In 1979 JESUS Commissioned me to study and learn the timing of judgment. In the next years I began to realize and then recognize that the timing of judgment was very fluid and not a thing set in concrete.

At first I thought that the timing of judgment had been pre-determined by God and that it was only a matter of discovering what that Godly timing was. In the ensuing years I next learned that God was not setting the time but that it was being decided by the church*. *Note - By "Church" I mean to speak of a broad spectrum of Christians who collectively exercise their Christ-given authority (Matthew 18: 18 above) and so by their decisions determine the timing of judgment.

THE CHURCH and THE STATE (Continued) On March 8, 2004 I began to write an extensive report, of 158 pages length, on the decision that the church has made over the past 30 years. That report is available to anyone who would like to buy it (we offer it at cost to produce and mail = $12.00).

REJECTING JESUS' WORD and BINDING HIS WORD What I personally encountered and recorded over the years was the kind of response to God's Word that was unexpected (by me and most young prophets): God would show me a coining event and had me call for prayer but the Word would be rejected and the event would happen as warned.

In the early years it was reasonably easy to prophesy judgment events with extreme accuracy (the event: the when, the where, how intense and the what) and then all of a sudden it became more and more difficult bordering on impossible to discern timing as I had been able to do at first.

What I learned was that as God's people heard and most of the church leaders heard God's Word, they at first dismissed it as nonsense but when it happened their reaction was quite different - they got angry and increasingly more and more hostile to both His Word and the messenger (the prophet).

In just one example: In 1980 I'd prophesied a judgment in the earth to happen March 27-29,1980 (while I had Washington State area in view at the time for some event, I did not connect that to the March 27-29, 1980 event until after it happened).

On March 27, 1980 MOUNT SAfNT HELEN'S VOLCANO erupted for the first ti me in a long time spewing tons of smoke and ash. Through a time chart JESUS had given us we knew to expect a far greater event to follow on May 18,1980 and we expected that this volcano would explode with considerable force. Issuing (by mail) warnings with a call to prayer to churches in Washington State and around the volcano (we got the addresses from the Public Library) we got more backlash than anything else.

One pastor, who was the least hostile, who lived near Coulee Dam in Washington State, some hundreds of miles from Mt. St. Helen's, stated, "When it comes to pass we will know he is a prophet. " That pastor's sermon was interrupted Sunday May 18,

1980 by a powerful "booming noise", that also shook the church building. Mount Saint Helens has just exploded, killing some 67 people and causing massive destruction to the region. The pastor's response? He said of me, "That trouble maker!"

Over the next years it became increasingly more difficult to discern the times of judgments and it would take a significant level of prayer, fasting and seeking God's help to know the "when, where, what and how intense" a judgment would be. Slowly the HOLY SPIRIT shewed me that God's people (church leaders and congregations) did NOT want to hear warnings of judgment and they began to collectively BIND the prophets from knowing the when, where, what and how intense.

Why? For some it was an inconvenient truth they did not want to hear, for others it did not fit in with their agenda of things they wanted to do, and for others there was a fundamental hatred of God driving their behavior. While it might take a book to catalog all the reasons why, after a time the obvious fact was that the church was binding the revelations of God exercising a Christ-given authority (Matthew 18: 18 see the cover page).

Could those who "hate Christ" exercise Christ's authority? If those who believed on JESUS were submitted to those who hated Christ - those could and did exercise Christ's authority.

In those years (1979-2001) I learned that Christ's empowerment to His people could not only be misused but was being misused.

The dimension and responsibility individual and collective Christians had before God for the right use or wrong use of Christ's empowerment was made plain to me in the years I studied the "timing of judgment."

There were both sins of commission and sins of omission in the judgment picture.

This subject was far more complex than I dreamed of starting back in 1979 and it took years to learn the basic mechanics of judgment. How well I understand it might be questioned but I might also question if there are any that remotely understand this issue at all. In my experience in the church I've found that any attempt to find the ti ming of judgment is a "no, no". The only way I learned of this aspect of how the church is deciding judgment is out of studying the timing of judgment which few are willing to venture into.

"...judgment must begin at the house of God:" (I Peter 4: 17a) While the most common meaning gotten from this Scripture (above) is that judgment events will begin first in the house of God or among God's people. However, we see an added meaning which speaks of God's people making judgments or decisions FIRST before things happen.

God's people hear God's Word warning ofjudgment calling for prayer and/or prayer and repentance - they next JUDGE whether or not they will receive or reject His Word; whether they will take His Word to heart and embrace His Word or whether they will refuse to take His Word to heart and so to despise it. In many respects the church, the house of God, God's people are making judgments all the time.

April 29, 1988 HIDDEN BY DECISION At this time I made a cassette tape about how the Church Decisions to reject JESUS' WORD was having the effect of hiding His Word and the timing ofjudgment - both from themselves and the world. As JESUS' Prophet I found it exceedingly more and more difficult to pin point the times for judgment. Nonetheless, the judgment was emerging visibly in many ways only men were now ignoring the obvious.

Example: Back in 1976 you could count the number of fairly strong earthquakes shaking America each year on one hand. But today the state of California alone is shaken by hundreds of earthquakes every month and the volume and intensity of earthquakes striking all over the nation is steadily increasing. Yet few, if any, take any stock of what is developing. The Decision to reject JESUS' WORD has also had the effect of blinding people to the obvious.

HIDDEN BY DECISION = DARKNESS As JESUS' Prophet I can tell you that the church decision to reject JESUS' Word, the binding of JESUS' Prophets and of prophecy had the effect as if someone turned off the lights in a room at night - all went dark.

This was and is a perfect environment within which our enemies (Satan/Lucifer and their minions) could operate freely and undetected. Not good, really not good!

THE DECISIONS CULMINATED IN 2001 The wonderful Grace, Mercy and Compassion of FATHER GOD manifested in His continual extending of the opportunity to repent and pray to change the outcome of coming judgments.

I bear witness to His great compassion, patience and kindness in this long drawn out period of mercy on mercy where HE constantly offered His people a way out of the fires of judgment. Lastly, it was soundly and 100% rejected with blasphemies and so He instructed us (Nancy-TGNI and 1) to take The Staff and go out on July 12, 2001 and to prophetically "stand aside" of this nation.

This meant that BLOOD WOULD RUN ANKLE DEEP in this nation - and we readily understood that a horrific judgment would START sometime after August 27, 2001 in which buildings would be collapsing and multitudes would perish.

Then came 9/11 The terrorist attack of September 11, 2001 stunned the nation - it marked the start of a war that rages on to this day, a war that only threatens to get broader and deadlier.

At that time I remembered JESUS' Word to of August 14, 1979:

SEPTEMBER 5 TH IS THE BEGINNING - WATCH AND WAIT. SEPTEMBER 9, 10, 11 ARE DANGEROUS - THE MOST TERRIBLE IS THE 11 TH ... TERRIBLE TIMES ARE UPON THIS NATION, AND TERROR IS NOT AFAR OFF...COUNTS THE DAYS...I WOULD HAVE KEPT THEM FROM THIS TERRIBLE DAY BUT THEY WOULD NOT LET ME..."

What JESUS told me back in 1979 and His Word over the years came into sharp focus on September 11, 2001 following the final Church Decision to reject JESUS' Word and to loose judgment on America.

WATCHING THE TV PROGRAMS ON 9/11 THIS 2006 Fox News, ABC and just about every TV station had extensive programs on the events leading up to 9/11101. I made it a point to tape (off our dish) about half a dozen TV programs. I was already well familiar with how Beastman Clinton had maneuvered America into this war trap and opened us up to attack. I was aware of how Satan got into the picture as well. But more than anything else I was keenly

aware how the church in America made this kind of attack possible by rejecting JESUS' Word and warnings.

In the TV programs we viewed it became painfully evident year by year how many warnings the government got, and how much evidence poured in about the enemy plans years before they executed the attack of 9/11.

I then began to recognize a pattern of activity and response by the U.S. Government, one I'd seen before up close. The response of the church to JESUS' Word was virtually identical to the response of the U.S. Government to the terrorist dangers and plots uncovered by various intelligence and military agencies.

I've known for years now that the U.S. Government can do nothing that the Church does not approve of Now, in these TV programs on the events leading up to 9111, I could clearly see the parallel between the Church Decisions and Response to JESUS' WORD and the States's (Government) Decisions and Response to the warnings and evidence of terrorist plots — they were and are identical!

BLINDING U.S. INTELLIGENCE and HIDDEN BY DECISION As I've already shared, JESUS' Prophets were blinded from seeing/knowing some judgments and/or the timing by church decisions - likewise, the U.S. Government under Beastman Clinton passed a law that forbade the C.I.A. from sharing intelligence with the F.B.I. or visa verse - blindsiding U.S. intelligence from being able to see what the terrorist were doing and therefore making 9/11 possible.

TEARS, SORROW AND ANGER I did not, do not, watch these unfolding events with detached emotions. It was my call in Christ to warn, prepare and so preserve and see God's people spared suffering

To watch lives being lost, to see the suffering and sorrows of families of those killed on 9/11 and in the war since grieves me. The anger has to do with those church leaders that offhandedly brushed away God's Word and ignored His call to prayer showing no concern for God's lambs who would suffer because of their faithlessness.

A UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE ON 9/11 The "why" Since 9/11 I have heard of many others who prophesied or knew of the coming disaster at the Twin Towers in New York City on 9/11. A surprising number of Christian brethren knew what would happen before it happened. But none that I have ever heard of knew "why" it happened.

From a Government perspective one could say that various intelligence agencies were not co-ordinated, did not share intelligence, or lacked imagination. It could be said that the Government bureaucracy worked against us or that Satan had agents in the government to make this attack possible. Indeed, all these things and more are likely worldly components in the mechanism that made 9/11 possible.

Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell advanced the idea that the sin of homosexuality and abortion opened us up to this kind of attack. After some public outrage by the media they were forced to apologize for saying that. Frankly, these sins may well have been spiritual components that made us open to such an attack; but I say "component" to make it clear that none of these were the main reason for the 9111 attack. No; not intelligence failures, nor bureaucracy; not Satanic agents or homosexuality or abortion. The real reason, the "why" of 9/11 is something "Hidden by Decision" Church Decisions made over the years from 1974 to 2001.

However, we did see it just before it happened,. In fact, it was the "Final Church Decision of 2001" that required that we stand aside of this nation and that action of July 12, 2001 loosed judgment and the initial events of 9/11.

People may cook up a hundred different ideas as to "why" 9/11 happened, but if they do not see the powerful effect of the decisions the Church in America has been making - they won't be even close to understanding what has been set in motion.

More, if the church does not see the source of the trouble they will not, absolutely not, escape the full consequences of the judgment they have loosed.

CATHOLIC PRIESTS or PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS? We have all heard a lot on TV and out of the news media of the wrong doings of

Catholic priests with regards to children (sexual abuse). However, the reporting is slanted against Christians in general.

I remember years ago that when the Catholic Church began removing homosexual priests that they came under heavy media attack for being homophobic and prejudiced. The Catholic Church backed off and allowed homosexual priests to remain in the priesthood. Now the media is blasting the Catholic Church for all the horrific sexual abuse children suffer at the hands of those homosexual priests.

In Ann Coulter's best selling book. " The Church of Liberalism: GODLESS " (published by Crown Forum, New York) she wrote about this on pages 167-168 (Quote) "Analyzing the data from a survey by the American Association of University Women Educational Foundation, statistics professor Charol Shakeshaft estimates that between 1991 and 2000, roughly 290, 000 students were subjected to physical sexual abuse by teachers or other school personnel. In her report for the US. Department of Education, Shakeshaft says that about one in every ten American children has been sexually abused in some way at school.

Compare that with Catholic priests. A study by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops said that 10, 667 allegations of sexual abuse of children had been made between 1950 and 2002. Multiply that by four to account -- generously —for unreported cases and it comes to 821 children abused by priests per year. Priests: 820 abused children peryear; educators: 3Z000 abused children per year. For those of you who went to public schools, 32, 000 is greater than 820. " (Unquote) That is quite an eye opener! Special Note: A Pastor (someone I do not know) worked his way into the confidence of some N.O.P. Intercessors and got them to resign the Ministry but not before they were used by the enemy as a conduit for a spiritual attack on me. This is not new stuff for me, but in that these were in the N.O.P., I was hit from behind (shoulder

dislocation and injury to back) and have endured some significant pain for a month before learning of the betrayal/enemy attack. Now on the mend, slowly.

THE ENEMY IN OUR MIDST

The sketch above was taken from the book, "JESUS, HIS ANGEL AND ME", and was drawn by N.G.P. Prayer Leader Roger Augustin. This depicts something that happened back in 1983-1984.

The Story: All through 1983 the Net of Prayer waged a relentless war `In The Spirit' to destroy the demons that had come through the GAP in July of 1982. The demons were steadily moving from the fourth dimension into the third dimension of "In This World." The Net Of Prayer was split into two Armies, one moving in the fourth dimension to combat the demons still here; and another Intercessory Army was praying to withstand those who entered the third dimension. What with constant attacks coming at me and this ministry from the church system, we continued to lose intercessors at a rate greater than we found new intercessors. Our resources were

THE ENEMY IN OUR MIDST (Continued) The Story (continued)stretched paper thin, and we lacked the needed intercessory power to get a decisive victory over the Beast's demon armies in either the fourth or third dimension. At best it was a Mexican stand-off. While the Net Of Prayer held the line `In The Spirit', erosion of our intercessory support base continued to give the enemy opportunity to gain ground - a little here and there constantly.

The Net Of Prayer strategy was simple - we aimed to contain and hold off the demon onslaught in prayer while we also interceded asking God's Help whereby we could destroy this demon army before it began killing God's people. Only in intercession could we hope to overcome the judgment that was loosed by prayerlessness, disobedience and rebellion against God. Until we obtained God's Mercy in this world through prayer, the demons would continue to have grounds to be in this world.

One thing had been seen by 1984, and this was that once the demons moved through The Gap' it took them approximately two years before they could begin moving from the fourth dimension into the third dimension. Once in the third dimension the demons could begin merging with human vessels and they could therefore exert their power more directly in the world; likewise they were vastly more difficult to locate and destroy.

Then Satan got a break-through in our holding prayer line in the third dimension. He didn't get it by force of arms; but it was given to him by God's people. One group of twelve Net Of Prayer intercessors would suddenly up and quit praying to withstand, and quit the Net Of Prayer. More, they did not inform me or anyone in prayer authority in the Net Of Prayer that they had quit.

THE VISION: At this time I had a vision which got me wondering. I saw a body of

brethren gathered in a meeting and a false prophet appeared among them who led them away from Jesus to follow accusing demons. Then a news report came out about a terrific storm that struck an area of eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania winds raged upwards of 190 miles per hour, houses were blown apart and over ninety people killed. The next day bodies were found in shattered trees. Since early 1983 we recognized that when demons enter into this world, storms form as they do - it defied explanation from a weatherman's point of view. This suggested to me that a massive influx of demons had broken into the third dimension but all Net Of Prayer units were in place. I'd heard no reports of any break-through from prayer leaders; but I

Weeks later I received a letter from one of the twelve intercessors I'd seen in the vision, who tendered his resignation from the Net Of Prayer. This former N.O.P. Intercessor informed me that all twelve had quit, and that a `prophet' had been there who branded me as false and that this way of praying was 'deception'. One of the reasons they accepted this word' was because the `(false) prophet' persuaded them that no one could smoke cigarettes and be God's prophet. Added to this, the `(false) prophet' told them to repent of the Net Of Prayer and say nothing to me lest I draw them back into deception again.

This resignation by twelve intercessors of the Net Of Prayer had been done weeks before; but it turned out that the terrible killer storm struck within 24 hours of their secret resignation. Ninety people were already dead - the enemy had broken through!

From this time on in July of 1984 we knew that Satan had planted agents within the Net Of Prayer and that this false prophet was in the Net Of Prayer secretly accusing me and drawing intercessors away to support her 'ministry'.

Jesus would then send me out of Chicago on what He called a "SCOUTING TRIP".

In that these demons who broke-through were in the 'third dimension' I now had to travel about the nation to locate them. Once `in' the third dimension, though they were invisible to the carnal eye, they were now bound by the physical laws we are all bound by. This fact limited them in one sense; but being in the world to this extent made them immensely dangerous. I was about to see how dangerous that July, 1984.

In driving through Missouri on July 6, 1984 I drove by the huge Arch in the city of St. Louis and saw one massive demon prince (principality) who had come through when the 12 intercessors quit. This creature was at least forty feet tall; it had the sleek body of a muscular man, but the shoulders and head were that of a bull. This skin color of this creature was like a dull metallic blue, with swirls of green, red, black and grey mixed in. Its name is "Quinsarasus", and it's one of Lucifer's demon princes. It towered over what looked like a four-sided cattle pen, and lesser demons of average size, (six foot tall), were gathering and bringing into that cattle pen men, women and children. This demon prince did not notice me.

When the cattle pen contained about forty men, women and children the demon prince reached in with its huge clawed hand and seized these people, then crushed them in its clenched fist. I heard horrifying screams, and death cries as the demon

In its left clawed hand the demon prince held a huge goblet, with which it caught the blood of its victims. The demon prince then drank their blood, acted drunk, laughed hideously, and cast the broken bodies away like trash.

What I saw made me sick, and I burned with a Holy hatred for this monster out of hell. But just now I was only to observe, make notes, gather information on where these demons were, and what they were doing. There were a bunch of demons in St. Louis, these were chanting, "Praise to our god!" and then they chanted "Kill!, kill!, kill!, kill!" like a drum beat. I saw much more in the next days as I traveled through to near Corpus Christi, Texas - then Jesus led me to return to Chicago.

On Jul y 18,1984 an unemployed security guard named James Huberty walked into a McDonald's Restaurant in San Ysidro, California and began shooting everyone in sight. By the time the police arrived, forty people were dead or wounded, the restaurant was splattered with blood, and then James Huberty shot himself to death lastly. Twenty-one people died that day in the McDonald's restaurant, the worse massacre in American history. All this happened under the "McDonald's Arch."

This horrible event did not surprise me; I'd seen the demon prince who set it in motion July 6, 1984 under the "Arch" of St. Louis, Missouri. In the next week there were a number of what police called `copy-cat murders' where smaller numbers of people were randomly shot to death in different parts of America.

Having scouted out the location and identities of the demons that broke through, the Net Of Prayer was issued new prayer sheets for an all out campaign "In The Spirit' to hunt down and destroy these demons. Under God's Commission and in Jesus' Name, the Net Of Prayer surged again `In The Spirit' and destroyed every demon that had come through - including this demon prince called "Quinsarasus" who had spiritually engineered the murder of well over thirty people. The day we destroyed this demon prince, the copycat murders stopped abruptly.

What I'd seen July 6` h under the Arch in St. Louis and what happened under McDonald's Golden Arch July 18 th revealed just how these demons operated once they got into the third dimension of In This World'. With Holy Spirit Insight and a little help from the newspapers I was able to complete an understanding of how

demons operated.

Often time he imagined killing `the enemy' and being a great war hero. Psychologists worked to assess what drove him to commit this terrible crime in the vain hope of preventing this from happening again. What they could not know is what Jesus showed me: the demon power working hidden, invisibly behind the scenes, who engineered the whole slaughter. Having moved In The Spirit' for many years I understood that imagination was a faculty and an integral part of our make-up. It is also how God communicates with us, by imagery; and it's also how demons, when they get into this world, communicate their ideas to us, through imagery.

"SON OF MAN, HAST THOU SEEN WHAT THE ANCIENTS OF THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL DO 1N THE DARK, EVERY MAN IN THE CHAMBERS OF HIS IMAGERY? FOR THEY SAY, THE LORD SEETH US NOT; THE LORD HATH FORSAKEN THE EARTH." (Ezekiel 8:12) "AND GOD SAW THAT THE WICKEDNESS OF MAN WAS GREAT IN THE EARTH, AND THAT EVERY I MAGINATION OF THE THOUGHTS OF HIS HEART WAS ONLY EVIL CONTINUALLY." (Genesis 6:5) While the newspaper account of how the mass murderer James Huberty lived was brief, it was enough to tell me that it was through the faculty of imagination that the demon prince "Quinsarasus" used him to fulfill its will. `In The Spirit' it's obvious that demons have the power of illusion and they can look mean, tough, hard, invincible and horrible; but against Christians in the armor of God, against Jesus' Name and under the Blood of Jesus Christ they are whipped, beaten foes.

Unfortunately, this Mr. Huberty had filled his imagery with pictures of violence and killing and was primed for the demon prince. The demon prince worked through Mr. Huberty's imagery and drew him into a dream-like state and he was taken captive to

that demon power. In that dream-like state he was led by demons to the McDonald's restaurant, where he perceived the men, women and children as being "the enemy."

Now Mr. Huberty acted out his `imaginations' likely unaware that it was real, and became an instrument of murder in the hands of "Quinsarasus" the demon principality. When Mr. Huberty could kill no more, the demon prince withdrew the dream-like spell and the man woke up in horror, realizing he had been killing real people. Unable to face the horror of what he had done, he now took his own life - the last suggestion of the demon prince. While this is conjecture, it's educated conjecture based on what I'd learned over the years of how demons operate.

E EN THE JULY 18, 1984 MASS MURDER IN CALIFORNIA This mass murder in California that July 18, 1984 was inspired, directed and orchestrated by demon power that reached into the third dimension of `In This World'. But I noted that not only had the demons led the man who did the killing to the McDonald's; but the demons also led the people to the McDonald's who were killed and wounded. This was clear as I saw demons bringing men, women and children to the `cattle pen' to be slaughtered. Almost all of these people were believers in the church system of man. Here I saw in clear and unmistaken terms that God's lambs were being led to the slaughter, literally. While criminologists sought to understand what triggered such violent behavior in men, we saw the root source church leaders, who in rejecting Jesus' Word, allowed these destroyers into this world.

THE ENEMY IN OUR MIDST In the case of the Amish school killings, the attacker informed his wife and others in notes that he was being bothered by dreams of molesting girls. This tells me that the demons worked through his imaginations, stirred them up in his dreams and when he entertained the thoughts, the demon seized control of him and led him to commit this murderous act. There is, in my view, a subtle but obvious similarity between the killer in Pennsylvania and the killer in California in 1984.

What we see in current events are demons executing patterns `in this world' which they have established In The Spirit.' You may note that the first three demonic attacks resulted in only 1 dead per attack but five dead in the fourth attack (the Amish girls). The pattern is being developed and improved on.

Now, unlike in 1983-84, the Net of Prayer is not currently involved in blocking the enemy. Why not? The church decision of 2001 required that we stand aside' therefore the enemy has both grounds and opportunity under God's Law to operate freely and to kill and destroy at will across North America. Right now the demons are in the formative phase - working themselves into position to do greater things.

I discern that the enemy is getting set-up for a massive kill, perhaps a number of massive kills. What we are seeing here is best described as trial runs by demon power.

If you take a look at the list of killings from August 24`'' to October 2° d of this year, as listed on the bottom half of page 17— well, analyze it and you will see this: a. Each attack involved a school. b. The attacker committed suicide in 3 of the 4 school attacks.

All these attacks are not unlike terrorist attacks, in fact they have a lot in common with Islamic terrorist attacks. This "likeness" to Islamic terrorist attacks tells me that the demons are paving the way for much more serious attacks inside America by Islamic terrorists choosing soft targets like our schools (a gun free zone which is in itself an invitation to terrorists).

Leith asked me a straight forward question today, "Win can 't we just call the Net of Prayer to pray to stop these demons?" The first problem is that we have NO revelation insight into where these demons are located inside the nation. In order to

We do not have the insight as to where the demons are, how to repent to cover the sin that gave them grounds nor God's Commission to destroy the demons, nor the resources (intercessors, time and money) to pursue this issue effectively.

Prayer alone will not dent the enemy power in this case - the enemy is hidden and not easily located without taking time and prayer to find them.

The circumstances that existed in 1984 do NOT exist this 2006 - but the way the enemy operates has not changed. I do recognize in current events evidence that demons have been laying down patterns `In The Spirit' fora major kill of Christians their real target.

No school is safe anymore and what ever measures are taken to make them safer will not be sufficient.

IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN SCHOOL WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? It makes absolutely no difference if your child is going to a public school or a private/Christian school - nor if you are in a small town or big city - all are vulnerable to these kind of attacks.

However, you can pray over your childichildren every day before they go to school asking the HOLY SPIRIT to watch over and keep them safe and out of harm's way trusting the Lord our GOD in prayer - asking, seeking, knocking -every day without fail. This is the only action that will succeed as we now all confront a new and rising danger.

As far as we know, the shooter(s) are still operating in Indiana.

In the case of the Baseline Killer we are looking at one person who is the vessel of evil versus a demon spirit not so easily identified nor apprehended. The demon spirit is operating on a wholly different level and is entirely outside of man's law. Also, the Net of Prayer is presently dedicated to the Islamic Operation and until we complete that work (begun over 3 years ago) any other undertaking is beyond us at this time.

THE EFFECT OF DARWIN'S THEORY OF EVOLUTION Here is a quote from Pages 273-274 of Ann Coulter's book, "The Church of Liberalism GODLESS" ( Quote) "Hitler's ethical views do not comport well with traditional morality since he based his morality on an entirely different foundation than did most conservatives.

Hitler's morality was not based on traditional Judeo-Christian ethics nor Kant's categorical imperative, but was rather a complete repudiation of them. Instead, HitIer embraced an evolutionary ethic that made Darwinian struggle for existence, especially the struggle between different races, became the sole arbiter for morality.

With all the books, essays, and Ph.D. theses that have been written promoting various theories on the rise of Nazism — the humiliation Germans felt as a result of the Versailles Treaty (which is the opposite of the truth; the problem was we didn't crush them sufficiently the first time), the weaknesses of the Weimar Republic, the bad economy after World War 1, the German character, Hitler's pain at being rejected as an artist, the immense popularity of the "Hitler mustache" — you would think the powerful influence of Darwinism on Hitler, as well as the pervasiveness of Darwinism among the German intellectual class preceding the rise ofNazi Germany, would merit a small mention in college classrooms.

Liberals get upset with people like Hitler and Stalin who apply Darwinism in ways they don't like, but they can't quarrel with the underlying philosophy. Certain patterns of behavior and beliefs flow naturally from the idea that man is an accident with no greater moral significance than a stalk of corn. Eugenics is a logical application of Darwinism. Ann Coulter's book, "The Church of Liberalism GODLESS" (Q uote continued} school students would be taught eugenics as a hard science in high school biology class right after watching Inherit the Wind.

Tenured bioethics professor Peter Singer at Princeton University's Center for Human Values represents the contemporary efflorescence of the Darwinian belief that man is just an animal like any other. Recognizing the bad name Marxism acquired in the twentieth century, Singer argues in his book 4 Darwinian Left: Politics, Evolution, and Cooperation that liberals should drop Marx as their demiurge and make Darwin the center of their cosmology. (Unquote) As an added note, the two teenagers (Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris) who invadcd their high school in Columbine on April 20, 1999 and began shooting fellow students (12) to death, lastly killing themselves - both were firm believers in Darwin's theory and saw it their duty to eliminate the weak (Darwinian theory).

THE FINAL COUNT ON THE CD versus the CASSETTE TAPES

83 to 79 Jim-REPHAEL kept the tally and reported that in the final count it was: 83 brethren asked that we continue issuing Cassette Tapes and 79 asked that messages be issued on CD's.

We will endeavor to make messages available on both Cassette Tapes and CD's. We now have the equipment Oust delivered) but have to learn how to work all this new technology. Hopefully, we can record the coming October meetings on both CD's and Cassette Tapes.

MY POLICY ON ANSWERING LETTERS AND TELEPHONE CALLS The work load I carry is pretty heavy. Recently JESUS and then my doctor told me to get more rest (I've been working on two hours sleep a day for weeks on end) henceforth I must get at least 6 hours sleep a nite/day. This means that my capacity to respond to every letter or every telephone call will be quite limited. Presently I'm recovering from a second bout with shingles and the dislocated shoulder is healing very, very slowly - it wears me out and I require added rest at this time. So I don't know what to say except - be patient and maybe I can call/write back. God bless.

THE WRATH OF GOD POURED OUT "Windows of Time" to Observe On January 21, 2004 we stood at the MOUNT OF THE MOST HIGH GOD and I saw the Wrath of God pouring out. We wrote an 84 page report on the events surrounding and leading up to January 21, 2004 in the: "MOUNTAIN OF GOD REPORT." I know that time in Heaven is not the same as time on earth and that it will be some time before the events reported on the MOUNT OF THE MOST HIGH GOD on January 21, 2004 reach this world.

The only event I can compare for some kind of idea of the time frame involved is what happened on November 8, 1981 when GOD THE FATHER drew me and Nancy-TONI to the MOUNT OF THE MOST HIGH GOD and married us. At the time I did not know Nancy-TONI, we had not yet met and would not meet until 1983 nor would I know who she was until late 1986. We were married December 21, 1986 and February 28, 1987 some 5+ years from November 8, 1981.

By this we know that it will be at least five years before we begin to see the Wrath of God pouring out on this world - and I stress the term "beginning" as in the first full measure of Wrath emerging - not the end, but the first full measure of the beginning of His Wrath.

RELEVANCE OR NOT?

MARCH 4, 2009 and MAY 12. 2009 The only measure oftime from a specific known event happening at the Mount of the Most High God to its emergence in this world is the time from when FATHER GOD married Nancy-TONI and Ito the time we were actually married in this world - again, this was a five+ year period of time.

At the least, this points to MARCH 4, 2009 and MAY 12, 2009 at the time when the Wrath of God will begin to emerge in full measure in this world.

While I do not like to connect personal events to judgment times, this is one time that I see the Hand of GOD in the picture which points to the timing of His Coming Wrath. I do not see it as coincidence or happenstance that the rather unique event of

RELEVANCE OR NOT?4continued) November 8, 1981 is so clearly remembered and was so unusual an experience. Father God was revealing something at the time which would only be seen as helpful after January 21, 2004.

So I believe the timing of our marriage before FATHER GOD is directly relevant to the timing of the coming WRATH OF GOD. If this is true then the various times I met Nancy-TONI after November 8, 1981, like the time she entered the Ministry and the times we did joint prophetic works to extend mercy up until the time we were married may also prove relevant - a maybe.

I set up these dates on this basis - dates to watch and record, dates to pray and watch!

EXACT PARALLEL? The easiest way to understand the following time chart (below) is to see it as a time parallel - the time we were married in Heaven (November 8, 1981) as being parallel to the time we saw the Wrath of God poured out (January 21, 2004). The progression of dates thereafter are parallel times. If these parallel times to the times of contact with Nancy-TONI are relevant they ought produce early Wrath of God events. The thought is that on GOD'S direction mercy was extended in the 1985 period but in a ti me of Wrath those same times may be windows of time for Wrath. The Church Decision has, in essence, rejected God's Mercy and so what was mercy in 1985 may turn into Wrath in a parallel time.

COMMENT: While we do not have the exact date on record when I sealed Nancy-TONI in 1983 - it was in/around the Summer of 1983. When Hurricane KATRINA struck -we recognizedldiscern.ed that this was the first early evidence ofthe coming WRATH OF GOD and that it was close to the time Nancy-TONI was Sealed in 1983 on a time parallel.

Therefore we have set the date of Nancy-TONI being Sealed with the date of Hurricane KATRINA, August 29, 2005.

TIMING VARIABLE: In studying time parallels since 1979 we have recognized that events can happen within a plus or minus 4-5 days of a given ti me parallel. At times time parallels can be stunningly precise and at other times more fluid.

For example: We have the parallel date of January 5, 2008 as parallel to the ti me Nancy-TONI joined the Ministry work directly (October 23, 1985).

Thus, we may see an event happen precisely on January 5, 2008 or within a few days of that date.

Whether or not these other dates leading to March 4, 2009-May 12, 2009 prove to be relevant or not is yet to be seen/observed.

Comment by Chuck-JOHNEL; There is a vast and ancient fault stretching diagonally across the U.S. (from Washington State to Florida) which has several branches, one of which reaches into Ohio. When we see this kind of activity in Ohio it indicates troubles brewing deep under the West Coast, which is the origin point. Troubles deep under California, Oregon and/or Washington States will reflect along that immense fault line and can surface elsewhere, as in Ohio. These events in Ohio can be early evidences of something major developing on the West Coast. OCTOBER 13` ' ("DEADLY DAY") How are all these connected? Watch, wait and learn.

In that we are presently in a limited mercy period which will not end until April-September, 2007 — a full blown judgment is not likely to emerge on these dates. However, it remains

possible for one major judgment event this 2006 - possibly a major earthquake in the Los Angeles basin. Thus we have these dates to "watch".

We are now at the mid point of August which is the usual time when Hurricane storms can begin to build, which can develop into something serious. By the time this Newsletter gets in the mail (sometime next week) that will be in motion or not.

The Rent in the earth's mantle is something that develops at a snail's pace, very gradually, but at intervals it will produce extremely violent events and then fade away for a short season of time before reemerging again in some other way. We are watchful." (Unquote August, 2006 Newsletter)

SO WHAT HAPPENED? Weeks before nearing October 7-13th I did discern that there would be no major earthquake in Los Angeles this year.

I also noted that there were no major hurricanes back in 1987 prior to the October 1, 1987 major quake to shake Los Angeles and likewise there have been no major hurricanes thus far this year; then in monitoring the Lots I further noted a distinct lack of similarity in the Lots drawings this 2006 as compared to 1987 prior to the major quake then. If we were to see a pattern repeat of the event of 1987 (the Los Angeles October 1, 1987 major quake), we would likely see a strong similarity in the Lots drawings. While I noted some numbers repeating, they were broken versions and disorderly - which told me the pattern was very weak, disorganized and fading so in such a case such an earthquake seemed unlikely from that point of view (the Lots).

However, all was not quiet this 2006:

(1) On September 10. 2006 a 6.0 Magnitude earthquake struck in the Gulf of Mexico shaking 5 states (Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida).

SO WHAT HAPPENED? (Continued) (2) On October 9, 2006 - a 4.5 Magnitude earthquake shook the east summit of Mount Rainier volcano (near Seattle, Washington) - this quake was felt hundreds of miles away. At the same time there was also increased seismic activity under Mount Saint Helens volcano.

(3) Also on October 9. 2006 Communist North Korea detonated an underground nuclear bomb.

(4) On October 15, 2006 a major earthquake struck Hawaii (6.7 Magnitude) which while causing significant structural damage, caused no loss of life and only minor injuries. `h JESUS' Word of 1979 tells us to "Watch September 10 and we see a major earthquake (most unusual) shaking the Gulf of Mexico at this time. Then October 9" which JESUS identified as "SIGNIFICANT" we see earthquake activity touching both Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens volcanoes as well as being the date North Korea detonated their first nuclear bomb.

Seismic events in Ohio, the Gulf of Mexico, Hawaii, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Rainier and other places (Maine quake) tells me that the earth troubles are building. Back in 1979 to 1980, we did see early troubles surfacing in Hawaii before they surfaced on the West Coast. This can be pointing to 2007 for more serious trouble. Keep in mind that we expect to see the fourth judgment surface in 2007, a Judgment in the Earth.

It is as I stated in the August 2006 Newsletter, that we are not likely to see a full blown judgment this year because the mercy period will not end until AprilSeptember, 2007.

However I did forecast this in the August, 2006 Newsletter: (Quote) "...However, it remains possible for one major judgment event this 2006 - possibly a major earthquake..." (Unquote) While it did not hit Los Angeles this year (thankful for that), we have seen two major earthquakes - both harmless (the effect of mercy) - and one "significant event", the North Korea nuclear explosion.
