In the midst of a society that today simply conforms to the life that I touch, I want to inspire you through my story and that you start dreaming again, it only depends on you to achieve each purpose in your life.

My name is Natalia Corrales. I am a disciplined, committed woman full of love for everything that I have developed in my life, with many dreams to fulfill and working hard to achieve them.

I am fortunate to have a beautiful family where I always had the best:

Love, understanding and enormous support.

Thanks to my parents who I love and I am always grateful, because of them I was able to study and finish my degree at Eafit University as a Public Accountant.

Although at some point in my life I thought that I was going to dedicate myself to that, after starting my working life I understood that my purpose was in something totally different.

A great blessing came into my life, which I developed with my whole family and with my husband Felipe Merchán.

My husband and I decided to start our own company through a Brazilian multinational called HND, a company that gave us back the illusion of dreaming big and understanding that through it many people could achieve their dreams.

My husband and I made the decision to bet everything on him and begin to undertake great challenges that this new learning brought.

Without experience or knowledge in this business model, but with great support from great leaders who had the experience.

I fell completely in love and we started this new life project that today is our priority. Through this company I learned about the Perlas program, a program of empowerment and female leadership that captivated me.

Through this program I could help thousands of women to get out of their problems, out of poverty, become successful entrepreneurs and shine, but before that I had to help myself and become that woman with enough knowledge and leadership to inspire more women.

I think many of us carry our own crosses, wounds, scars, we all have a story to tell, and my story may not be very different from yours. Born in a humble family, who taught me that dreams do come true but it was time to "pay a price" , at that time I did not understand it but now I do, that magical moment comes to all of us, the same one that puts us on the edge of cliff to make The Decision, one that will liberate us or, on the contrary, will keep us captive, not just any decision, that's why I write it in bold, I made my decision, of course I threw myself !.

All my crosses were still there, stagnant, without a purpose, without dreams, with my heart a quarter of its way because of a toxic relationship, yes of course, it happened to me too!

One of those where they destroy you and you are left without self-esteem, my sister also happened to me, however, my magic moment arrived, I managed to identify it, I only had two options and I decided to take responsibility, stop being a victim, to blame the rest of the world. for my own problems, that would get me nowhere and I know that like all, Absolutely all women have dreams, so I took my leap of faith, believing in me has been my greatest power.

The Perlas HND program further reinforced that belief, it was and is my vehicle, my guide, I began by being inspired by women who were where I dreamed of reaching, Marlen Mancipe, official trainer of the Perlas HND Program, it was a slap on my cheek, at best In the sense of the word, it taught me that among women we can help each other, it taught me what sound is and with it little by little I changed my mentality until I discovered my purpose.

I began to dream of becoming a Perla HND coach as well, and not because of all the recognition that the title has, I dreamed and envisioned helping, inspiring millions of women to break chains.

The Perlas HND program developed my skills so much that I was able to write and sing my story in song in just 15 minutes:

It is more than a song, it is my story until I find myself again, I thank the Program so much, and even more to my prince, my husband Nestor, he was the one who forced me to go to that first module! Can you believe it! Sometimes we need someone to exhort us to achieve our dreams, someone to tell us how big, powerful and beautiful we are, so in our mirrors we still can't see him, he forced me to go that first meeting, the rest is history, today I am a woman more self-confident, with my selfesteem restored and with great strength to continue to proudly carry the HND Pearls Program to all corners of the world.

43 years old, ever since she was a little restless and dreamer, always wanting to leave a positive footprint where I pass.

I studied International Business, specialization in Logistics and Master in Management.

With the idea of moving forward and adding more value, I discovered that it was not a question of knowledge and qualifications that would lead me to be better and have a positive impact as it is to work on it.

This led me to take another path and get certified as a Coach, speaker, trainer in Orlando, Florida with John Maxwell and live a wonderful personal process of self-knowledge to go from BEING to DOING.

My great teacher who moved me and It has led me to transform in myself everything that later I don't want him to duplicate and that is how I begin a beautiful process as an Entrepreneur at all levels.

My name is Ana Cristina Rodríguez Ospina, Colombian, I am 42 years old, I am a Production Engineer by profession.

Today she is a beautiful woman, strong and resilient.

I am married, with the same boyfriend from college, we have a beautiful 22-year-old daughter, who is studying medicine, although it was not easy for two young boys who were starting their careers to start a family, we did everything possible to keep our home together and Caring for our daughter with all our love, however life wanted more from us and when our daughter turned 6, we had a very serious car accident.

The accident took us through a path of many surgeries for the next 15 years, although I had multiple wounds and injuries that took me almost 1 year to recover, it was my daughter who suffered the most in that accident, having to submit her to 42 reconstructive and orthopedic surgeries Altogether, this became the biggest challenge of our lives, struggling to ensure that our daughter could walk.

Today she is a beautiful, strong and resilient woman who has been able to overcome many tests.

ANITA RODRÍGUEZ

The most painful thing for me as a mother was not being able to accompany my daughter or be as present in all that process as I would have liked, because I had to work and take care of that job that allowed me to pay all the medical expenses, surgeries and treatments, in that then I was working with the public sector.

My work was linked to international cooperation projects, helping thousands of people, but ironically I could not afford to accompany my daughter as I wanted because the job did not allow me, I remember that the whole family had to help me with her because I was a Mom absent because of my work, that marked me deeply, it was then when my daughter turned 18 that I decided that I would never lose what was most valuable to me, my family; I asked God so much to allow me to find a project where she could develop me without having to sacrifice my family and to generate good income to be able to fulfill all those relegated dreams.

Then in January 2020 GRUPO HINODE appears, as a gift and reward for so many years of sacrifices and struggles, here I found the vehicle that allows me to give the best of myself as a woman and a professional, generating abundance and prosperity never imagined, this has been made it my purpose, my mission, to see how through this company I can create so much well-being for my family and myself.

Help women from all over Latin America with stories not very different from mine to fulfill their dreams, to get out of the darkness that society or the same family often imposes, regardless of whether they went through university, if they have work experience, that is how wonderful this great company is, which opens the doors to all women.

Through the Perlas program I understood that we don't need to earn a living; Life is already ours and we have received it as a gift, we just have to remember how powerful we are as women and that we can all shine together and be everything we have dreamed of being.

The most beautiful thing about the HINODE Pearl Program, never in my years of working in international cooperation projects have I felt that I can really impact the lives of so many women by helping them shine and find their own light, with HINODE Y PERLAS.
