NETTIE NITZBERG, PRINCIPAL Nettie Nitzberg is a master transformer, optimizing the talent ROI for multinational organizations in industries such as life sciences, biotech, finance and professional services. Nettie’s education, training and work experience provide a unique blend of skills in learning and development, project management, marketing and branding, and management that help companies and organizations leverage their investment in their employees. Nettie is an expert project manager and master instructional designer who is a creative, strategic thinker. Her work has helped organizations develop important programs and processes that ensure long­term employee success. A graduate of George Washington University with an M.A. in Education and Human Resource Development, Nettie began her corporate career working as a consultant for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in the Change Management Group. Nettie left Accenture to join SkyTel Corporation, a mobile telecommunications start­up as the Manager of Training Programs, and later, Director of Education and Development. Nettie has been published in ASTD's T&D magazine and ASTD Links, writes a blog called WOW! Bytes of Wisdom and an e­newsletter called WOW! Words of Wisdom. She also contributes to other online publications focusing on talent management and talent development. Nettie is a member of Human Resource Leadership Forum, serves on the speaker committee for XPX (Exit Planning Exchange) Summit 2013, and is an active member of The New Talent Management­Boston Chapter. She volunteers with Babson College's Center for Women's Leadership mentor program, and is also a coach with Babson’s Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program.
