Setting the higher buildings to enhance the sence of community;

Make a gesture at the Harrison's Corner to draw attention and take advantage of the bus stop to make commercials.


Housing strategy The Site located at the edge of both residential and industrial development area, and besides few high level bioindusturial and medical facilities. I believe it's a good place and opportunities for developers to try something new to test the market.
