• China’s preschool education in urban areas includes children from the age of 1-3 years and primarily comprising of kindergartens which can be full time, part-time, boarding or hourly based • In rural areas it consists of nursery schools and seasonal kindergartens and in some places also includes children activity centers and mobile aid centers called ‘caravan’
