think so. It is simply that WorldNetDaily, unlike many of our colleagues in the media, are not afraid of the truth. We don 't hide from it. We don't pretend the truth is a lie and vice versa. We don 't allow political correctness to overcome common sense.

And that's all it really took to see a link between this heinous string of killings and Islamic terrorism - common sense.

Remember when the Egyptian Muslim shot-up the El Al counter at Los Angeles International Airport on July 4? It took the FBI months to conclude the obvious, that the motivation behind the attack was the same motivation behind SEPT 11. Initially, the U.S. government pretended the facts led elsewhere, defying common sense.

I have no doubts in the sniper case that government investigators hoped they would f nd a non-Muslin responsible. I have no doubts they would have preferred to pin the crimes on "Christian, right-wing militiamen. "I have no doubts that they may even have overlooked some evidence because of their prejudices, their biases, their pre-conceived ideas.

We have seen this phenomenon before. We saw it in Oklahoma Cit y . Evidence suggesting a conspiracy broader than Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols was ignored. Evidence suggesting a Middle-East connection was deep-sixed. Evidence suggesting anything but a "Christian, right-wing militiamen " explanation was overlooked intentionally and deliberately. That's not justice.

We saw it again in the TWA Flight 800 shootdown. Yes, I said shootdown. It was not a spontaneous explosion of the center fuel tank that brought down the airliner. It was a missile. Who fired it remains a mystery because the government investigators chose to pretend that hundreds of witnesses didn't really see what they said they saw. They chose to overlook the forensic evidence that pointed to a missile. They chose to ignore any evidence that suggested anything except a spontaneous center fuel tank explosion. That's not Juste ce.

We saw it y et again several years ago when the FBI launched its infamous Protect Megiddo, apolitically directed witchhunt against "Christian, right-wing militiamen " whom the agency described as America's gravest threat. The FBI chose to profile a group with

little track record in violence and ignore another group that was, even then, planning the most spectacular terrorist operation in the history of the world. ... We were very fortunate we were able to arrest John Muhammad and his young

(Unquote) IT WAS PRAYER AND GOD'S ANSWER THAT TURNED THIS AROUND

The sniper killings and the terror that paralyzed the Washington, D.C. area reached national news on October 2, 2002. The murders continued at regular intervals for the next 16 days with no hope of finding the killers. The police were clearly outsmarted, they didn't have a guess and political correctness made it certain that these killers had free reign.

So we prayed starting October 18` h that the killer be moved to make "serious mistakes".

More, we recognized that this was spiritual warfare, that demons were the power behind the killers - demon power that both protected them and drove them to kill again and again.

So we also prayed in JESUS'Name that: "...the spirits driving and protecting this person be bound and prevented from covering him anymore and that he reveal himself in an obvious wa "

So the killers did just that and it led directly to their arrest. This was a clear and obvious answer to our prayers and everyone who prayed this "Prayer About The Sniper" knew it.

The Al Qaeda Connection On September 4, 2002 the WorldNetDaily published details of an al-Qaida training video tape found in Afghanistan that showed al-Qaida operatives practicing the following kind of assaults: 1. Using vehicles with shooters concealed in the bed of the vehicle.

2. execution of prisoners.

3. residential assassinations (terrorist rings bell, door opens, terrorist shoots person to death when door opens).

4. Assassinations on a golf course using a rocket-propelled grenade and rifle fire.

There were other techniques, but these got my notice - and by the way, these terrorists were being trained to use these tactics inside the U.S.A. John Muhammad and Lee Malvo used a vehicle as a firing platform as seen in 1. (above),

November 3, 2002 !!! (Cont'd. but then we learned recently that John Muhammad rang the bell of a women he knew in Tacoma, Washington, she opened the door and he shot her to death and walked away. That is number 3. - residential assassination.

In the robberies John Muhammad was involved with he robbed the people taking them captive at gunpoint and then executed them before leaving. That is number 2.

CNN put out a news report on October 17, 2002 that U.S. Senators were warned that they might be the target of assassination attempts on golf courses by al Qaeda snipers but they did NOT reveal the source of the warning. That is number 4.

In my own estimation it is clear to me that John Muhammad has some kind of terrorist connection as he was following the training tactics of terrorists. I do not believe it is merely coincidental that the training video captured in Afghanistan shows terror techniques used

by Muhammad or that U.S. Senators were warned about possible attacks on golf courses except the government "knew" they were dealing with Moslem terrorists (though they would not say that nor would most of the media).

A SPIRITUAL CONNECTION The swiftness with which our prayers were answered, that the terrorists were caught within 8 days of starting these prayers and that they were caught in a way we specified in our prayers tells me we have an anointing in praying about Moslem murderers. This suggests to me that a prayer campaign about Islam will bear fruit; but we need HOLY SPIRIT direction in how to pray and what to pray for. I did NOT write the "Prayer About the Sniper"apart from a HOLY SPIRIT leading to do so.

One man and one boy terrorized the nation's Capital, people were paralyzed in fear and the police were helpless to do anything about the killings that just went on and on. There was little, if any, leadership visible on the local or national level - so where was President Bush, or Attorney General John Ashcroft?

We (as a nation) simply do not know who is making war on us nor are we responding to their attacks. The Media and Government are covering up who the enemy is, they call them "serial killers", "snipers", "gunmen" - anything but who they are - Moslems!

Let's take a look at the recent Chechen rebel attack that took some 700 Moscow theater goers hostage last week. The headlines read: "CHECHEN REBELS SEIZE MOSCOW THEATER GOERS" But lets strip away the concealment of the media and give the true headlines:

CHECHEN MOSLEMS SEIZE MOSCOW THEATER GOERS Some 50 heavily armed Moslem terrorists from Chechnya raided the theater taking some 700 people hostage, they planted high explosives all around the building and threatened to begin killing hostages unless Russia withdrew from Chechnya and "if' Russian troops tried to invade the theater, the Moslem murderers would blow the building up and kill everyone.

The Russian special forces pumped a knock-out gas into the theater after the Chechen Moslems began murdering people then Russian special forces rushed in with an antidote for the disabled theater goers - they shot the unconscious Chechen Moslem's in the head.

A lot of people thought that was terrible - I didn't! These Moslem terrorists are cold blooded killers and if any one of them regained consciousness* they would kill as many as they could before being killed. Shooting them in the head made them safe to where they could concentrate on helping the victims of these murderers. 118 Russians and other people (1 American) died from the gas but 5$2 survived and will recover. *Note: Earlier this year a Palestinian terrorist who was shot down after killing a number of people was given life-saving resuscitation by an Israeli medic. When the Moslem terrorist regained consciousness he slit the throat of the Israeli medic.

The Spokesman-Review Newspaper article continued, (Quote) "A popular Russian tabloid, Moskovskii Kkomsomolets, ran an article Wednesday saying that rather than give relatives the bodies ofabout 50 Chechen rebels (Moslems) killed in the theater, the corpses will be wrapped in pigskins and buried by state security services. " (Unquote) Note - If a Moslem is buried wrapped in a pigskin they cannot enter into Allah's heaven.

I don't perceive that the Russians fail to recognize just who the enemy is and how to deal with them.

CONTRAST AIRLINES TO BORDERS It was Bill O'Reilly (TV host of the "The Factor") who just days ago made an interesting observation. He flies a lot and when he goes to the airport the security guards all high-five him, ask for his autograph (he has high recognition level) and then tell him to take off his shoes, socks, pants and give him a thorough searching before letting him on the airplane.

He commented, "Like ]'in going to blow up an airplane?!"

But then Bill O'Reilly made this acute observation - contrast this with our borders where people just pour across, coming into America by the millions with who knows what and what kind of intentions.

How is it that the government is so strict and severe with its own citizens traveling within the U.S. but could care less what non-citizens, undocumented aliens enter the U.S.?

UNDOCUMENTED, ILLEGAL ALIENS CARRY VIRULENT DISEASES One of the reasons why our law was structured that people can only enter this nation through careful immigration inspection was to ensure that we were not letting into our nation people having communicable diseases - the purpose in this was to protect the American people from killer plagues.

You probably all saw the boatload of illegal Haitians jumping boat and swimming ashore in Florida just days ago. They were met with some government people who gave them face masks (which the Haitians discarded or wore on their heads). Why the masks?

Haiti is an island that is disease-ridden in the extreme. A new virulent form. of TB is raging across that island, many people have HIV, many carry leprosy and other have a variety of very communicable killer diseases.

Wow - The "National En uirer" did some investigative reporting!!!

One thing that is missing in today's news reporting is investigative research into news stories to uncover things not seen at first glance. It was a skill of old but lost in today's "sound byte" news world. Nonetheless, a radio show mentioned that the National Enquirer actually did some very interesting investigative reporting on the Moslem snipers. I bought a copy of the paper and read the article - indeed, some real investigative work?

Here are some focused quotes from the National Enquirer of November 12, 2002: (Quote) "Beltway snipers John Allen Muhammad and John Lee Malvo were gay lovers.. .more, we've uncovered shocking links between the gunmen and AL Qaeda - and discovered the secret money pipeline that allowed Muhammad to fly to Canada, the Caribbean and around the country meeting with fellow Islamic fanatics. ..... Authorities are looking into the possibility the snipers had accomplices*....At Bellingham's Lighthouse Mission (in Bellingham, Washington) for the homeless where Muhammad and Malvo took up residence... the shelter's executive director, Rev. Al Archer, eventually concluded that Muhammad was a dangerous man linked to Islamic extremists and more than a year ago (October, 2001) unsuccessfully tried to get the FBI to share his concerns. Fellow residents wondered why Muhammad's wallet often bulged with $100 bills, and how he managed to make expensive trips all over America. *Note - JESUS told me weeks ago (before their capture) that 5 people and 3 vehicles were involved in the sniper killings, which told me that this was likely an Al Qaeda terrorist cell.

Good News - Voters Nixed Health Care in Oregon!

I have personally never begrudged any person the opportunity to become an American, to join our national family and make a life here. But it must be done through the Law of the land, through proper immigration where peop]e are checked before they are let-in, checked for illnesses (mental and physical), checked for criminal records and screened according to the Iaws of the land. Those who enter our nation illegally are violating our laws, this makes them criminals. Many of these illegals in our midst are criminals as estimates suggest that as many as 30% of the 15 million illegal immigrants have criminal backgrounds and actively pursue the same here inflicting serious harm on our people and this nation. I do know that 30% of the U.S. prison population consists of illegal immigrants who have committed violent crimes in the U.S. But today I heard on the Dr. Savage Radio talk show the e-mail of one of his listeners who wrote, as read by Dr. Savage, (Quote) "I have been a listener of yours for a number of years. I now have a deeper appreciation for your `Borders, Language and Culture" cry.

Something happened to me to bring this home and not in a nice way - what you say is now very real to me.

I' m the son of an Italian immigrant, first generation American, who had a normal American upbringing. I am raising my two sons in the moral values as I was raised.

My oldest, a 13 year old son was just diagnosed with TB. He is a healthy child, normal and visits the doctors annually, so this came as both a shock and a surprise. I thought to ask the doctor is this was an isolated case. The doctors response shocked me, he said, "Oh no!

The San Francisco area is a hotbed for tuberculosis!" (Unquote) This father now realized that the unrestricted invasion of the U.S. by illegals has brought with them diseases and his son has fallen victim to one of those diseases from illegal aliens. TB is a virulent disease that is spread by coming into contact with the air around a TB sufferer.

Michael Savage stated (he is an expert in this field of medicine) that TB has been latent in America for sometime and the first wave of immigrants from Viet Nam (following the fall of Viet Nam in the late 70's) re-introduced TB in America. SecretaryGeneral Kofi Annan. Bush went on to say, "By far, the vast majority ofAmerican citizens respect the Islamic people and the Muslim faith. After all, there are millions of peacefulloving Muslim Americans. " Of course Bush was working to appease Moslems worldwide and the Muslim-American civil rights group which had stepped up calls for Bush to repudiate such remarks as made

by Jerry Falwell, Franklin Graham and Pat Robertson. On Monday, Pat Robe rt son stated, "Adolf Hitler was bad, but what the Moslems want to do to the Jews is worse." Jer ry Falwell, a Baptist minister, described the prophet Mohammad as a "terrorist." Franklin Graham identified Islam as evil.

A leading Islamic group in Canada is preparing legal action under the country's hate crimes laws against Rev. Jerry Falwell's assertion that "Muhammad is a terrorist," Falwell has responded by stating that Muhammad was also a pedophile and more.

On the other side of the world, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated on Wednesday November 13, 2002, "that Islamic radicals are pursuing the systematic annihilation of non-Muslims." " At a European Union summit in Brussels Putin stated, "Western

Last night (I 1/14) Pat Robertson went on TV and stood by his statement and made further statements to back it up, he also agreed that most Moslems living in America are peaceful but not Islam itself or very many that butcher and commit genocide without a second thought.

I also read an article today that stated that violence against Moslems and Moslem Mosques in the U.S. have risen 1,780% since September 11. It seems that the American people DO perceive Moslems as being a real danger and are not as respected as President Bush believes.

SUDAN THE HIDDEN HOLOCAUST continued weapons and ammunition. In one situation the Moslems had a military stronghold surrounded by mines and barbed wire with heavily armed troops that held this stronghold for ten years.

Christians prayed and sought the Lord about this place which was a launching point for many attacks on their people. After prayer the Christian soldiers attacked this stronghold and broke through the mine field, the barbed wire and wiped out the garrison without losing a man in the fight.

The effect this has had on the Sudanese Moslems is also interesting - suddenly Moslems began coming to the Christians wanting to receive Christ and many were converted.

Also noted in the video was the fact that in the fighting Sudanese Christians found Iranian and Iraqi troops among the dead Moslems. Saudi Arabia supports the Moslem war on the Christians, Red China sells weapons to the Moslems and the United Nations supports the murderous Moslems.

Cost for one video $25.00 THE REPUBLICAN VICTORY THIS 2002 ELECTION The one thing I can say about this latest election is that the Democratic Party continues to under estimate George W. Bush. They've just been run over by a the G.W. Bush Express train and don't have a guess as to what hit them. The Democrats suffer from an overdose of"elitism" - they see themselves as vastly superior to George W. and the public in general, and the arrogance they display only makes their plight all the more pathetic.

But will a Republican victory result in a turn around for America? Last year I was aware that capturing or killing Usama bin Laden was very important. I was led to write President G.W. Bush my Counsel Letter #4 on October 28, 2001. This is part of what I wrote at that time: (Quote) "More, America cannot prevail in this war on terrorism on the basis of an eye for an eye, nor dare we trust in our military might. if we place our trust in the arm of flesh, no matter how powerful it is, we will surely fail and with horrific consequences for the whole nation.

Let me make it plain, that under God's Law (eye for an eye) we are on a short leash and the instant we surpass a lawful response we will find ourselves in deep waters, not a good place.

In all the past years we as an intercessory body of believers have prevailed over the enemy of our souls in The Spirit' through a combination of repentance and prayerintercession. if we go to God, if you will call the nation to Repent, Pray and Fast for one day asking God's help in locating and taking UBL, then we will have God's help and we will find him, take him and he will be in our hands. ............The HOLY SPIRIT reminded me of what He shewed me in 1979 at the same time JESUS gave me to know that you need call the nation to repent, pray and fast. In reviewing my letter to then-President Carter today I perceive that what JESUS shewed me in 1979 and what He told me at that time has direct application to you, your presidency and our nation at this time. In this I made it plain that we would not only NOT take UBL but that we could face a disaster if there was not a national call to pray and fast seeking God's help.

UBL (Usama bin Laden) is diabetic, his kidneys failed, he is on dialysis — so when he was trapped up in the mountains of Afghanistan and being bombed by the U.S. Air Force - he was vulnerable. But the Generals (appointed by Clinton) proved to be timid (judgment by British officers who saw them in action) and they made one big mistake, they gave the terrorists a 24 hour¹ cease fire with the promise they'd surrender (they didn't), instead UBL escaped in this time.

I didn't know one way or another if UBL was alive or dead. What I did know was that G. W. Bush did not call the nation to pray and fast - lacking that the HOLY SPIRIT insight given me implied that UBL would escape. In the Oct. 23` d Special Report, Page 8, I estimated the time count from the storm (LILI) to the next earth event would run approximately 26-29 days (October 28-31). The Alaskan after Hurricane LILT. Such variations 7.9 Richter quake of November 3 surfaced 31 in the timing seen in 1989 (Storm to Quake) is not unusual - past patterns only serve to give us a ballpark figure on timing.

Since the November 3 earth event (Alaska quake) there have been a number of significant developments, one especially serious and of note and focus. We have seen THREE new STORMS that can qualify as the beginnings of three new Judgment Sequences. This is what it looks like now:

Thus a tornado striking Alabama this year, killing one, in this parallel time to 1989 gets my attention. This also tells me that the earth event to follow can be lethal.

**'Note (from page 25) This storm system swept into California through San Francisco on November 8, 2002 with a hurricane-force wind, knocking out power and snarling traffic with heavy rains. Winds topped 130 mph near Tahoe City, California. This storm system hitting a key target area (San Francisco) was unusual and I believe it may also mark the start of a fifth Judgment Sequence. The good news is that (as far as I know) no one was killed. This tells me the earth event will likely be powerful but harmless. **** Note (from page 25) This storm was horrific and worse, it took the lives of at least 35 people. This storm struck over a stretch of 1,000 rniles, generating 70 tornadoes that slammed into homes and businesses in FIVE states (Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio and Pennsylvania). Roughly ONE THIRD of the USA was affected! Wind velocity reached over 200 mph in areas of Ohio and in Alabama winds reached 150 mph and traveled 70 miles before dissipating. The magnitude and violence of this storm told me that we were seeing another Judgment Sequence being initiated.

How do I KNOW that the storm of November 8, 2002 and November 10, 2002 is Judgment Sequence #5 and #6? Normally I'd say "it stands out and is unusual" but in this case there is more.

FIRST, JESUS in His Word of July 9, 2002 said, "THEY ARE DEVELOPING MOMENTUM THROUGH MY LAW AND HAVE BECOME A SERIOUS THREAT TO LIFE AND PROPERTY." The first two storms (Isidore and Lili) took no lives, then we see 11

a life taken in Corpus Christi and Alabama October 24" and November 6 ' respectively. No loss of life in the unusual storm hitting San Francisco and California (that I know of) on November 8, 2002 but we see "momentum being developed" when the storm of November 10 t1 hits such a massive area killing 35+, You can see the gain in "momentum" JESUS spoke of.

SECONDLY, on November 7, 2002 JESUS spoke to me late that evening saying, "THE ENEMY IS POISED TO STRIKE." The next day (November 8 1h ) the massive storm system

hit California and San Francisco and then two days later (November 10` x ) we see this monster storm system hit over 1,000 miles of the U.S., killing 35+. This is clearly what JESUS was telling me about - this was and is enemy activity, they are working through God's Law to generate judgment sequences. They mean to develop these things into killing sequences - more is to come.

What about the WAR pa rt of the ludg-nent sequences? For Judgment Sequence #1 and #2 we may expect to see only "threats" or "fear of war". For instance, the revelation that North Korea has developed nuclear weapons is probably one WAR event linked to

An attack by Moslem terrorists killing Americans may well be the WAR event to follow the earth events of Judgment Sequences #3, and #4. We need remember that we are at WAR and attacks by this enemy (Moslem terrorists) will constitute a WAR event.

I now perceive that Judgment Sequence #6 is likely the one to lead to the war with Iraq and it does not bode well for the U.S. if it is - we will suffer a significant loss of life in such a war if Judgment Sequence #6 leads to it. This is to say nothing of what kind of monster earth event will come next (before the war event).

MORE STORMS? When I wrote the "October 23` d " Special Report (enclosed) we had three distinct h Judgment Sequences in view (#1 to #3) and I perceived then (on October 27` - see Page 11 of the Oct. 23 report) that we could see five or more judgment sequences. I was pretty sure these would have to start by November 22, 2002 at the latest. At this point we have seen six storms that I perceive qualify as "judgment sequence" starts. Could we see more? Of the six current `judgment sequences" only three are lethal. I believe the enemy is aiming for at least four lethal judgment sequences, so unless JS#5 can lead to something lethal we may well see at least one more storm and judgment sequence start before or by November 22'.

How does this work? The enemy established themselves under God's Law as having a window of opportunity to initiate storm judgments in a period from September 19 through to November 22 nd based on the timing of the year 1989. Thus the enemy has a window of opportunity extending to November 22, 2002 to start storms that are judgment sequence starts. Past November 22 their window of opportunity closes.

On November 4, 2002 JESUS spoke to me saving this: "THESE EARTHQUAKES WILL SURELY COME." (He told me that three times) "FROM THE EVIDENCES COUNT LESS THAN 26 DAYS, LESS THAN 18 DAYS. THESE WILL BE SIGNIFICANT EVENTS MUCH CONTAINED BY PRAYER YET UNSTOPPABLE BECAUSE OF REBELLION AND UNBELIEF." I had an inner knowing that as many as 100+ could die in the coming judgments but less than 1,000 and that we could see more than one earth event stemming from a storm. Then JESUS asked me to issue the prophetic alert (which was mailed out on November 7, 2002 to west coast Christians).

PROJECTIONS In our November 6, 2002 Prophetic Alert we projected for a number of earth events based on "evidences" seen that point to earthquakes/volcanic activity in the U.S. These are:

Probability of it happening: 75%. When? Generally in the period from November 9, 2002 to November 21, 2002 - focus date for this event is November 19, 2002.

On October 31 St evidence surfaced that points to another major earth event in Alaska and if it is an earthquake it could range in the 6-7 Richter intensity - this one may not strike a remote area of Alaska. The October 24 th storm in Corpus Christi could lead to an earthquake directly under a city - it could be a killer. When? I believe that JESUS addressed that recently "LESS THAN 26 DAYS, LESS THAN 18 DAYS", Projection: 6.5 to 7.5 Richter earthquake to strike Alaska on/about November 14 th to November 18 t " and upwards of November 25 th . Likelihood of this happening? 40%.

CALIFORNIA AGAIN: On November 4 th we anticipated an evidence would show and it

did that day pointing to another major earthquake headed for California. It would be in the range of a 6.5 Richter to 7.5 Richter intensity 18th

PACIFIC NORTHWEST: On October 29` h evidence showed that points to an earthquake in the Pacific Northwest in the range of 4.5 Richter to 5.5 Richter intensity followed by evidence on November 2 of an earthquake ranging from 6.5 to 7.5 Richter intensity all aimed at the Pacific Northwest (Mt. Baker, Mt. Vernon, Seattle, Mt. Rainier, Spokane, Washington or Portland, Oregon). When?

Projection: A 4.5 to 5.5 Richter earthquake to strike Pacific Northwest on/about November 12 th to November 16 th and upwards of November 23 rd . Then a 6.5 to 7.5 Richter earthquake to strike the Pacific No rt hwest on/about November 16 to November

NOVEMBER 23, 2002 - RENTING OF THE MANTLE Phase #2- We perceive that JESUS' Word of 1984 which saw a pattern fulfillment in 1991 may happen again this November 23, 2002. If it does we ought have some physical evidence (earth event) on or around January 9, 2003. If this develops it is really bad news big time.

Even before we located JESUS' Word of past years I discerned that this upcoming Prophetic Mission had a greater dimension that we originally thought. It is to prophesy in what has been obtained in prayer but more. I perceive that we are entering into a wholly new phase of our walk with Jesus and that this separation from the disobedient and rebellious is a first major step in that direction. Just what it is is not apparent at this time, but the greater dimension will surface as we continue by faith.

On December 1 2,j 988 JESUS said something that at the time did not fully register but now it does. At that time I was unwilling to warn as He asked saying, "Lord, they will reject Your Word as before. Am Ito do all this work and see they will reject?! " I knew that those this message would be sent to would reject His Word. JESUS replied saying, "WOULD YOU RATHER THEY NOT BE TOLD HAVING NO OPPORTUNITY TO DECIDE LIFE TO THEMSELVES AND SO TO SUFFER DEATH AND DESTRUCTION AS IN ARMENIA, AS IN ARMENTO, AS IN MEXICO CITY?!"

When JESUS mentioned Armenia He was speaking of the genocide of Christians there by the blood thirsty Moslems, and revealing (indirectly) that this is what American Christians faced - slaughter by blood thirsty Moslems. The key factor in His December 12, 1988 Word was that all this would be decided by the Church — and they did finally in 2001 which loosed the blood thirsty Moslems who attacked us on 9/11/2001.

Again, JESUS referred to October 17`x' and again October 23 rd as "ENSIGNS" - judgment events on these dates pointed to being PARTED (SEPARATED) from the disobedient and rebellious. We saw the first "ensign" October 17, 1989 when San Francisco was struck by

the 7.1 Richter earthquake and we have seen the second "ensign"* this October 23, 2002 when Alaska was struck by the 6.7 Richter earthquake. *Note - I perceive that we have yet to see a greater fulfillment of October 23rd which I believe will be a major earthquake hitting San Francisco.

On December 22. 1988 JESUS added more insight into this issue of "separation" saying, "ONCE THE DECISION IS MADE, I WILL CALL MINE WHO LOOK TO ME TO OVERCOME IN PRAYERTHAT I MIGHT EXTEND MERCY AND GOD'S HELP TO ALL MEN...MANY OF MINE WOULD TURN TOME SHOULD THEY KNOW THE TRUTH. THE TIME IS NOT YET COMPLETE , THE CUP OF WRATH IS NOT FILLED, AND SHOULD THESE JUDGMENTS COME NOW, MANY WOULD PERISH BEFORE THEIR TIME, MANY WOULD BE ETERNALLY LOST THAT WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO ENTER INTO MY SALVATION." The Church Leaders who represented the church system of man in America rejected JESUS' Word in 1988 and the Lord called the Net of Prayer to stand in for them and so mercy was gotten that added up to 13 years of delays against these judgments. In 2001 the Church Leaders were asked to decide again and they rejected His Word as in 1988 - this ti me the Lord led the Net of Prayer to cover ourselves and our own and so the separation process began. Thus in 1988 JESUS made it plain that the time for judgments was ahead and net just yet.

On December 31, 1988 JESUS addressed my perplexity for I spoke to Him saying, "Lord, in anger I can say one thing, in a calm I cannot want this earthquake to strike, I feel helpless although I have the authority to stop it. I'm required by Church Decision to loose it. Is there another way Lord? " JESUS spoke to me kindly saying, "WE WANT NO MAN TO PERISH, NOR DO YOU - YET IT IS FOR THEIR HARDNESS OF HEART THAT THEY DECIDED TO LQDSE JUDGMENT ON THEMSELVES. IT IS DECIDED TODAY. THE REQUIRED 300 WILL NOT BE FQUND...THE EARTHQUAKE WILL BE SET IN MOTION IN 10 DAYS PAST THE 5T"** t **Note - We have known since 1988 that JESUS was pointing to a time on January 15 " but what year? Then on December 31, 1988 JESUS said, "YOU WILL CALL THE NET OF PRAYER TO PRAY TO COVER MINE. YOU WILL ONLY ASK FOR VOLUNTEERS TO PRAY FOR PASTORS AND THE CHURCH SYSTEM OF MAN.
