Concept #2

Statement: The model shows a clear division of zones creating different hierarchy in programatic elements. The different levels in triangular planes form different privacy levels all exposed to sunlight.

Statement: The core function of this design is to create a clear order of programatic sections in accordance to the percentage of sq. footage in each section. In addition, the different volume shifts open areas in the center.

Concept #3 Statement: The ramp will create a continuous open space that will serve as a courtyard as well as the circulation to reach spaces. Since the area is underground, the urban facric is only affected by the creation of a park.
