This is basically what I apply each day in my life, to realize that as long as I believe in myself and in the talents that God gave me, I can achieve everything I set my mind to.

I worked tirelessly to obtain my Professional Career.

My name is Marleny Mancipe, I am a mother of 3 children; two of them are older and a 14-year-old girl.

I have been divorced for 6 years, like many women I have faced various challenges in life.

I come from a humble family where my parents tried hard to get us ahead, I am the youngest of 9 siblings, I grew up and grew up in Bogotá, I have very happy childhood moments but there are situations in life that mark you; one was the loss of my parents when I was young and another was my divorce, but there were still more good times than bad.

She started working in 1987 as a management secretary for a Real Estate Agency, from there I went to Seguros Bolivar and in 1992 I came to Medellín, Colombia to work at Aseguradora Solidaria, a company to which I owe a lot.

Working there I managed to finish my professional career, I graduated as a Business Administrator.

It was a beautiful process because it is when you challenge yourself to grow and I began my process of breaking paradigms and limiting beliefs, leaving fears behind.

I learned to delegate functions, to make presentations, to make decisions, which were not easy but over time I became one of the best in the Company.

One of my sons, Daniel, the oldest, always an entrepreneur, told me that he would be a millionaire and he is.

So we made the decision to join this Brazilian Multinational as a family, a Company made up of a Christian family, a family of principles and values went out to the world to show this great MLM business.

It began in Colombia as a spearhead for the other Latin American countries, then strongly in Chile and soon throughout the world.

In that opportunity. my son Daniel spoke with the owner of HINODE, my daughter organized the meeting and we were impressed with the history of HINODE, its products and the way to generate income.

We entered HND as a family with a single purpose, which was to have the possibility of generate more income and be able to cover large debts that we had in the moment.

As time passed, more than 3 years we realized that this business was more than generating money, it is becoming a business lifestyle that allows you to be much more professional and more wonderful every day, transform people and many lives This is how we started by inviting people, many of them with the desire to grow and shine today.

Today we have one of the largest groups in Colombia.

When we started we did not have products or catalogs, because the company was making the legal registration to be a company in Colombia.

Having the products was a great emotion and the desire to get ahead.

We managed to sell people the wonderful opportunity from the belief of emotion, from our own transformation and professionalism.

Today we have wonderful people on our teams who want to progress and get ahead. We make history with HND in Colombia.

Now we are in different countries such as: Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico and Bolivia.

Despite the challenges that arose, we always had the conviction that this business is and will be the business of our lives, the best investment.

You do not need to have infrastructure to start, only goals and initiative to undertake.

With a computer and a cell phone, no employees to pay, no additional costs, just benefits.

Now as a family we enjoy great benefits, we generate more than 10,000 dollars a month and we make several trips.

Additionally, the company gave us a BMW truck last year, but more than this, it is the personal growth that we have, including wonderful people on our teams, families with a desire for progress and big dreams.

With them we have built an Empire, from where we can help many more families.

My life took a 360 degree turn when I joined this great Company, because it also has an educational system that allows us to learn different topics from great people who lived the process and managed to overcome themselves, today these people give testimony of the changes and can live a life of dreams.

I want to tell you about the female Entrepreneurship and Leadership program PEARLS.

A UN-endorsed program, founded by Adelaide Rodrigues and Crisciane Rodrigues, who belong to HND.

This wonderful program I met a year after entering the business.

It is a training system that trains women in different ways with high-content material.

The educational system allows us to acquire skills such as speaking better, knowing how to sell, having more discipline, setting goals regarding leadership, business, marketing and female empowerment.

Improves self-esteem and self-esteem, thus achieving empowering women, giving us the opportunity to discover our great potential.

Before learning about the Perlas program, I was a very shy and introverted woman, with many fears, especially of failing or making mistakes, low self-esteem.

By knowing the program and receiving training from powerful Brazilian women, with a high knowledge of transformation and potential, I transformed myself into a more confident woman. decided to study and learn to connect to the training system, I attended the first event in Bogotá, it was 3 days of intensive training where we heard several testimonies of the lives of women with great success stories, they showed us the program and everything that was coming to Colombia and the world.

I did not imagine being part of the first team of coaches in Colombia.

We had to share the information received with women from our city of Medellín, several women joined, a total of 4, in the city and we began with the process and the opening of courses, it was really easy for us to reach women.

We managed to make each training more dynamic, motivational and professional.

Many of the girls on our team connected and received the information, we started with a volume of approximately 30 women and every day more women have been incorporated.

Today we have more than 50 graduate pearl trainers in Colombia and we want to reach the whole world with this great purpose of life that is Pearls !!!

We have many testimonies from women in our teams and they motivate us to continue because they have changed their lifestyle, they are more empowered, they grew in leadership, they had a great transformation.

Today they are stronger and more courageous and we have a great legacy that is to leave a mark on many women.

My goals for this year is to increase the volume of women throughout Latin America and the entire world, to train several girls to help us in this process, to arrive with a voice of encouragement and hope for them.

There are even women who have not left the comfort zone, it is important that they learn how valuable they are and the great potential that God gave them.

We can shine and reach our dreams "Because the triumph of one woman is the triumph of all.
