At 2:45 p.m. July 12, 2001 Nancy-TONI and I began to pray and to draw near to the Lord.

We were out in the yard with The Staff and began to pray prophesy at 3: 05 p.m.

This is Nancy-TONI's report: (quote) "Facing South and West (towards California) with The Staff.

We prayed, "We come before Your Throne of Grace and mercy, Heavenly Father under the Blood of Jesus and according to Your Commission in Jesus Christ's name...Father, it is the

day of decision, Thursday, July the 12`' at 3: 05 pm. Heavenly Father, in Jesus' Name - we have not heard from any of the Pastors and Your Will be done.

In Jesus Christ's Name we prophetically stand aside according to the Word of God through Jesus Christ our Lord on July 8th, 2001. Now in Jesus' Name we strike the earth 7 times according to Your Will. (We then strike the earth 7 times in Jesus' Name.)

The Lord's Angle with us says, "It's done."

Following the 7 blows with The Staff I saw a huge wall of gray water come in over the Nation. It seemed like it was no longer blocked. It reminded me of Jesse-JACOB's dream and others insights about the Judgment being like a wall of water that comes in like a flood.

HOW DID WE GET HE WHAT DOES ALL. THIS MEAN? The best way to explain what "standing aside" means is to go way back to the early beginnings of this Ministry work in Christ.

Not long after I entered into an intimate and personal relationship with Jesus Christ in and out of a life of prayer-intercession (1970) JESUS began telling me that He sent me into this world and that He made me to stand in the GAP for this nation. The Lord JBS[JS also told me that He had given me a special anointing and that I had great authority to spare and save many from certain death and destructions under His anointing, but that this could also be misused, I could also destroy as well as spare.

These things were beyond easy comprehension in 197. I heard what JESUS said but did not grasp just how real it was, for in that time I was a very green, young prophet and had little if any experience in the prophetic realm.

STANDING ASIDE OCTOBER 1, 1272 Willful Unbelief and the Consequences In May of 1979 my prophet partner and good friend Cliff suddenly resigned the Ministry.

He sent me a cassette tape relating why and what led him to resign. The long and short of it was that Cliff put God to the test. I had "assumed", since Cliff was my prophet partner, that he had the same level of authority in Christ as I did. For this reason I shared with him what Jesus had told me, and again, believed he could move in the same power and authority in Christ as Jesus revealed He had given to me.

TAE BURDEN: This imposed a burden on Cliff, one I was unaware of. For being under God's anointing, I did not feel or experience the burden of responsibility that came with Christ`s power and authority. At a certain point when we were being persecuted by brethren for having given God's Word and warning of coming judgment (it was pretty intense) Cliff wanted to escape the on-going, if not endless, hostility aimed at us. Cliff purposed a test of the "Christ power and authority" be had so he prayed and commanded that three tornadoes strike east of the Mississippi River on a certain date and required that a minimum of 500 people be killed. If this did not happen it would tell him that he did not have this Christ power and authority and would therefore resign the Ministry. His aim was to escape the persecutions and be able to live a normal life.

The three tornadoes did not happen and Cliff shortly resigned the Ministry. Not long after that I'd slip into Cliffs mentality and did much the same thing.

I got to the place where I simply wanted out of the Ministry due to the mean-spiritedness of so many brothers and sisters in Christ such as obscene telephone calls on a regular basis, personal attacks on me nationwide by various Ministries in their publications, rumors of all sorts of evil doings associated to me falsely and acts of violence against my personal property (slashed tires, broken windows, scratches on the auto body) which reached a crescendo when someone lifted the hood of our older model Plymouth (the only good runner of the two cars we had) and took a sledge hammer to the engine block, cut the cables, all fluid lines, smashed the radiator and on and on til they essentially totaled the car.

I supposed I could have simply resigned but I decided to do a "Cliff" only I modified it

somewhat.

Towards the end of September 1979 1 took The Staff and went outside and prayed and prophesied a tornado to bit New England on October 1, 1979 at about 2 pm, I required 3 dead and to see the news reports of the disaster on TV. If this killer tornado did not happen I would resign the Ministry. At the time I felt somewhat confident that nothing would happen and I looked forward to being out from under the burden of the Ministry work and all that came with it. The idea of having a "normal life" appealed as much to me as it did to Cliff.

On October 1, 1979 at about 2 PM a tornado Conned in a clear crisp autumn day over a town in Connecticut, it swept through that town leaving a path of destruction three miles wide, five miles long, hitting a nearby airbase and devastating it -3 were killed, 500 injured. President Carter went on TV and declared this town and area of Connecticut a national disaster area.

I was watching the TV news October I when the pictures of the devastations of Windsor, Connecticut were aired. I was stunned, horrified and numbed at the same time. I immediately turn to the Lord Jesus in prayer asking, "I didn 't do this did l? "1 did not want to believe at this point but inwardly I knew. JESUS spoke to me in a stem voice saying, "I TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN POWER TO SPARE OR DESTROY. HENCEFORTH USE MY AUTHORITY TO SPARE." I repented and was deeply shaken by the extent of my unbelief. The unkindness, the accusations and the charges of being deceived by Ministers and brethren about what Jesus had told me brought me to this point; but I now realized that it mattered nothing what other men thought of what Jesus told me, it only mattered what I thought for in the final analysis

PON1)ER1NGIIL DEATH AND DE R OF OCTOBER 11979: I began to ponder just what kind of dynamic was at work in this destructions that I had loosed.

What the HOLY SPIRIT reminded me as I prayed about understanding what was involved (beyond my willful unbelief) was that JESUS had told me many times that He made me to stand in the GAP for this nation. What I had done was to selectively "stand aside" of a given area of the U.S. (New England) and allowed that a tornado could hit here on October 1, 1979 at about 2 PM and I also allowed at least 3 deaths.

In effect I had selectively "stood aside" and given the enemy of our souls opportunity to enter in to reap the consequences of sin under God's Law. I gave the enemy a narrow window of opportunity to kill and destroy working through God's Law and they took it!

JESUS had also taught me that as His Prophet I both represented Him and His Church

(both, not one or the other), and while I was "His Prophet" I would also at times represent what His Church was doing. This told me something more, something much broader.

In effect We are a called as members of the Body of Christ to stand in for the nation, for the sinners, lest they reap the consequences of their sin which is death. This did not lessen my responsibility before God by one small bit, however it gave me a broader picture of the level of responsibility of His Church, every believer.

The purpose of standing in for the sinners, for covering them in prayer? To extend both time and opportunity to the unsaved and backslidden to come to know Jesus, receive salvation and to return to the Lord if they were backslidden before the consequences of their sin came on them.

STANDING ASIDE JULY 17,1981 The difficulty in carrying the Ministry forward from 1979 after Cliff resigned was considerable. Semi-constant attacks on the Ministry and me personally were unending which in turn led to a steady decline in support for this Ministry work in Christ. As a consequence I was working a fulitime secular job to help support myself while I kept up the pace of work in the Ministry. On the average I was getting only 2 hours sleep a night, sometimes less, and now and then a little more. The demands on my time were equally endless. By mid 1981 I was ill in body and my health was slipping away.

The central issue oftheyears 1980-1981 had to do with warning and calling the Church to prayer to withstand a plan by the Soviet Union to trigger Nuclear World War by August of 1982. JESUS had taken me in a vision inside the Kremlin to watch and overhear Soviet Communist leaders planning for a war. Many years later we would learn from news reports that the Soviet Leaders had begun planning this war the very day I saw them talking about it in a vision on November 14, 1979.

Although we warned Ioudly, clearly and called for prayer there was absolutely no response from the Church at all. I contacted every major Christian leader in the land - no response.

We wrote the President, Congressmen, Senators, Governors, mayors, anyone we could imagine and get an address for - no response.

By July 17, 1981 I was not only exhausted but I was quite ill and JESUS told me that I had to resign the Ministry and stand aside or I would die. Although I didn't realize it then, the Church leaders (many hundreds had been reached in 1980 and 1981) had made a decision to reject JESUS' Word and Warning.

I took the Staff the early afternoon of July 17, 1979 and prophetically "stood aside" as JESUS directed and resigned the Ministry.

Interestingly, this July 15, 2001 the Spokesman Review Newspaper (the local Spokane Newspaper) published a story of what happen that July 17, 1981. (See the top portion of page 12 for the news article)

Party goers in the lobby of the new Hyatt Regency were dancing when steel girders fell on them. Survivors said that "blood ran ankle deep" across the dance floor as the 114 persons were crushed to death. JESUS' Word of 1980 chilled me, the reality was more chilling.

When I stood aside July 17, 1981 this horrific event that surfaced in Kansas City was only an "evidence" of what had been loosed by the rejec ti on of JESUS' Word and Revelation warning about a coming Nuclear World War in 1982. In fact, when I stood aside of the GAP, a massive demon army thrust forward into and through the GAP `In The Spi ri t', one that brought with it all the power needed to lay waste mo st of this planet in an all out

nuclear war.

By October of 1981 JESUS called me to return to this Ministry work, He shewed me that a demon army had invaded Ameri ca and this world, one that would trigger that nuclear war He warned of since 1979. JESUS then led me to call the Net of Prayer (that had just been

formed in late 1980) to take on the whole armor of God to move `In The Spirit' and destroy that billions-strong demon army thus preventing the nuclear world war.

On August 7, 1980 JESUS told me that, "MEN OF SOME AUTHORITY HAVE WORKED TO REMOVE YOU FROM THE SCENE." While JESUS did not tell me who these men were, even then in 1980 X understood that He spoke of the Pastors, the Church Leaders.

For a time, since there was no response at all to hundreds of our letters to Pastors, I wondered if somehow I'd failed to communicate His Word effectively, if it was somehow my fault not theirs. In 1980 JESUS cleared up this issue when He straightly told me that, "NO RESPONSE IS A `ND' TO ME," So on July 17, 1981 JESUS had me "stand aside", the evidence of that was the death of 114

in Kansas City, a literal fulfillment of blood Honing ankle deep. But then He called me back in October, 1981 to lead the Net of Prayer `In The Spirit' in a massive prayer battle to stop the enemy from triggering Nuclear World War in 1982. Thus He granted them (and all of us) a "RESPITE." Did they, `SUFFER MUCH ON THIS ACCOUNT"? (see JESUS' Word at the bottom of Page 6). In the next years many of these nationwide Ministries fell on bad times, many were attacked, many fell and few survived to this day, The demons which the Net of Prayer were unable to stop got through into this world and attacked the very Ministries that had rejected JESUS' Word and thereby destroyed them.

STANDING ASIDE in 1985 Earlier in 1985 JESUS sent me to issue a warning of a hurricane coming in the Gulf on September 2, 1985 and to call His Church to pray to withstand it. I began in Brownsville, Texas and traveled east along the Gulf Coast through Corpus Christi, Galveston-Houston and on to Baton Rouge, Louisiana where I ran out of funds. I distributed hundreds of printed "calls to prayer" in this time and then JESUS sent me north to wait. Two months later Hurricane "ELENA" formed in the Gulf of Mexico and slammed into the Gulf Coast doing significant damage, killing many.

After this Hurricane ravaged the Gulf Coast JESUS now sent me back to Texas and to Corpus Christi (which means Body of Christ) arriving September 12, 1985.

SELECT 20 PASTORS IN CORPUS CHRISTI — This is what JESUS instructed me to do, to remind them of the hurricane He had me warn of that did come for lack of prayer and that a greater judgment was coming. He had me call these pastors to pray for mercy and to call their congregations to pray as well.

IN CORPUS CHRI TI IN I 985jContiuuedjJESUS told STNP IN G ASIDE me that these 20 Pastors would by the HOLY SPIRIT represent the Church Leadership in America. Their response or lack of it would tell me how every Pastor in America would respond if I was able to reach them with His Word.

JESUS told me that He required tn of the twenty pastors to respond if this judgment

was to be cancelled.

ONE PASTOR RESPONDS: I ended up waiting for several days after mailing out the calls to prayer to the 20 pastors . One day I received a telephone call from one of the twenty pastors who stopped by to visit me (a real surprise). He was the Rector of an Episcopal Church in Corpus Christi, he came to me, gave me $30 cash (I was flat broke and had not eaten in two days) and told me he was praying and would call his congregation to pray that Sunday.

JESUS told me that if only "one Pastor responded to His Word and came to me" that He would extend mercy for the United States and Canada for three years. This pointed to the year 1988. But for lack of the ten pastors I had to prophetically stand-aside on September

17, 1985.

The Lord instructed me to take His Staff and standing the Gulf of Mexico facing south-west to prophesy and "stand aside" according to the decision of the Church Leadership in America. With some foreboding I did as Jesus required according to the Pastor's decision to reject His Word and call to prayer.

Two days later on September 19, 1985 a 8.1 Richter earthquake slammed Mexico City, Mexico (the direction I was facing when standing in the Gulf of Mexico with The Staff).

20,000 perished, crushed to death as buildings fell on them. Doubtless "blood ran ankle deep" again. I grieved over this senseless loss of life and the hard heartedness of the Pastors.

I would remember the Word Randy (a fellow Prophet who worked with me in 1980-8I) received y on Jul 20. 1981 where JESUS told him this,

Package #2 (see enclosed Response Form) We mailed out this assembly of reports (called Package #2) to the 20 Pastors on Monday, July 2, 2001. Unlike the 20 pastors in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1985 who had only four days to respond, the 20 Spokane Pastors were given a full ten days to respond.

No response whatsoever.

We also systematically day by day worked to mail out copies of the Prophetic Warning, the letter to the 20 Pastors and my "Bio" to the news media (TV, Radio and Newspapers), Local, State and Federal officials and every Church in Spokane.

Actually we had one, his letter is given at the top of the next page (Page 19); but that is it I nasty letter out of 256 communications, the rest are silent.

My July 1, 2001 letter to the 20 Pastors (which has been copied to 236 local pastors as well)

was at best benign. I informed them that JESUS led me to write them and about the June 25" earthquake being a "wake-up call" and a "warning." I encouraged the pastors to warn their congregations that greater troubles are coming, and to be prepared both spiritually and physically. I gave the counsel that for about $100 a year they can obtain earthquake insurance for a year for their church and homes. I told them that I was willing to meet with them privately or in a group on their request to share all that Jesus has told me about Spokane.

This was as close as I could come - extending the opportunity to learn more and a willingness to meet with them on their terms.

The "Bio" was designed to make it clear to the Pastors that I was not new on the block as Jesus' prophet, but that I have quite a history and have been around in this capacity for many years. In other words I was not some "nut-case" off the street. I believe some of them

may have encountered troubled people in their experience. My letter was helpful, informative, friendly and written out of a genuine concern for them and their congregations.

This Pastor Logan tore up my letter and "bio" and enclosed it with his letter (above). The only thing he didn't do was spit in my face — perhaps only because I wasn't meeting him face to face. His letter conveyed rage and hatred as it was evident he aimed to cause injury.

FACE TO- FACE MEETINGS: Years ago JESUS sent me to Pastors for face to face meetings and I can tell you that the minute you say "Jesus sent me" you can expect the door to be slammed in your face (happened many ti mes), most would say "I have no time, for this nonsense!" then they'd slam door shut right in my face. If you go to see a Pastor, most of the time you can't find them or have to make an appointment (usually weeks in advance)

The times when I found a Pastor who was willing to talk to me the meetings were very strained, the Pastors got uncomfortable with what I was saying and acted that way "uncomfortable." Sometimes they wanted to get into a Scriptural duel, so it was a purely adversarial meeting. The Lord Jesus did not send me to them to debate or discuss doctrinal differences but to present His Word.

This kind of approach was very time c onsuming and for the most part unproductive.

TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATION: I wanted to get the names of all 20 Pastors, which

the telephone directory did not give, so I telephoned many of the 20 Churches. Out of seven calls I got the name of one pastor. Most of the time I could not reach a live person but got a recorded message as to what times they held their services.

MAIL IS THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY OF COMMTUNICATJNG: This approach

permits me to present what JESUS has said and offers the Pastor the opportunity of getting more information by contacting me. I make myself very available to them by phone, mail or in person.

Over the years we have made it plain that it is not our duty to make you believe what Jesus has told us, not even to present you with proof of the validity of His Word. Rather, Biblically it is incumbent on YOU to pray about His Word, to read and re-read and read again HIS WORD and pray asking in JESUS NAME for Holy Spirit insight and for God's Wisdom to know how the Lord God would have you respond and what you ought do.

Before you do anything you need to do this and really apply yourself in prayer looking to Jesus Christ for His help and direction. You need to work to come to the place of being yielded to God's Perfect Will for you, to embrace it and act on what you know by the Spirit of God in and out of confirmation from the Body of Christ.

We constantly review JESUS' WORD and in prayerful reviews we come to better understand what He is saying and how it pertains to us. This is no different for you, you need apply yourself and carefully prayerfully review His Word even as we do.

THE TRAGEDY IS...

In God's Word (2 Chronicles 20: 20) it says, "Believe in the Lord

your God, so shall ye be established: believe His Prophets, so shall ye prosper." Prophets of Jesus Christ are literally locked out of the Church so the benefits of the Lord by His Word to His Prophets is prevented from God's people and so they do not prosper.

Washington JESUS directed me to write a summary* of His Word and events in 1988-1990 about Mount Vernon and Skagit Valley, Washington (where we lived from 1987-1999) and to mail this to the 113 Churches in that area. From Jul y 2-2 5, 20 0 1 these reports were mailed to the 25 113 Churches in Skagit Valley, the news media, local officials and local Christians and friends. *Note - This is offered as REPORT PACKAGE#3 on the enclosed Response Form..

The earthquake activity in Spokane is what JESUS told us about in 1989, and He also told us at that time (1989) about serious earthquakes and troubles in Skagit Valley and Mount Vernon. Things have come full circle and what He warned was coming is now at the threshold. This mailing will constitute a "Final Warning." it cci C+t

Someone may wonder why JESUS told me in regard to the 20 Pastors in Spokane that what was being presented to them was, "NOT A DECISION TO PRAY BUT A DECISION TO REPENT THOUGH YOU WILL NOT SAY THAT." Why not?

He had long since communicated this to them. By the HOLY SPIRIT these 20 Pastors were representative of the Church Leadership in North America. They have heard His Word before, they have heard the call to prayer and rejected it, they rejected His Word warning of coming judgments, and when He called for repentance in 1988 they rejected that as well.

The Pastors in the Mount Vernon area in 1989 rejected JESUS' Word and rejected His call in July of 1989 to repent. The Lord God was presenting a final opportunity to repent, but they already knew what was required of them. More, He led me to be very available to present "more information" which they also rejected.

What was done by the 20 pastors this 2001 is a literal double and set of what the Pastors in Mount Vernon and areas did in 1989. There is a sad continuity in this behavior evident in my experience from 1976 to this present time. It is an outright rejection of Jesus' Lordship and an outright rebellion against God that is behind the lack of response to His Word.

When JESUS raised me up as His Prophet in 1971 He would soon tell me that He sent me into this world with "FINAL WARNINGS." To whom did He send me? To His Church in America. This told me that the Lord God has been warning His Church in America for a long time before I showed on the scene. I've run across some of the works of Prophets who came before me going back some time. I've heard from a number of Pastors over the

(Continued) years how they remembered hearing Prophetic warnings long ago of what was corning and how the Church was turning a deaf ear to God. At this point and since July 12, 2001 at 3:05pm it is done.

WHAT NEXT? Some might say, "Well, you stood aside July 12`h and nothing's Jzappened! " It was IESUS'

Word to Randy on July 20, 1981 (see Page 14) that gives us some perspective of timing.

What July 12, 2001 represents is a "STARTING TO JUDGMENT", it is a starting point.

The lime 23.2001 I- OLY SPIRIT witness that terrible judgments were coming was quite overwhelming and to the place where I lost perspective for some time, To be blunt it was like being hit with a two by four, the impact it had on me was considerable and it took me some days to regain my prophetic equilibrium.

We do know that the mercy and grace extended the Church in 1989 will have an influence this 2001, thus judgments are not likely to startup in any serious way until sometime past August 27, 2001 and again September 19, 2001. We are now watching, waiting and praying.

THE ACCIDENTAL NUCLEAR ATTACK (Continued) DISPUTING JESUS' WORD: One brother in Christ wrote us a letter in which he referred to this portion of JESUS' WORD to me on October 21, 1989, where JESUS said this (in regards to the accidental nuclear attack): "...PETROGRAD, PETROGRAD, YOU HEARD MY WARNING AND HAD NO FAITH, NOW FIRE COMES UPON YOU. RUSSIAN LEADERS ALSO DELIBERATE EVEN AS LEADERS TALK, MISSILES FROM RUSSIA HEAD FOR AMERICA, AND MISSILES FROM AMERICA HEAD FOR RUSS1A....WHERE BREZNEV LIES, THIS IS NEAR WHERE THE SECOND WARHEAD

STRIKES; BUT I WILL DEFLECT IT TO SPARE LIVES AS YOU PROPHESY... " This brother could not believe that President Bush or the U.S. would nuke Moscow (this is where Leonoid Breznev is buried, in the Kremlin wall in Moscow).

When JESUS told me this in October of 1989 you need to remember that at that time the Communist Soviet Union still existed and that there was no Petrograd,, rather, it was a city called Leningrad. If this brother got this Word of JESUS in October of 1989 he could also dispute the mention of "Petrograd." The fall of the Berlin wall, which led to the unraveling of the Soviet Union did not happen until mid November, 1989.

The Soviet Union did not actually collapse and cease to exist until sometime in 1991 and shortly after that the city named Leningrad was changed to JESUS was telling me something that would not happen for at least two years in regards to the re-naming of Leningrad to Petrograd. More, JESUS referred to RUSSIA not the SOVIET UNION, and Russia as a sovereign nation would not exist-until "after" the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.

Even most intellectual Christians would recognize that if JESUS was right about "Russia" and"Petrograd" in October of 1989 some two years before either existed, that He might also be right about "Breznev."

An "intellectual" Christian goes by what he knows and what he can reason out of his intellect. Going by faith has to do with believing God's Word or better yet, coming to know by the Spirit of God that it i His Word.

However, this brother makes both a serious and common error in regarding JESUS' WORD, he is "assuming" that JESUS is speaking of Leonoid Breznev (a former Soviet Leader).

Where does Leonoid Brezn.ev's father lie, where is the family home - in what city?

The proper approach is not to dispute JESUS' Word, but to question just what JESUS means when He says, "WHERE BREZNEV LIES."

The time it takes today to overcome the resistance in the Church to the ti ming of judgment has reached a point where the effort is nigh impossible. We have overcome in many situations but the purpose of overcoming this resistance is in question. Those who need to hear His Word and understand the timing don't want to hear it, thus it is bound. Those who believe His Word and put their trust in Jesus don't need to know the timing - they are led of by the Spirit of God. I Iowever, it will be of help to the elect, the sealed, the faithfulobedient and innocent children of God to have at least a general idea of what the timing is and this can be provided after some 22 years of work in this direction.

When JESUS refers to Mount Vernon (as He did in 1989) He qualified that He was

speaking of the whole nation as welt. So when He speaks of Spokane He is also speaking of the whole nation. It is well to understand this.

On J y 8. 2OiL ,M told me this, "SOME OF MY PEOPLE IN THIS CITY HAVE PRAYED FOR MY HELP AND MERCY AND SO WE SENT YOU HERE TO BE A HELP AND TO WITHSTAND THE WORST CF JUDGMENTS FOR A TIME AND A TIME AND NO MORE. YOU ARE HERE FOR THE SAKE OF THESE FEW AND TO BE A HELP AND COVER FOR THEM AGAINST WHAT IS COMING." Again, when JESUS says, "A TIME" we have learned that He is often referring to a pe ri od of TWO YEARS. The Lord JESUS moved us to Spokane in April of 1999 and just a few months back we signed a new lease for two years, which will end April of 2003. It appears that the Lord will relocate us sometime in 2003. From what He told inc many years earlier the next two years will be ave ry troubled time, but also a time within which God's people can seek to know what He would have them do (move or stay), What I can say now is that the next two years will be a time of special grace for His people, but it can also be a time of troubles and yet the troubles will be contained, lessened and not begin to reach full fever pitch or move in that direction until after the two year period (April of 2003).

IBIS LOOSED JUDGMENT IS SELECTIVE: Once we understand what "STANDING ASIDE' means we need next grasp how it applies and to whom it applies.

The 20 Pastors in Corpus Christi (1985), in Mount Vernon (1988-89), and in Spokane (2001) represented the CHURCH SYSTEM OF MAN. Whereas, you will find in and out of this Church System of Man those of His Elect, His Sealed, His Faithful-Obedient, and

We are about to go through a process of GOD separating the righteous from the unrighteous, the saint from the sinner, the obedient from the disobedient, the faithful from the faithless and the believing from the unbelieving.

Also in a broader sense understand that the Lord our GOD has stood aside of and no longer protects that nation which has rejected Him and His Christ and that His wrath is going to pour out against that nation. Again, as I have shared in previous Newsletters, there are two nations within the confines of the U.S.A. and Canada - one is the nation of Christians and the other the nation of Satan. The Lord our GOD is not standing aside of His nation, but of the other.

The call will renew whereby He will say to His own, "Come out of her, my people, that ye be not pa rtakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God path remembered her iniquities." (Rev elation 18: 4-5 selections).

The next two years will be difficult at times and very deadly and destructive at other times in places; but for those who are His own, as they draw near to and stay in Christ, He will keep them safely all through.

HOW FAR WE HAVE FALLEN AS A PEOPLE The Chandra Lev y aj ^ a Condit Affair As a young man (18) I was caught up in the mentality of the sexual revolution of the 1960's and saw the outright re volt in Ame ri ca against what many called "Pu ri tanism." Right behind this came the women's movement or women's liberation. The whole of our culture

underwent a major ch an ge, one I was caught up in like everyone else which threw a Jot of confusion into my thinking about the mores of life.

In the late 1960's I used to watch the TV comedy "Three's Company" starring John Ritter.

But in that time the Lord JESUS showed me how that little TV program had altered my perception of what is right and wrong and I came to understand that this TV show was at best, "soft porn. "Alerted to this by the Spirit of God I began to recognize that Hollywood was involved in a scheme to socially re-engineer Ame ri ca, to remold Americans to accept their liberal view of life.

Today the effect of that endeavor is apparent in many ways, but to most Americans it is an invisible kingdom that is molding their thinking, one they think is benign but in fact is deadly.

HOW FAR WE HAVE FALLEN AS A PEOPLE — The Chandra Lem and Gary Condit Affair (C mti nued) When Chandra Levy went missing the news media began to bring focus to Congressman Ga ry Condit who had an affairwith this Intern (though he denied it at first). When Condit's hit-men began making a case against Chandra that she was a "loose women" ore "serial adulteress I thought, "shades of Bill Clinton. "That was a typical Clinton strategy. When any women brought charges against him (Clinton) for sexual harassment or for rape, his thugs went to work to discredit the women as being loose women, to attack them and threaten them.

The strange thing was that most Americans went along with this kind of behavior, it never seemed to occur to anyone that there was something wrong here. Indeed, our society has changed and it has been a drastic change.

Where are the women libbers? With all the discussion on TV news about the Levy issue, one hears absoiutely nothing from the women's corneraboutthe immoral, abusive and p re datory conduct of Congressman Condit. At best, they have said things like this, "We ll, Chandra is/was an adult and had the right to make the decision to sleep with Condit, that is no crime. " I wonder if any of these women libbers ever take into account the fact that if Chandra had NOT had this kind of lifestyle that she might still be among the living (and I personally believe* that she is no longer among the living). *Note - This is pr t a Holy Spirit Insight, but it appears that after being missing for over th re e months that she is most likely dead.

One woman (not part of the Women's Liberation movement), a Phd. who is studied in America's morals, referred to Condit as being a "serial sexual predator"on the Michael Savage Radio talk show F ri day August 3, 2001, She also had these interesting insights into America's moral conduct and law back in 1948.

In America well before and during World War II, fornication and adulte ry were "crimes."

If you did that you could be arrested and put in prison for doing so — it was the "law." If a man seduced a young woman (any age for that matter) this was also a crime, the man could be arrested and put in jail for doing that. There was a statute to this extent in California and in most of the 48 states.

This Phd stated that since the sexual (Dr. Kinsey's* doing) revolution In America, since 1969 the level of sexual assaults on women has increased 4,000% to the present day.
